3361  Other / Meta / Re: Creating a second account after ban without being caught. on: May 01, 2022, 03:50:17 AM
I have seen some interesting responses to the thread. Sorry that I'm out of merits atm, otherwise I would have given some to replies here.

Poker Player, you've been around long enough to know this crap just never stops.  Some people are idiots more so than others, and yes it's extremely easy to just make a new account after getting banned and continue participating in bounty hunting.  Hilariousandco was pretty much suggesting that a couple of years back, which I took issue with, because it galled me to hear a moderator say anything of the sort.  He was fed up with the ban appeal threads I would imagine, and I don't blame him...

Me neither. I don't care how many accounts they create, what bothers me are those threads complaining when they have repeatedly broken the rules and on top of that they have been dumb enough to get caught. And I'm not even a moderator here, so I can understand how annoyed the moderators can be about this topic.
3362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the future of crypto 10 years from now. on: May 01, 2022, 03:29:37 AM
Bitcoin is the best coin in crypto and as the years gone by there are a lot of coins (altcoins) that is more profitable in terms of investment on both short and long term process, in you're future sights and speculation of btc based on some good promising projects that is now scattering and has a posibility to move to next level in the near future, Can there will be a coin that can manage to surpass btc 10 years from now?

Please give us some data to back up the garbage claim you have made. The short term thing I could buy, but only in a biased way. Many shitcoin lovers like you see that there are shitcoins that give spectacular returns, while bitcoin only made 3.5 from last cycle to ath of last year and wrongly deduce that in the short term shitcoin is more profitable.

That is garbage argumentation, and if you want to compare well, what you have to compare is the shitcoin returns with the returns bitcoin gave the first years since its inception.

And that in the long term there are shitcoins more profitable you do not believe it yourself. If you reaffirm this, I challenge you to put concrete data on which shitcoins are more profitable.

3363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: May 01, 2022, 03:22:05 AM
I think the biggest mistake was that such amount of money was actually something that you needed, if you had lost that much money but that was money you could spare then things would not be so bad, but the fact that you needed to use that money to pay a debt and now you need to pay interests makes this an important mistake, try to learn from it so it does not happens to you again and if possible try to not gamble for a time to reduce to zero the chances you could make a mistake like this yet again.

That's the point. We should only use to bet the money we can afford to lose, just as we should only invest the money we can afford to lose, especially in volatile investments.

The OP has not logged in since he created the thread yesterday. I guess he is resignedly assuming what has happened, as two months of hard earned money lost in just a few moments, are enough to make an important reflection.

I hope he can take action so that this does not happen to him again.

3364  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free games for fun! on: May 01, 2022, 03:10:24 AM
...
A few years ago, when i could play real money on Pokerstars in china , its so difficult  to withdraw,
I need to sell my usd to other players,  a smart guy invent an application named”poker master ”
People could creat free club and invite friends play poker(gamble) together

I’m a stupid kid , so i have a question want to get somes good answers from smart guys ,
Why nobody creat a free casino website and let us creat club on it ?
Its different meaning  with affiliate.
Website could charge some money from club admin even margin(limit bet figure)!

I don't want to be hard on you because you are new to the forum and you seem young, but what you say seems to me to be nonsense.

I don't know why you say that it is difficult to withdraw from Pokerstars in China, I understand that gambling is forbidden there, except in Macau. If that's why, don't take your particular problem as something general.

When I request a withdrawal from Pokerstars and it is approved, it arrives to my account almost instantly, so no problem with that. Besides, creating a free casino but charging doesn't make sense. You complicate everything a lot.

Whoever wants to play for free can go to Pokerstars and play with play money. The casino you can create is not going to have better software or more traffic than them.

3365  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Luck and the market trend. on: April 30, 2022, 03:13:27 AM
The point is that what we call "trends" doesn't exist, they are patterns that we make for ourselves to better understand reality..

I am always amazed how trend analysis is often abstracted from what can happen in the real world. If a war starts, or there is a ban on miners in China, or a simple statement from the Fed chairman, they set the direction of the market much more than predicting how a line is going to follow based on how those lines have behaved so far.

Although I know that there are people who use pattern analysis and make money with it, statistically they are very few.
3366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: April 30, 2022, 03:04:38 AM
Anyhow I wasn't in control and I didn't follow the rule gamble what you can afford to loss. It was a money saved to repay a debt. Now once again the interest needs to be paid so to manage the debt for some more time. Unlucky me  Sad Sad Sad

Hey man, sorry about your loss. Has this happened to you before?

I studied statistics at school and I've never heard a good defense for using martingale technique...

When I read the OP, I thought that he probably used martingale or one of its variants, but I am not sure. In any case, I would recommend that if this happens to him more often he take action because it is normal for a responsible gamble at some point in his life to have lost more money than he had originally set out to lose, but if this starts to happen with some frequency, you have to take action to stop it however you can.

