421  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin is highly uncertain on: December 25, 2023, 02:43:42 PM
It's just a prediction, it's up to you if you'll believe it or not.

Bitcoin when it was still almost worthless was predicted to reach at $1000 a piece, some people doubt and look where they are now, they are just envy on those who were able to hold and acculate bitcoin that time, which at the current time are already living the life they dream of.

So to say that bitcoin will not replace traditional money in the future, maybe unlikely but it's not impossible.

I already made an account on your site. I have a little question. When I browsed the Promotions page, I did not see a scroll button and had difficulty seeing the bottom.
I use Opera browser but when I change to Chrome browser, I see the scroll button.

Is it just me facing this issue, or do others have the same problem?

I'm not using opera browser anymore, I think this browser is not anymore popular, and it doesn't give you a good experience in exploring a gambling site. Just stick with google chrome mate, or maybe brave browser, these are the only two browsers I'm using in accessing a gambling site and everytihng are just fine.

What a man does, that's what he gets. He reaps what he sow. So if he sticks into bitcoin and hold for indefinite years, he will gain massive profits in the future. But if he chooses altcoins over bitcoin, he might lose and eventually all his funds will be lost. That's more likely the cause and effect of every action taken or done.

We are the ones making our future. That is the reason why we should always do things in timing and definitely with caution.
424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC were to be adopted as a global reserve currency? on: December 24, 2023, 08:46:39 PM
would the Government of the Nations adopt BTC, a decentralized form of digital currency?

If they do, dont you think we should raise eyebrows and be suspicious of what they could be up to?

how would it affect the crypto market and individual traders?
It could be but certainly a long process prior to that. And let's say if it will happen in the future, raising eyebrows and being suspicious might not be entertained anymore. The Government of the Nations is probably setting a plan for it, but it's still uncertain if that plan will be put into action. And if ever it gains positive feedback, then it will create a more positive market because of the sudden mainstream and adoption.

However for now, I still see only a very slim chance for it to turn into reality.
425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Success or Fail? - Talking about Gambling as a major income on: December 24, 2023, 05:25:14 PM

If a gambler chooses the right game, he can definitely make a profit and most importantly he always learns from experience.
and from what I have explained, does it prove that today you already know people who generate sources of income from gambling?

Right game is not enough, the right startegy is important as well as that will give you the win, a consistent win that we are all wanting for. One shot or big shot win could make us make big money but we will still come back to gamble, and that will eventually result to losing what we won, so it's not working, we need some kind of consistency to gain that profit.
Unfortunately, there is no consistency, or should I say, a guarantee of or for consistency when it comes to gambling winnings, for even when we play games where we don't actually leave all our winning chances to luck alone, we discover that we are still very much at the mercy of luck to win at the end of the day, for example, games like sports betting is one that a gambler doesn't have to totally depend on luck, but we discover that even after the whole knowledge we have in sports, and after the whole research and analyzing and all that, we predict whom we think would win the match, and still to pray that luck be on our side so that the team we have placed our bet on to win the match actually wins.

So, in the nutshell, as long as we still have to too dependent on luck in gambling games, it's close to impossible, or even impossible in practical sense, to have consistent winning in gambling, so, even if one wins a good amount at the very beginning of their gambling, there is still a very high chance that he or she will still lose it all back to the casino as long as he or she keeps playing.

Consistency doesn't mean you will win all the time. All you need to do is just to achieve a certain percentage of winning and you'll win in the long run, this is possible with sports betting with the right bankroll, and only those who record their bets will be able to find out if they are successful or not.

If we only based on our random experience, of course the answer would be so negative about the word consistency as most of us are not really long term winners, but long term losers.

427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Bitcoin will bring you hope and gambling will leave you destitute. on: December 23, 2023, 08:53:02 PM
We all claim that bitcoin is the future so it's more than just hope but a brighter future as well with bitcoin. Just invest a good amount of bitcoin and be able to hold it for quite consecutive years so you can expect massive profits in the end. But I guess with altcoins, even if you hold it for long term, it can still never guarantee that there is hope waiting in the end.

