Sorry if this question was asked before, but I can't find it after a little search. What is the highest paying staking coin or wallet? I know RAIN is a good one. I have 2500 and got back 48 after it just staked in about five days. Another coin which I won't name because I like them and hope for their best I have 12000 and I got back 8 in same amount of time.

I have small amounts of Bitcoin from time to time, usually $40, that I would like to exchange for Paypal US dollar. I had a person I was doing this with but I was taking all the fees, but would like to find someone who would take them. The Coinbase fee is $3 now, so asking a $3 discount . Please have positive feedback.
can we trade ? I'm new at selling BTC so sticking with people with positive feedback,so no.

Fudders often say "has no real use." You have to have a vision. People without a vision often can't see present facts either. People have been using many altcoins for a lot of things already besides currency, such as promotions, building an economy out of mining, and so on. I guess BTC wasn't used online for years for buying things? Remember that guy's site that got busted a few years back?

XVG for some people has reached the point of pessimism, which is OK in trading because it shows opportunity. All the newbie accounts praising it didn't help the public sentiment, however. The thing is, what can holders do to make sure it goes up? Can we adopt it in some way...

you have to judge the signals by youself, and you may pay for it before you can do it well I'm prepared to pay. I really enjoy watching Tone Vays: https://youtu.be/9g1zOWBXNW8 (he is Bitcoin maximalist and calls other shitcoins)Would like to connect with specialists in altcoin space. The best way is to inform them that these cryptos also have problems, much bigger problems than what Bitcoin is currently facing. But you will realize that most "investors" are already aware of this, they know it's just hype, but greed will make them keep putting money into it.
They have huge problems! 51% attack seems doable: https://twitter.com/BTC4USD/status/872513479474860032I'm sure there are people that can teach you to read signals, but one thing is sure, over 100 coins have pumped in the last month to huge highs. How are you going to know how to read something like that? Best thing is to know when to sell or hold, or you'll come right down with the coin. Find the ones that are quality, and try to hold some of those. Diversifying is the way to safety.
How do I know which are quality? There is always someone better equipped with knowledge, and by the time a coin gravitates to me it's already +500%... I would like to learn, do you have any good resources that are not scammy and not pumping their own agenda? Buy low, sell high. Know how to sort through the Data on CMC. Read all that you can, on multiple sites. Don't be unrealistic on the value of a dollar. There isn't any easy money. This takes time.

This is playing out just like those old mysteries, same kind of dialog, people are all invited to a party and keep wondering what the host is up to.
Maybe someone should msg the OP with just "Knock, Knock" in the title line.
I just don't understand why he missed the deadline he promised. Maybe something happened to him that he couldn't foresee, like an accident, etc.

This last two months has been a winning spree for the bold and those who can think differently. It used to be that the cycle would go up and down dramatically, but it has seemed to go up, correct, and go up again. I think the key issue is trusting coins/teams/devs that have shown to be solid in the past. This kind of trust has been highly rewarded. Also, working hard. I have missed a lot of opportunity just because I have already put in a lot of time, and didn't want to just allot a little more to coins I did due diligence on in the past. I also have to go with my ideals, like I liked BATA and EGC for what they stood for but didn't invest recently because I got too caught up in just watching the dollars. Last but not least is the idea of keeping a little out of sell orders so that in case the coin rises really high, one still can sell at those extreme times or not at all.

Would be interesting for current writers to integrate various existing currencies.

Basically, it's not that expensive to create a small index fund of the better ones. You can go to your exchange and list by amount and see the cheapest coins that way. Do some research on ones by googling them, go to coinmarketcap and search on annoucement, which will bring you back here. They often get derided in threads but that usually doesn't mean anything. Noblecoin seems like it's on its way up. Condensate is too. https://microcapcrypto.com/rain/HyperStake has a good team.

There aren't many coins that still have much value to them after the mother of all pumps but two that stand out to me are:
Iconomi: still relatively cheap and although has gone up has not been pumped to all hell. It can be bought for Euros on Kraken and I'm going to have a punt.
Melon: Was never really pumped. Is based on ethereum and has a modest maximum supply.
Let me know what you guys think or if there are other similar coins that might present an opportunity.
Melon was majorly fudded. If it has value, maybe fudded on purpose, but I sure don't lose sleep wondering if people do that on purpose.

PIVX was the last major coin that people got behind. It did very well on the market. Verge has the smart contracts of Ethereum going for it and it's coming in at a very low organic price, instead of some inflated ICO price.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I understand the wallet can mine, and I understand a standalone cpu miner may be better, but just out of curiosity, how to turn on the wallet since I don't see a config file with the switch.

When I go to the site, I click login, and it takes me to a Facebook login page. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?
Yes, I think it's the same problem for all users of English version of the site: you can only register your account with your fb account. QQ account for Chinese version of the exchange. I was doing it without using FB account for about two months, but hardly using the site until recently. It just changed back to letting me login the old way.

All Qt wallets, or just about, have a built in cpu miner for solo mining. You just need to to set gen=1 and genproclimit=<NUMBER OF CORES>, or -1 to use all available cores in the wallet config file. You are better off using an external CPU miner since the wallet miner is usually not optimized for diffrent CPU types and you can only solo mine with the wallet miner.
Can anyone name some (or five or so) Qt wallets?

The mathematics of bag holding is interesting. A lot of these cheap coins have been rising. Easy to buy 10,000 and get your money back. But then, the thing is, do you want to hold, and risk two or three dollars? If they don't go up, you lost that, if they do go up, you gain perhaps $100, $1000 or more.

The market is not what it used to be. I think people here are looking at it from a standpoint of a a year or two ago where just a few people traded crypto now all kinds of new money is going into crypto, wall street people, gold bugs, even girls I know who didn't or where interested in what a bitcoin was until recently.
Yes, the market has seen an immense grows but the entire volume is still tiny compared to the stock market, some companies are worth more than the entire crypto market. And the prices for bitcoin and altcoins do not represent their worth of today but are an investment into a future which might unfold.
And it looks like there won't be the ONE crypto in the future but many. Of course, a lot of them will go up but will also go down as fast.
Spot on. And recently sources like Bloomberg are talking about the gains of Altcoins. Not surprised if readers are then immediately searching how to buy in. "Cryptocurrency Mania Goes Beyond Bitcoin" https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-05-24/cryptocurrency-mania-goes-beyond-bitcoin-as-altcoins-lead-gainsI also don’t agree with the rhetoric that all coins except of BTC are worthless because you can’t pay anywhere with them. You can’t pay anywhere with gold, either. The price reflects what people are willing to pay and you can purchase something with that with by exchanging it first. Just like with gold. There is a lot of work on making marketplaces for other coins, like Particl, Bitbay, and so on. I think there is a section here where people are selling things for other coins. It used to be that the Earthcoin site had a big marketplace where people could buy things with Earthcoin. Other coin devs have done the same. It will grow if people keep talking about it and offering it.
