If I'm being fully honest, I think women make better at a lot of things over men as they have a natural nurturing nature that many men simply just dont have, not on their level anyhow. I can see them being a bit more realistic with their betting as women are also often the one of the two in many relationships that take the finances more seriously. So there's def some truth in that IMO.
Women are not good at betting, they are too emotional and might not be able to handle their emotion in gambling. The world is ruled by men, and as we know, most of the successful business individuals are men, that's because men are risk takers than women, and that will not change because it's already our nature being a human. No disrespect to women as they have been wanting to have this "equality" thing, yes they can achieve that but they can't outsmart men on things they are good at.

I'm proud to say that I am. If I win big, I usually spend it either on things or experience. Since I don't really focus on gambling a lot like treating it as a job, then a win is already like a bonus for me. There was this one time that I won from a huge parlay, I cashed out a decent amount and spend it directly to buy my daughter her favorite phone, she was happy and I'm happy as well. Not only for my family, I also treat my friends going outside for a drink, at the end of the day, I'll just think that it's instant money and it's worth to spend it since winning does not come often.

Not cool that the Bucks lost to the Trail Blazers in overtime. Dame just couldn’t make a shot but he didn’t let that stop him from taking more than any other player. Not sure why Giannis didn’t play a bigger role tonight. Seemed like they just let Lillard drag them down with his shooting all night.
Game didn't went to OT, Blazers didn't allow it to happen. Bucks were able to take a lead but Simons take back the lead, and the last sequence are not good for the Bucks as they choose a low percentage shot than making a play for Giannis to attack the rim. Lillard and Lopez, both 3 points attempt failed.
Anyway, I got lucky with my pick last night, as I got 2-2. I'm making a record of this so I have something to look back at. YTD 2-0 (100%)First pick. Pelicans -2.5 2nd pick Thunder -1
Both bets won.
My early pick Only pick - Pacers +3.5 I lose my pick so my record now is YTD 2-1 (67%)For another early picks. I have the follwing teams tomorrow as my bets. First pick - Hawks -2.5 I'm impressed with their performance vs the Suns. On the save venue, their battle the Warriors, both teams came up on an impressive win and both are playing on a back to back game. however, since Hawks does not travel, I believe they have the advantage on that factor. 2nd pick - Bulls -1.5 last time playing at home they lose, maybe this time they'll get a win.

There’s always a room for improvement, even if we are already seeing such countries in progress. The reason why most of the countries still taking a loan from the world bank so that they can continue providing their people the quality services that they deserve, like building more infrastructures that will cater the different needs of the people, and giving the people the continuous financial assistance most especially for those who are actually less unfortunate ones.
However, the officials personal interest to also benefit from the borrowed money is inevitable. Even if these people will deny it, but we all know as to where they are getting their funds to buy instant luxury cars and services for their own family benefits.

I'm sorry but in those cases I prefer to stay away, unless it's your brother or a case like that. It has to be the person who makes a conscious decision about it, which they usually only do after they have hit rock bottom.
I hope it's easy to stay away when you are addicted with gambling, some people might be able to do that but there are also some that wouldn't stop until they lose everything they have. That kind of addiction is probably worse but it could happen to anyone of us if we don't have the discipline, like gambling thinking that there's no tomorrow, and doesn't want to stop gambling when losing, this kind of attitude will bring us to sure disaster.

As to the betting odds which he is the underdog, I think that's okay, it's justifiable since he is the challenger and the fight is held in Japan. Of course, I wouldn't be questioning that, I love him as the underdog as I'm betting on him to win. Good luck to him, hopefully we will see another Filipino champion soon.
He is what we term, live underdog, he might be 3:1, but that is good for us gambling bettors. It might be a motivation for him seeing that he is a underdog to a boxer that we think that he has a good chance to beat and then win the belt again. Of course he should be motivated as he wants to become a champion. He lose his belt and now given this opportunity, isn't it what a champ would want that they will come back at the top again? But being 3:1 underdog, I doubt he cares about that, it's only for us gamblers and we bet on the underdog not just because of its potential payout but most importantly we believe that Ancajas has a decent chance of beating Takuma Inoue.

