I dont know if this is the solution but do you need to adjust the miner on the right side of BTC guild screen says Ghs change it accordignly sometimes there is a loop that does not allow higher hashrate from poolside.I had a similar solve with a dragon miner I had and then 999.99gh

its a company that its customer support really sucks i had a ticket openned since July and still they try to find
the details mostly trying to make me get bored and stop dealing with it
I have contacted all of them and no solution

Also to mention SP30 is 4,5 ths and you ask 15 BTC meaning 6000 $
Sp20 that will be launched in 2-3 weeks will cost 1100$ for 1,8-2,0ths
so with 2200$ he has the 4 ths compared to 4,5 of the SP30
Does only 10% difference justifies the 4000 $ difference I guess you can make the math

now 4,5 Ths in hand can mine 0,06 BTC per day without any difference in difficulty so
in about 30days will miner 1,8 BTC thats about 720 Usd so again make the math

Also remember always to escrow and keep messages in public so will not be
missunderstandings or false seller accounts with /;:¨=? before or after their ID
