341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum getting old? on: August 18, 2019, 08:28:52 PM
More people are using Eth than ever before, for its intended use as a platform for decentralized applications. The ICO thing was always a distraction.

Ethereum is not getting older. The project is constantly developing, and in 2020, we will see Ethereum 2.0 which will be something new. ICOs did not exist for a long time and they did not affect ETH popularity so much.
I suppose that Smart Contracts make this altcoin so useful (not only them sure). In the future, this token will not lose popularity.
342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which platform or altcoin is best for investing. on: August 17, 2019, 09:16:22 PM
Hey, guys can you give me a list of New altcoin or new cryptocurrency website where I can where can I invite my Crypto for Long time gains and quick short time gains without any risk.I know cryptocurrency is so risky but give me a best list.

If everything would be so simple, and we could have such a list (investments without risk), we would all get profits and do not open new threads on this Forum. The risk and cryptocurrency are connected all the time. By the way, any investment can be risky. You will just answer yourself if in case you lose, you will be in a great loss or if it won't affect you.
343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can Crypto trading bot beat human intelligence? on: August 17, 2019, 09:06:12 PM
Trading bots help in executing the trades automatically and they use algorithms to detect trends of the market, on the basis of that you can execute the trades.
One of the benefits of bots is they trade based on analysis rather than emotions to avoid panic buying and selling as bots are not influenced by the psychology of a trader.
Artificial intelligence and Machine learning help bots to constantly develop and evolve, but what I think is there is a long way to go to beat human intellect. Human touch is very significant as a good trader can feel for the markets. If something unexpected is happening in the market then humans can adjust the trading plan accordingly, where the bot will run on the rules that are set. Recently one of my friends introduced me to a trading tool named SmartBotCoin.io. I haven’t used this tool but bots or tools can still be helpful in some part of trading so I decided to check out the features on their website look good. I have seen many potential scams in trading tool category, so I want to be sure before using any crypto trading tool. Do you think it's worth trading on this tool?

Some bots are really smarter than certain traders. In this case, they can beat their "intelligence". However, finally, only a person decides whether to trade or not. Bots are just helpers - they do everything to give a trader more free time for something less stressful than comparing prices rates and form pairs. I do not see anything bad in these bots - they just help in my work.
344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Bitcoin and the games industry? on: August 17, 2019, 08:59:42 PM
I find it really, really strange how gaming has such a blind spot when it comes to crypto. You'd think they'd be running towards it but the silence is deafening.

Crypto integration is likely to come from the left field as ever and it'll be indie developers who do something with it. The gaming behemoths are full corporate and some have their own financial systems to protect just like banks.

A lot of casinos make money on gamblers, who play for Bitcoin. As we know, most gamers lose - only a couple in a couple of hundreds wins. So, when they replenish their accounts with BTC and lose, this money is accumulated in a casino. The casino can wait until the market can go to the Moon, and make several times more than they could do it before, with fiat.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 Shopping List on: August 17, 2019, 08:45:59 PM
On ETH i also invest, but i preffer more to get bitcoin and hold if possible, but there can be more option to choose and always invest only money that afford to lose.
when cryptocurrency conditions like today it is better you do not buy or invest in ethereum, see ethereum prices are falling very fast and make a lot of people panic, you better buy bitcoin for the long term than buying altcoin that has no clarity.

Looking at the market, I invest in Bitcoin. Curious - I have mentioned one thing. For a long period, Monero follows Bitcoin changes all the time, whether other tokens behavior cannot be predicted. I started thinking about investing in Monero 10-15% of my active.
Ethereum is also good, but it will start bringing profits in a year only. Therefore, we can buy ETH not to hold.
346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Came Back After a Year on: August 17, 2019, 08:40:45 PM
To be honest, nothing much has changed except maybe the participants in the Cryptocurrency space, we do not chase after ICOs like we used to do in 2017 and we are much more wise in the projects we get involved in, there has been several advancements ofcourse but so far, we are still striving for worldwide adoption.
Agree, there has been no significant change so far and no change with crypto as you said. there is also certainty that many projects are scamming to make profits poorly. and price developments are only now changing after stagnation.

Fraud is still a problem in the cryptocurrency market. Maybe because there are no strict regulations governing the collection of funds for new projects. But anyway, in my opinion altcoin is getting more and more and there are new altcoins that are popping up

Too many altcoins appeared, and this is one of the reasons for Bitcoin dominance. The CoinMarketCap site reflects only a part of tokens. In reality, there are more of them. Shitcoins affect the market negatively, and fraud makes people hesitate whether to invest in altcoins or not. Finally, most guys choose Bitcoin as the most trusted cryptocurrency.
347  Economy / Economics / Re: Can not believe 5 years ago you could of bought one whole bitcoin for this much! on: August 16, 2019, 09:13:34 PM
Wow. How can we get back to that price again so we can purchase  more bitcoins?  Grin lol. Way back 2014 and this year is 2019. That just means bitcoin is really improving, having a high value as of now at $10k, the more it proves that bitcoin is amazingly adopted.

