I don't know, Newbie. As soon as you start buying, I guess. All I know is that if we don't get a new ATH or a scaling solution by the time of the halving, I'm dumping my cold storage coins. All of them?? Probably. at least 90%. If it don't scale, they're on sale. Wow, you seem really afraid of it. How come it wasn't anything you feared before? Not aware of it? You know conflict about the issue is a good thing. If everyone would be quiet about it, it'd be much worse. the stuff that really fucks you in live, the stuff that pushes you right to your limits is not the stuff that you were afraid of (=were prepared for). |

Die Banken können noch mehr, ich zitiere mal von obigem Link: Ankauf von Aktiva
Geschäftsbanken ist es erlaubt, Anlagevermögen (Aktiva), wie z. B. Immobilien und Wertpapiere, anzukaufen und dem Verkäufer im Gegenzug eine Gutschrift in Höhe des Kaufpreises zu buchen. Dabei wird Buchgeld geschöpft (Bilanzverlängerung).
Jetzt wisst ihr wieso die Banken so viele Immobilien besitzen. Man lese den obigen Satz nochmal und versetze sich in die Rolle einer Bank. Das wäre wie wenn du oder ich sich ein Häuschen kaufen, allerdings ohne das Geld haben zu müssen. Dieses wird geschöpft... wir schreiben es dem Käufer einfach auf sein Bankkonto gut. So entsteht Geld (unter anderem), es wird nicht alles von der EZB "gedruckt". Das ganze geht auch ohne Haus, einfach durch "Kreditgeldschöpfung": Aktive Giralgeldschöpfung („Aktiv-Passiv-Mehrung“)
Durch die aktive Buchgeldschöpfung schaffen die Geschäftsbanken zusätzliches Geld in Form von Buchgeld. Hauptquelle der Geldschöpfung ist heute die Kreditgewährung der Geschäftsbanken.
"aktive Buchgeldschöpfung" ist schön ausgedrückt für: die Bank gewährt jemandem einen Kredit indem sie die Kohlen einfach auf sein Bankkonto bucht (und nirgendwo wegbucht, ist also wie eine coinbase Transaktion beim bitcoin mining). Auch so wird Geld hergestellt. sehr guter hinweis. somit wird auch deutlich, dass es zu jedem kredit auch ein gegenüberstehendes guthaben gibt. immer nur von "schuldenkrise" zu sprechen ist irreführend: genauso könnte man von "guthabenkrise" sprechen. all den monströsen schulden stehen monströse guthaben gegenüber. auch das dauernde gerede "die kassen sind leer, wir müssen den gürtel enger schnallen" ist propaganda. es gab noch nie soviel geld wie heute, es gab noch nie soviel absurden reichtum. es gibt inzwischen leute, die haben mehr als 20 milliarden. die könnten zwanzigtausend tage lang jeden einzelnen tag jemanden zum millionär machen. also für die nächsten 54 jahre, jeden tag... das ist doch pervers. |

the guy who sold his house for bitcoin last year is about to break even! Well, well, well... I am back for an update.
Originally (in Post #1) sold my house for approximately $400,000 Canadian, and got approximately 648 BTC in the transaction. BTC is currently at approximately $450 US each. This makes my investment worth $291,600 in U.S. Dollars. Now also note that the Canadian Dollar has tanked really hard in the last year and is now at a 12 year low, around .72c US. That makes my Bitcoin currently worth $405,000 Canadian!. I am currently up on my initial investment! I did weather the storm when it sat at $200 for a long time (and crapped my pants from time to time and did a lot of drinking), but now my time has come. For all those that laughed, we will see who is laughing in 2016!

guys, we all have to acknowledge that this guy is a true balls-of-steel hodler: Hi All, I have been following Bitcoin for over a year and was the first person ever to put my house for sale for bitcoin. http://www.cbc.ca/newsblogs/yourcommunity/2013/03/alberta-man-accepting-bitcoins-in-exchange-for-home.htmlNot sure if you followed my story from a year ago, but the house just sold on Friday, and will make the news tomorrow I suspect. When the house closed on Friday I got approximately 648 BTC for my house which is based on prices over the past 6 months when the deal was actively negotiated, legal fees, realtor fees, and a bunch of contract wording that I frankly don't understand. I am now all in! I really believe in bitcoin. It is the future of the world. I look forward to the continued price increase and one day I plan to own my own island. I will truly be a bitcoin billionaire by the time I am 25 I believe. This house was inherited from my father who passed away a few years ago and he always believed in me and told me I would make it big one day and so I shall. Wish me luck Tay More Well, well, well...
