3101  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I start betting on sports? on: June 12, 2021, 11:40:40 AM
If you really want to start betting on sports than I would recommend the European championship that started yesterday. There are tons of games and a lot of money to be made. In case you are new to football then just go almost risk free bets. Especially now at the beginning of the tournament there are still plenty of weak teams in that have to play against top teams. If you look at France or England and bet when they play 3rd class teams it will be easy money.
3102  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How the Government made you fat on: June 12, 2021, 11:16:23 AM
Two more points I would add to become fat recently. The first is the pandemic, in my country all gyms where closed for a year, there was completely no indoor sport solution. The only chance you had was going running on the park, or riding a bike. I used to play football and tennis and go climbing from time to time. All this stopped overnight and I gained 10 kg since the start of the pandemic. The second point is the cheap foot in the super market with a lot of fat and carbs.
3103  Other / Off-topic / Re: Just to make more profit Elon Musk wants to kill People and Decentralization on: June 11, 2021, 06:01:00 AM
This story about the brain chip from Elon Musk seems crazy, there are a lot of opportunities a small neuroscience computer in our head could help us. But why are people not afraid of it and how it will change us? I still remember when the first words of the corona vaccine got out and people started to believe that Bill Gates is behind it. Everybody got scared that Bill Gates will implement micro chips with the vaccine, but for Elon Musk it's okay? To be honest we shouldn't trust any of the Billionaires, all they care about is their own wealth.
3104  Other / Politics & Society / Re: On truth and justice on: June 10, 2021, 07:04:05 PM
Truth is the law of the universe, the tide of the times, the future and unchangeable. No one wants to be treated unfairly in the future, which is endorsement. Do not always want to crucify people, only in exchange for future generations of abuse. We are issuing bitcoin every year, just like mining on the earth's gold mine with proven reserves. Everything is bright. Maybe I can't feel the heat of summer, but it can bring warm spring.

Unfortunately in our society truth becomes subjective, if you have enough money and power than you can change the truth. In politics and social media lies become a big part of the job.  Warm spring is nice, I prefer it to summer. During summer it just too hot and people become very lazy. Like a sunny spring or autumn day is so much better.
3105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: June 10, 2021, 06:37:41 PM

You can't be 100% sure which of these teams won't make it out of the group, or you'll have to make several bets! Cheesy I'd watch the Hungary-Portugal and France-Germany matches first... Then maybe it will be clear who plays better!

Yeah it is still a gamble but France looked so strong, I think they will easily be first in the group, and Hungary likely will be last. It all comes down to Portugal and Germany. But for one of them to actually be eliminated in the first group would also mean that the #3 place in the other groups must perform exceptionally well. But you are right, it is better to wait for the first to games and then bet. I would just try to hedge my overall bet of France winning the tournament with some smaller side with very low risk.
3106  Other / Off-topic / Re: IMPORTANCE OF VACATION on: June 10, 2021, 05:17:40 PM
I know Due to Expenses that involves in Vacation people don't really fancy Vacation, But it's very important for everyone to go on Vacation once a while, You take a leave from work go somewhere far away from Home have some quality time with that environment, After Retirement you go for a vacation to enjoy yourself, few of the importance is you are relief from stress, you don't have to do any work for yourself, just eat and have some adventures, make more friends,Do things you haven't done before, Go places you haven't seen before. Tell me more importance you know.

Amen! I full agree with you. Vacation is really important for all of us to relax. It is hard to give 100% of our productivity the whole year without a break. In my opinion should vacation be atleast two weeks, twice a year. The problem with letting go during vacation is that one week doesn't seem enough, it takes just one week to get out of the usual office day rythm. For me the real relaxation only comes in the second week of vacation. Last year due to covid I only had one week of vacation and it was really horrible. We need time to relax.
3107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: June 10, 2021, 11:23:36 AM
I saw that the odds for Portugal and Germany winning the tournament are exactly the same, and for France the odds are a little better. To be this is a surprise since all three are in the same group and there are some decent chances that one of them won't even make it out of the first round. Can't we profit of it? Like betting on France winning and either Portugal or Germany getting knocked out in the first group?
3108  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will the vaccination end? on: June 10, 2021, 11:12:53 AM

If you correlate your statement to his statement,

Then the vaccination will stop after all of the people have already been vaccinated, cause the mutation of the virus will stop.

There is no need for this to be forever, the mutations only happen to someone who was "INFECTED" by the virus itself. it won't mutate if it doesn't have a host.

I don't think that this is realistic. Reaching a 100% vaccination is not going to happen because a few sceptics will always deny it. And the other reason is that your body not be immune forever, it looks like with corona we need to refresh the vaccine already after 12-18 months. For other type of vaccines this is usually 5-10 years.
3109  Other / Off-topic / Re: Doesnt Nokia seem like a great buy or is it just me? on: June 10, 2021, 10:41:11 AM
With Nokia shifting their focus from phones to 5g network wouldn't it be a great buy in the upcoming 5/10 years?
enlighten me why it's a bad/good buy.