Oh, and coinbase was established long time ago. Good to know that, too.

Unfortunately, the time machine is not yet invented. I also turn back and think how many chances we had but we missed them. However, Bitcoin is going to climb up further, so, it will be natural to invest in it even now, when it is expensive. BTC can be used not only as the tool for getting profits but for online transactions and sending money abroad for cheap rates.
348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin market dominance rising fast? on: August 16, 2019, 09:09:55 PM
Bitcoin market dominance for fast rising because of  it's popularity and value. Whlie time had past, many people engage in crypto and they will attract with bitcoins value and they saw that many people using and patronizing it that's why demand in bitcoin keep on increasing and also some of people and investors are selling their altcoins for bitcoin. Which is the good sign for bitcoin to keep on rising.

I guess, people saw that Bitcoin can recover fast after the critical fall. If you compare even its price for today with the price during the bloodbath, you will see it clearly. It cannot be said about many altcoins - most of them did not gain a lot after the fall. Thus, people are excited to buy BTC, they are inspired by the fact of his fast growth. They invest mostly in it, and it is dominating.
349  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Now the Perfect Time to Buy Bitcoin? on: August 16, 2019, 08:43:29 PM
Yes indeed it is good time to buy now that instead of worrying that Bitcoin price is suddenly falling then why not consider it as an oppurtunity to buy cheapest Bitcoin? We should not missed this chance as Bitcoin price will just rise up suddenly too making you to regret it.

It depends only on the person himself. If he is ready to start working with the cryptocurrencies, he will do it at any time. Moreover, Bitcoin is supposed to go up in the nearest 2 years. If you are ready to wait for it for long, do not have any doubts and invest in BTC.
If it happens that this crypto will fall, do not panic - simply go on holding it.
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price struggling on: August 16, 2019, 08:40:04 PM
it's been a steady price for Ethereum since the begining of this month, still moving within 200 - 240$ Usd , do you think this is a bad sign for ETH?

Before I was almost sure that Ethereum could reach half a thousand this year, but now, it seems that all the crypto society is waiting for the changes. People need to see new features of the platform and its better work. The long-awaited update of Ethereum 2.0 should be a kind of work on bugs to fix all the existing flaws: let us be patient to wait for it a bit more.
351  Economy / Economics / Re: Are Blockchain Projects in Northeast Asia can change the economy? on: August 16, 2019, 08:39:01 PM
only on north east asia ? Whats so special about them ? .  blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies are already changing the economy at its best  but only for those who allow the use of them . those country that bans crypto and blockchain wont feel those benifits  . too bad for them

In addition to those technology and payment method , a certain country can excel more if they can create a new projects under the blockhain tech and with the help of cryptos like mentioned on the op .

Simply, it seems that this region is seriously ready to use it almost everywhere. There is no such great movement in this area even in the USA. For instance, South Korea has a friendly policy regarding the development of blockchain technologies, and there are a large number of crypto service users in the country.
The openness of the Korean secondary market and the diverse use of digital currencies and blockchain applications have created a good environment for the growth of the industry in the country.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Makes Bitcoin Valuable? on: August 16, 2019, 08:33:44 PM
Anonymity, decentralization, and also first bitcoin.

Bitcoin is creating value for both earlier investors and new ones, providing a bunch of the coolest opportunities to use cryptocurrency, the amount of which, moreover, is limited. This is not a hoax or theft, but simply the good old law of supply and demand in action, or in other words, the ancient economic principle, but working with a modern monetary system.
353  Economy / Exchanges / Re: best exchange to buy AND sell on: August 16, 2019, 08:25:04 PM
If I buy a bitcoin a bitcoin for 10000 dollars, and sell for 10200
Obviously I have gained 200 Usd.
But then out of the gain I must pay commision, if this has happened what exchange would have been least commision?

There is no one answer to this question. However, I would try Binance. This is the best-trusted exchange with the lowest commissions. Sometimes, it is better to make exchange "chains" - include in your financial operation. In any case, Binance will work. As I do remember, you will have to pay 0.1% commission only which is lower than other platforms offer.
354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin Likely to Double in Coming Months on: August 16, 2019, 08:19:10 PM
Halving is indeed a very awaited thing, but in reality now I do not see things that have an effect on Litecoin, even bitcoin has decreased from its highest price last week.

