Thanks. Just thinking out loud here. So, I gather that this is one of those wallets that takes more tweaking than average to work properly. Also, it does give an error easy to fix on boot. The OP poster is still online, why don't we all work together on getting a better one uploaded? I have had some bad luck in the past with bootstraps, maybe others have too. I now stake about 9 coins actively, and building another machine to do more. If I add a node to conf file it may sync better? Just putting in some energy here not FUDDING. The general public wants things easier whereas programmers have a type of macho attitude to have to solve things with the least possible explanation, which is the opposite of how some aspects of business works.

Thanks, but I understand that. It's been 72.XX for two weeks despite my staking sends. I just want to know why, I don't FUD this coin at all. I want to know how it works, and hopefully it can be an ETH maker like the BTC POS coins. Of course, you can sell their stakes for ETH too. I am thinking maybe the difficulty has jumped, but we don't hear anyone chiming in. Miners are often secretive thinking that if everyone knew how to do it in the easiest way, they'd have more competition.

I didn't want to say anything but it's a little odd how its not staking. I sent two payments to myself like before with enough gas and haven't gotten a return in two weeks. Maybe the difficulty has gone way up, or the returns are so small that they're not even 1 POSToken. I put my address in at https://calculator.postoken.org/ and it says 1.6xxxxxx reward.

It's been a good exchange. At least you can trade on here. On cryptopia, its been very, very sluggish all week.

What is the note on coinexchange about version 2 and how does that affect someone who wants to stake the coin?

Investing on Dash is expensive nowdays.
On some old coins it is either expensive to setup a masternode or even to get 10k minimum coins for just staking can be damn expensive.
What are your top 3 Staking coins for the future that might give you ROI such as Dash?
My bets are:
1. NEM 2. NXT/ARDR 3. ReddCoin
Opinions about GridCoin/Ark/PIVX?
Here is one not on anyone's list right now but soon will be: Intensecoin http://intensecoin.com Intensecoin is a CryptoNote algo privacy coin with hybrid PoW/PoS. The staking through a wallet that has built-in VPN tunnel. You earn coins by offering secure VPN services through the blockchain. And you can advertise and charge whatever price you like. This coin is going to change the game and raise the bar. TOR is not an impenetrable layer and is often patched for vulnerabilities. Intense is a young coin, but even so has the potential to break out as soon as it hits a bigger exchange. It is currently trading at around 50 sats. Looks like a good new coin. What is its staking percentage? Looked at the OP and it was hard to find, if even there. Chesscoin if adopted by a good team may be a good bet in the future, since of the appeal of chess, and that community being able to understand crypto.

Is the wallet we want the one from the OP? I get a "Check Point is Too Old" comment. I know this is common and I've run a LITECOIN wallet with the error but not sure exactly if this is the last one we want. What exactly does that error mean?

I love Chess...this is a good idea...its a shame it did not get off the ground.

This is one of the only staking coins that has still made it with a decent percentage, and lower entry price. You should try to get on another exchange. CMC is only showing Yobit left.
We need to raise funds (like $500+), which can be done. Cryptopia costs around $30k, I'd throw 5% if others wish to spend big cash. Other exchanges : CoinsMarket Freimarket CoinExchange tradeToshi I like the last 2. How many do you have to have to stake about once a week? Once a day?
I don't think many. If you want to stake once a day best to have dozens of different deposit times. You'll likely stake a block everyday. Want to play? Send me an address (PM) I'll send small deposits every odd day or so that will build a fairly solid stake-ability. There are a lot of smaller exchanges that need support. I really like CoinExchange, and TradeSatoshi, but the latter asks .002 for BTC withdrawels. Using DOGE for many things, this wouldn't be a problem for me, but I don't like it at all when exchanges charge huge fees, which a lot of them are starting to do (like Bittrex). Thanks for the offer, I am dl'ing/syncing the wallet now.

Does anyone know how many coins to stake once per week, and then how many for once per day?

I think we all just have to be patient. I will help promote Chesscoin now more that I got the wallet to stake. Great return rate and a good price.

> Thanks for the patience. > I got it to synch just one minute ago! > Thanks for all the support, it's been great. Do you have any info what caused the connection problem in the first place? (before I close the issue: https://github.com/chess-fan/MCT/issues/16 ) Thanks for the patience. It has been a very active trading week. I got it to synch just one minute ago! Thanks for all the support, it's been great. Glad to start staking chess, it's going to be awesome. It's a lack of good communication skills, not enough native English speakers maybe? I needed to have an exact updated conf file and I was either trying to make my own or using an outdated one. When I finally found one by asking more questions, that one synced up.

We need to have more people step in here. I have been running the wallet and usually just two active connections to the network. I am not sure if that means that's the total number of people staking. If there are other nodes, does that mean there could be others online staking Growthcoin? The problem with my wallet is that there are thousands of tiny fractional payments, and I can't send to an exchange without using coin control to select each payment. I did a sort by size and did select some of the higher ones, but now it's down to ones that are like 1.x size or below. I checked the error type and did see some people talk about this error. I can't post it now but just wanted people to know that my staking computers are filled up with other wallets and so this one needs more support.

Bittrex has done it already. All holders on Bitcoin got their BTG coins. You can also buy or sell your Bitcoin gold there. If I am not mistaken they have been doing these operations since November, 21.
Yes, at last it's all right, I got everything, and then with the previous forks of bitcoin, I was not lucky if I just do not know why I did not get mine. So everything is fine, you can continue to work There are a lot of recent forks like SBTC and LBTC (I was credited on two exchanges), and more to come. Where is the info about this?

Does this exchange support the next BTC forks? I've been credited already at Yobit for SBTC and LBTC and shortly HITBTC will do both also.

Very strange dump of PoStoken price when all alts are green, anyone has an explanation? I know the market is mysterious, but maybe I am missing some news.
It's sad but most crypto people are not smart enough to earn BTC and in this case ETH by staking coins. I think the best low entry staking coins are good because they have good support and don't have far to go down like the others. The ones that haven't gotten deflated to 1 Sat because of super high percentage rates of return, like Growthcoin, Truckcoin, Bottlecaps, RAIN, Boat, PiggyCoin, Version, and HealthyWorm.

Yobit and HitBTC have already created accounts with SBTC and HitBTC says they will credit Lightening Bitcoin as well. What is Bittrex saying about what their going to do?
