3101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did You Face any Problem with BTC Confirmation? on: November 05, 2020, 02:21:42 PM
Yes, recently I'm about to receive my client payment for the order that he bought from me, I say that he can pay me in bitcoin, then it took less than 24hrs before confirmation, it is quite very long, since normally I will received it in just half an hour of 1 hr, maybe the bitcoin is so much congested right now,it affects the transactions, this is normal every year, when Christmas comes, bitcoin confirmation become too long and also become high in fees.
3102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting small amounts on a lot of matches or big amount on couple of matches? on: November 05, 2020, 07:14:34 AM
The mind never gets fixed to a single plan, because whenever I gamble I'll be starting with small amounts. When the situation or the game isn't towards win, automatically there arises a plan to recover the lost amount. This is where People shift from low betting to high roller. When I stand without anything in the wallet, my mind thinks I could've gone for a single bet wiith the Max amount.
indeed. if the player is not so sure in what team he wants to put his bet but he don't want to missed this moment, he should spend little amount first, if his instinct tells him to do it then make his bet bigger than first bet. but he really needs to study the odds of course. that is how he can decide if he will win that round or not. do not based your bet only in your instincts you need also to study, monitor and analyze everything first, so there will be no regret.
3103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you read the TOS of a gambling site? Honest answer please. on: November 04, 2020, 10:20:24 PM
To be honest, I am not reading any TOS or disclaimer in any site that I am accessing, I will only check its security, I need to be sure that it is having a good security feature and it will not run after some months or years. I will also check if KYC is needed in this site, I don't want to send a KYC, it could be hassle for me, most importantly I will look for some review of other player, research before playing that is the good thing to do.
3104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO, IDO, STO which best? on: November 04, 2020, 04:56:32 PM
Which do you think is best for a new project and why?

ICO - initial coin offering
IEO - initial Exchange offering
IDO - initial Dex offering
STO - Secority token offering

IEO is always the best for me because infinity I can be sure that they will not scam and will enter the exchange market in the future. In addition, IEO of top exchanges are always the best such as like binance, kucoin. So you should participate in all these IEO because the amount of risk is to low.

Note- I don't know if the same topic has been presented in the past and I'm creating the topic with my own ideas.
I will choose IEO, because this is the part where most of the project will not go through. After IEO they will run the money and will not go to an exchange, if they will go for an IEO it is more good, since there will be a kind of bond that we may be assure after IEO we can trade our tokens, so I rather buy in IEO, if they both have it, yes it will differ in starting price but what matter most is after the sale.
3105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anonymous teams on: November 04, 2020, 03:47:54 PM
For new projects at this time, most of their team is anonymous, if you are in doubt don't force it to enter, even if there is a real team, there will still be a high risk of investing in crypto. so the choice remains in the hands and confidence of each individual.
agree with you mate, most of the defi projects nowadays are being run buy anonymous team, I already witness some of them that are still doing great now, they are also in coingecko and coinmarketcap, even in decent exchanges such as probit, okex and many more. Maybe not because the team is shown in the website we can say that, it is real and legit, they can also get that identity to someone else's, we all know that even in Google you can get fake identity or fake ID. A hunter, trader and investor should research for everything first before they will spend their time, effort and money.
3106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New way to cheat with Bitcoin! be careful on: November 04, 2020, 01:27:01 PM
This is not new in this crypto industry. that is what they called HYIP, wherein they promise for a short period of time your investment might be triple,  there are a lot of people in this world that are not aware what is the real trading in cryptocurrency is, so they are being fall into wrong places, and they will share it to other people and it will. result to stereotyping, the moment they will hear that someone talks about bitcoin and other stuffs they will think that oh this one is fake don't believe it.
3107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is Addictive...Pay Attention to your Gambling Habit!!! on: November 04, 2020, 11:13:50 AM
that is something to take into account.
even if its just a thing you do for fun, it may be a wise decision to at least keep notes on how much money you separate for gambling, and maybe track your wins/loss ratio.

not so difficult to do.

Honestly, I also keep my records in every time I play, so I can see if I am losing in a row or I am winning as well. I put it in excel file so I can check my budget and income statement. It is also the file I use too track my current earning in work so I can see if I am having an extra money to be add in my gambling budget. It will make you addictive yes, but it is all up to the gambler, if he will go all in let him suffer even though there's no money left.
3108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: November 04, 2020, 02:51:34 AM
Almost all projects are cheating and refusing to give tokens at the end of bounty management. It's really sad that hunters work hard but they don't get tokens as a rule..

When the bounty is over, the team is making new plans so that they can easily escape by cheating.

