Hi guys! I just withdraw 1 ton from cryptsy! I guess that's count 1ton less from the mega wallet! Yes you did. Very nice!

Risky. They just sent me (and I assume other devs) a PM asking for help because developer is leaving or some shit This is true, CBX is looking for a new developer. But this happens every now and then, the lead manager (and founder) always takes care to bring in new talent to contribute. In the meantime CBX just announced release of the Android wallet Vault, so things continue to develop anyways. CBX has gone through losing a dev many times before as far as I can see, they never have thrown in the towel. They just released the Android wallet so things are happening... I definitely recommend CBX - less than 1 million in circulation, 2% inflation and a solid network. CBX is worth taking a look at. It is stable. Some good activity going on. https://bitcointalk.og/index.php?topic=951753.newThere's another one to look at, although it's not POS. The original rare crypto coin is Unobtanium UNO. 250K total, great / active community, 300 years to mine out, Merge Mined, etc. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=527500.new#newCheers!

FallingKnife , are you trying to add Uno to china exchanges like OKCoin,Huobi? if it happen price will fly I'd think we would all like to see that happen. Thanks to an effort earlier this year, we have a Mandarin translation of our website as a first step. There's an ongoing discussion here about which exchange Uno would have a good shot at getting listed on. OK/Huobi would be fabulous. If you know who to bribe, let me know. Absolutely, let us know if you have an in or speak Chinese well. It would be great to get on there!

The Cryptsy wallet is draining over time. In January, 2015 there was 46,000 Un there. Today there is 35,000 Un there, a 24% decline already in 2015. I know, it's awesome. The Mega is now under 18%! Withdraw! Withdraw! Onward to kill the Cryptsy Mega Wallet!

The first news is never the worst news....

I have .1 $UNO on there and consider it a big loss as it's future value will be $100,000. On a more serious note, has anyone tried to withdraw his / her position since this news? Has the news been independently verified by anyone else?

Give 'em hell Sir Smokes!
Two observations:
When it comes to criticising BTC or any other crypto about "use by law breakers," substitute US dollar (as in cash) for said crypto. Same exact result. For example, withdrawal restrictions / money laundering rules have nothing to do with drug dealers as they don't use banks that way anyway. It's to keep us commoners down.
Also, no one who is part of the Establishment likes it when one of the little guys can get out from underneath the thumb of the system. ie, crypto = freedom

Oh speaking of feedback, you wanna give me some for yesterday? Hopefully I show some trust after I pay Mark and he adds a bit of trust as well.
Sorry, had you down for the first one, but missed the second one...

@IMZ: Sending you funds, the silver has arrived! Brought back fond memories of the Trusted Trader Days!

UPDATE: Quote from BTCat over at the CBX page: "Turned out to be fake. Stresstest is always good so that people remember the risks, I guess that's the only positive thing we can get out of this. Or perhaps a beer? Grin https://twitter.com/cryptsy/status/651025592998064132Back to buying altcoin dips Smiley"

Hope you are right. We used to have a saying, the first news is never the worst news.

Coinfire has been inactive for 4 months though, would they really just come back with a giant fabricated story? It seems strangely detailed to be fabricated as well.
It may be proven to be true, but I am skeptical of anything CoinFire publishes. CoinFire has been hacked before, they lean toward sensationalism, they seem to have axe to grind with Cryptsy, and their sources are sketchy at best. I wish it had been ANY other bitcoin industry publication than CoinFire. Another perfect reason to drain the mega wallet!

Better safe than sorry! Also, does anyone know if there's a block explorer that shows the rich list like cryptoid? I'd like to see the distribution... I saw the BE in the OP, but I couldn't find that feature.

Go, Falling Knife, RDD Rocket, and Bitcoin Charlie!
F.K., will read the Maza Coin text.
RDD and B.C., 1 Uno sent to each of you to test the androids. Enjoy.
Sent back to you to test. I'm really satisfied with this Android wallet. It's great!
|
|
|
I sent you .5 Un, Charlie, just cuz that's all I had in the Android wallet. Don't send it back. Instead, go play dice at Cryptap.us/uno/dice until you lose it all. Better yet, I'll send it to RDDRocket as it appears I shorted him 0.001 on transmit fee. He can play the dice! Just has to split the spoils with us! RDD another send is coming your way! Please confirm that you received both transmits.

Sending 2 UNO now, BitcoinCharlie. Sorry, got busy after I replied to that and wasn't sure when you'd be back, so I walked away. No problema! Received successfully and sent 2 right back.

Hmmm . . .
Glad I asked.
Would anyone be interested in a trust exercise between two Android wallets? You send an amount to mine and I will send the same it back to you (Less the system fee, of course)? Sure. PM or post your address right here. uU1f ux11 c4Hk yj8U 4Cbk LQ5P QMw7 FzxA GF Still willing to conduct this experiment with anyone. However, it may take me a few hours to return the coin now. I have to run some errands starting at the top of the hour...

If you're going between phones it would probably be easier to screenshot the QR code and post it instead of having each person type out the address.
Agreed, but don't have the capability right now...
