Based on Yobit trades is it too soon to call Lamborghini dealership?

Not yet. But you can order Mercedes-Maybach S600.

I like your style.  Cool

The team has seen this thread and the feedback is being considered, it's just much easier for us to funnel feedback via select channels so please give us time to evaluate the feedback as development takes time.

...

its decentralised. thats the future. keep calm and enjoy

A lagging site is the future? I don't think so!
Joey also states it should load under 2 sec.
But thanks for the effort!

Joey said the beta will start end of december and the main network will go live in Q1 2016.

Joey has no plan. I would wonder when the project will launch with him.

Your right, but a delay I can handle. But the amateurs on the design team that's a different story.
Makes you doubt the backend as well.

The team doesn't bother to react on BCT... very frustrating as an investor!

It is starting to look realy bad for Augur that's for sure.

If you want to change the world, you need some time though. Cant believe what you are expecting making this huge thing working by periods of hours. Look at google ipo chart. What time has passed till what it hits now. Same thing on apple. Either you have the nuts and the time or you are totally wrong in here investing your money.

Comparing Google and Apple with Augur? I think not...

@Augur: Develop a great prediction platform, take all the time you need, but don't show a public beta in this state!
(you guys don't have to bother reacting)

Everyone will have their opinion on mining, but remind you that without Bitcoin mining nobody be here.

It was groundbreaking, as was the steam engine in it's days.

So you will sell your Lisk, for Bitcoins Grin

Bitcoin still is the 'crypto gold standard'! For future projects to succeed they need to be more sustainable imo.

Mining is so 2009 man! --- wasting energy!

That's why POS is the future.

I totally agree.

308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 07, 2016, 01:08:20 PM
Missed opportinity...  Tongue  I wouldn't dare buying now! If this would become the actual price I think every Lisk owner is very happy.
309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: April 06, 2016, 03:19:47 PM
They should state it is a iou coin, not actual lisk.

What upsets me the most is the ambivalence regarding the design of the Augur team.

Are you realy not capable to see the website is total rubbish? Realy?

Sentences like: bla bla feedback considered bla bla, bla bla easier for us, bla bla take time are evasive behaviour.

I am telling you like it is, this is not good enough for the budget you have (or did you already blew it?). It looks like it cost 50 bucks and my mother in law made it (color sceme), and she has never worked on a computer before!

2 Questions for the Augur team:
Do you honestly think this site, as it is now, is one of the best multi million dollar gambling/ prediction sites on the internet? Yes or No (Please anwer this for the record, your community who invested millions in this project deserve to know don't you think?)

And what would you grade your site: from 1 (low score) to 10 (high score). This is not about what other people think but what YOU think.

For the record, this design would not have passed the first year at any art academy.

Please be honest to yourselves and the people that invested in your project.
People that are saying it looks great (in this thread there are zero) are blowing smoke up your ...

I realy hope for everyones sake this gets fixed or this project will be DOA.

To other Augur investors, please state your opinion positive or negative.
https://augur.net/markets

ps. @augurteam: could you reply a bit faster, 2 days..., not only your website is lagging ... (What's up with these enormous loading dots anyway?)

... I apologize for not staying more on top of this thread...

Ok guys, the saga continues...

Check out 2 last (not including Augur UI) projects of the portfolio of Augur's product designer, Carl Wolfenden:

https://www.tradesports.com
https://prev.intrade.com/v4/home/

I found this in the reddit article.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Augur/comments/4crimy/frontend/

Joey please hire some great frontend designers, there a so many! This is not gona work!
(You seem to be the only one at Augur that can handle come honest critique)

Look at the landing page of intrade! Now I know where the 1990 interface design of the Augur site comes from!
This looks terrible! And what happened to tradesport anyway.

With this new info I am even more concerned about the outcome of the UI. I really am!

If you have invested in Augur, again please give your honest opinion on Reddit!

I will make a new post on Reddit on this topic soon!

316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE-ANN] NEWBIUM - Cryptocurrency market data visualization platform. on: March 31, 2016, 04:55:41 PM
is Newbium for Newbies only?
No, Newbium is for everyone.  We chose this name because it was easily recognizable by everyone in the crypto community.

I think the market data visualization aspect is interesting but 'the easily recognizable by everyone in the crypto community' reason for the name doesn't make sense to me and raises questions on the actual development.

Actually, there are three major reasons:

1) Google search only returned 325 results so very easy for us to rank.  Also very easy to get newbium.com

2) Newb is used very often on this forum so there are already strong mental associations linked to the word.

3) No one on the team was against using it.

Again, these are no valid reasons to choose a name, the name needs to embody the vision is some way. Noob has a negative connotation. And 'strong mental association' Que?

A decentralised exchange where you can import cold storage wallets.
319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Iota reach 10,000 satoshi before lauch? on: March 31, 2016, 10:10:51 AM
There WERE threads about Iota before and during the ICO.

You are caught in a lie right there because you replied in one of them. Ha ha.

Give up, you're making lisk look bad at this point. Let someone else shill for them at this point.

On top of that, I will be posting YOUR OWN Scammer thread about YOU cryptohunter as soon as I find it.

Here on the main board fool...

Yes, on the main board. You commented in one.  If my memory serves me correctly you had doubts.

What is sad is now that you have been proven wrong about everything you still continue to regurgitate the same lies.

For what reason I dont know because it is you looking like the fool when the facts in no way line up with your statements.

...bla bla ba off topic...

Cryptohunter, you really have problems staying on topic, learn to read the OP!

I created a passphrase and saved it. Is there something else I need to so also?

Best to validate it so you are 100% certain that you saved the correct passphrase. Smiley

Thanks, can you direct me to the page with the steps for this. (I saw it in the thread somewhere)