3367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥2022 Pandemic Popular Items🔥 on: April 30, 2022, 02:54:46 AM
What's funny to me about this is:

3. No restrictions on gameplay, strategy or equipment, you can do whatever you want anytime, anywhere

I don't know if there are other sites that put "restrictions" when playing the lottery, but if a lottery game only returns 70% of the collected prizes (to give an example), no matter what strategy you use, they will keep 30% of the collected prizes.

On the other hand, I agree that the OP's proposal does not seem very professional.
3368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia to ban Pokies on: April 29, 2022, 02:59:29 AM
I am not an expert in Australian politics, but judging by the initiative and the fact that the name of the party contains the word "greens", these are just another leftist idiots who "invented" how people should live and will now try to force people to conform to their fictions.

Well, with so many socialists on the forum, I'm glad to find someone who thinks like me, as there aren't many around here.

Leftists tend quite a bit to ban and force, as in this case. I particularly, although I'm not a big supporter of regulations, I do believe that the gambling industry has to be regulated, but in this case it's silly. Are they going to ban slot machines in bars and pubs when today everyone has unlimited access to slot machines from the mobile? Lol. Idiots.
3369  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most trusted casinos on BTalk on: April 29, 2022, 02:44:56 AM
You'll get many vary answers since each people have their own trusted and reputable casino they're played. You can check it yourself in gambling board and check their account's feedback, if you see a negative feedback or flag on the thread, pretty sure it's scammy casino.

Yeah, I thought it was better to avoid the scammy ones, like 1xBit, than to think about the more trusted ones, because after all most of those who advertise in the casino are trusted and have been around for quite some time.

OP, go to the scam accusations section and avoid those who have true accusations there. In some cases the accusations are unfounded but if you read the threads it is a good way to rule them out.
3370  Other / Meta / Re: Creting a second account after ban without being caught. on: April 28, 2022, 08:02:52 AM
If we talk about the topic that you cited as an example, then the account was not banned; it just got caught again and again on errors that are familiar to all cheaters.

Yes, that one also, but not only that one. Mainly to the one in the OP. Besides, even in that case, I don't know why they are so stupid to enroll two different accounts in the same bounty that forbids it. In this forum it is allowed to have two accounts and participate in two different bounties or two different signature campaigns. Or in the same signature campaign or bounty that does not have this prohibition. And yet there are still cases like the one mentioned above.

Greed plays a part I guess.

I guess so. And laziness.
3371  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you think that some signature campaigns prioritize clients in some cases? on: April 28, 2022, 06:01:07 AM
Purely looking at merit ratios isn't a great indicator though. It's way easier to get merits in some boards compared to others.

Well, as I said before:

It is clear to me that the campaign managers will not only take into account the merits in relation to the activity, but also if they post on certain boards for example and other factors.

But I did think that would be the main statistic to look at.

Do you mind sharing what other factors are taken into account, and if there are any more important ones than that?
3372  Other / Meta / Creating a second account after ban without being caught. on: April 28, 2022, 05:58:06 AM
I have been reading this thread:

Stop Spaming and making Red Trust on Baseless Facts.

Where for the umpteenth time, someone has been caught after being banned for creating another account, and on top of that he complains.

I don't know how they are so stupid that they get caught, because I think that if that happened to me and I wanted to create another account I would not get caught.

I don't want to go into details to give people ideas, but don't you think it would be very easy?

What happens is that it would cost you more work, if for example you have a Facebook account with a certain number of friends that serves you for the bounties, then you would have to start from 0 and create another new account and get friends.

Anyway, I don't know if it's just my impression or if they are just stupid.

3373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: April 28, 2022, 03:41:33 AM
Well, the life of a player is very different from what is sought and what others believe, I know that the life of a player is more one of loss than of gains, what happens is that players do not take losses much into account, what they always focus on is the profits and their successes, in part this is sometimes compared to trading, there are whales that always lose, but when a general balance is made, the whales usually recover their money quickly, in trading It is like that, but when an analogy is made between bets, I think that it is very likely to lose than to win, but to this we must add the emotion that the players feel, the adrenaline and many times this is enough for them to accept the losses.

I think you are generally correct, but I would qualify: it is not that high rollers get their money back faster, trading or otherwise. It is that they are two levels of money.

Regular gamblers, who are not problem gamblers, know that in the long run you lose more than you win, but they benefit from the gains. If they lose, it's okay, because it's money they can afford. But if they win, they have extra money for enjoyment. The difference with the high rollers is that they have more money, and therefore they bet more heavily, just like they go to more expensive places for dinner or drive more expensive cars.
3374  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scamsite adkinsbet.com = lucybit.com ? on: April 28, 2022, 02:42:45 AM
Hi,

First, this should be in scam accusations, but I've already reported it to be moved.

