321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN DROPS TO $5,600. HOLD OR SELL? on: November 19, 2018, 10:28:31 AM
What is so worried about bitcoin? Well, he fell, adjusted and all. Panic out of the blue does not lead to anything good
People can keep panicking for all I care, over time, they will get to learn eventually and even if they refuse to learn, that is pretty much their own cup of tea. Holding right now is always the best option for someone who has been holding ever since, and in such cases like this, buying more if you have the funds to do so, is always another good option.

Selling when the market is pretty low and could reverse at any time, is more like the dumbest idea anyone would ever come up with, and that is why anyone who is busy panicking now and selling for loss, is the dumbest I have ever seen.
322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep your head cool in front of fluctuation on: November 15, 2018, 10:01:37 AM
Fluctuation is normal in cryptocurrency due to high volatile movement and we can only do is to hold your coins until it bounce back. We need tons of patience and if you trust on this technology then nothing to worry as this can rise to the top again.
Yes, it`s true. But you also can try day trading - it`s a very promising activity on fluctuation market. What about a long-term perspective - it costs to buy and hold coins for better times.
If you think day trading is promising and you approach it without knowledge, then I can assure you that promising is the last thing that will come to your mind afterwards. One thing with trading is that you should just learn and have your strategy, which with that, at least you will be able to know what to do at every point in time.

The main reason why a lot of people always end up experiencing the bad side of trading is because they took it as something easy and with nonchalant attitude, but trust me, nothing in this world is easy unless you are able to learn ways to deal with it.
323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On what kind of gambling you got maximum reward from betting? on: November 09, 2018, 12:14:26 PM
We have lot of games in gambling and each have different kind of probability of winning and their rewards also depends upon the probability level so on which game you got your maximum reward in signle bet?
Depends on the risk you are willing to take. If you want less risk than the best odds are in sportsbooks. They are giving out the best reward for betting considering most of the time we all know who will win, it is almost as if it is free money until some team loses when they should have won.

Sportsbooks gives you options you can't believe from who will win type of simple ones to will certain player get red card this game or which player will score, the options are really a lot and you can get a lot of odds from just betting lets say messi will score in any game, more of then than not you will be right.

However if you want the max amount, I think dice games do allow upto 9900 times of your bet, so if you bet 1 satoshi on that odd you will get 9900 satoshi back from winning, still low odds but max reward for betting.
324  Economy / Economics / Re: 10th Birthday, Bitcoin Price Is No Longer Exciting ? on: November 08, 2018, 09:57:11 AM
I agree-- No longer excitng. There are no signs of a bull run. Just blood everywhere. ONly few are actually reaping the benefits of it for their own conveniece. It is just very frustrating on our part as investors because we bought at a good price but then the reversal actually wounds our bitcoin. bringing our money down to the drain. the increase is very small-- small enough to just recover for the losses. Well what to do, that is what it is in the cryptosphere.
do not be frustrated with the current conditions, of course, if assessed globally from the beginning of bitcoin launching until now, it has been an extraordinary achievement. we have to spread optimistic news, so that investors have a future view
Current condition is not even a condition that will last forever, neither is it a condition that anyone need to be frustrated about, considering that it is giving everyone an equal opportunity to get on board. I still find it pretty amusing, when people prefer to hop into a moving train instead when everyone is getting greedy and busy calling the moon.

Now is the time to be calling the shots for long term investments, and as it keeps going lower from this point, if you have more money, just buy as much as you can, as that is basically one thing you cannot regret. 10 years anniversary and I can say over the course of these 10 years, price has been very exciting even in an overwhelming nature.
325  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do Crypto Traders need to learn a lot from Forex Trader if they want to succ on: November 07, 2018, 12:21:36 PM
No crypto trader needs to learn anything from others, Crypto has it's own rules when it comes to trading, It's called buy low and sell high, That is what happening all the time in crypto, We have these insane fluctuations in price and that is the only thing one should be aware of when it comes to trading cryptocurrencies and especially bitcoin in particular. Most important part is that crypto market is not really protected by any laws, Only the laws of decentralization applies here.
The thing with crypto and Forex is that they are two different market, different conditions, different fundamentals, but same technicalities when it comes to the market. Although, we also have to understand that the cryptocurrency market is very volatile, which is one of the reasons you need to understand a lot of things about the market first, before even making any serious step.

