3381  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitBond is it safe to use this lending service? on: April 10, 2017, 11:35:04 PM
They are legit but you shouldn't use them for the following reasons:

-Very easy for people to scam you, even if they have ID.  A huge amount of money lent is lost.

-Interest is 13% a year.  That sounds good at first but the loans are denominated in USD, and Bitcoin has grown by 50% in the past year so you'd be losing out dramatically.

Good point. Its best to just keep your btc instead if you just have plans to invest or maybe chose a coin that you know can grow exponentially than lend where your BTC won't be growing apart from that 13% interest. Your BTC could double in less than a year by just keeping it.

3383  Bitcoin / Meetups / Re: CoinFest 2017 on: April 09, 2017, 09:20:45 PM
Yes more photos. I have never been into an event, I may not even have the chance to join since I live in a remote place. If one day this coinfest will be organized in my country, I will surely be going. I wonder if there is a huge fee just to get in Smiley Is there?

Can you guys confirm who is present in that event like was ETHbits there?
3384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CoinGecko.com - 360 Degree Cryptocurrency Valuation and Ranking on: April 09, 2017, 02:36:14 PM
Is these kind of sites profitable to make, how do they earn money? I saw another the other day advertised in this forum as well which is this one http://coinwik.org/ site seem to allow anyone to register and edit your own coin if you have.  If its profitable the more sites like these will pop later.

Hey I bought my EDGEless on Etherdelta exchange, is it safe to send it to the liqui exchange? There's more volume there right now than on EtherDelta, must be better to trade there.
I'm not sure if it's safe sending my EDGE there because I only knew Liqui do IOU most of the time which is why sending there could be impossible. I will create an account later.

The date is pretty much confusing, it took me minutes to figure that the ICO will start on  April 25 to May 24. Can OP be updated as to how much had been collected so far?

ZrCoin also will provide CCTV that will be installed in the factory and any user or investor will be able to watch the process live.

Seem like the Breaking Bad idea where Gus Fring monitors Mr.White and Pinkman. The logo of this token I assume its derived from that series.  Grin
3387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price soaring. Are you going to move some BTC into ETH? on: April 08, 2017, 11:50:30 AM
Don't do it!!

High probability that it won't break .01. BTC won't rally until ETH finishes somewhere above 008

Edit:
While what's cheap? ETH? Ha, it's up 400% and you think NOW is the time to buy?

when you see a post like that - wait for a huge pullback (see the chart!!!)- wait for sideway action for a time - wait for a  start of a new rise and only then BUY!

I still think this is the right time to buy ETH its now just $44 and the possibility to make it $60 the next  wave of Assets created on ETH such as matchpool and the latest are going to make its value sky rocket. This is the right time to buy your ticket to the runaway train. Its all about making money.

I was trying to comment on my own blog post but seem like its not working. I am trying to edit my blog post too but seem I can't find an edit option. If this isn't solve I guess this isn't the right platform to actually submit a blog post for me. Any tutorial on how to do it?
3389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: April 07, 2017, 05:00:04 PM

I've just bought few ETH when it hit $43 Smiley
I wouldn't wait for it to dip more, more dapp for eth later. EDGEless is just one of the best token ever I got this time. It seem to have grown so much right after the ICO. I have no doubt ETH will soon be more than $60 maybe in few weeks.

3391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: April 05, 2017, 02:33:26 AM
We all have different reasons. As for me I like to keep mine and invest to some other coins for investment. I did invest to some coins which I somehow earn btc. I target for long term investments by the way. I've also joined a signature campaign to be updated here in the forum and also my earnings for there.

Being away in the forum from the forum will actually not help me being updated  to what is going on to the coins I have invested. The forum is full of news which helps to trade my bitcoins.
3392  Economy / Services / Re: Register and earn up to 0.02 BTC! Videoslots affiliate campaign on: April 04, 2017, 07:17:48 PM
So can you withdraw that 0.007 BTC or a participant will need to use that amount to play? I use to join something like this promo and i hurry to PM and register and turn out it feels like being scammed in the end. Its a total waste of time. I just want to make it clear for the users who may want to participate too.

No, I didn't withdraw the money and pay from that, the btc will come from me directly to you.

I get the report with the new registers on Monday morning from the previous week, that's why I pay out on every Monday.
Until Monday I only see the numbers of new registrations, but I can't see usernames, so I can't connect to the people.

It's an affiliate program, I earn if you register and I mostly earn when you play of course. You dont have to play this 0.007 BTC or anything, its yours, if you dont want to deposit.
You get 11 no deposit free spins upon registration, and if you deposit at least 20 EUR/USD/equivalent, you will get a 100% match bonus AND also 10€ totally free cash from the site. And you can earn the btc's from me.