I would like to say to all professional managers that Escrowed is very important and all of you should follow it.

Just in my opinion
Otherwise
1. Hunter will decrease
2. Team cheating step will increase

Yes this is good advice but the thing is, does the team behind the project has a fund to pay the escrow fee? Some of them chooses to launch Bounty instead of bitcoin campaign because they are limiting their expenses and in order for them to promote without using fiat or any other coin except for their own token. We've been in this industry for so long, we need to learn how to spot a fake ones and good ones that are good for long term uses as well.
3109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If btc > $150k, will you still gamble it? on: November 03, 2020, 11:41:59 PM
Yeah and with this poll, I meant to know the bet sizes only. Like does some gambler have the dare to gamble the same amounts in btc they did when it was 1/10th its value 'then' (where then is for the upcoming value in USD)? Some mining pools are taking a big advantage of the fee structure but I am glad that the wallets which used to 'select the best fee' for you on their own, now give us the advantage of choosing the fee ourselves but the network is still locked up to a certain area and is not being brought down, this has caused small gamblers 'who use different websites daily to gamble', a big problem.
For me, I will take profit from it, I will not gamble in that but instead I will pull out my half of my asset, bitcoin @150k is too high to gamble or to lose, the fees will be high when you withdraw yes it will be, but the thing is if the bitcoin price will dump again at a certain price it will be a loss to me as well. I need to take profit and decide for what is best for long term used.

3111  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Maging mapagmatyag at maingat on: November 02, 2020, 11:54:34 AM
Maging mapagmatyag at wais tayo at huwag basta bastang magtiwala.
Being educated on things like this is a must or atleast doing some research would help on avoiding schemes like this.

3113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How far will you go when you sent btc to a site with high fee but... on: October 30, 2020, 08:29:40 PM
Wait and chill is the most common and logical thing to do. Also using a transaction accelerator could be a help and there are some few accelerators on the internet that is free.

Maybe if you have a match you know that you will bet on it's better to deposit in the casino early so you won't experience a hassle in the process.

I also don't think contacting customer support will help you bring up your deposit instantly, and you will be lucky if the support will reply faster than your transaction.
3114  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: October 30, 2020, 06:39:05 PM
<snip>
Bitsler is just way too good for way too long to care about the license, they could cancel their license tomorrow and nothing will change for me.
Having gambling license is effective for a casino. Maybe you don't care about it but many gambler take casino license seriously. If bitsler cancel their license the news will spread widely in crypto gambling world. And it will create panic between many gamblers. Finally they will loss many user. Though bitsler is trusted, and doing their business nicely without any issue. But without having license no online casino can attract all type of gambler.
Bitsler has already established here as one of the popular casinos but nowadays people are already looking for license, if that is not important Bitsler would not get that license and they will just continue to operate without a license which they will still have their loyal gamblers but their future expansion could be at risk.

That is what the most important thing casinos must have since many scam casino came out and for having a license gamblers will have a peaceful mind playing, but I'm the case of bitsler well they are established casino so I don't think there will be a problem if they will expand not unless if there's a legal authority will questioned about there operations.

There will be no problem but there's no security of the gamblers, as we all know, they are already very popular but they still choose to have a license as they know it's required and it will make them a legitimate site, here's the thing that would come out in the mind of the gamblers.

What if Bitsler will scam us, how do we go after them, without a license, it's hard to trace them.

That could be it.  Cheesy

Agree reputation is not an issue but the license since this is the most important thing a casino must have. And bitsler management should not ignore this since if their license expire and they choose not to renew/get it then provably the questions regarding on it will hunt them and might people will lose their trust since they didn't comply those important documents.

But I believe bitsler will always look after that since they have a reputation to protect and this is their long time running business.
We have different beliefs in scaling about the importance of the license over reputation. If I will choose over a casino that has a license without reputation vs a reputated casino without a license, I would probably go for the reputated casino, It's a good thing that Bitsler did acquire their license.

I've noticed that license are the one that gamblers are finding first in the casinos, It shows the importance of it having on a casino and that would be the reason why casinos, even if they have a reputation still get their license.
3115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AIRDROPS ARE NO LONGER VIABLE on: October 30, 2020, 05:59:06 PM
They were never viable in my opinion, if a few campaigns have paid good via airdrops that does not mean all airdrops would be like that the hard fact is that almost 99% airdrops are either scam or have no value.