Following Forex traders is not a must, personally for me, all I did was to learn as much as I can, and it was even cryptocurrency that led me into learning how to trade, and it was after then that I even started going for stocks. So in a way, you really do not need to follow a Forex trader before you learn how to trade.
326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: November 07, 2018, 09:47:45 AM
There are still a lot of chances to get wealthy with bitcoin, infact there are more ways now because bitcoin already getting more popularity, but maybe for now you need to be more creative to earn, bitcoin still in a very early stage, so the potential to earn still widely open
It is a very funny thing to see people so much particular about the rise in bitcoin's prices which is one of the main reasons this market has turned into more of a speculative zone, as it is easy to always drive out weak hands which in this case, OP thinking of just some quick ways to make some bucks and get wealthy, without even considering the innovation here and the main reason why this space will keep growing in the long run, tend to panic when things are not working out as planned for them. There is more to bitcoin than just wealth, at least, think about the great innovation and adoption, and let the side benefit of wealth roll in.
327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin won't grow fast as it was in 2017 on: November 02, 2018, 03:08:49 PM
If the US and China do not trade war, I think Bitcoin is still at $ 15k per coin. That trade war has a lot to do with us. Investors have suffered a lot of losses when the stock market and the crypto market went down. So we need to wait for our market to recover.
Even without scaling, I really do not think, in the end, the market will not still keep going on with its uptrend. I am sure a time will come when we will eventually see the boom when the mainstream kicks in which apparently will have a lot to do with scaling as you said, but we also have to understand that even with that, the market has always been moving up with speculation.

It may not be this year, but as time goes on, I believe that we will still get to see some increase and with scaling, we will even get to see more development and adoption which would even make things even more interesting.
328  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Will MY Bitcoin Investments Count When I File for Bankruptcy? on: October 25, 2018, 12:23:47 PM
Hi Bitcoin talk. Can help me to solve this riddle, because i can not find the answer.

Will MY BTC Investments Count When I File for Bankruptcy?
If your country is the one that recognizes bitcoin investment and some possible regulations in place to track maybe your purchases through exchanges, then, yes it counts.

However, in the real world, at least most of the ones that you and I know, we know this is not something that can easily be done without you going scout free. Your bitcoin investment is not known unless you declare it, and in that case, if you file for bankruptcy, it is just what you have available in hindsight and in the long run that would count actually.
329  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: give me some tips about trading?? on: October 25, 2018, 11:41:47 AM
tips for being able to trade well and correctly and always be able to get a lot of profit so you can do it by looking at the volume of the exchange place that you use for trading because you have to be able to take advantage of price movements in a very fast market, you also have to be able control the patience you have to not be affected by good news and don't panic easily.
The only best tip which I feel can be applicable to anyone is to at least try as much as possible to learn as much as they can, so they can at least, get to know better on ways to come up with their own strategies, build on it, and be able to use it to their own advantage.

Market movement will always be there, and it is your strategy that will pull you through in most of your trades. Also, talking about strategy, we also have to consider the fact that this is something you do not just want to be changing every single time and it is something you are just looking forward to stick with and build on.
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will litecoin hit 60 dollars before the end of this year. on: October 19, 2018, 12:56:51 PM
To hit $60 is easy for LTC and this coin was touched that level price. Even in the end of this year LTC has potential to going up to 3 times more, cause LTC has partnership with big company.
I wonder why $60 should even be the target of anyone before the end of the year. We have tested $60 recently and the market is consolidating at the moment around $52 which is pretty close to $60. If one should be looking for possibility of growth, we should be looking at the previous ATH and not just some little move that could be attained in the market, unless of course, the OP mistakenly missed 1 zero and he is trying to ask if $600 is possible. There is great potential for most coins as long as the market gives a good condition for growth which has a lot to do with the movement we get to see in bitcoin eventually.
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The price plunged down today? on: October 13, 2018, 02:15:09 PM
What do you find with cryptocurrency at this time or in particular today. Please provide comments and feedback to respond. Do not panic !! Stay calm and relaxed.
What I actually just see at the moment is a market that is trying to find a direction and until we get to see a clear direction, it is best to just stay out. Bitcoin movement actually controls most things actually, and in that sense, you really want to be extremely careful until we are able to actually see bitcoin make the first move up before we even start thinking of anything at all most especially with the altcoins.

We are still within the same trend actually with bitcoin still inside the triangle and being held by the support line of this triangle, but whether we end up breaking the resistance upward or support downward is only going to be known with time.
332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to be A Good Trader? [new] on: October 13, 2018, 01:04:22 PM
Out of those 322 activities and you still don't know the basic ropes of trading? While I do not blame you for that and I won't bother myself looking for the reason why. To start up trading learn the majority of the definitions in trading. Not for the physical trading but obviously it would be crypto trading. Investopedia can help you with that. Youtube can also help but you might get misled at some information out there because some tutorials were meant for a specific exchange and you wouldn't want to have some confusion out of that. Learn the trading signals and tools. What is RSI and BB? How can they help establish your strategy?