It's a win-win situation. I will earn, you will earn, and you have the option to play as well.

Gonna answer for PM's soon, I just got a couple, I'm trying to do it as quick as I can.

Thanks!

That 0.007 BTC seem to be a good deal. You should be receiving more PMs by now after confirming these information. But I'm still interested to know more of the details actually. 0.007 btc is worth like $7 and for just registering seem too good to be true. What do we need when registering? credit card and drivers licences and a selfie? Smiley

I could really b e earning thousands if I were to promote that referral link somewhere there will be no suspicious fellow like me.
3393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: April 04, 2017, 04:35:40 PM

A lot of people still don't know about bitcoin. They never heard of when when I tried to tell someone that I am into crypto investments and they were like, wot?
If BTC is banned, I guess it would have been more popular these days. People are more interested to things that were banned. It wouldn't stop us from using crypto, there are hundreds and thousands of other crypto to be use so it don't make sense banning it.

If I find it good, I probably will join.

3395  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: April 04, 2017, 04:31:19 AM
If it goes more than what its price right now I'm selling the ICN i've recently bought and buy back my BTC until it slows down too. This is what I do when bitcoin makes swing traders feel better. If there's any other currency that moves the market pretty much high than bitcoin, I'b be buying that one too.

GBP/USD seem to work that way but its not that predictable even with all the indicators. Bitcoin is definitely a better platform for traders of old economy.
3396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: April 03, 2017, 10:24:32 AM
I invest my BTC in MLM. Once I made a contribution and now I have the opportunity to earn a large number of bitcoins. At the moment, this is the most profitable investment for me

Can you share more information about it as it is totally new concept for me and is it safe to invest bitcoins there? And what is the minimum amount of bitcoins we have to invest? It would be great if you share some more information about it.

MLM is not a good way to invest your money because it is a multilevel program and after you invest then you need to find your downline to get profit. Also, these programs will close soon or later hence it is not a good investment instead you can find get a couple of good gambling casinos to invest your money. If you don't want to take so much risk then just keep bitcoins with you over the time its price will go up and you can make a good profit.

Its almost like a scam actually. MLM needs a lot of work for you to have some downline of your own, meaning there has to be some people to register under your link before you can earn. This is how I understand it. I could be wrong be I already tried an off line business which is related to MLM. I hate the pyramid scheme which I believe is there structure of each MLM businesses. The unsuspecting users register and expect to get paid after the have the downline users but it doesn't really work that way. Their downline has to make a sale too before getting paid.

I'm offering my translation to Filipino and promote you roulette to the Philippine section. Interesting to receive bounties per month. Your ICO will start very soon and you only give 3 days for it, it seem too short but I'd be making the thread busy for its success. Do let me know if you agree.
3398  Economy / Services / Re: ConCoins | Signature & Avatar Campaign | The most dangerous cryptocurrency on: April 03, 2017, 09:01:50 AM

I thought the developer of this coin isn't serious enough to announce a coin for the criminals inside prison  Grin I was wrong about that. They were serious enough to even pay for the promotion of the coin. I'm not applying though but sure hope to see this one day to be known.  An anon feature and untraceable will be prioritize I assume but what else does this have to make it distinguishing among the rest to be identified perfectly fit to be used in prison?
3399  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: April 03, 2017, 08:46:42 AM
Right now I don't have any plan to sell my coins as the price is not too promising for me at a moment and my target price is $2000 so I will sell my all coins only when the price of bitcoin reaches there and till then I am trying to grow my bitcoins with trading altcoins.
I apply the same strategy as you. As of now i don't sell my 10 bitcoins and i'm just playing with them in the altcoin market because there is a lot of coins that are pumping and being manipulated by the whales. I will sell my bitcoins if the price reaches at least $1500 to at least get doubled price profit.
Yeah, all the people who plan to sell their Bitcoin on rate $1500. I think It is the ideal
rate for us to selling. Before reaching such price, for better way,
we use Bitcoin to trade the altcoins in Poloniex or Bittrex exchange. I do like it.

There is no ideal price for bitcoin, just keep selling it when it spike that when it spike a bit and you thought its going to dip, sell your because that's the ideal price. It will eventually rise so just buy it back when the price stable a bit and then once again when the price is high, sell your again. Its about earning not selling at the price you thought is ideal because you will lose an opportunity knowing that BTC price keeps moving up.

If you haven't ordered anything yet of those Asic machines, listen to Velkro because there is the need for you to learn more of it like traveling to China is much better than mining Smiley
I was up to it back then and realize its not going to be for me not just because of the expensive devices but the mining companies that you have to compete. And then I started thinking of just mining using the GPU, it could be worth but y still need more money and your location, and electricity cost. There so much more to consider like which coin and maintenance of your set up. These devices are going to be burning hot while running by the way.
