Marseille might have their second chance to close the point gap with PSG again this week. Because while they are playing against Clermont, PSG are going to be playing a tough away match against Monaco. Monaco have been one of the problem teams for PSG for a long time. Especially the matches in Monaco have been even more difficult. It isn't all about the strength difference between these teams in the end. We saw how PSG lost to Lens and Rennes both in away matches recently. Monaco also have the capacity to defeat PSG now. Their being in good shape would also help them become a big trouble for PSG. In Mbappe's absence PSG will be a little weaker. Maybe I might bet on Monaco and see how things go. FC Schalke 0 - 0 VfL Wolfsburg
I would say Schalke's performance was excellent. I would have been happier if Schalke won the match. Schalke's players performed better than Wolfsburg in the entire match. Probably 20 shots in total by Schalke players. Even after attacking enough, they could not score. Wolfsburg, on the other hand, did very little attacking. Wolfsburg got a chance to score from the penalty in the 9th minute. They also missed this opportunity. Schalke has did it several times that from previous matches their statistics for total shots looks impressive because at least Schalke can get 15-20 total shots for almost each matches but apparently these statistics cannot makes them get the winning results and it just happend again yesterday against Wolfsburg that they had dominate the match but failed to scored And for Wolfsburg unfortunately their chances from penalty was failed to utilized by Maximilian Arnold and maybe the result of this match will be so different if he can score goal and for Schalke 3 consecutive without scoring goals proven there is something wrong with their forward lines and their manager should be evaluate this if Schalke want to avoid relegation zone |

I feel like if Manchester United really wants to take a chance, it is going to be the best with Harry Kane. Who knows, probably Harry Kane will also be able to perform far better after he goes to Manchester United!

It will be an interesting match for Arsenal against Brentford tomorrow.I doubt that Arsenal will make another mistake by losing or drawing the game of tomorrow but even if they screw it up that big I am afraid Manchester City has a lot of psychological problems and pressure for them so Arsenal is much better positioned to take the lead title even from this point of view.I am not doubting that they would have any problem even if City had not the problems around them which caused the FA to make an urgent meeting but in this context they are making it super easy for Arsenal to win the title.

Leverkusen don't have a very good away match history against Hoffenheim. But they won the last one between them by 4-2 as well. Considering Leverkusen's current condition I think they have quite a chance to defeat them again. Xabi Alonso's arrival has made a positive impact so far. Yes, indeed Xabi's arrival had a positive impact on Leverkusen even though it took quite a long time for them to return to their winning streak a few weeks ago. They are lucky enough to be in their current position after at the start of the season it was very difficult for them to move away from the relegation zone. Hoffenheim will be their opponent this time, seeing from the opportunities Leverkusen can indeed be superior, but with a note that because of the 2 previous matches they lost even though it was obtained from a team that is stronger than their opponent this time. Leverkusen has lost two matches back to back right now. Currently, they are in the 10th position on the table. It was a happy moment yesterday seeing Juventus coasting to victory, despite that it is an expected victory as usual but we all know that Juventus has not been performing well in the recent time so their fans seeing them coming through in this match is a thing of joy, but consistency should come to play in this team unless they don't want to go far in the league table.

I still can't comprehend the cause of the poor performances with Liverpool. PSG suffered a defeat in the Coupe de France competition against Marseille with a score of 2-1 and this was a defeat that the Galtier squad did not want. As far as I see the formations of the two teams, here I see the formation changes made by Galtier, he uses the 4-1-3-2 formation which makes Messi and Neymar the main spearheads for PSG's attack line. PSG can't win this match and I'm not worried about that at all. I don't even think PSG played to win this match. PSG players performed very cautiously in this match. Because no player wants to get injured before a Champions League match. And that's why PSG attacked very little in this match. However, PSG's defenders could have performed a bit better. I am not satisfied with the performance of the defenders. Such a defense will not be effective against Bayern Munich. Marseille have a potential to beat PSG as well. 2.71 is a pretty nice odd to bet on in my opinion. PSG have more important affairs to attend to. Besides Neymar and Mbappe both are injured as it seems. Marseille have a great chance ahead to eliminate the biggest threat in the tournament.
