321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO IS ALIVE AND KICKING on: March 05, 2019, 03:52:59 PM
I have taken part in many failed ICOs and few successful ones. After a series of failed ICOs owing to scam cases and insincere teams leading to heavy dump after listing and in turn blaming the bearish market, I have sometimes share in the sentiment of many projects who blame the bad market for their coin heavy dump, but two case study has shown that with a good team and the right strategy, their coin needs not dump to "hell-fire" as we are currently experiencing thereby discouraging investors.

Binance exchange have conducted two successful ICO/IEO on their launchpad, with both doing very well above the inertial offering. The first one is said to have lasted about 16mins and all sales was sold out. while the second one which I participated in only lasted just 22secs and individual  cap was $3,000. Both are currently doing very well above the ICO prices. With the success of these two launched so far. more and more people are interested in participating in such project as it has some level of trust and integrity, and not when team after conducting ICOs, will not even pay bounty hunters, but keep posting them, but when they finally pay and get listed, the price will just be a shit.

Anyone team still willing to conduct ICO should come up with a mechanism to defend their projects from gravitation free falls, so as investors don't loss hope in their project and later blame the hailing market. Hard times call for a new set of thinking for a change.

2 icos...on how many?
I think 2 icos went well is a super low number.

Do you have some real statistics? How many millions has been raised in this 2 months totally?
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ANN][ICO][MYO]🔥 MYCRO JOBS - SIMPLY GETTING THE JOB DONE on: March 04, 2019, 12:06:17 PM
This is not very good behavior on the part of the team.I hope they had good reasons for this.
In addition, I would like to know how soon public sales will begin. There must be some deadlines. It can not be stretched to infinity.

They don't even comment on this further even if the issue has been resolved. They shouldn't leave this without any comment here.
Guys please be patient. It will be announced soon.

ok, thanks for the info.
Can you tell us at least how the private sale / pre-ico is going? Is the softcap has been reached?

well, admin in the official channel are always there, so you can ask any question. Maybe they don't know avery answer, but the channel is alive.
They will kick anyone who asks for bounty problem on telegram but I find it in pinned message and they say if distribution for bounty will be start on March 20
but I'm not sure about that because until now I haven't seen number of participant tokens on spreadsheet

you have to send a pm here on this forum for that kind of problem.

I had a quick answer and a solution for my issue, so i think that they will solve everybody's issues as well...
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [XEL] :: XEL - The Decentralized Supercomputer :: on: March 04, 2019, 11:43:40 AM
was there an ICO for this project?

yep, that's what i've found out: "The ICO lasted from February 29, 2016, to August 19, 2016, and managed to raise around 710 BTC for the total supply of 100,000,000 XEL."

710BTC in 2016 was not so much, but i think if they have managed well them in the past bull run, they may have collected enough money
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: March 04, 2019, 11:36:53 AM
Founders had announced that NEM team got only couple of months till all funds needed for operation and development of the project will be depleted. Has been there any positive news lately?

If this is true i am not surprised Smiley

why? do you think that they've managed not well their money?

by the way, i am surprised that that news doesn't bring fear and panic sell..
326  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: Non mi fido dell'Italia. Quale banca estera scegliere? on: March 03, 2019, 11:39:34 AM
Quote from: Plutosky

In ogni caso hai coraggio.

Aggiungo che mi dispiace non riuscire a partecipare più attivamente su questi thread, dato anche l'interesse che ho per questi argomenti (compreso la finanza "tradizionale") Sad
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: March 03, 2019, 11:28:58 AM
Last time devs reduced rewards from 5 to 3 ETH per block in the end of October 2017 and after this was a massive price up. Now rewards reduced from 3 to 2 ETH per block. Seems we will see new huge price movement  Roll Eyes

So... ETH devs = ETH Central Bank

When shall we expect the next decision on direction for ETH interest rate? Or, is this a one way street? Is ETH zero interest rate policy already a done deal? And when that is a fact we'll call this transition from pow to pos? How is that different to what Fed is doing?

I dont like their politics too (at last I dont like that they have offering unlimited coins which will be issued). But at last reduce number of this coins may have a positive affect price...

just to know, maybe some of you can help me: how many other platform/coin (xem, eos, tron etc) have a unlimted supply of coins?

