Technically, PHP would be the easiest to run with, since cheap or even free hosting supports Cronjobs. May I ask, what language is the program written in? And is the program able to be run on cPanel hosting, if not extremely cheap hosting?
I understand the benefits of PHP, but for someone having to install PHP onto his desktop/notebook could mean technical trouble. This program, however, was coded in C# and should run smoothly on any home computer that you use to browse the forum anyway or a server of an equal level. So, an advantage of this software is that you do NOT have to install PHP. Another question - How often does the bot check for a new post to reset the bump timer? Every 24 hours? 1 hour?

They don't have anyone at all here? There is another person, but I rarely see him. Yeah, I have the feeling their wallet isn't their main concern anymore. They said almost a year ago they were hiring someone to edit the English text on their site as well and never did it. It's all just fallen to the wayside. The site is largely in English..just a few popups that still come up in chinese Being in English and being in correct English are two vastly different things. If you want to cater to English speakers, you should hire someone that can properly write in the language. I even offered to do it for them and was rejected (there was a claim about an Australian that was supposed to do it, but that apparently never came to be). How is this different at all from the original BustaBot script?
