321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin won't surge past 11k, your thoughts... on: February 13, 2020, 06:30:56 PM
Sorry, I don't agree with this prediction. This is another kiddie prediction in my view. Bitcoin doesn't follow anyone's prediction! We just only can expect, nothing else. Bitcoin price is going to 10300+ USD, the next target is 10500 and then 11K USD  will come and it can happen even in this month. So, this prediction has no value, honestly, I stopped following all the bitcoin prediction because I don't care them when I know holding bitcoin is a great idea.
322  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy only bitcoin or take chances in altcoin casino? on: February 13, 2020, 06:09:39 PM
Investing all money in one coin is not a good idea, altcoins are not useless, Bitcoin needs altcoins too. So, if you really support the crypto idea, you should appreciate good potential altcoins too. Look at the altcoins market now, most of the coins are getting a green signal and increasing in price. So, I would diversify my investment in various altcoins too.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins do you Hold ? on: February 12, 2020, 05:20:48 AM
I have been holding many altcoins for many days, but yesterday I took a brave decision, sold out my all altcoins and bought Ethereum only. And today Ethereum is having bullish run. Sometimes we take the risk and that risk gives you unconditional profit! Though my decision was not risk-taking, rather I wanted to focus on some specific coin like Ethereum, BNB and the legendary Bitcoin!
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you notice top exchanges reduced the withdrawal fee? on: February 12, 2020, 04:37:04 AM
It's a welcome development especially at this time that market is in a good frenzy condition. I hope other exchange can also do this so it can be a uniform thing.

I think every exchange will follow this great decision to keep their traders active otherwise traders will move on tho these exchanges, because there is no exchanges are better than Binance, Okex, Huobi! Kudos to OKEx team for taking this great decision at first which is making other exchange to follow the same path!
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Did you notice top exchanges reduced the withdrawal fee? on: February 12, 2020, 04:26:49 AM
It was really a great decision from the top tier exchanges, because of withdrawal fee was very high, even I stopped withdrawing for every day as it took 7-8$ fee every time. But now they reduced it by 50%, so traders like me who doesn't feel exchange safe enough for storing coins, they will gladly withdraw after every profit!
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the shit is happening in CMC? on: February 10, 2020, 07:20:28 AM
This is really sad that a top platform works like that. CMC is one of the most used website or tool in the crypto world. When we talk about Bitcoin dominance, altcoin's price, the volume we collect information from CMC, not from coingecko or Livecoinwatch! But look at what they are playing with us. Most of the calculation from CMC is wrong nowadays because they list all the fake, bot trading things Comparing this, coingecko is doing far better. OP, you raised a good question, CMC should look at this and change things into positive.

328  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to make big profits from exchanging bitcoin to altcoins on: January 04, 2020, 07:48:56 AM
Thks is the classic description of a pump group and I would advice every newbie who reads this not to fall victim of this, it is the best way to lose your funds, don't be fooled by what you see, the more you look, the less you actually see until you fall victim of it. If you just go a simple research, you would see so many people who has invested in such schemes that are regretting it now, Cryptocurrency trading is a very volatile investment and doesn't always go as planned even when it's being manipulated.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake Litecoin Foundation Scam Defrauds 309 LTC from Users on: January 04, 2020, 07:43:39 AM
Any airdrop or reward program that requires you to send some funds first is a scam and after years of people being defrauded by scams like this, it is a wonder that people still fall for it all to this day. This is not the first and wouldn't be the last, I just hope that people who has fallen victims to it before would try to help others not fall for the same scams.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: January 04, 2020, 07:37:56 AM
My question is: how can a shitty coin with no real use and purpose get so many traction? Speculation is a strange fact in crypto
The answer is simple.... Popularity.
Dogecoin is owned by some anonymous people and I am thinking that it it popular anonymous people because whenever it wants to fade into the background, someone would just start hyping it again and it would be ressurected, it doesn't matter if they have made any developement strides in recent times, all that matters is that they have a very strong community support and CZ said exactly that when doge was listed in Binance.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have created a list of 70 social media based on blockchain or tokenized on: January 04, 2020, 07:24:00 AM
Honestly, I didn't know this much social media platform existed on the blockchain or are tokenized, I knew of just about 5 of them.. Steemit, Golos, Lbry, Publish0x and one more that I haven't seen on that list... It's a forum similar to Bitcointalk but it has it's own token unlike this magnificent forum that focuses most of it's attention on Bitcoin. The name of the forum is Altcoinstalk.com
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: January 04, 2020, 07:00:38 AM
These days they have even become smarter, many of these projects do away with an attractive whitepaper, instead they develop a fully working product before launching their sale and investors are hooked, then they say that the funds raised would be merely used for marketing purposes for the product, after the sales, the project just gradually fades into the background like so much white noise. It takes grace to be able to discern the genuine projects irrespective of whitepaper.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys stop investing! Use your brain, please on: January 04, 2020, 06:57:30 AM
What you should be doing is to tell project owners not to list their projects in such exchanges because I think that investors has wised up and are not investing in the tokensale listed in any of those exchanges, before people invest, they tend to look at past records and when it looks good, they invest.