Gambling on the other hand only promise hope to those who are professional gamblers, but for those who are starting to gamble, losses will be more visible.
428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: December 23, 2023, 02:18:39 PM
Gambling can be good for those who can take risks and control themselves even after big losses.
It's a very good attitude of a gambler. However, there are still few gamblers who tend to try their luck and becomes more aggressive in gambling, and by becoming more aggressive that means they are gambling big money that they aren't sure they can afford already. As they might think that there are more excitement with bigger bets but failed to see the possible consequences of their actions.

If there is no desire to lose then one should not take part in gambling. A gambler should always keep in mind the amount of money he puts into gambling that there is no chance of getting that money back. From such thoughts one should gamble. However, there are many gamblers who dream of various kinds of winnings before win in gambling and then they are disappointed.

No, our desire should only to win, however, we need to be realistic that in gamblng there are two outcomes only and that is either we win or we lose. Although losing is not what we want to achieve, but we have to accept as it's part of gambling.
429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one did you use to gamble with more on: December 23, 2023, 01:06:07 PM
The in-game betting is just too fast... and I seem to miss out on some bets, because the odds change too frequently to keep up. (This is more so with multiple bets)  Roll Eyes

And that stresses us out which we can't anymore enjoy the game what we are watching. I am personally a fan or few bets per game only, mostly before the game starts because with few games, I believe that I'll be able to do the right research that could give me a better winning percentage.

However, it's still not proven until now, LOL... It's only a belief as I have not translated that to the result I'm expecting, which is profit.

Assess yourself first before you resort into changing it. If you want to improve yourself for the better or for the best, then work on it. Gain knowledge and self-confidence, that will be your weapon when you are being pulled sometimes by your old self. And for changes to take place, be ready to face new challenges that will help you become firm and would not be easily ruined or broken.

And most importantly, be who you are. You don't need to imitate others to see some changes, but improve yourself and be a better version of you. Once you achieved that, it will be more satisfying that what you aimed and goal has already become reachable for you.

Having a stable job does not guarantee that you will never experience financial struggles. No matter how well compensated you are, there  are really times that your funds are very tight and would hardly afford to provide all the basic needs. The reason why having another source of income is a must. Don't worry if the profits is just small, the fact that you only consider it as additional funds or profits, then it's not necessary that it should be big or huge.

But sometimes, the least you expected that your business profits will only serve as reserved funds because you have your main and stable job, you will only be surprised that what you gain from your business is already the one you've been using to provide majority of your family needs. So the profits from your business has already exceeded the one you are getting from your main job.

A lot of surprised results in this games. I was trapped by the Celtics vs Warriors. Although Warriors is good at home, but they are facing the best team in the league and I thought that the Celtics are are going to cover the -4.5 to -5.5 spread.

But Curry delivered and then they forced the overtime game. And we haven't seen Curry really feeling the game. Even CP3 was happy seeing Curry burying that 3 against White.

It was suppose to be an easy win by the Celtics since Curry was into foul trouble, but it didn't happen because Curry's teammates ae playing hard, especially CP3 who find an open Curry and that 3 point shot from Curry gave them a good lead. CP3 aren't shooting well, he only had 4 points from 12 attempts but his assist department is very impressive as he finished the game with 12 assists. That number really says something about its effect on the team, without that number the Warriors would fall to the Celtics easily.

Not is the Warriors vs Celtics a trap, even the Memphis vs Pelicans game or Portland vs the Suns. Although @ralle14 caught the Memphis bet, even myself thought that the Pels are going to win as the game is in their homecourt and they are riding on a momentum.

Morant was not a factor in the first half. But Maybe that's what he needed, just to get a feel of the game in the first 24 minutes. But after that it was different Morant and Memphis was able to make a comeback in the 3rd quarter and slowly cut the lead. And in the 4th, I thought it will go into OT, but Ja went into his one on one beast mode to win the game for them.

That's what he does, he could explode anytime, so it's hard to bet against him, but on the first game? That's just so impressive, not everyone can lead the team on their first come back game. So those who have caught that bet are really smart, I would say.

Yeah, there's lots of trap games but I don't see betting on the Pelicans a trap since Morant is back and Pelicans spread is still high.

It was just one of the bets that didn't hit, you know, that's how it is, we make predictions that sometimes doesn't give us a win.

