we donot get all 5MW ready, since no so much miner, 5MW is the largest electricity this data center can offer, we get it ready step by step, if we are half full of our current room, we will get next room ready And the question we are all aching to know, how close are we to a decrease in hosting costs? That is, how many more miners to sell? My hope is that by selling the remaining units at $380, they would still quickly, and allow you to reduce the hosting costs. Then you can sell new units at $420 (or even at a slight premium, because as you say they come with free PSU rental, no shipping costs, no maintenance, no in-home annoyance (for home miners) and even lower hosting costs.) btw, please confirm that the PSU is a rental. If we own the PSUs (meaning we can have them shipped along with the miner), that changes things. yes, the psu is belong to customer, you can ask me to ship it to you at the end of the host |

I guess if you meet us at half price for the reminding unit (not the one you buy at 420$) you'll pretty much sell out today from all your previous buyer.
We are not asking you to sell at non-profit.
If i knew, i would have already take 2 units.

he can't do 340 but 419 is steep.
I used to sell hdds on ebay. when the flood happened a few years back hdd prices went crazy. I had a lot in stock maybe 40. 1tb hdds had tripled in price. I was in the same spot as lee.
So I sold my 40 hdds with a smaller price bump then anyone else on ebay. Result they sold fast and people liked what I did. I made a little extra money and a lot of extra good will.
Once I sold out. I found other ebay items to sell.
So if you meet in the middle? 380?
you will sell them quicker then anyone else. and when the 50 sell out you can collect hosting and not expand for a while.
that is the strategy we use, although we set the price as 419$ as the same as bitmain but we actually much cheaper, first we have included the price for a 40$ psu, second we have 20-25 days ahead of bitmain edit if you check the chinese site of bitmain, you will find the price they set is 3000 CNY, which is 484$. as a matter of fact, i canot place the order on english site since it will add 17% tax |

i understand the price adjustment is a little much
but the situation is that if i sold out all the stock(50 unit), i am pretty sure i can sell them out soon if i still use 340$, then i have to buy the new miner according to the price set by bitmain, that would be no profit at all

Pcfli Could you do the community a huge favor and contact F2pool and see about manual authorization of the silverfish aka whitebait also 51 asic ltc miner. I Have tried many times with no success. They had some kind of glitch where the authorization server failed and the machines went to 0 on the remaining hours .. I started a thread here at Litecointalk.. https://litecointalk.org/index.php?topic=24884.new;topicseen#new I was able to lock 2 out of the 6 boards to so that the time wouldn't expire and render the machine useless. My new Lee hosted AntMiner S5 has been up and running for about 3 days now and it's hashing within specs. I am really glad I took a chance on this; now I know I have an alternative to the noisy fans, the constant struggle to keep them cool, and the per unit hosting fees are about 23 cents a day cheaper than my actual per unit S5 electrical costs. I'm thinking it's time to sell all of my S5's/PSU's and convert them over to Lee hosted machines. His prices are cheaper than buying directly from Bitmain so it's a no-brainer for me.
Thanks to all that vouched for Lee, it would have been hard to take this leap without the input from all of you in this thread.
Well, it's official…I have sold all of the S5s I had running in my garage and converted them over to Lee Group hosted miners. I now have 10 S5's up and running (soon to be 11) and it has been a smooth transition. I was a little surprised at how easy (and profitable) it was to sell my existing equipment but I guess there is a huge demand with Bitmain being completely out of stock for so long now. I was able to cover my Lee Group purchases and have some left over for some hosting fees. I'm also very relieved that I don’t have to face the higher temperatures of spring and summer that is just around the corner. I am just not able to keep that many miners cool, even on a mild day. I was thinking of adding electrical service and air conditioning to an outdoor shed but the expense and extra daily electricity use just wasn’t logical or practical. I would like to thank Lee and his staff for the top notch, professional manner in which they run their business. I'm still amazed at how quickly they get things done sometimes. My hat's off to you guys! thanks, the only thing i focus is to provide stable service and competitive price, we are trying to lower our host fee, but still need more order, if we can host more than 1000 unit, we will be able to lower the host fee by 10% |

the price depend on the express company you chose it will be around 60$ with ups you can check it on bitmain website the shipment fee i sent is a little expensive than they do, since they have big order discount with express company |

My newest miner seems to be running on half of its ASIC banks now. Don't these machines normally start beeping when that happens?

As for the pool changes...was that a request to get some sort of proxy to each machines login? That could be a security risk for them, but that would be amazing.
canot remember that you have miner in our data center, are you login use different forum id it will be very risky to open remote control of the miner,we do that last year and got hacked, it is a disaster to restore more than 1000 unit miner to initial setting. also it is not very useful, based on my experience, the earning donot have big different on different pool for sha256 miner, if you really want to change the pool, just send me a mail or PM and i will do for you. here is another solution, set up your miner to miningrigrentals then you can switch the hashrate by changing back up pool. but you may lose some hashrate since your miner need to connect to miningrigrentals first then switch to the real pool you want to put hashrate in. |

The 3.546PH AMHash's hashrates have disappeared since 25th Dec 2014. We found this problem two days later,we asked friedcat,he said it was mining farm's maintenance issues,hashrates would come back soon.But one week later,hashrates didn't come back yet.When we asked FC again, we were told that all mining devices were robbed by the partner of the mining farm.And all hashrates were out of control.
After then, FC told us that hashrates from new mining farms will be deployed, but we didn't know the amount at that time.Right now, we still don't receive any update from those new hashrates.

This is bad for bitcoin miners. FC has been a island of stability and trust in an otherwise soul-less business. If we can't trust FC, we can't trust anyone anymore. i agree, FC used to be a good man, also he have the ability to resolve this problem, he still have more than 20,000 btc by himself |