That's wrong. There were phases where you could have made a couple of thousands of Dollars a week just through bounties. This sounds unbelievable but it was the case in 2017. Simple airdrops brought you $100,$300,$500 each, sometimes a lot more. Those times are over but you can not claim there were not such times.
On the contrary, the time when airdrops a good fund are still exist but the problem started from newbies and bounty spammers. Mind you, if bounty hunters elevate their knowledge about crypto and also know how to choose a good project while the bounty manager also have bounty participants restrictions there will be enough rewards for bounty hunters.
Second, there are huge airdrop giveaway organised for Dev and people C++ knowledge.
I'm pretty sure that the majority of airdrop participants are not newbies, It is the abusers that saw the airdrop is profitable. Logically it is the right thing to do but abusers are just here in the crypto for easy money and not for the proper knowledge in crypto. There are few restrictions for bounty campaigns not to be abused but the bounty hunters are smart enough to find ways on how to bypass those restrictions. This is why most of the airdrops giveaways non-valued tokens because the token is distributed on profit chasing abusers.
3116  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Ano ang IWE? on: October 29, 2020, 06:23:53 AM
At ayun, Cryptocurrency nanaman ang ginamit as a front line reason ng ponzi nato or mostlikely paluwagan.

For sure iiyak sila pag dating sa dulo lalo na pag all in sila mag "invest" sakanila.
3117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most searched cryptocurrencies on Google on: October 29, 2020, 06:01:13 AM
The market capitalization is a very bad indicator to judge which cryptocurrency is better or bigger or something else. For example Bitcoin SV was created by fork and automatically 2 billion USD market capitalization was created from nothing Smiley.
So true. If that is not printing money from air, then what is!
More than a half of all cryptocurrencies are practically the same thin air transformed into low quality and low value coins.
By the way I think google searches can represent current interest in certain coin, but it can't give any insight on what coin will succeed in even nearest future.
Having so many low valued/shit coins in the market shows how it is easy to make a token or coin in cryptomarket and to be supported by some investors and some of it managed to survive for so long. We do have too many coins existing today and to be born, Searching in google on what coin will succeed in the future can possibly show you some results, I'm pretty sure that the result showed to you by Google is shilled by some people who are making articles shilling projects or paid review sites.
3118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Defi project like game pump and dump on: October 29, 2020, 05:22:34 AM
lost 0.3 ETH in 2 hours, buy when prices are high and the project died. defi brings new euphoria on blockchain and investment, you are right, we should be careful when investing in defi projects.
Sorry for your lost. but how do you know the project died in 2 hours?.

Well we should assume that he got the rock bottom price of his project which he assumes that it is dead. 2 hours is very fast actually I never experienced it from the time of buying to the transition of being a dead project. May we know the DeFi project name of it?
of all that has been followed, from year to year, starting from 2017 to 2020, whatever projects have been carried out, we must be able to see when there is an opportunity to buy and when there is to sell, because the profits and losses are the same. only we can take advantage of it at the time of increase and get a profit, and for those who have large funds, pump and dump games,

The player never know when the best time to entering the games. And if i dont' have mistake 3/4 player had bad hand and time to entering games when the price almost high.
I'm pretty sure that some of these traders do experience FOMO and were bring thereby the hype that causes them in a panic which can lead to insufficient analysis and planning. I've seen many stories like these even way back before.

if there were users who do have stuck funds in the site

there is nobody with funds.  Nobody did any deposit ever
All payments from faucet and rains were paid.

From now SkirmishBet will remain online so people can play if they want. But deposits and withdrawals will not be enabled
This is why some promotion is important, Even if it is not a signature campaign it would be effective, There are many new casinos no clashing with each other by making their campaigns better between each other.

It's pretty sad that there aren't any deposits in this casino which most likely will happen because of the surge of new and better casinos.

Is skirmishbet will be up until the domain rent expires?
3120  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! |Rakeback |VIP on: October 28, 2020, 08:46:20 PM
@duelbits

Fine, let's stick to the facts.
So once more: Maybe you can explain why you write instant withdrawals when this user had to wait 8 hours with his withdrawal?
That is NOT an instant withdrawal. If you write instant, then process(your faked withdrawal) instant.
Because he need to get manual approval first for his huge withdrawal, nothing strange about that.

If that's duelbits' own account, why would they had to wait 8 hours to get approval this withdrawal? They can easily just sent the winnings to him just in sec, and then to other new account as well.

I'm not defending duelbits, but i only said about my opinion.
I have the same thoughts, Manual processing of withdrawing big amounts is a bit common nowadays. I've seen some casinos doing manual processing and it ends up having some issues with the gambler who withdrawn. I think they are protecting their TOS and verifying if the gambler abides their TOS. "Instant withdrawal" a common marketing line for a starting casino/exchange. After having many experiences in withdrawing funds, I can say that "instant withdrawal" is for small withdrawals only.