Halving did not have any effect as all were ready for it, and prepared for any changes. Thus, Litecoin did not choose its price dramatically. I gained well but due to other reasons, not connected with it. What I see is that LTC is standing almost still, but its market capitalization is slightly growing. Probably, it will manage to reach 100 dollars this year.
355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What your family thinks about that you into crypto on: August 15, 2019, 07:46:21 PM
They don't really care about it and have not invested a single penny since they prefer FIAT, but they do know what it is thanks to me and its surge in popularity with time. Its simply their opinion and I respect it.

I don't go out of my way to make them use crypto since that isn't the correct route. They will probably invest in BTC once adoption rates grow and once the volatility factor drops with time though.

As for my family, they understand me well and support. Moreover, recently they all started to think about joining the crypto market. Although they are still hesitating whether to do it or not, this is the best evidence of one thing: Bitcoin will be accepted everywhere finally.
We do not have to wait for too long until all understand that it is a perfect currency.
356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETHUSD on: August 15, 2019, 07:34:03 PM
Just keep on posting what you think about Ethereum/USD trade. You may not be a pro but as long as your points and basis are valid, you may give an interesting point with what you are delivering to us.

Bitcoin moved nicely this day but I've noticed that ETH haven't moved that much. If it's a bull trap on $230-$240, on what price you're start selling?
I definitely won't sell ETH at that price. Because the real price of ETH is being traded below its true value, due to the hotness of Bitcoin over the past few days, many investors have forgotten about ETH.
I'm DCA ETH from $ 215 - $ 209. I will sell it at $ 400 by 2020.

Ethereum can be offered for 400 dollars this year already. I believe that when Ethereum 2.0 is launched, the price of altcoin will be tripled at least. nevertheless, we have to wait for it for almost a year. Simply hold ETH, and trade other cryptocurrencies. ETH is good now more for Smart Contracts than for trading, and we cannot ignore this important moment.
357  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Why 20% profit in crypto is TERRIBLE. on: August 15, 2019, 07:31:07 PM
It's better to take 20% of the profit than never, and we can repeat to get those percentage many times than to try to get 1000%, but we need to wait for a long time. Maybe that will work for some investor, but for me, I prefer to get any profit without having to wait for a long time because of the cryptocurrency market cannot be predicted. But that will depend on every people strategy on how much percentage they are willing to take and as long as they can succeed to reach the target.

Now, 20% profit is very good, especially if you invest a lot. Suppose, you buy Bitcoin spending 20 thousand. Will 4 thousand be a bad award? No way.  Cryptocurrencies profits cannot be compared with the awards (if they can be called like that) got for sharing guns and drugs. Cryptocurrencies will live always, and it is worth working with them for sure.
358  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I regret that i entered trading too late on: August 10, 2019, 08:28:21 PM
The fact is that most cryptocurrency users regret that they did not invest in cryptocurrency in 2016 and did not realize their capabilities at the end of 2017.  Nevertheless, if we take into account the real possibilities of cryptocurrency in the future, then the current price level is also very profitable for investments.  Therefore, study and trade.

Trading will be always profitable. Even before the invention of BTC, it was evident that traders can become very wealthy people...if they are not lazy. It is never too late to join the crypto market, and even if you enter it during the time of depression, finally, probably, in a month, or in a year (it depends), you will understand that it is a beneficial thing.
359  Economy / Economics / Re: World economy, what do you think? on: August 10, 2019, 08:22:30 PM
Actually, I really admire the Chinese economy and the Chinese themselves, since they are practically a phenomenal country.  Of course you can talk in a large number of billionaires in the country, because they earned their money by legal means, and not by thefts from the state budget.  In addition, we all know what punishment fraudsters and corrupt officials have in China.

China is unique. The progress of the Chinese economy is planned a hundred years in advance
In China, there is a centennial growth plan for economic potential. Annually, a meeting of the secretaries of the government gathers to predict further steps in the development and summarize the path traveled. The progress of the Middle Kingdom is faster than in any other country.
360  Economy / Economics / Re: Money Is Political, Not Technical on: August 10, 2019, 08:15:25 PM
The article has expanded my knowledge a lot. I think this article should be shared widely and especially for those who want "bitcoin" to become a common currency.  Smiley

Money is a tool for managing the life of an individual and society as a whole. Money is a document that gives the right to receive any life goods and property. It is always near the person. We all depend on it, and first of all, now, money (especially huge sums) is a political tool. Unfortunately, today the winners are known beforehand -- win those, who initially have much.
