Umm, would you like to specify these errors you've found? Otherwise please stop making assumptions it doesn't help anyone. If cryptopia closed the market that is there decision as that was with ESP1 chain that already has been long known to have bugs and is why we are swapping The rapid blocktime is something we are addressing. Espers blockchain generates about 4000 blocks per day now. (should be about 2400) Why are we growing so fast? I'm scared Don't be scared, it's a situation that was brought to our attention a few days ago and we've been monitoring it closely. We are going to retard the blocktime so that we can reach targeted ~40 second blocks. More details coming soon. @EveryoneMining is still being worked on sorry for the delay on not having it released sooner but it is being worked on and is expected to release. That being said, thanks to the bussiness partnership we now have ESP is now accepted to purchase network Nodes, Wallets, Pools, Explorers and more. Currently the website for the business is being reworked as their previous site was a disaster (previous web guy was a clown). Once it's done most of it will be a once click solution for purchasing services through USD/BTC/ESP Expect a lot to change and new sites/announcements coming up!

this pool and the old currency and the new currency This pool is for the NEW ESP (ESP2) @CryptoCoderz CryptoCoderz Espers PopolPopol? Thanks for the pool! Loool will get on it! Pool looks cool, great job. Any updates about messaging system?
Mining and messaging system are currently being worked on. this weekend should see mining wrapped up finally. Messaging should follow suite.

Mining actually is being worked on since the first windows Launcher was released. We'll release it as soon as it's finished, sorry for the long wait. Coins refilled The member with access to the funds was out for most of the day. We're not pulling people's chains here, and will keep Nova stocked this was completely unexpected sudden large swap amount. Nova has been reloaded and will be monitored closer. It will be possible for us to know the amount of coins that will be burned after the swapping expire date?
Impossible to know until swapping stops. Until then the number can always change as someone could exchange esp1 to esp2 Patiently waiting until the swap was done and all the project will be implemented its been quite impressive the thread still actively showed more interest with this project. We can't wait to finish implementation as well. @EveryoneGive this a whirl: >>> CryptoCoderz Hosted Miningpool <<<PLEASE DO NOT KEEP YOUR COINS ON THE POOL! SET AN AUTO WITHDRAW LIMIT! DONT RISK LOSING FUNDS! YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN!That being said there should be no issues with this pool. CPU miners connect @ http://esppool.sytes.net:3333GPU miners connect @ http://esppool.sytes.net:3334

If you want to insta-dump price, another giveaway is the best method
Yeah..... no. After swap is finished we will begin engaging the community again with ways to get free coins but that's still being prepared. WOW! Awesome! Thanks! We'll list you guys on the ANN OP. Just a heads up to any user, as always please be careful when leaving coins on any exchange as we've all said in the past. any mining pools been created yet?
Since the pools seem to be lagging behind we've begun setting up a pool for you folks. Give us a day or so and it should be up. As we've partnered with the computer shop locally we will be hosting much through them, more info later on this. EDIT: ANN OP Updated with new exchange and with previous exchanges that are now on ESP2

CryptoCoderz, I sent you message yesterday. Answer, please.
This question was addressed before, you will need to consolidate your coins as the inputs are too large. This is an issue with ESP1 and part of the reason for the swap.

OP need sensible creator and corrector. OP will be reworked at some point, currently it get's the job done (defining ESP1 and ESP2 files). However, it definitely isn't what we want end-game. @EveryoneA quick news update. Today we all took it kind of slow and handled quite a few logistical things. Over the course of the next few days mining will be integrated and then we will move onto messaging. Thank you all who are a part of this project! We look forward to the future. nice to hear that we are realy going closer dev, good luck. Thank you Just a matter of time.

Why swap 10:1 many would like 1000:1 to clean excess zeros?
We had a google hangout meeting to which everyone was invited (it was a few weeks back). After that meeting the meeting minutes were taken and the team came to a decision based upon community feedback. As the decisions have already been made and the token swapping we will leave the chain alone as far as the count is concerned. Now it is clear. I about swap have read only today therefore I have been surprised. Awesome! Thank you very much for being a part of the project hi guys, pos working pretty well and with the low difficulty im hitting a few blocks a day on an dated i5!! Any chance we could get setstakesplitthreshold implemented in a future update? that's if its not already planned in We'll look into it Pallas version from OP works:
For Wallet resides on 192.168.188.65
rpcallowip=192.168.178.*
sgminer.exe -k hmq1725 -o 192.168.178.65:22442 -u insertfunkyname -p secretone -g 1 -I 14 -s 1 --more-notices --fix-protocol
T,
Thank you very much for assisting other community members, we are not always able to and it helps greatly to have users like you.

is there a simple easy way to add a node to speed up the sync process I am still at 23 weeks on ESPERS-1
use a bootstrap.dat file Never made one for the old client. Will try to get around to it through everything else.
|
|
|
the update client doesn't work for me , It been a while since i have used ESPERS.1 could you please link photo or video how to updated on the first post Remove the ESP.cfg file and re-create the directory that you wish to store the datafiles in. After that you'll be good to go.
are you talking about this photo that doesnt explain any thing and doesnt have a single word of text what it for and what to do .... how about " this is how you convert" all you have is Quote from: tZKtdvt6 on September 11, 2016, 06:41:09 AM This isnt 2010 but you should have a simple and easy expliation so user dont need to trench thought 100's of form post Also why the hell are you forcing user to use nova exchange to change to Eapser 2 why isnt this done on a wallet ? We clearly stated that if you look at the GitHub you'll find the source code that calculates the values you are seeing. No need to get so antsy. Please don't twist the turnkey swap solution into a "forced" action. If you'd like to donate hours handling manual requests feel free to begin offering your services and we will send appropriate funds around, however if you feel you might not be willing donate time then please, use the turnkey solution provided. Thank you.