329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Constantinople Hard fork to be delayed on: March 02, 2019, 01:52:04 PM
A bug was discovered at the very last minute that would make it possible to spent a transaction twice. One of the major challenges with ethereum is that any minor error in its upgrade can have far reaching consequences since it has a veey large community

mmm, what bug are you talking about?

With "at the very last minute" do you mean a bug the was discoverd in the last  2-3 days or 1 week or more ago?
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy FB Cryptocurrency on Popular Exchanges on: March 02, 2019, 01:25:53 PM
It looks like that soon will be possible  to buy FB coin on popular exchanges
FB want to launch his crypto in first half of 2019

I think it  will be best way to promote crypto currencies
For many people with zero knowledge cryptocurrency is kind of fraud or even criminal
Now thanks FB coin they will  most likely to learn what crypto currencies  really is
And we will have yet another stable coin that time with use cases

And this is related to Bitcoin Discussion how again? I think your perfectly valid thread belongs in the Altcoin Discussion, you know, with the rest of the "stable" coins.

For me, Facebook releasing their own altcoin after being so hostile to Bitcoin, is meh. Even within altcoins, they'll have a hard time. But good luck to them, everyone is entitled to try, not that everyone will necessarily succeed...

i think that it will happen the same thing happened for telegram's crypto.

A lot of money raised, and than, ico cancelled..
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO makes me sick on: March 02, 2019, 01:17:46 PM
No funds no project idea makes me sick and tired of ICO ,I never like the idea right from the beginning ,why? Well to me if you are the owner of your business or company and you have struggled a lot to build it you won't dare want to let go or see it crumbled and fail, this is not present in ICO cases ,ICO is just like "oh if not much funds then I will back off and reopen another project maybe we can reach the hard cap" ,well if every developers are the ones funding there projects they will be more serious to make it a successful one,the easy safe path of backing out if hardcap is never achieved makes it feel easy for every one especially the scammers, I'm not been heartless ,if you don't have money to fund your project just don't bother ,many coins out there have no ICO ,no premine ,no bullshit with fine price per coin ,they never want any funds ,coins like masari ,Loki, haven project, dero rely on nobody fund yet they perform better than hundreds of ICO.

i don't know man.

Tell me, if ico will never scam again, do you will have the same thought?
I think that it's not uncommon to ask for money (in different ways) when you think you have a great idea but you can't develop it by your self..
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steem Added to Huobi, Price Shoots Up! on: March 01, 2019, 06:33:49 PM
So, Steem recently got added to the Huobi exchange and the effects of that are reflected in the current price.
I'm personally very pleased with this, since I'm now earning about 20% more on my posts.

https://steemit.com/steem/@steemitblog/steem-now-on-huobi-exchange

I'm just hoping the price keeps increasing to $1 again.

it's funny because just few days ago i've read a thread, here, in this forum, about how steem was a dead coin.

That's why i love crypto Cheesy

334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: March 01, 2019, 06:27:09 PM
Yes, you are right. Every business has its own risks and as we all know, life itself even risks, and knows the business knows success.
These are two benefits of taking risks in my opinion.
1. Taking it quickly makes you stand out and show your confidence.
That is the best way to get people to stop and see you as a leader, as someone to be reckoned with. The most successful start ups are run by people who will never be "ok" with the status quo. Having knowledge combined with self-confidence makes you shine.

2. Risk taking can teach us new lessons that we don't miss.
Taking risks gives us invaluable opportunities to grow. It's nice to take risks, and if they don't succeed the first time, take what you have learned and take other risks. You only learn when taking risks and really learning what will make you successful. Nothing is impossible.

i really have problem to see and read sentece like "It's nice to take risks".

I think that everyone should be carefull and think twice because we talk about money.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 12 Best Cryptocurrencies for Long-Term Investment [2019 Edition] on: February 27, 2019, 08:00:28 PM
It is the first quarter of New Year 2019, and we can already see the rising trends of different cryptocurrencies in the blockchain industry. 2019 is going to be the year which is set to change the picture from bearish to bullish. Historically, people use to watch the stock market trends in terms of wealth creation, but now the focus has shifted to top long term cryptocurrencies. Like the previous year’s report, Bitcoin has once again topped the list of the world's most valuable and popular virtual coin by market cap.

