Yes, I see what you're saying, the two are there initially. However, upon clicking to unlock for staking only, the lock in the lower right doesn't open, it disappears altogether leaving just the network strength symbol and the green checkmark indicating the wallet is synced.
Okay, just had a look at my Vault to confirm the lock positioning and made an edit to previous post. Here is the edited data: EDITED:
Lock vs Unlock positions for Vault display:
* Both in locked position = locked and encrypted * Both in unlocked / open position = Vault is unlocked * Top unlocked / bottom lock disappears = unlocked for staking only Also, even though the wallet is synced, I still got the out of memory error as I leave the computer on and open to mint. Does anyone else have this problem? I have never experienced this. Are you running other software simultaneously to the Vault mining process which may be overloading your memory? Thanks for the info. Sorry to be a thorn in your side, but don't want to waste 30 days only to find out I wasn't staking at all. Also, CBX wallet is only using about .5G RAM, I have 8G and the other running programs take up about 2.5G. So I'm not sure either...don't have the problem with any other crypto clients... Thanks again.

Besides keeping one's wallet open, is there anyting else to do in order to generate stake after 30 days?
Is CBX like PPC, in that if the wallet is encrypted, one has to run a special .bat file to allow the minting to occur?
If so, is there an example of that file anywhere?
If encrypted, you only have to unlock your vault to mint. For safety, it is preferable to use the 'unlock for minting' option so a password is still required to withdraw bullion from your vault. I think it's minting, but there is no unlocked padlock in the lower right hand corner indicating that the wallet is encrypted but currently unlocked for block minting only. Is this normal? Again, I don't see anything specifically telling me that I'm minting anything... You will see a lock icon at the top of your Vault as well as at the bottom right: * Both in locked position = locked and encrypted * Both in unlocked / open position = unlocked for sending and minting * Top unlocked / bottom locked position = unlocked for staking only Yes, I see what you're saying, the two are there initially. Is anyone using the android wallet? Has anyone used its QR-code scanner? (Wanna know for our paper-wallet project, which is puddling along.)
I toy with the Android wallet here and there, but have not used the scanner feature...

@elambert thanks for the quick response. Easy fix - took me from ~350k blocks to download to ~177k blocks to download. Much better!

You're awesome Cryptapus! Just sent you 2 Uno. ...
Apologies, forgot to say: Thanks! It's been my belief that tipping devs is very important to keep their interest and incentivize good work. I've always urged folks to do so. It's nice to see the same applied to my work (although "good" might be a stretch... ). Thanks! You deserve 100x more, but I'm a stingy person overall to be honest. I'll 1:2 match up to another 2 UNO for Cryptapus. So if I receive 4 UNO to the address below, I'll send 6 to Cryptapus. If I receive 2, I'll send 3. uT6GJiR6tYQADduTMp6u6bv8GHRwQKECcB Sent 4. Always appreciate Cryptapus' efforts at $UNO! TXID: 9d2a0842de254cb2b712b89b1d72eb67be55c01187ce646500b5373002899bd5

Installed the wallet and have been trying to download the chain for days. I leave it on and go to work, when I return, there is an out of memory error. I've got 250 G of free space and 8 gig ram on a Windows 8.1 system. I just keep restarting it... Any advice?

Just 1.5 btc buys Un on Cryptsy back up to .008.
Below 006 is delicious.
Munch, munch, munch. The Cryptsy wallet changer is really getting a workout today with all of the withdrawals... Wonder who's been doing all the selling?

My Genesis-Mining payouts for Uno stopped Sept 17. Anyone else notice that?
Are you still receiving payments on other coins?

Yes, I really like cryptopia. Hope that there's more action there in the future...

I'm certain that the number two wallet is a patient accumulator and not Cryptsy...
If you look at the transaction history, there is never a sell in almost a year.
On an unrelated topic, I've wondered, why do people decide to start the BCT account over?

According to this https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/#!overview it looks like Cryptsy has probably moved their cold wallet 14 times in the last 10 days? I wonder if they have been doing the same with all/most of their coins. It keeps shrinking (below 19% of total coins now) but I wouldn't think enough to justify moving it around so much, especially if their hot wallet is 8,000 coins... Maybe they have a policy to always keep their hot wallets at a certain level. Based upon the toying that I've been doing with Cryptsy, every withdrawal has been from the mega wallet, with a new mega wallet being generated after each withdrawal. It seems that the only major wallet left there is the cold wallet that is actually hot. It used to be that my withdrawals would come from smaller Crytpsy wallets containing, say, 300 to 500 $UNO. Now, every withdrawal comes from the perpetually-changing mega wallet which has been slowly becoming smaller and smaller... DEATH TO THE CRYPTSY MEGA WALLET!!! EDIT: In block 669154, I withdrew 8 $UNO and it changed addresses again...

I know this may or may not be the best way to get listed on Bter, but our top position for CBX is increasingly challenged by number two in the voting list.
I have been putting in my 80 votes per day, but number Two is catching up on us; can you guys please help putting in more votes, please?
Let's get back to voting on Bter!!!!
Thanks
just offer the crooks 3 btc to be listed, your coin would be active within a day or 2, How long does the coin stay listed with that payment?
