There are two alleged statements of Bitfinex in it. Where did BFX write that? Giancarlo said before that BFX has so far denied any interview requests, have you changed your policy? The rest of the article is pretty retarded though. Of course margin trading played a role in this crash as it was the main driver behind the jump from 450 to 680. That article, like many, call it "market manipulation" and "insider trading" when big players enter or exit big positions. It's called "trading". Yes, you have "insider knowledge" when you know that you are about to enter a huge short which will move the "market" but it is hardly fair to call that "manipulation"...
This was nothing special. Price followed the parallel trendchannel we covered at www.bitcoinbullbear.com perfectly and the margin calls did not lead to unusual trading.
As you said, this is part of trading. That's why its called trading and not long jump.

Weil das muss ja dann mit in die Berechnung und Abwägung?
Bei einem Gut ohne intrinsischen Wert, also einem reinem Spekulationsobjekt wie dem bitcoin, gibt es meines Erachtens keinerlei technische Indikatoren. funktioniert je besser je mehr sich daran halten und danach handeln. wenn ich heute eine vorgabe machen würde und es würde sich die grosse masse daran halten würde das ebenfalls funktionieren auch wenn die vorgaben blödsinn wären. zur TA kommen noch angst und gier hinzu also die ganz menschlichen eigenschaften (überkauft, bestätigung von supports usw.). EDIT: schönes beispiel in jedem markt, dass TA nicht immer funktioniert ist wenn das volumen gering ist z. Bsp. in der urlaubszeit. dann bewegt plötzlich mal ein grosser player ganz unverhofft den markt in seine richtung und die schöne TA ist dahin. gut wenn man dann einen SL gesetzt hat und den verlust realisiert anstatt versucht ihn auszusitzen. aktuelles beispiel anscheinend die ganzen gehebelten long positionen welche wohl durch einen margin call bzw. SL beendet wurden und den kursverfall beschleinigt haben (bitfinex).
Sogar in Deinem Besipiel Bitfinex. Klar wurden stops / margin calls ausgelöst vor ein paar Tagen. Und dennoch, der Presi fand genau im exakt parallelen Trendkanal unterstützung...:

Langsam wird es aber was das Trading und Bitcoin angeht surreal, da ist es auch schon egal ob der Kurs manipuliert wird.
Wenn der Kurs bei der derzeitigen Nachrichtenlage und den Aussichten derartige Talfahrten aufnimmt, weil Leerverkäufe stattfinden, wie soll man das halbwegs plausibel vorhersagen und dazu traden?

Man kann den Kurs nicht vorhersehen. Man kann nur nach dem Kursverlauf handeln. Wenn der Kurs gesunken ist kauft man btc, sinkt er noch weiter kauft man wieder nach. Steigt der Kurs danach, verkauft man btc. Wieviel und wann muss jeder für sich selber entscheiden.
Aber technische Analyse und Vorhersagen funktionieren sehr gut fuer bitcoin. Macht www.bitcoinbullbear.com schon erfolgreich seit ueber 4 Jahren und outperformed buy & hold bei weitem.
Letztes Beispiel war der BUY call gestern abend. Seitdem 30$ plus per bitcoin. |

It's sad and annoying to see that this big drop wasn't enough for some people. They try to push us further down.
If it's up to these idiots they'd take us down to 10 dollars. They don't care if they destroy the whole Bitcoin economy in the process.
There is no reason to sell anymore at the moment. Those who wanted to sell did so already. The pressure is gone.
This is pure manipulation and idiot sheep following, afraid of another crash.
unfortunately it is not that easy. There is always a reason to sell and reason to buy
It just depends on the technical state of the market.
You can't make fundamentals responsible for the price move short term.
Big technical support has been broken at 540-550 and it will be hard to climb back above short term.
Most probably we'll see lower prices before bottoming first. |
