321  Other / Off-topic / Re: Tennis G O A T: Who Will Eventually Be Considered the Greatest of These Three? on: November 11, 2020, 11:10:35 PM

Becoming injury free is not just luck, it is hard work, determination and taking care of the body and Roger Federer excels in that department.

That is true, if you take care of your body, you have better chances of be injury free. But sometiems some players simply have bad luck and are prone to injuries, and that is part of the sport. Many good talents are ruined because they didnt have luck with injuries, that is how it goes.

About Djokovic,i think that vegan diet didnt help him at all. Then he also had some type of guru with him that i think also messed up with him a bit.Alternative lifestyle is not good for pro athletes i think, and if he didnt go that way he would dominate even more.

Some studies says vegan diet all alone cannot sustain longer when your having sports activities, you should mix it with lean meat instead. You can turn to fish if you don't want poultry animals which feed with processed feeds. However, if you're talking about the ability of these athletes I believed Nadal is more energetic and powerful over those mentioned guys.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cloud storage isn't safe place for your wallet keys on: November 11, 2020, 10:45:11 PM
When there's a strong security of access like authentication keys prior log in, I would recommend cloud storage for everybody. But for these era that's having more hackers, and the cloud storage site didn't have the features like key generator authentication I guess our funds will suffer the threatening situations. It should be put to a very secure access in order to prevent possible losses of your asset.
323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How long until we can bet with bitcoin in real life casinos? on: November 10, 2020, 11:30:59 PM
What do you think?

at some point people will be able to walk in a casino and just bet on slot machines with bitcoin?
or play poker using crypto, but irl?

do you think it will become a mass adoption currency or it'll keep as it is on online websites only?

of course some merchants and places already adopt crypto and BTC as a way of payment, but curious here:
how long you think it'll take to reach the point where we can bet in real life places with bitcoin?

There's no such thing to say if we can sustain while we're still in the midst of pandemic, and though we earned sustainably from descent job that doesn't mean we're going to bet often. However if we find it comfortable to do it, then it's our virtue if choice but don't be addicted. Self control is very important in the first place, because if this becomes a habit I think worst cases might occur specially in our daily budget.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How will crypto behave during a Biden presidency? on: November 10, 2020, 10:31:13 PM
I read some articles about Biden, he doesn't seem to like the encryption stuff. and crypto is synonymous with this, so maybe this will be bad because of the Biden sentiment. but this is just my estimate, after all, Biden will be inaugurated next year. so we cannot predict what policy he will make in the future. if he makes policies that are not favorable to crypto holders this could have an impact on the market as a whole. so maybe the early years Biden was inducted into an important time for the future of crypto.

This is going to be more exciting since Biden has the good timing while bitcoin soar higher in his electoral wins. However we should be more precautions on what outcomes will happen after all, because it could be popularity or people will only rely on trend. We must go after reality and not with rumors, perhaps realizations always comes after and we can't predict the circumstances.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: this is the time for Ethereum on: November 09, 2020, 11:55:52 PM
$1,000 is possible but I think Ethereum might have a very hard time reaching as high as that within the year. The price has started to grow now. Ethereum 2.0 has already started accepting ETH for staking and the shifting of the network to PoS. This is another reason why the price might rise big time in the remaining weeks of 2020. Thousands of ETH will surely be locked out for staking. This will reduce the amount in circulation.

The best time is yet to come for ethereum, but don't lose hope with it because altcoins and other btc alternatives will soon rise back. It's not always a downward trend for eth, and someday we will experience another brighter mornings. Meanwhile, eth also showed more developments of price after months of October that the price went down. Along with btc's progress I am confident that it will go along ways to come up a sustainable value that's beyond $1000 per eth.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum (ETH) or Bitcoin Cash (BCH) which has the brighter future? on: November 09, 2020, 11:27:01 PM
Ethereum (ETH) or Bitcoin Cash (BCH) which has the brighter future?

According to my opinion, BCH has much more brighter future than ethereum since in previous bitcoin ATH, BCH traded against bitcoin in the price of 0.74 BTC. Thats why investing in BCH is worth more this time instead of putting all of your money in ethereum. Ethereum transaction fee is also raised too much at this time. I am not diverting the attention of the people but it is true. What do you think?

Everything has a good future on those coins, but I always prefer more with eth rather than bch. Sometimes fluctuations affects the ongoing development of eth but, that doesn't mean we just stop at one glance. We should push and push until perfect time comes for our holdings. If you're having an idea or opinions about what's good for you with bch or some other coins, then it's always right same with my insights about ethereum.
327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC on gambling casinos on: November 09, 2020, 09:31:16 PM
Some of the Gambling casinos I've seen are requiring its user to conduct a KYC (not mandatory but they said there's a chance or something) however my concern is that the gambling casino is not licensed are you going to trust this or not? Imagine winning a big jackpot and they asked for you to conduct KYC but they are not licensed.

