321  Economy / Economics / Re: How adoption will happen on: April 25, 2019, 06:22:10 PM
Nobody knows anything about it, and you still know that there are lots of countries that have banned it. And when government notices that a lot of people are opting for crypto instead, they might decide to block their citizens from making use of it. Bank is part of government and they wouldn't like to see cryptocurrency take more of the population than the banks. This is just I what I think. But let's just see how it's going to work out though.
322  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin really stabilize any country's economy level? on: April 25, 2019, 05:51:23 PM
First of all you should ask if Bitcoin itself is stable? We already know it is not, Bitcoin itself is very volatile and you don't expect something that is as volatile as that to keep a country's economy stable how's that going to happen? It's called a cryptocurrency, there's the word currency in it but that doesn't mean it's a currency. It is just an asset and is meant to for investment. You can call it money, but it is not like the conventional money that we make use of. So to answer to your question, I'd simply NO, it cannot.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowing when to sell off your crypto investment on: April 25, 2019, 04:03:18 AM
If we are to be truthful to ourselves, most investors don’t set target for themselves unlike trader, a trader could deposit money to trade and decide to always take profit at 5% on every trade, but an investor will just put in money with the hope of taking profit when the coin really go high, not many investor will put in money and say at 10% I will take my investment.

The point above is the reason why majority of us are waiting for bitcoin ATH, if we do set target, why are we all talking of ATH, at least, bitcoin has been increasing by certain percentages, we have people that bought BTC at 3k an still yet to take profit until it hit the ATH. SO I think, its only when we trade that we set target.
It is a function of what you wanted to achieve in the crypto business. If you have made money in the crypto or you have gotten the worth of your coins raised high in the market, you are very well off if you cash. It is about profit maximization and profit should be withdrawn when you have achieved a certain level of profit. You should keep things on the tract and not try to hodl for long if you are a visitor.
324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Done Buying Cryptocoins? I AM. on: April 24, 2019, 08:44:36 PM
I think I’m done too, because I believe that I already have enough. Buying more coins is really a waste of time and money, the best thing I can do now is continue to trade with the ones I have and also hodl with the ones I want to hodl with. I bought a lot of coins as of recent and that includes that bitcoin, lite pin, NEO, EOS, ripple, eth, and a lot more of them and I have divided them – the ones I’m trading and the ones holding for profit in case bull run takes off.
325  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin prophesy has shown up again. Which side would you belong? on: April 24, 2019, 08:19:05 PM
Lolzzz, why should anyone believe them this time around, they weren’t able to predict that bitcoin will rise to $5000. Just now that it has gotten to that rate and they have all crept out from their holes to disturb us with their fake predictions that never works for once. They are always everywhere, even on Twitter and reddit and always predicting rubbish that never works. If you follow their predictions you will always end up making a mistake as per my experiences.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) platforms on: April 23, 2019, 06:59:54 AM
GREAT
What are the listing fees in etch exchange for IEO?
What criteria are needed?

thank you guys!
Well, the listing fee could be explored upon visiting the websites of the exchanged who conduct IEOs. Normally a 10% of the funds are gone to the exchange along with listing fee which is around 20 Bitcoins. You need to have sufficient funds to do that but it is a big thing to get your tokens sold which in turn make you millions of dollars or whatever value you prefer to set. I was fascinated by the success of Binance Launchpad.
327  Economy / Economics / Re: What should you do in bearish market? on: April 22, 2019, 07:18:42 AM
The downtrend market is a very normal phenomenon in the overall market movement. But for investors, this is a very unfavorable time because it is difficult to buy & sell and take risks if trying to buy a certain crypto code. The downward market often drags most crypto down.
So what to do to survive and live well when the bearish market happens??? Here are some tips for you.
If you’d ask me, I will say that you should buy at anytime you feel is right or at anytime you think you can afford the price. It’s difficult to tell when exactly the price is at the bottom. You should use the recent event that took place as an example ; everyone was expecting the price to fall more to $2000, but instead of that happening, the price took a turn around $3000 and went up to $5400. Those who bought at that $3000 were lucky that they did buy at that rate. So you should just do the same.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will ICO's do with those unsold tokens? on: April 21, 2019, 07:40:21 PM
Project that says if unsold tokens will be saved for future development funds (in my opinion it's very suspicious)
Project that says if unsold tokens will be burned (I strongly agree and will fully support because this will reduce total supply so that the price is higher)
Okay, may be that is possible if they want to save the unsold tokens for the future development but I think it would have been very nice had they gotten all their tokens sold in an ICO but since it has lost its popularity and people look at ICOs with a dubious eye, for the tokens, it is the only option left with the startup companies to store them. They need to focus on the project development right now.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO on: April 21, 2019, 12:27:56 PM
IEOs are future of tokens and fund-raising industry but one thing I have learnt very much in the crypto space is that nothing last for very long, since the crypto market is free this means that there is so much competition and as long as companies keep thinking of how to bring improvement into the blockchain space, then I can say with boldness that we are going to see something else that is even more better than IEOs in the market.
330  Economy / Economics / Re: The Blockchain technologies on: April 21, 2019, 10:08:50 AM

The Blockchain invention already has resulted in so many technology trends including hybrid blockchains, ricardian contracts, stable coins, security tokens and so on. What other inventions regarding blockchain do you think we might see in he next couple of years? What other industries could this system improve?
There are lots of things I have seen people mention that can be done with block chain, but since many years I have been part of this community, none of them has been achieved yet and no one is still talking about them.

