Well, I wrote a piece for Hacked.com before the ICO and said all you were getting for your money was 40 odd lines of code nothing more and not even a high-level code.I don't own any and never will so I will not spend time on this thread putting it down or rehashing the article but anybody that has any sense will see through this debacle straight away.

My hopes are some of the other places in Vegas will take it as well, bars or even a smaller casino now that would get things going.It could become the local currency of Nye County and I can spend it in the Chicken Ranch or Legends could build a chicken ranch of their own.

Actually thats the problem with ICOs if you wait a few weeks they all seem to be below the ico price, due to the fact that Ethereum is rising faster than the token (well except for this week)

Ethereum is going to have to do a lot of development to stop the platform crashing, this is without Dapps imagine 100s of Dapps and an ICO the platform unless upgraded would be down for days

Would it be possible to use a trusted third party and use off chain transactions?I see that this is done with bitcoin not really sure if that can be done with Ethereum, just for deposits and group the withdrawals together to save miners fees

You can get on Liqui two ways by voting to get the coin on or by paying a fee to get straight on.Not sure what the fee is but can't be that expensive, and Liqui getting substantially better volume now

The status ICO caused all the congestion today by people sending too much gas and getting the thing rejected.I know what says in the whitepaper and don't think it was thought through properly running two chains and an erc23 token.They say they want to be different in their approach, well they are your not listed at bittrex like the rest

There is the whole timeshare aspect. You can rent your membership out when you are not there. When the club officially opens, the memberships are quoted on the price of bittrex. It was on the ICO page which I saved. The only place to get the membership is on the exchange. If you don't want to spend for a whole membership, you can spend the tokens in the club and get 20% off. This is a genius way to get circulation of coins. Yes, I expect they will announce other clubs after vegas is up and running. I see tokens at $5.00 and am on the bid up to $2.50. These guys get stupid amounts of press and I also think tourists will buy tokens and forget them which will taken them out of circulation. Check the twitter out. Some of their porn stars are going to accept $LGD for merchandise. If this takes off, it will dwarf the club business. From the website
3. What is the membership rental program?
Members may rent their token and charge a fee. Some of our members do not live in las Vegas and will only visit once or twice a year. The program will allow them to potentially create revenue from the rental of tokens. Members may rent their membership themselves or through the Legends Room rental program. A Token ownership is required for entry into the VIP area. The VIP area is where our celebrity events will be held, our feature dances by top adult stars, and where our private booths and conversation areas are located.
Practically, speaking any patrons in the main club will require a rental of a token to visit privately with any of our entertainers.
Rental prices are determined by demand which will vary greatly. Celebrity appearances, major Las Vegas events, any UFC or championship boxing contest, conventions, certain holiday weekends will command higher entry prices.
Rental revenue will be collected and placed in the owners club account either in or USD. Owners may request funds once the balance reaches $500.00.

When I was with PartyPoker before the takeover, we knew we had US players using our site and really there was not much we could do apart from blocking IP access, but with a VPN that was really useless.Even so, I would not go to the US nor would other board members in case we were arrested by the DOJ, things have changed now they even have a registered office in NJ.
The whole scenario can be difficult and sometimes legal advice from lawyers and the DOJ don't seem to be on the same page

Well, I held a very senior position with at that time PartyPoker.Gibraltar is as good a place as any and a great place to live.