Second, if you want to be taken seriously you should provide some kind of evidence and not just your word.

Third, what you say regarding Royse777's reputation is pure garbage. There are as of today 59 people who trust her judgement, and they are from all over the world, it is laughable that you say they are her friends.
3375  Economy / Service Discussion / Do you think that some signature campaigns prioritize clients in some cases? on: April 28, 2022, 02:28:26 AM
Well, first of all I'm not sure if this thread belongs to this board, if you think it doesn't, tell me and I'll move it or report it.

The title is not quite accurate either because due to the maximum number of characters I have not been able to put everything I wanted.

It has happened to me sometimes that when I have seen the people accepted in signature campaings I have not understood very well why certain people have been accepted and not others. This has happened to me only when there are vacancies, like 1 or 2 and with decent signature campaigns, I don't mean the crappy spam like 1xBit and others like that.

In the decent signature campaigns, as I said, sometimes I have seen members with little merits in relation to the activity, for example, chosen over people who have a much better ratio, and I think the main reason could be that it is taken into account that they are customers of the business. Probably at least part of what they are going to earn in the signature campaign they are going to spend in the business (or even more if it is a casino).

I don't know what you think about this. It is clear to me that the campaign managers will not only take into account the merits in relation to the activity, but also if they post on certain boards for example and other factors.

As I say, this has only happened to me in certain cases, in campaigns that I consider decent and that, in general, have quality posters.

Is this my guess or do you think I might be right?
3376  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Uniswap Starts Blocking Addresses Linked To 'Blocked Activities' on: April 27, 2022, 06:47:48 AM
These two are contradictory. If this platform were really decentralized then they would have never been able to even think about blocking anything!

Which is why I always say that just because something uses the word "decentralized" it doesn't mean they are really decentralized. In fact majority of them are heavily centralized. This goes for other names they use too, for example as far as I can tell Uniswap is not an exchange platform, it is a weak token swap platform.

Be warned that this can happen in any other platform too that claims to be decentralized but is either centralized or have some traces of centralization (like Bisq).

Is there any reliable list out there of exchanges that are truly decentralized and where these things can't happen?
3377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where does your country stand ? on: April 27, 2022, 04:06:59 AM
My country is not there either, but there is one thing that has caught my attention.

This is kinda interesting and when I search the internet I also found this list of the Country that lose the most in gambling.  I don't know how this correlates on the Country that gambling the most but it looks like the list is somehow the same.

It is normal that it is more or less the same, since gambling is a game of negative mathematical expectation, which means that if we consider the big numbers, as in this case, which is considered what a whole country bets in a year, there is a direct correlation between the money bet and the money lost.

This link is more recent statistics (2016) hopefully someone can share the latest statistics on this one.

I am struck by the case of the United States, which although it is not the first in terms of gambling per adult, it is the first in terms of total losses. I guess it is because being a rich country, there are many whales with money that gamble and end up losing a lot of money. . This is consistent with my experience with poker. Although one may think that US players are good at playing poker because it is a tradition in their country, the average player there is very bad, he is more of a recreational player who plays for fun or to pass the time.

3378  Economy / Economics / Re: EU suggests we should all go eco and sing kumbaya on: April 27, 2022, 03:51:35 AM
I like to eat organic products apart from following a keto/carnivore diet, mainly because I think it's healthier, but I recognize that the world is not ready to move on to what I do in a short period of time.

The OP is right, although I don't like the way he expresses it.. Mass production is what has made 8 billion people live in the world today, and that there is less and less hunger in the world and that is based on intensive agriculture with large extensions of monocultures and chemical fertilizers and pesticides.

I hope that the shift is made little by little. As countries become richer, the population tends to grow less and even decrease. Gradually, with improved techniques, I believe that more and more crops will be grown ecologically, but also because of an increase in demand and not so much because of political will.

3379  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help setting up an online crypto casino on: April 27, 2022, 03:38:02 AM
Again? We have had several such queries in this section recently. If you had simply looked at a few threads you would have the information:

new bitcoin casino system

Do You Think New Casino Should Partnered With Bounty Managers To Gain Trust?

How do you advertise your casino?

In short, crypto gambling is a very competitive space and if you want to try to launch a casino you will have to make a good investment, not only to set it up, but also in advertising to attract customers. Now, if you manage to make it work fairly well, casinos are money making machines, but for that, once you have attracted customers, you will have to give them a good user experience.
3380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon and and how this "dude" could effect bitcoin in the future? on: April 27, 2022, 03:28:54 AM
I believe that Musk's influence on the price of Bitcoin, as of today, is small. He had it last year, and it is inevitable that people will look at what he does and react in the short term to actions such as when he announced he was buying Bitcoin for Tesla and accepting Bitcoin payments. I personally don't care what he does and I don't think he's going to move the price of Bitcoin much some tweets.
