if you have that output, extract files to current directory of oclvanitygen from https://www.sendspace.com/file/2unr1u

pick \SYSWOW64\*.* files if you have x64 bit windows

tested with windows 7 and hd5870 only

    • Fix x13mod for AMD HD 5xxx/6xxx cards. Use for these cards "kernel" : "x13modold" in config file or -k x13modold from the command line. All parameters (intensity, threads etc) need to be tuned individually.
    Windows binaries (actual):

I don't get gpu temps fan control and management under "[G]PU" with hd5870, drivers 14.1

Care to show some kind of proof supporting your statement?

The fact that its almost not profitable to mine coins like DRK with GPU should sound an alarm.

it's not profitable, because some miners think that when price skyrocket they should start mining a coin, but this is not bitcoin, where difficulty kicks in after hundreds of blocks, it kicks in after just a few blocks and all keep mining darkcoin at a loss!

at least you will get a refund, my previous renter got 5 hours free hashing, cause their proxy did not switch to my pool and all I got is ... "restart your miner"!

Hello can you open the ticket again? It's not really possible for it to get "stuck" hashing for the renter. Your rig might have sat idle because it failed to connect to your pool and if that's the case we would like to investigate further since that would be a new issue that has yet to occur.  We are in beta and while that's not a perfect excuse, it's the reason we're finding bugs so that we can perfect the system.

ticket ID #99, it was mining elsewhere, gpu was hot and not idling, difficulty(network diff.) matches renters' difficulty, and also that difficulty did not match my other rigs, which all were mining darkcoin(main and backup pools) @ that time, miner wasn't stuck either, I switched pools manually, then went back to miningrigrentals - again not mine difficulty, checked my rig was listed as available for rent, checked all backup pools for my worker when not found I've submitted that ticket.

for some reason I was paid under 0,01 btc on 30.03, I don't like that, maybe you should pay sub 0,01 if hashrate was a flatline for 2-3 days or there wasn't any payment since last sunday?

Is it possible to see what coin getting mined atm. ?

    see your miner stats:

    Block: d4bdb8ee1a62f617...  Diff:309M

take 309000000/65535 = 4737.something - > look @ coinwarz 2nd column for something close to that value, we find 4,737.8845, which is ... LTC Smiley

I will never understand how people with such a bad understanding of pools and basic math invest so much money into mining.

but worst part is they share their knowledge