But in these exchanges, there are no good past records to begin with, some projects has even ended up exit scamming after listing their IEO in those exchanges.
334  Other / Meta / Re: What effect would this forum vanishing have on your life? on: January 01, 2020, 09:47:00 PM
This forum is as neccessary in the life of a Cryptocurrency enthusiast as oxygen is to the life of land dwelling creatures.
Personally not only would I be losing a good source of income, but I would also be losing a big source of entertainment and news, this is where I get to see the latest projects in the Cryptocurrency space and this is the forum where I get to meet other Cryptocurrency enthusiasts and discuss about things related to our shared interest.
335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Loss, A life saver or a evil? on: January 01, 2020, 09:41:47 PM
I cannot count the times my ass has been saved because of Stop-loss.
As a professional trader, it is your duty to constantly check your active trades especially when there has been a price movement that he likely triggered your Stop-loss to activate, so Stop-loss is definitely a life saver but this all depends on the trader, if Stop-loss didn't exist, some people would be available 24/7 for their trades but because it exists, many of them just tend to slack off.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: January 01, 2020, 09:32:49 PM
I have been here for a very long time and I have high hopes for this new year, firstly I expect the altszn to finally take place in 2020 so that we could have a repeat of the awesome event that took place in 2017, a magical time when you could invest in a random project before going to bed and then wake up to reap profits from it, that was a time that I always long for and it brought so .any investors to this space, all my hopes for this year is a repeat of that.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some big things to watch for in 2020 on: January 01, 2020, 09:21:45 PM
2020 is a year filled with potential and we just might be seeing worldwide adoption and the altszn this year.
Anyways the events you mentioned are those that are scheduled but don't forget that the biggest news that has rocked the Cryptocurrency Sphere in the past are unscheduled events that took us by storm and wasn't scheduled to happen until it happened suddenly.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Welcome to 2020, the year of cryptocurrency bull market. on: January 01, 2020, 09:17:49 PM
We can only hope, since the bullrun in late 2017/early 2018, we have been waiting for the amazing bullrun to resume all to no avail.
If it finally happens, it would bring in a fresh wave of Enthusiasts and investors and this can only be good for Cryptocurrencies, it can also be the trigger for worldwide adoptiin, If Cryptocurrencies are getting this much attention at a time when the price is floundering, then imagine what it would be like when it's giving so much profit to every investor.
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin never reaches a new ATH? on: December 28, 2019, 04:40:23 PM
You might not know this but the supply of bitcoin is actually reducing since more and more people are losing the keys to wallets and some people have even died and their bitcoin wealth are lost forever and would likely never be recovered, more and more people want a piece of bitcoin and there is just not enough to go around with Billions of people in the world and just less than 18 million bitcoin in circulation, it's inevitable that the price of Bitcoin would rise unless something goes absolutely wrong.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Taxing Bitcoin? Here's the Answer on: December 27, 2019, 12:51:58 PM
Presently, there are very few services where you can spend Cryptocurrencies, and this simply means that we constantly have to be converting Fiat to Cryptocurrencies and Cryptocurrencies to Fiat, so whenever this conversion is made, the Government still gets their tax amounts from the fiat part of the transaction and I guess this is why many of them are not bothered at the moment.

But it would eventually get to a stage where Cryptocurrencies can be used worldwide for the payment of goods and services and once someone converts fiat to Crypto, it would never likely be converted to fiat again and this is when they would really start worrying.