Telecommunications companies seem to be a great investment at moment. For me Nokia is no exception. The demand for better Internet and telecommunications infrastructure is unchallenged. The data usage every year is increasing, so the networks need to constantly upgrade. Also I noticed that telcos pay pretty high dividends which is also attractive.
3110  Other / Off-topic / Re: Now tell me if you still believe on Elon Musk. on: June 09, 2021, 10:41:45 AM
Anonymous group has send Elon Musk warning for drowning small investors money with his crypto tweets.
I hope they hack some of Elon social media accounts and teach him a good lesson Cheesy

I am a bit afraid of hackers taking over Elon Musk twitter account. What if they release another doom message and send bitcoins another 20% down? I think we need some month of calmness in the crypto world to recover. It would be nice though if anonymous could expose Elon Musk with his manipulation in the crypto markets. I am not trusting him anymore.
3111  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Republicans should be put to death. on: June 09, 2021, 10:09:36 AM

What is laughable is your hive minded thoughts... Bet you got the vaccine tick tock.

What is even more laughable is you are wrong again pal...I'm not vaccinated.

Tick tock?  wtf are you on dude?
Wait.... lemme guess... you are 15 and an expert on swiping your device 24/7 in your rent free bedroom, care of mom and dad.

What is so wrong with being vaccinated? Don't you guys want to eventually stop wearing a mask in public? If no one gets the vaccine we will never break the cycle of new corona outbreaks. Without vaccines we will likely see another wave hitting us in autumn and winter. Unfortunately it takes 80% of the population to be vaccinated to reach some kind of herd immunity.
3112  Other / Off-topic / Re: Advices For Student Development And Earnings on: June 09, 2021, 10:02:30 AM
I had similar problems like you when I was in school. My parents didn't have a lot of money and I needed to buy my own computer parts if I wanted to upgrade something. I had two ways of making money in school, the first one was tutoring some younger kids after school. I was always strong mathematics and physics, so it was just natural for me to help out kids in my class and the classes below me. The good thing is you can do it in school and don't need to go anywhere. My second way was working full time during the long summer holidays.
3113  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the dark web? on: June 09, 2021, 07:50:14 AM
Have you ever used the dark web and for what purposes? I even found several such forums, but I could not open them. It feels like the browser just doesn't support them.

Yes the traditional browers like Chrome or Firefox won't support the dark web. The dark web is just an part of the internet, that can't be accessed via www. You need a different browser like TOR to access the dark web. While there are also quite a lot of criminal activities going on, there are also quite a lot of average people.
3114  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will the vaccination end? on: June 09, 2021, 07:46:30 AM
Since Covid is a global pandemic, I am curious to know if it is in the plan to vaccinate everyone in the world? Do you think it is even possible to vaccinate everyone in the world? If not, why then have they started something they will not finish? Is this not just another way to put a pipe from the countries economy to the pocket of our politicians?

I have bad news for you, just read on Monday morning that it appears the immunity after the vaccination drops off between 12-16 months. It is very likely that we all need another shot in 2022. It will probably be only one instead of two shots and also the side effects are going to be not so severe. While the politicians are making decent money always, I think the big money is being made in the pharma companies. The big players producing the vaccine, the test centers all around the world, the pharmacies selling more drugs. The whole supply chain in pharma is getting rich right now.
3115  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When do you think World War 3 will take place? on: June 08, 2021, 06:44:16 AM
There are too many adverse developments going on . Many conspiracy theories point to an impending war. I still hope it just stops at the ideological struggle between countries.

I don't think we will see another world war. The problem is first of all that too many countries have nuclear weapons. If for example USA and Russia would go to war with each other the whole world could die to nuclear fall out. There are two types of war I expect we will see in the future, the first being proxy wars like in Ukraine, and the second one would be economic trade wars.

3117  Other / Politics & Society / Re: why revolutions and movements fail at their desired outcome on: June 07, 2021, 02:39:40 PM

civilian protests/riots were not the cause.. it was legal paperwork such as petitions, resolutions, contracts, acts and lawsuits..
the civilian protests were just social/media drama to layer on as as an 'after-fact' if it was 'power of the people'
much like when hurricanes happen. some people then say 'it was an act of god'
nope it was an atmospheric event

I agree, civilian protest always look nice on the news, because it is so dramatic to have burning stores and looting people on the street. But if you put the number people in a city into relation to the number of protests, we see that is a very small number of the population that actually engages in the protests. And we also don't really know if it is a natural protest, or something organised by some rich people who want to use if it for a political agenda.
3118  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I start betting on sports? on: June 07, 2021, 10:55:13 AM
You can earn alot with sporting betting but I think betting in general has to do with luck but it is nice idea to try it may be you will be lucky nobody can tell.It seems to be fun and profitable sometimes.

It all comes down to if we are interested in sports and watch games regularly. While betting is a nice way to earn money on the side I think that it's important we actually follow the sport we bet on. Just waking up one day and deciding we want to bet on football games now is not a good idea. But if we are very familiar with our home team and we know that they will win in a game on their home stadium than we should definitely bet.
3119  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't buy facemasks for the coronavirus! on: June 07, 2021, 09:29:26 AM
I don't take it for free from work

At work I only get 2 masks per month which is definitely not enough. I only need to go to the office twice per week, so it's not so many masks I need to buy. I understand why masks are necessary,to protect others in case I am infected. But if we need to wear a mask at work I think that our employer should buy the masks.
3120  Other / Off-topic / Re: Anonymous vs Musk on: June 07, 2021, 09:20:38 AM
The well known Anonymous hackers have a new target and it's our antihero Elon.
According to them Musk attacked Bitcoin because he was afraid he could lose money his company was getting from the US government.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UG07x3aN3b0

Finally someone is speaking the truth. Anonymous is a great network of hackers who have exposed liars on the past. After the recent weeks we can all see the real picture of Elon Musk. He obviously only cares about his own position and not about his million followers. We should be very cautious for the future and don't trust Elon Musk anymore.