Though Bitcoin faced major fluctuations in 2018, it is still the most accepted crypto coin and the most-traded virtual currency by merchants and investors.

Keeping Bitcoin as an exception that always is on the top, let’s explore the following list of the best long-term cryptocurrency investment 2019:
https://coinswitch.co/news/12-best-cryptocurrencies-for-long-term-investment-2019-edition

i'm really surprised to see nem (xem) at number six.
Nem is one of the coin that have lost more values in the past months.

I really hope that you are right, becouse i'm a long time holder of it..

Lastest News about Swissborg

1. Swissborg has a new, completely redesigned website that explains simply and precisely what Swissborg intends to do over the next few years.
Check it out: https://swissborg.com

2. Alex Fazel our Head of comm. was quoted in an article about the #LondonBlockchainWeek were he was a panelist. "the industry tends to be overly optimistic in markets where there’s a risk, but pessimistic when there’s potential."
Read: https://www.bobsguide.com/guide/news/2019/Feb/12/blockchain-will-not-survive-without-workable-use-cases/

i've just read the new site, but i'm still confused.
Please, somebody can help me and tell what does "holistic crypto wealth management" mean? Sad
SwissBorg is a crypto wealth management platform. Their goal is to provide holistic financial services in the crypto asset space through the use of blockchain technology, smart contracts, swarm intelligence, and the team’s many years of financial and technological expertise. In other words you invest your money in their products/services and they manage and try to enlarge it through their finance expertise. Thats how I understood it.

Lastest News about Swissborg:

Swissborg released 2 articles on their blog.

1. New Utility and The Investment App: CHSB Token Valuation: https://www.swissborg.com/post/new-utility-and-the-investment-app-chsb-token-valuation
2. The Newest Utility of the SwissBorg (CHSB) Token: https://www.swissborg.com/post/the-newest-utility-of-the-swissborg-chsb-token

well, thanks for the explanation but it's still not clear.
Let me ask you a question: i buy some CHSB and with them i buy their products/services. After that, i can expect to have, in, i don't know, a year...more token or money?
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 📒⭐👑 Jinbi Token ~ ‘The Golden ICO’ - Merging Gold With Blockchain 👑⭐📒 on: February 27, 2019, 07:41:22 PM
If I remember well there was no KYC kind thing for bounty participants when Sylon started threads. Price of token is very good seeing limited supply but liquidity is missing which makes me believe this isn't sustainable. I hope listing on reasonable exchanges at least will be seen in coming weeks till they complete distribution by end of April as someone mentioned on previous page.

well, liquidity is missing, you're totally right, but i think this is becouse no one, or better, really few people have the token right now Cheesy
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Somehow tired of bounty/airdrop (share your story on this thread) on: February 26, 2019, 08:47:22 PM
As the title implies I am somehow tired of bounties after only 2 years in this "world" : I've been a bounty hunter,(100+ projects), I did more than 700+ airdrops, I've been a translator, content writer..you name it. .When I started everything was working so well(I have to mention that I started doing it with 6 months before the last bull market) and I could get some nice amount of money at the time, I remember that I wanted to do it for my entire life because everyday I learned something new and make a little profit from it.I'm tired because nowadays there are so many scam projects(maybe 90% of them), some fail(maybe 5%) because everyone knows that is very hard to raise money in the bear market and only 5% have a real use, a good team and good project overall and they usually are not doing a bounty. My question for all of you is: Should I continue to look for bounties anymore? (Share your story, feelings, bounty campaign that is worth working for here. )

for me it's simple.
I've always used this forum, with or without signature's campaing.

Ok, i "waste" some time to find the right one, but after that, my effort is the same: i... just post Cheesy

I have no social, so, this forum is the only way to collect bounty for me.

Calm, no one gets nervous, on April 22 another excuse was invented, because after months of doing the KYC they still have not done anything...

Some users have successfully verified which means they have already checked so let them take more time
Indeed the delay has become a habit here since sales have been delayed several times
Thankfully, if so, because some users have successfully verified and regarding the position that you are discussing, this is normal, so maybe we are not surprised by that

some users of this forum?
well, that's great.
I'm still waiting like the most of us, but, i think that no announce is worst that this little spike of hope
