I think it's because of the odds, when you are betting on the favorites and you bet on ML, you won't get at least 1.90 odds, most probably you'll get a lower odds and that will not help you in the long run. NBA season is coming back and LA Lakers are probably looking stronger than before with new signings and paying $40 million for Kuzma, so I don't think LA Clippers will have any chance in LA battle.
When they re signed Kuzma, that did not add fire to the team but the other players are. Many are saying that the Lakers roster now is a much improve roster and I can understand the hype since they were coming from an NBA championship, but to say that Clippers has no chance, I think I will disagree with that, Leonard is always an underrated player, so anytime he can make surprises again. Expect the Clippers to give a tough match up in the regular season opening. I agree with that, Clippers had PG and Leonard and added some guys to help, I think they are ready and they are still a championship contender in this season. Ethereum will not begin to increase if bitcoin will be stable, bitcoin needs to rise more for ETH to rise. As you can see today, bitcoin has over 10% increased while ETH only has 3%, so bitcoin needs to increase more to affect positively on ETH. Gone are the days where altcoins have bigger increased that bitcoin because even if bitcoin already hit a new ATH, the total marketcap is still below $1 trillion and bitcoin dominance is still at 65%, that has to chance and effect a decrease if we want a major altcoins to have a major increase. |

Ideally you should be comparing with the revenues from KSI vs. Logan Paul, which was much lower. the biggest exhibition match of the century? yes, but the biggest fight of the century? no. as far as I know at the time of their match McGregor was an amateur in the professional world of boxing. everybody(at least most people I know) knew that he didn't stand a chance against Mayweather. not being biased but I think Pacquiao vs Mayweather was the biggest fight of the century. both boxers have an incredible(maybe the best) boxing record and fight history amongst other boxers on their era which what makes their fight the biggest in the century(but also disappointing). Agree, the McGregor and Mayweather fight is purely just for a show and money. Switching from one sport to another is difficult for any athletes, you cannot make a boxer out of an MMA player over night or even in a month. Mayweather's exhibition matches will not make too much hype and excitement as it was before he retired boxing. We will see on this upcoming fight, it might not create as big as the hype before, but we are still talking of millions here and how good Mayweather in making money by fooling people, sorry to say that, I just feel that if we continue to support his fight, we might see more of this in the future as it's easier to do than a real competition. Lakers will probably focus on defense but they also prepare for offense as well, they do not just have one offensive scheme they use for every game, they are usually ready with a new offense for each team, they find their weak spot and attack there.
Having a team that is mainly defensive these days is not a fresh deal, everyone talks about how Warriors were amazing offensively and that is how they won a championship but look at their defensive stats on the years they became champions, you will realize that they were amazing defensively as well; which is why I think a team that has superstars but also focuses on defense will usually win the title. That is why Clippers were seen as the best team last year, since they had PG13 and Kawhi who were amazing defensively.
Lots had anticipated that LAC would be seen in finals but what happened? Even with Bucks too and other powerhouse teams. We didnt even anticipate that Heat will able to break and push though the finals where most people doesnt really care that much about this one but rather focuses into those team which had some superstars. Lakers is both good in defense and offence.I would rather see on enhancing their rhythm and passing side to lessen up their turnover mistakes. Now that other teams had different roster then lets see if they can still retain into their current the same line-up. Heat will remain an underrated team, they reach the NBA Finals but they didn't give the Lakers a good series, I mean, Lakers just dominated them and end the series in game 6. The favorites in the East now are the Nets since KD and Durant is back while Heat stays on the same line up, they may go to playoffs again but they might not enter in the NBA Finals. Game 6 doesnt give out a good series? We can say up those words if we do see 4-0 but we did see that they made out some good fight and trying to push until game 7 but it was a bit short. Yes, they are underrated and majority didnt expect for them to reach that far until to the finals.I agree into your words that now that those superstars are back on the floor which would really be giving out different story but doesnt mean we should underestimate Heat this time.We dont know that each team are making some adjustments now based of on what they did lack in previous season.