Anyway, I got some early leans here, maybe you guys like it also.

I understand that your intention on showing him your bitcoin amount in your wallet is not actually to brag but to make him convinced that bitcoin is legit and not a ponzi scheme. However, disclosing your bitcoin property to  other people is not really a wise idea. You could have lost your bitcoin all of a sudden knowing your friend might sabotage you in the future. He could be your friend for now, but believe me when it comes to money, your best friend might become your best enemy once he gets tempted to steal your bitcoin without you knowing.

This is the reason why privacy and security are at its utmost important. Once you fail with these aspects, your bitcoin might not be safe anymore.
436  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 20, 2023, 11:54:37 AM
Tatum and Brown aren't the Splash brothers and they are better when using their strengths and physical advantages.

That's why they'll never win a championship because their best player which is Tatum isn't as clutch as Curry. This was suppose to be the time where Tatum have to showed up his skills, but he only score 15 points here and had struggle with his shooting. I think for now, the most consistent on the team which is also the most underrated is only White, Brown and Tatum may struggle at times especially against a tougher opponents, and on the road.

438  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market Correction on: December 19, 2023, 09:26:46 PM
Hi guys, The correction we saw in the market earlier this week led to a lot of liquidations. Were you or anybody you know involved in a losing trade that day? If so, would you mind sharing some details about it? Thanks, Martin
You will only lose if you dare to sell your coins at a lower position than you bought it first. And for me, that's always a wrong decision to take most especially if we only sell because of the fear of losing more. Fear is something that won't help us in the long run so we need to control it or avoid it as much as possible.

However, with the previous price correction, I guess I have not known some friends who resort into selling their coins. Most probably because they know that they will only lose in the process, or it's just that they don't have valid reasons to sell at that time so there's no point of selling if you don't need some immediate funds either.
439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has gambling ever whispered you with different strategic prediction measures? on: December 19, 2023, 02:39:38 PM
Playing slots doesn't require closing your eyes. You just need to determine the bet amount, press the button and see the results. If you are lucky, you will win some money. But if not, you will lose. That's what will happen next.

You can't blame a gambler if his strategy is like that. Slots is one of the many games that has a high house edge, of courses you wouldn't win on this game if you'll challenge the house. However, there are gamblers who just like to be superstitious in gambling, they'll perform action that are unique, and that includes closing your eyes and open it to see the outcome. I bet, you also have some kind of belief, maybe not like that, but when we play on a game which  relies on luck, we tend to find some kind of energy to attract luck, and that includes our personal action.
440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 19, 2023, 01:16:06 PM

I guess they can make to the playoffs they are having a good run now so there's high possibilities that Clipper could sustain this since they have 4 star in their team which can totally dominate the floor.

That's what they are showing now, a domination. Beating the pacers by 24 points is a strong statement since Pacers played in the in season tournament, so they are considered as a good team. Also, before they struggle with scoring, now, they reach 151 points, that shows how the offense are flowing very well.

This game, they shoot 50% or 19 of 38 beyond the arc, imagine if they maintain that consistency, they'll be hard to beat since they the big 3 can also attack the paint, especially Leonard with his consistent mid range.

Leonard, 28
PG 27
Harden 35.

These numbers aren't achieve before.

To see their big 3 to score like that, it would easily result to a win because there's a balance scoring. I've never seen the Clippers as strong as this, it's just right that they put Westbrook in the 2nd quarter as he wasn't as accurate as this 3 in terms of shooting, and since Westbrook loves to hassle, he should preserve that energy well, so with limited minutes, he would be effective that way.

Westbrook played 17 minutes only, but he made 10 points from 4-6 shooting, that's quite high for him since his FG% per average is way lower than that.

Actually both teams are shooting over 50% overall, it's just that the Clippers got 50% beyond the arc, which is a big difference.

They seemed to find the right combination already, and that 8 win streak proved it. Leonard has to be consistent here as I don't trust Harden and Paul George to carry this team, not because they don't have the talent but because they haven't won a championship yet. So if the Clippers wants to win, they should main Leonard as their alpha player, the play should be focus on him most of the time and Harden and PG are just their to assist him all the time.

Thus far, on the 8 win streak they have, I believe Leonard is their top scorers based on average.