ESP1 is a large chain, it will take some time to sync from scratch.

Is there any graphical interface or part in the wallet to specify or modify the measurement units for this Pos indicators? Are all indicators and their values named, I mean, how can I know if a concret value is high or low? Have you thought to create a new modal window to this feature if it was necesary to acomodate correctly all the data inside? Thank you very much by the preview! Sorry, don't believe we understand what you're trying to say? If you're worried about the "hashrate" bit that'l be changed to "Net Coins Staking" or something along those lines and the number will be ratio'd down to display the correct number of coins staking on the network. As for everything else you may check the sourcecode in GitHub to see how we did our equations and by all means feel free to ask about why/how we came to the conclusions we did when creating the equations in C++ Guys, I need some help.
I would like to swap my coins for 2.0. I have some ESP from the very beginning, around and with the first client. What should I do now, sync my wallet with the latest client, or sync with a newer one and swap after the process?
I am in the same position , this need to be updated with step on the first post . Would be even better to add a video or photo with steps Take a look to #1 Post, there is completely the swap proccess with a few images. If you have ESP1, load it up with your ESP1 wallet NOT your ESP2 wallet. Then send your ESP1 to Nova and swap (per 1st post of this ANN) Swap, at nova and return coins to the new ESP2 client (We will update the ANN soon to reflect ESP1 and ESP2 client links and such.

hi CryptoCoderz is it possible to have your bitcointalk signature code ?
Absolutely! (Some accounts will not be able to have it work, if it doesn't work we can dig up the signatures from the signarture design competition so just let us know. any eta on when the basic cpu mining from wallet will be running?
Soon, (over the next few days) @EveryoneTeaser preview of the PoS overview feature which was requested by several community members. GitHub already updated, Windows client (and others) to launch tomorrow with this new feature. We'll have to clean up the Block explorer feature / chain stats as there is redundant information displayed now (not a hindrance to functionality just something we'd like to clean up at some point) Let us know what you think! Wow! Thank you very much for your hard work! That app looks awesome, we'll have to give it a whirl at some point

The same miners are available as with ESP1. Pools seem to be sluggish in recompiling clients and as such solo mining is probably your best bet. As for the in-wallet mining we are wrapping up the feature. Remember it will be using optimized miners and will allow you control them from within the client.

So many people having probs. Think there needs to be an old esp1 wallet & new esp2 wallet added to top of the op, too many people are sending esp1 to esp2 addy and vice versa.
Agreed. We'll get that done really quick. 0 active connections to the network since the last update of the wallet. node list does not help. ? Node list is wrong. Doesn't use it! addnode=208.68.36.6:22448 addnode=107.170.212.222:22448 We'll update the list shortly. Here are the current ESP2 nodes: 104.236.150.155:22448 159.203.24.196:22448 46.101.188.194:22448 173.18.196.253:22448 208.68.36.6:22448 146.185.153.196:22448 188.166.155.131:22448 107.170.212.222:22448 159.203.12.73:22448 thanks !
edit: just try, got this, any idea ?
md_helper.c: In function 'void sha384_addbits_and_close(void*, unsigned int, unsigned int, void*, unsigned int)': md_helper.c:248:5: warning: invalid conversion from 'void*' to 'sph_sha384_context*' [-fpermissive] sc = cc; ^ g++ -c -O2 -pthread -Wall -Wextra -Wno-ignored-qualifiers -Wformat -Wformat-security -Wno-unused-parameter -g -DBOOST_SPIRIT_THREADSAFE -I/root/Espers/src -I/root/Espers/src/obj -DENABLE_WALLET -I/root/Espers/src/leveldb/include -I/root/Espers/src/leveldb/helpers -DHAVE_BUILD_INFO -fno-stack-protector -fstack-protector-all -Wstack-protector -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -MMD -MF obj/db.d -o obj/db.o db.cpp db.cpp:20:19: fatal error: QString: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type #include <QString> ^ compilation terminated. makefile.unix:198: recipe for target 'obj/db.o' failed
Sorry about that! :/ just had to define that currently that section corresponds to the launcher for windows until it's finished being ported later. Anyway same drill as last time, please re-download from GitHub and you shouldn't have any more issues.

Hi, I sent my coins to Nova for the swap, I mined these on launch with my CPU:
Status: 0/unconfirmed Date: 2016-09-23 17:23 To: EMJWabaPpdDpBNYg8yky26U9ZyiQcEVPSE Debit: -9240116.05 ESP Net amount: -9240116.05 ESP Transaction ID: 5060002c346f8ac896f090eb7176e1d32596829e943c63a145f822c2c39190e3
Is there like 3 chains going on here?
Wow I hope you are not on your own chain , it would be to wasteful The wallet instantly connected to 9 nodes, and blocks were moving. I deposited to the ESP old chain on Nova. Be sure that you didn't mix up your ESP1 and ESP2 addresses. MANY people have been doing that lately. There is an old chain and a new chain. No forks.

Yes, I do. Works like a charm, except a little weird problem with the labeling of addresses that the devs know about. did you use the ubuntu link on OP ?
