I'll leave the garbage posted already in the spirit of transparency, but we won't continue to let this stream on. There is nothing to hide here. If you want to believe his posts, they are there for you to do what you will and I can say concretely they are not true. We aren't spending bounties except on... bounties. We don't have any of the SYS bought by Moolah as buy support and won't for at least 5 months. We have no control over what they bought themselves nor are we "conspiring" with them as darkslash tries to imply regarding buying/selling. We are independent. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Danosphere. Enough FUD, and people trying to get cheap coins by this. Glad to see active moderation to those with PURE purpose in their posts to FUD, even if done clever. I'd hope to see zero tolerance for FUD, masked or vieled to be clever, or outright FUD. Also PUMPING posts, fudding in optimistic way to pump the coin is doing same thing. People, those with lots of BTC and whales, are playing a psychological game with you here, to take your $$$$, and to put it in their pockets. This is purely intentional and deliberate. +1 |

thats fine, but he isnt less likely to dump than anyone, he brought as an investment. if he brought on dips i guess you could say it was insider trading, as he had control of escrow so he knew the future news. which would be considered highly illegal in trading stocks, but hey.. these arent stocks. i just find it disturbing that the partnership and the developers own 48% of the current supply + 1500BTC, and investors are down 30% of initial investment. Its just worrying, how did this happen, shouldnt they own like 2% current supply of premine, or 0% since they have 1500btc. 1250 btc left they used 250btc up.. and they paid in the high 4oos for syscoin..because every 1 told them to.. so people had the chance to bail..you well had your chance to get out..and look ive paid 605 for 1 sys 1 bitcoin worth i bought..but i not moaning.. just buy more if you can or ride the storm..and you seem to think your good at math why you not sell all holdings and then bye back..if your so smart my mistake 1250btc and 48% of current syscoin - or in figures - a cool $988,000  it just feels a bit rough that devs are up almost 1million dollars USD from zilch, and investors are down 30% due to developer incompetence, lack of skill and poor time keeping skills. and i did, i brought 1btc worth @ 470 and sold straight away @ 670. Im not moaning, im just concerned for other investors who diddnt get out in time and concerned the developers aren't being transparent enough. Devs aren't up anything- we worked for 6months on this thing and are still waiting for a payday. The payout from Moolah is a long-term payout over months- this should increase investor confidence as WE AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE (never were). We are getting payments to fund the development as we keep moving, and we are moving. Also it is your choice as an investor to sell at a loss. There are people who are holding- you chose to sell it seems. We were quite clear prelaunch that this was a big undertaking and be ready for some hiccups at launch.Yes Moolah spent 250btc of the fund on "early buy support" (we agreed to this) to allow investors to exit without major losses if they so chose. We will not be spending any more funds on that- we need all current and future funding to go towards development, marketing, and partnerships. We have 2% of the entire SYS supply to be mined- the fact that you're comparing this figure to the current supply makes very little sense other than to just try and incite people with large % numbers in bold text. Unless you are updating this number on a block-by block basis it is already inaccurate. We've been very clear about the fact that we are holding the SYS longer-term as others have called out its incentive to grow its value- and its in a publicly visible wallet HERE (2% dev + 1% bounty). There you go mate, solid proof they own 44% of the current coin supply, i suggest you sort out your math skills. as you are flawed. No FUD, FACTS. They did not circumvent any rules. I am not aware of how much (if any) they bought during presale. I think they bought a significant number of coins on the open market on dips, and there is absolutely nothing "backdoor deal" about that. |

Ready for the wallet to be stable, makes it cumbersome for exterior services to support. I support the syscoin team and will help test when/where needed, as I have in the past. I'm not looking so much for merged mining as I am a stable wallet.
Latest Windows QT-Wallet is stable, have not had any reports on it not working for people. (Seems there is still an issue with solo mining on it through, but that is being worked on) From OP. http://107.170.15.21/Syscoin_v0.1.3.win.zipWe are also aware of a mempool issue in relation to aliases. This is also being looked at. Fee regeneration is currently being tested on testnet. (Dan did post an update on this earlier in the thread) Bottom line is we are working hard to resolve the remaining few issues. Not going anywhere and already have, and will have a lot more resources to pull on.. |

But i would rather said it was failed due to the current situation... low swap and low price... fact is the best thing to tell everyone what's the Syscoin is....