If I found out that casino having no license, I guess I wouldn't trust them with my credentials specially when giving out my kyc details. What if they'll failed your application? Then something's smells fishy on that aspect, because there's a chance that the funds you have will be scammed. Don't ever trust an unknown casinos, you might fall on their schemes without any rewards from your gambling investments. Choose those legit and trusted sites to gain full confidence to entrust your money.
328  Economy / Speculation / Re: Paypal accepted the Crypto but it will reduce the BTC marketcaps on: November 08, 2020, 10:25:50 PM
Why do you say that they will be selling fake bitcoins? it's easy to determine if they will do that and just going to sell bitcoin that was made as an ERC20 token or any chain for altcoins. We have to wait if they will actually do that but I'd assume that they won't. They can't do that as they're one of the biggest payment processors in the world and just dive into cryptocurrencies. Do you have any source telling that they will doing it or gonna sell fake bitcoins as you're saying?

As I read the statement of our buddy here, this is not proven yet but what I analyze was only an accusations for PayPal. Fake Bitcoin can be determined because the address can be checked online if it's based on blockchain network, so if he can send us proof or link maybe it's a better representation. The acceptance of crypto of this site is a good alternative to make payment transaction more efficient to all online shoppers.
329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Philippines Allows Land-Based Casinos to Accept Bets Online on: November 06, 2020, 11:46:52 PM
so land based casinos will be like the ones we have right here?
if so then, might be a good start to take some of their losses during the pandemic, but the question is, are these casinos are already ready to take this online betting?
Sounds risky especially if this is the first time ever they're accepting bets, as transactions can also have some issues.

I think this is good only for those rich gamblers, but for the poor ones I don't recommend this type of betting during pandemic. If I were to ask about being ready, Filipinos still in the midst of struggling economy and I guess they should only seek money for food and not for entertainment. Most gamblers only have the mindset of winning, and this time of health crisis there's more to prioritize instead of betting. Maybe in takes more years before online betting in ph would be implemented totally on different land based casinos.
330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]Canelo Alvarez vs Caleb Plant Super Middleweight Title on: November 06, 2020, 11:25:40 PM

ctto

As we all knew that Canelo is now a free agent and negotiation for a potential showdown with Plant on the 3rd week of December is likely to happen. The venue could be Texas where audience is allowed.

What do you think of this fight? Another cherry picking?

https://www.boxingnews24.com/2020/11/canelo-alvarez-now-a-free-agent-could-fight-caleb-plant-on-dec-19/

This right will be more exciting for both of them, and as many people knew Canelo he's been doing great along of his career in boxing. His fight history is the biggest potential for him to achieve a 100% in winning the fight for Caleb. However, he shouldn't take for granted the capabilities of his opponent because that's certain for their team to study what weaknesses he had. Only one mistakes will only change the progress of his skills in fighting while real game is happening.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need help on: November 06, 2020, 11:04:04 PM
I think if you add your website as a signature it will not be a problem either, then you write good content and everyone will get to know your website
He cannot do it. Newbies don't have signature space and personal text. He has to rank up to Jr. Member to have at least available signature space but that's with a limit. But, there's a way for him to have at least the signature space of a Member rank through buying the Copper membership. This isn't just about the signature and personal text but he can also post images(newbie ranks can't) so if he decided to create an announcement thread, he can post it with images.

They need to learn a lot on the forum and I'm pretty sure everything gonna be okay for all newbies who desires to acquire knowledge. Buying copper membership cost money, though you can instantly wear signature with specific details that's only for copper members. We should gain something more important specially during campaigns because rank is very defined in each and every projects that's coming our way.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO still standing strong as ever on: November 05, 2020, 11:55:21 PM
Is there any new fundraising strategy that can defeat IEO? I believe that IEO will last longer because it's capable of giving confidence to the audience, they have something to put their confidence on and that's top exchanges, look how profitable binance launchpads are over the few years, who would thought IEO could be this strong today? I made some money from binance launchpads since I'm terrible at trading, if you are like me then top exchanges IEO launchpads can do wonders .

Most of the good projects gather fund in their private sale from some big companies and just hold a few amounts of their tokens in IEO or ICO , because they don't want some newbie buyers in IEO dump their tokens and dump the price, good companies are aware of that and some of them just do yield farming with vesting to prevent that.

That strategy is somewhat effective compared with previous situations of a certain project like those times in 2017. There's a huge impact of dumped price value, and hopefully this will sustain in  upcoming years. Bad companies or non legit projects will be eliminated with this type of management, because scammers won't be able to create a deceptive acts towards every investors.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Youengine (YOUC) failed on: November 05, 2020, 10:56:30 PM
I'm glad I don't end up promoting this bounty project, here are reasons why I don't join the bounty campaign.

1. They tend to use small exchanges for fund raising
2. The team lied that they don't need money, they claimed they are well funded and yet they use small exchanges
3. The project use case isn't a new idea, infact they have too many competitors
4. Upon aiming for small exchanges to raise fund they are giving up too high allocation for bounty hunters, meaning they have no experience about crypto space and their exchanges
5. John mcafee name was tagged to the project banner and they keep sharing it as if John McAfee is all they need to be successful when we know that he is a king of nonsense Hypes.