You don’t want to be a trader and put your trading success to other’s shoulders. That’s so irresponsible of you if ever. So work on yourself and acquire all those necessary learning experience and skills, that will be your weapon so you won’t be trading at a loss consistently.
Trading is not only a game of mind and knowledge, but also a game of luck as well. There are those who are not actually highly knowledgeable and skillful but they managed to win most of their trades. So maybe being lucky and well-experienced trader could be a perfect combination to come up with a very profitable and successful trades.

There are actually good competitors of bitcoin in the market, but when it comes to price sustainability, I can’t think even better than bitcoin. Bitcoin is the king of the crypto market, that makes it probably getting the highest edge over the others. If you are hesitant to invest in bitcoin, take time to DYOR first.
The important thing is you need to trust your investment, regardless if it’s bitcoin or not. Otherwise, you won’t manage to win over those risks if you are not completely trusting your own investment.

Avoid people who thinks they know the future, no one does for real, face your little risks and use your luck wisely, gambling is never a solution to your problems, it's either entertainment for you or a mood ruiner, those who want gambling for fun of it risks so less to none and those who want to make higher amount risks a lot of money, in the end who is the wisest?
They know the future because they know the game is fixed. It's happening in some other sports specially on smaller league, but the question here is the credibility of the source, and it's hard to trust someone with it risking our money. This is just short term in case we suceed, however since "fixed games" has been what they market, this is quite shady and you are transacting with people whom likely are scammers.

Guess it's time to start sharing some picks. Game to avoid, Miami vs Sacramento. Although I like to bet on Miami, but thus far they can't win games and are on a cold streak, better not to touch it then regret in the end. I have only 2 picks for the upcoming games. First pick. Pelicans -2.5 2nd pick Thunder -1

I have not seen such members in this forum promoting other forums, except you because you admit it that you're actually into it. I guess this forum is not entertaining that kind of case anymore as it's obvious that bitcointalk is not threatened by other forums. And when I think of banning, that only happens if you are doing what is against the forum laws, and promoting another forum might not be included into its rule.
However, that's a matter of initiative and proper thinking already. You don't have to ask the forum but ask yourself if you are actually doing the right thing?

Good matchup is Nuggets vs the Bucks. It's going to be Giannis vs Jokic, Nuggets will have the home court advantage.
I would choose the new Bucks here. Nuggets maybe a strong team at home but they aren't undefeated, and based on the last game of the Bucks, I am confident that it will not be an easy game for the home team as Giannis is sure to be unstoppable, even Jokic could not stop him. Lillard has to have an impressive game here, not sure if Middleton will play because last time he was just sitting on the bench, but even without him, I think Bucks are still capable fo winning. If we are not confident them winning straight up, taking the handicap is the best bet for us. That's +4.5 Well the problem for the Bucks ain't the offense, it's the defense. That's why the coach had to go as we know. Sure Giannis and Dame can score at will but at d some players should step up as well! Also they are just 11:9 in away games compared to 18:4 at home for the Nuggets. In the last 2 away games the Bucks had serious problems to put away the league worst Pistons in Detroit, that doesn't make me confident they have a good shot to beat the Nuggets in Denver. In these 2 games the Bucks have been down by small points in the 4th quarter before closing it out on some runs. You would expect from a team of this caliber to put them away MUCH earlier. It might get a close game because of the strong scoring output of Dame and Giannis but in the end I think it won't be enough. Let's see if Doc Rivers will be able to help to solve their weakness as he will have his debut in his coaching job in this game. Doc Rivers Expected to Make Debut as Bucks Coach on Monday vs. Nuggets, per ReportFor me this is worth betting. Although you maybe right that the Nuggets are good at home but they are not invincible. I still could not forget how this team got destroyed by the Knicks few days a go, they experience their biggest loss in the season losing on the road by 38 points. We have different opinion here as these two teams are great, they are a championship team. However, Bucks getting + points, I would definitely take it.

I guess there’s no secret or perfect advice for these new babies in the forum, but still my only advice is to DYOR in any type of investment or decision making. Gain knowledge and various insights as much as possible because that will be your weapon to surpass all the trials, all the twists and turns when investing or even in the forum itself. And lastly, always be open for losses or failures. Don’t expect that this forum is perfect, or bitcoin investment will eventually bring huge profits. Honestly, it all relies on the forum member or the investor itself the success of his own decision making or his investment as well.