People are fond of saying the impossible, and a last you wouldn’t see any of them happening. I’m not going to say anything cause I’m not expecting anything to happen. When it’s time for anyone to take place, then it will.
331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: small gains but cant make it big on: April 21, 2019, 08:44:52 AM
The come back for your investment is also for how much you invested here if you invest some more extra income you can get back it with extra benefit that is the simple theory will work here other ways hard work will not be important to make huge profit.
Exactly it depends on the size of your investment as well as on the kind of crypto you have put in your money. Try to look for the long term trading and not the short term. The short term will give you short money as you cash out with every rise in the market value but the long term investment actually makes you able to take away the maximum profits upon the onset of Bull Run.
332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which strategy you apply in recent bullish market? on: April 21, 2019, 08:16:09 AM
The cryptocurrency market comes to life and it becomes easier to catch a coin pump.It is good to have an experience in trading and then thanks to the news monitor you can catch a wave and make good money on it. If you are a beginner, you can repeat the actions of more experienced traders: now there are many good resources where trade signals give. I am now involved in a signature - I think there will be a good profit here - the project with its own coin shows very good results.
That is good if you think your investment is going to grow. My strategy is to stay attached to Bitcoin and hodl now. The market is bullish right now and this is the reason I feel it will be profitable if I hodl a bit more. This is because of the rising trend in the market value of Bitcoin. There has been quite a high rise so far and this is the benefit of speculating at a down price. Hopefully in the days to come, the market will be more bullish. Do not Miss out.
333  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the next economic collapse trigger massive crypto adoption? on: April 20, 2019, 09:11:00 PM
The best time for crypto adoption is when there is economic crisis in a country, the way we are going to see a massive growth in the price of bitcoin will be so alarming, because the demand of bitcoin will be so high, and following the law of economics, the lower supply and higher demand in the price of a crypto will cause the price of that cryptocurrency to grow massively, I know that in the next few years to come, we might see the price of bitcoin at $500,000.
334  Economy / Economics / Re: Customer Owned Exchange on: April 20, 2019, 08:54:32 PM
So in other words, a charity exchange platform wherein the operators wouldn't get anything in return and those who are pretty much using the platform since the beginning will have higher loyalty perks than those with traders who trade in with high volume but shorter time? I think the reward system would be chaotic, and the setup is pretty much like a cooperative platform wherein the community chimes in a percent of work done and receiving the dividends/profits after. It would be a nice system if it would be done for charity but for a business model? I don't think it will play out pretty well.
Hahahaha, this is the best reply I have read so far in this forum, I laughed so hard when I saw OP post because I know it would never be possible. This exchanges spend a lot of money running full node of almost all the crypto coin in the world, and you expect them to run a charity organization for you to benefit from, it doesn't even sound fair if you ask me, that should be only made possible in a decentralized exchange and not a centralized exchange.
335  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Switzerland truly the best place for a crypto project? on: April 20, 2019, 08:35:02 PM
I believe we would have a lot of other places were users enjoy the use of bitcoin and blockchain technology without any interference from any government agency, I think in no time, we are going to still have much more adoption this way because there is a crisis coming to the economy of so many countries of the world, and the only saving grace at that time would be crypto, this is why a lot of persons are already buying as much bitcoin as they can purchase.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTGecko 🦎 - Launch of NFT forum, Giveaway 🔥 Origin Axie & UR Neon District on: April 20, 2019, 07:24:24 PM
I believe that this topic have been sited at the wrong part of the forum, this is the reason why you are not getting a lot of engagement since when you made this post, I think it's expedient for us to make sure we check the rule of each board on this forum we visit so that we could know the right place to make a post and the place not to make a post, I will advice that you move this topic to the altcoin announcement section of the forum in order to get the best result.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Cryptocurrencies Should I buy? Building your Portfolio on: April 20, 2019, 09:56:52 AM
The cryptocurrency one should buy should be solely dependent on the project and the real life value it has to offer, we have a lots of projects that seems good in the market, but are not really good because they have no real life purpose, what I mean is that, no one can make use of them for someone special or unique. For example, Bitcoin is known to be a store of value just like gold but it is better than gold since it's transferable digitally.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long does it take to become a pro on: April 20, 2019, 09:18:17 AM
It depends on you and how you practice and dedicate your time, it is possible for it to take you years before you become a pro and it's also possible to take you months to become a pro, all you need to do is to be dedicated at learning about crypto, make sure you don't leave any stone unturned and make sure you study all part of crypto from hodling to trading and even to building a career around the blockchain until you get your desired result.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone + 3 years trading or investing? on: April 20, 2019, 08:41:06 AM
Hi,
I am curious if there is anyone who have traded or invested crypto more than 3 years?
and the profit is good?
Yes of course, I learn about crypto in 2014 and began to trade crypto in 2016 and I can say that it has been the best thing that I have gotten myself involved in, well sometimes the market could be really bad and frustrating, but at the end of everything it always turns out well, since when I discovered crypto, it has always been my source of living for 5 years now and I have never stopped earning from crypto till today, and I know that even in years to come I will still be making money from crypto.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: April 20, 2019, 08:16:15 AM
Well, I myself makes use of coinomi for some years now, 3 years if I am not mistaking and I have never had any experience of an hack carried out by anyone that has this wallet or make use of this wallet, so I don't see any reason why someone will talk bad about a platform that doesn't have any experience of am hack whatsoever, or have anyone here had any bad experience making use of coinomi, like seeing your coin disappearing from your wallet without you initiating the transaction or any other related problem.