Most probably these reasons really attract more people to trust on this particular project, but somehow I realized that it's not yet the end of everything. If they're kept promising that this was backed up by McAfee then let's just wait the final destiny of it. We don't know if the true exchanges will come out and suddenly this project commences a better future. Nobody can predict that, and though they failed at first I am still still expecting small percentage for this coin once bullrun happens.
334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 10 Lottery Winner Losers on: November 05, 2020, 10:25:38 PM
This is the reason why I stopped betting in Lottery because of the risk of either Losing people i love or losing my Life once i become a jackpot winner lol.
Imagine almost all of them end life in bad ways and not just that but in hands of the people close to them.
This is what money can bring ,So better not tell anyone about your winning though this is impossible to happen as  our happiness will surely dictate us to spread the message about our million winnings.

There's no better future for lottery, and much better if people do realize the bad sides of it. Those wasted money is supposed to be for their needs which turned out to be for gambling investments that doesn't prosper. When we decide to stop betting, it's a deepest decision in life and I always suggest for everyone to never come back because it's the root of addiction. We should act maturely and think of the negative effects that it might bring to our family and loved ones.
335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading in the pandemic on: November 05, 2020, 09:56:38 PM
budgetary numbers looked shocking so there were huge loads of nations around the globe that permitted this to proceed with which is the reason we are not doing that well. Aside from purchasing a specific coin when it drops to hodl and exchange when cost begins expanding. Yet, separated this purchasing low and selling after at some point, I truly don't see a set of experiences.

These days is not good enough to see trading to be efficient since the pandemic hasn't overcome. World crisis really affected our monetary system including cryptocurrency, because the circulation of money always depend with it. Most particular traders always look on the demand of each coins within an exchange volume which is very important factors. Holding an asset is the only ways to survive.
336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler living in England makes a $5M bet on Trump on: November 04, 2020, 11:09:51 PM
This has been considered the biggest political bet ever.

Quote
A British gambler has reportedly staked $5 million on President Trump winning Tuesday’s election — a wager believed to be the largest ever political bet.

The former banker used private bookmakers registered on the Caribbean island Curacao for the bet at odds of 37/20 — meaning he could get a $15 million payout, sources told The Sun.

In a few more hours, we will be announced the results of the presidential race. First, there was a $1M bet, now, $5M has been made. Politics aside, I love to see how people enjoy their happiness with gambling. No matter what the aspect is, they can always make an entertaining bet. Do our cryptocurrency gambling sites have a big wager like this?

Source: British gambler bets $5M on Trump in biggest-ever political wager
That's a big wow for this gambler upon making $5m just for Trump, but what's gonna happen when his president bet won't able to make it in the end? This is really a problematic scenario if it will be a frustrating situation for him. Imagining that huge amount betting for just one glance of win or loss, I think the nightmare might affect him at worst. However, when Trump comes out as winner then celebration is on its way for him tremendously.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Negative House Edge Crypto Casino on: November 04, 2020, 10:32:11 PM
Even if there’s a negative house edge the gambler must still be cautious because for me its too impossible to have this one where the business of casinos is to make money and not to giveaway that easily. I’ll let someone to try this one first before I do more research about it and since they are still on a pre-sale, there’s still time to do our research so don’t rush because of hype.

Maybe it's time to realize the real game with gambling, negativity always affected a lot of people particular with addicted ones. We must act seriously and don't get deceived by different promotions coming out, because this will literally drown you with ongoing gambling desires. Having research is good but not effective in many certain cases, self control is the very best option to have.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safeguarding funds , your funds on exchanges are safe? on: November 03, 2020, 11:12:49 PM
I do not hold funds on exchanges, it is not safe at all. Exchange can be hacked, your account can be suspended/blocked/frozen. I hold on the wallets with full control of private keys, mnemonic phrases, etc. I use exchanges only to sell/buy/convert some assets and withdraw it immediately.

Holding on exchanges isn't safe for long time, just like the experience I had before after withdrawal of my tokens the site immediately closed their trading. I remembered cryptopia last 2018, their situation went so bad after hacking of their funds occured drastically. Fortunately, I was able to pull out my holdings and trasfer it on the safe wallet that's I intended for my asset only.
339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin price rise affect your gameplay? on: October 30, 2020, 11:57:50 PM
Honestly that affects me a huge impact during fluctuations of bitcoin price, and when price drops profit doesn't went good. Somehow that a better opportunity once transactions fee also goes down, because I could enjoy the cheapest payment. Though sometimes we've been struggling on gambling, owning btc as an sustainable asset we can grow it also for trading and holding long term. The profit gains that we earned can be used for gambling instead.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why DeFi is high risk investment on: October 30, 2020, 11:21:30 PM
I see the current passion of DeFi & Yield Farming as the heyday of ICOs, the same high risk of taking advantage of the current hype so that many DeFi scam projects have sprung up

We need to monitor those upcoming projects if they're legit enough on every activities that they have. That's very important to determine which particular aspects of DeFi project will come out as scam, not only accusations but also proofs of evidence. It's really hard to point out one of them because this is a serious matter. Taking risks always fails everybody, so don't ignore every disadvantages.