Last week was a bit of a nightmare for us and a lot of the initial plans, posts etc got pushed out due to these.
The nightmare was self-inflected. Just as an observer at this point - I'm curious about how you're going to change the market's perception that the same team that brought about the botched and widely ridiculed launch will do better going forward. What did you do wrong, what did you learn from this and how will you manage things differently (with different people?) going forward? Not sure I would call DDOS, blockchain attacks etc self-inflected. Full roadmap and a plan forward are being prepared, but not going to be released until all partners and Devs agree on it and its fully ready. Until then I am not going to get drawn into talking about it. |

so just having a think, and i remember how devs own about 17% premine of the current circulation, then brought in with their buy support another 250btc, and moolah brought in with 120btc, so just the realization that amongst the devs and moolah, they own about 45% of the current supply of syscoin, is pretty scary for me, will we be told if it were to be sold off?
Hmm....could we get the addresses to verify? Any coins that we (the dev's) have from the initial premine are in cold storage. These addresses will be posted shortly, there will be no sell off of these for a very long time. I will have to dig out the details, but will post them when I have them. As for the others from the buy support its the exact same. It doesn't take long to post the addresses of your premine quantity so we can validate it on the block explorer. If you choose not to show us just say it. You have to be transparent and post it. Don't say you will post it. I'm trying to help and I am a supporter of this coin but very recently your PR is suffering. Here is some constructive criticism: Don't say you will do something shortly or within the few hours and not explain why you didn't deliver: Example, locking this thread. You guys have been talking about it but it's still up. Also, merged mining. You kept saying it will be released very soon with the next version but now it isn't the case and the wallet isn't out in spite of it releasing "shortly". My advice is give yourselves a few days of buffer time before you announce that you will release something. It looks bad if you don't deliver, and in regards to not immediately sharing your addresses, it looks shady. I'm really trying to help your image here. Good point. The problem is that I don't personally have those addresses so it is a bit hard for me to post. Dan and Moolah have them, and since Dan is on EST and its a bank holiday in the UK where Moolah is based its pretty hard for me to get them at this point in time. Where can i find SYS Roadmap?? trying to keep been optimistic here....
For those asking about roadmaps or no clear path forward - this is why we are locking this thread and moving to a new one. We have posted this information multiple times but its been lost in the avalanche of pages here. To reiterate, and this will be clearly posted in the new thread later today [ROADMAP]:
- Merged Mining and Service fee regeneration (we are working on this now on testnet, we have regen working and MM but there was an issue with MM + services which we're ironing out right now). <- this will constitute the NEXT release aka 0.1.4 and will happen very soon, we're not launching things without overly testing now.
- ESCROW. We already have stubs in the code and this is the next feature to be implemented
- END TO END ENCRYPTION USING SYSCOIN KEYS - This is after escrow
- SERVICE FEE SCHEDULE FINALIZATION (after 90 day period, dynamic pricing will go into effect)
- QT WALLET IMPROVEMENTS (services in wallet, with nice UIs)
- (in parallel with the above, the non-C devs on the team): Building web-based service demos on top of all our four launch services all of which are properly functioning.
The above represents a 1-3month roadmap and will be clear in the new post, which will be up later today we were drafting it yesterday but then focused on Merged-mining later in the day.
We're talking now about rolling out Service Fee Regeneration as its own release without merged mining, within the next day or so. Details to follow shortly lots of stuff going on today. |

You do realize they are waiting til there is a stable wallet for mining.. I've been on ipominer.com for quite some time, if they say there is still issues.. you can bet there is still issues , I believe its with the daemon. someone should maybe pop in #ipominer and have a chat with the pool Op there. The potential hashrate is huge if you get them on board.
I starting mining with IPOMiner as I've used them before but then they disabled everything and locked the funds.. while there was some issues, it was for a very short time...and then no updates from them, and no release of the SYS that was already mined... since they disabled their port and literally a few minutes after the announced fork I've been mining on Syscoin.me (almost a week now) with not a single issue and received every coin from them without issue..so mining is working.. also great support from them, very active with the community via IRC.. while it would be great for SYS if IPOMiner could update and it would bring a large amount of hashpower if they put it in the rotation and direct port, at this point I am sticking with Syscoin.me for my mining. Aye, Syscoin.me is indeed good, and are doing great support. As for IPOMiner, no idea. We will reach out to them again shortly |