I totally agree on you when you said that this bitcoin journey will be a lot easier if you have a stable source of income, that way you can invest consistently without worrying if you still have funds left for your daily survival. And honestly, bitcoin investment will be definitely hard and tough for someone like you who have no consistent flow of income, your faith for bitcoin must be very deep and endless.
It’s seldom to see someone like your faith and attitude towards your investment. A lot might have wanted to invest in bitcoin but only few have succeeded, because majority of them don’t see bitcoin as their future but only for short term profitability and benefits.

If you want to get cash out on the average to the numbers of times you bet then we should avoid multiple betting. The trend of betting is now shifting towards single bet. I prefer going for a single bet with a huge odd like 6-7 odd than betting multiple where odds as small as 1.0... will be the spoiler of the roll. Most odds falling around that level are shocker at the end.
Take multi betting for fun only, it doesn't give us a good chance of winning in the long run. Focusing on single bet with a decent betting odds is the best strategy to win. Odds with 1.90, I think you need to win 53% to be profitable in the long run, but if you can get 2.00, that's better as anything higher than 50% is already profit, even decimals in excess of that, of course, as long as you know how to do the right bankroll management. I'm obsessed with parlay bets on the past due to its promising return, the more leg you have the better, but upon knowing it's real chances of winning, I minimize it, and just do it for fun with penny bets.

There are actually people who just want to venture into the crypto space but have no plans in hodling bitcoin. As long as they’re profitable to what they are doing, then there’s no reason anymore to invest and hold. However, bitcoin hodling is still the safest and the most guaranteed option to be profitable in the future. The rest of it will only give you short term profits temporarily and after that you cannot assure already if you’ll still be profitable in the next days and months or years. At the end of the day, only the long term hodlers still end up winning and profiting while some are already in consecutive losses.

I'm surprise that no one has votted for Romero here to win despite he is the defending. It seems people are not convince that he is deserving to be a champion. Isaac Cruz here the pitbull is very hungry for a win, his Legit loss (recent) came from Tank Davis which is a superstar, and it was easy and easy win for Davis, so Cruz had proven he can go toe to toe againts a champion. If we compare Rolly and Tank Davis, it's pretty obvious that Davis is more quality as a champion, so I understand now why everyone was rooting for Isaac Cruz to win the fight. And even in the betting odds are quite surprising, Cruz is the heavy favorite. https://www.pokerstars.es/en/sports/boxing/6/boxing-matches/10817625/rolando-romero-v-isaac-cruz/32971050/?no_redirect=1Rolando Romero 2.50 Draw 17 Isaac Cruz 1.53

Hahaha. This is very common amongst gamblers, especially gamblers who don’t have experience. I know the feeling very well because I have been there. When you lose $10, you put in a bet to win back what you lost and even extra so you’ll be ahead of the game, but that’s exactly when you continuously lose. Happened to me last year, I eventually had to make peace with my failure and accepted defeat. This is the reason why we need to have limits (rules and regulations) that will control what you do. If you already decided you can’t stake more than $10, that will always guide you to be in place.
Been there many times too. I keep learning but keep making the same mistake. I think it is the nature of us gamblers, hopefully not for most of us here. You gotta be a professional gambler in order for you to gamble emotionless, but how many of us here are professional? I don't even see even one poster that have claimed himself to be a professional gambler and have showed some proof on his claim. @OP, just keep gambling and learn, do the process until you figure it out right in the end.

[...] It's not a norm now and sometimes when a players scores a lot, it will ruined the chemistry of the team especially if he is doing that every game. It will become an individual build up instead of a team.
That is a possible drawback with teams that gives one player most of the shooting opportunities. It's good that Luka and the rest were making them but it could also ruin the confidence of teammates to take a shot. That may lead to predictable plays which makes it easier for the defense to limit their scoring. Could be, because after that historic perfomance of Luka on the road, they played the Kings which is known to be a team with good team work and they lose. As usual, Luka was still the main scorer getting a triple double with 28 pts, 17 asts, and 10 rebounds. However, it's not the individual stats that matters now as they don't have a good standing, they need to win and should play with a good teamwork like the Sacramento Kings. I thought this is a blowout win by the Kings actually, but good thing Dallas responded in the 4th quarter but they still fell short losing by 5 points only.