Grin It is not actually by activity and not everyone actually pay attention to certain things as I have seen even legendries say somethings some times that I almost get to worry if they have actually been paying attention to anything at all over the years they have been in this community.

It takes interest and the zeal to learn however, when it comes to trading and probably he is just getting to acquire that zeal as the case may be. The most important thing for him is to learn and make sure he get to practice a lot before even beginning to think about it at all. There is so much to trading in complexity that if you take things with levity, you will always have yourself to blame for it.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: WIll ETH pass BTC in 2019 ? on: October 11, 2018, 01:32:28 PM
I don’t think so. Ethereum will never catch up with bitcoin. Because BTC is still the coin born sooner and still dominates the select people in the cypto money market. So BTC is never replaced by any coin else  Wink Wink Wink
Keeping the current scenario in mind, and comparing the current market price of Bitcoin and ETH as well as the pace at which the technologies grow, I do not think that ETH can beat Bitcoin any time sooner.

It is a race determined not just by the technological advancement but by so many factors and majority of them are in favor of Bitcoin. Besides, the spread of Bitcoin is far more quick that that of ETH and this is why I think ETH cannot catch up with BTC in short term. The long term could be different.
334  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Decentralized Exchange out there? on: October 08, 2018, 12:47:38 PM
What's the best decentralized exchange in existence today? Is it Bitshares, CryptoBridge, or another DEX? I'm wondering about this since I want to trade in a DEX with the most liquidity and performance to exchange various cryptocurrencies. Last time, I've used EtherDelta DEX for exchanging some ERC-20 tokens back into Ethereum, but it was quite slow and unresponsive. This shows that DEXs are still in their very beginnings, as they can't scale to thousands of orders per second.

Nonetheless, which decentralized exchange do you think it's best? I would like to know your thoughts about this. Smiley
I do not trust decentralized exchanges. Where do they even make the money? Why do they even exists? I mean if a company tells me that its free I know that usually I am the product in that case. Nothing is free in this world and anytime I see the word free I am afraid.

If the word "decentralized" used properly that means there should be no trading fee since there is no centralized trading platform that requires money, if there are no fee's how the hell do they make their money. I do not trust any of them and specially not the ones that requires to be a chrome extension and be open constantly.
335  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoin price based on bitcoin price? on: October 06, 2018, 11:20:14 AM
Is price of the altcoin is based on price of the bitcoin?I have noticed the price of bitcoin falling down for past few days on same the price of altcoins are also falling down

That happens every time and I don’t even know why. I think that’s the work of investors, maybe they tend it withdraw their money whenever they see that Bitcoin is already falling.

It’s just like buying lots of different goods and saving them till your target time and once that time comes instead of selling a particular type, you decide to sell of the products and withdraw every money you have invested in that product. So investors make plans, and once they hit that target they withdraw.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SLEEPING GIANTS WAKE UP? on: October 01, 2018, 10:05:04 AM
Friends, many analysts say that soon the bearish market will be replaced by a bullish one and, accordingly, there will be a turn up. What altcoins do you think will greatly increase in price?
I think bearish season is not over yet.Market needs more correction and consolidation. In my opinion Bitcoin might go to 4000 region then we will see excessive growth in the market.Altcoin has corrected a lot and now we are seeing sudden rise in few altcoins.
Sure, we are not done with the bearish season yet, but there are still some little chances of seeing the whole market get to some point of reversal, most especially for the altcoins, judging from the way they have been acting lately, and how if given a perfect condition, most especially when it comes to the movement of bitcoin, we will get to see some solid growth in them as well. During this period, obviously, we will get to see a lot of sleeping giants, waking up pretty fast.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: what qualities does a coin need to survive this bear? on: September 22, 2018, 11:37:48 AM
any coin must have a strong community and an interesting idea that can solve the problem of people. I think these qualities should be owned by each coin
For a cryptocurrency to survive, it must have few qualities like liquidity and wide acceptability. Both of these qualities are widely found in Bitcoin and ETH and that is the only reason these two crypptcurrencies have grown so big over time. Government intervention can also play important role in promoting the investment pattern in different assets so if your government is in favor of introducing a new system.
338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Shyness in gambling on: August 21, 2018, 07:06:39 AM
Very very true and maybe not only in connection to gambling, but with other human relations too. Recently I have learnt that kids in school can be very mean to each other online in social media, while the facade they maintain in real world is that of complete normality. My understanding is very similar to yours: that is much easier to be mean online, because you are sitting in front of the computer and do not have to confront other humans and their emotions and on top of that your emotions either.
I think they are just kidding around. Online, I also talk like that to my friends but we know well that we're just fooling around and we're doing the same thing to each other. But that doesn't mean that we're actually mean to each other. Anonymity gives us power and shy people can also have their time online since no one can see them. You even see shy people being famous online because they get to interact with people without having to show up, without having judged. It's all just in text form. Thus, shy gamblers can just be powerful when gambling online.
Real people cannot be trusted at all times, there were situations that they betray us through cheating the gambling games. Land based casino was preprogrammed and has monitoring cctv, at first they'll attract you with rewards and lucky bets. But in the next successive days to come your bets won't work out, because you've already spotted out and recorded to the monitor of the casino's establishment. Unlike with online gambling, you can do your will as you wanted to eventhough you're shyness doesn't matter as long as you're knowledgeable with the games online.
I'm not entirely sure if that CCTV monitoring thing of each person is an actual thing. It's just so much work if someone's going to remember everybody's faces and then rig whichever table they go to and not rig the ones where newbies are playing. It's so much work that I don't believe it entirely but for the discussion, let's suppose it is. Doesn't it make perfect sense to just go to different casinos instead so you're always going to be a newbie? After gambling in a casino and noticing that it's become hard for you to win there, just gamble on a different casino and then voila! easy winning bets again. Rinse and repeat.

But then again, I don't really believe that you easily win at first and then it becomes harder because they are rigging your table.
If someone comes to me and tells that I am being watched by the owners or authorities of a casino while I am playing some game in that casino, I won’t doubt his words. There are cameras in such places. Actually now we have CCTVs everywhere, in streets, malls, restaurants etc. if home decides output of our games, indeed they are watching us.
339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling is portrayed negatively almost everywhere? on: August 21, 2018, 06:19:29 AM
Gambling
Promising victory, promising wealth, it's all a lie !!! even if you win it is the beginning of defeat, and even if you are rich it is the beginning of poverty.
Gambling
Poisoning life, poisoning faith, surely !!! because gambling is lazy to be lulled by hope.
It is not possible to get a reward without putting efforts for it. If we think about it, this would be so unfair to make someone rich when he has not done anything while another person who has spent sleepless nights and worked from day to night gets nothing. Gamblers do not deserve to have equal benefits as the hardworking person. It is bad in real.
They got lucky. Why does someone have to work day and night in order to deserve something? Why does people have to go through hardships and struggles just to earn something? Let's say someone invested in stocks and have earned money because he invested in something that skyrocketed, does he not deserve it too? It's the same as gambling, it didn't require much hard work but only luck.

On the other hand, a gambler who have made fortune from gambling didn't learn much. Someone who had to work their way up have experience, skills, and the connection to people. They know how things work and they know why they are in the position that they are in life. Thus, someone who have crawled his way up will most likely to maintain his position while a gambler who knows nothing about handling money and business will easily lose it all. They have different perceptions of money since they got it in different ways. This is why you see lottery winners losing all of their money as quick as they earned it. Simply getting a financial manager or the like will help you a lot if you really don't know what to do with your money although it's really likely that they are going to rip you off. They know money more than you do, hence, they can play you if they wanted.

Nonetheless, both deserves the money.
You are indeed correct. Money is not everything. At most, gambling can bring big amounts but no skill that a gambler can rely on. Making money with the help of gambling does not even happen with majority of gamblers. They waste their whole lives in chasing a delusion. In the end, it is unjust to equally reward a person who does nothing and a person who works hard day and night.
340  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some of the best movies based on gambling? on: August 21, 2018, 05:38:50 AM
I love the movie Bugsy. Its about mobster Bugsy Siegel and how he started Flamingo and perhaps the Las Vegas strip. When I first watched the movie, I didn't believe that he is one of the brains behind the Casinos in Las Vegas. I watched the movie more than 5 times already and I have one downloaded in my desktop.
Most of the times these kind of movies are motivational but problematic as well. For those who want to join armed forces, they see army movies and war based movies and their interest keep on developing. But what is the case with gamblers? Definitely they would do the same. They have to keep themselves away from such movies because if they don’t, they might be getting addicted.
