Ghana vs Nigeria: 2.75/2.8/2.7. Odds are completely open! I would guess a draw here.

DR Congo vs Morocco: 3.2/2.95/2.3. Congo did not qualify for the Africa cup. I think Morocco will have the upper hand after both games, but this first game could also end with a draw.

Cameroon vs Algeria: 2.15/2.9/3.5. Cameroon will win this. 1-0 or 2-0

Mali vs Tunisia: 2.2/2.85/3.5. They played in the Africa cup where Mali won 1-0. I think Mali will be able to win their home game as well.

Egypt vs Senegal: 2.75/2.85/2.65. Everybody is waiting for this match as it's the repeat of the Africa cup final! Odds show that it is completely open! I expect a draw here or a lucky strike of either team to win 1-0. Senegal is the favorite to qualify, but Egypt's home game could take a different turn!

Ich denke aktuell ist der Preis hauptsächlich durch die APR der Staking-Rewards getrieben. Solange die über 100% liegen kann der Preis noch weiter hochgehen. Aktuell sind diese bei 115%, dass heißt es ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben und es könnte durchaus in die $150 Region in den nächsten Tagen gehen. Vielleicht sehen wir im Zuge einer Übertreibung nach oben dann auch noch höhere Preise.

Hier meine aktuelle Rewardrechnung:



Die Tabelle geht bis Oktober, weil dann der Early-Bird Reward komplett ausgeschüttet wurde. Ich rechne damit, dass sich dann vielleicht auch klärt was denn mit den 2Mio Tokens des Teams wird und wie es mit den Vires-Token Ausschüttungen weitergeht. Die Tabelle geht auch davon aus dass der Reward der Platform konstant bleibt (rot) und dass ähnlich viele Tokens gestakt werden wie es aktuell der Fall ist (lila). Wie man sieht bekommt man also bis Oktober knapp $60 je Vires Token als Rewards ausgeschüttet (wenn man seine Tokens staked)

Der Reward der Platform hat in den letzten Wochen stark zugenommen, wodurch sich auch der Vires-Anstieg der letzten Wochen erklärt. Mittelfristig hängt es fast ausschliesslich davon ab wie sich der Reward entwickelt.

Sofern meine Tabelle eine gute Schätzung der Rewards ist (d.h. wenn diese konstant bleiben), würde ich erwarten dass der Virespreis bis Oktober durch die Tokeninflation etwas fällt, vielleicht so in die Region $80-$100. Es gibt dann ca. doppelt so viele Virestoken (ohne Teamtoken!). Sollten die Teamtoken vorher auftauchen könnte der Preis auch einiges Tiefer gehen.

Mein Fazit (keine Anlageberatung ): Wenn man jetzt kauft dann entweder A) zum kurzfristigen Spekulieren dass es in die Region $150-$200 geht oder B) zum staken (und man glaubt an die langfristige positive Entwicklung von Vires). Ansonsten halte und stake ich meine paar Early-Bird Vires und ärgere mich dass ich nicht viel mehr viel früher gekauft habe

Unfortunately if they only find a handful of people investing some money into their shitcoin they already make a profit and can move on to found "ElonApeCoin" and "DogeApeCoin" by copy pasting existing coins

I am also reading about Bitgert here for the first time. It's diluated market cap is already above $1bn and it's traded on quite a few exchanges already! (check https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitrise-token/markets/)

I don't think they will beat Shiba Inu, actually I don't see how they compete with Shiba Inu at all. Bitgert doesn't look like a memecoin. They rather seem to create another blockchain ecosystem. From browsing their website I don't see how they are different than other existing projects already. If you have more information, please share!

Well, this is not exactly news. English teams are dominating already for quite some time. 2 out of the last 3 years they even won the Champions League. This year the title will go with a pretty high probability to England again. I only see Bayern Munich with a chance to beat them. A final between Bayern and nay of the English teams is probably the best we can hope for this year  

Leipzig will play Leverkusen directly in a couple of weeks. I have the feeling that this match could decide who will come out 3rd. Besides, Leverkusen still will have to play Hoffenheim and Freiburg, whereas Leipzig has games against Dortmund and Hoffenheim. Those are the important matches that will make the difference in the end.

Next week's top game is Dortmund vs Leipzig. Odds are at 2.45/3.5/2.75, almost perfectly balanced! I am sceptical that Dortmund will be able to win this game and might bet on Leipzig.

It did become more and more difficult registering with centralized exchanges due to KYC and regulations. I use Binance and Kucoin but have not registered in any new exchange recently. Besides, I do prefer de-centralized exchanges such as Pancakeswap or the Waves.Exchange.
I feel that with the emergence on DeFi and decentralized exchanges there is no real need to register at a high number of different centralized exchanges anymore.

Hm I am not convinced that it will move up based on that chart alone. It could go very well down another 50%. Shiba Inu's marketcap is quite high, so it would need a solid reason and a lot of new money flowing in for a significant pump. Also now there is also APE around, so more competition on the Memecoin front. In the long run I don't think we will see a high number of Memecoins in the Top50

Vielleicht noch: Bei Vires gibt es mit den "vTokens" (https://vires.finance/vtokens) auch so etwas ähnliches wie die LP-Token. Die müssten theoretisch auch nach 1 Jahr steuerfrei sein. (Für die gibt es allerdings keine Vires-rewards, die aber eh nur einen kleinen Teil an der APY ausmachen)

20 minutes left in the game and it's still 1-1. At this point I wouldn't even bet on Dortmund anymore, the game is quite balanced, shots are at 6-8. Cologne even has more possession. Current quotes are at 4.5/1.8/3.3. It's gonna be a lucky punch or a draw, I certainly didn't expect Dortmund having such difficulties here, but I guess this is why they aren't any serious competition for Bayern  

The game is in its last minutes and still without any goal. It's looking now like a draw, even though Leipzig dominated most of the game. The draw doesn't help any of the 2 teams. Frankfurt is in the middle of the table, Leipzig fighting for rank 3, but not gaining any advantage with this result. I am optimistic for Leipzig to outrun the opponents though.

Stuttgart was able to turn the match around in the last minutes and now has a much more favorable position. It looks like we'll see a close race at the bottom towards the end of the season with only 1 point difference between ranks 14 and 17. The losers of todays games were Augsburg and Bielefeld. Especially Bielefeld lost the last 4 games and needs to turn this around in the next weeks.

Hertha vs Hoffenheim (1-0) - Hoffenheim could still strike back and shouldn't be underestimated
Stuttgart vs Augsburg (1-2) - A loss would be very bad for Stuttgart
Mainz vs Bielefeld (1-0) - Mainz will likely bring this game home

If the results stay like this then Augsburg and Hertha are scoring big points today whereas Bielefeld and Stuttgart are in big trouble now. The new coach seems to have a positive effect on Hertha!

Yea, I can understand your concern. However in the crypto space you can see much higher interests, but you should also be prepared to lose everything. So only invest what you can afford to lose.

You get interest every single block, that is every minute! For $1000 & 25% you should get around $0.0005 every minute (or $0.01 every 20 minutes) if I my calculation is correct. Apart from that, this is the way to go: Convert or send 1000 USDC to the Waves blockchain, log into Vires and supply it there.
It is good to quiestion the different stablecoins and I personally also prefer USDC over USDT, but it's impossible to say which is safer.

To me it's also not clear where their 12% interest comes from. Somebody has to pay for that. It's either coming from the stablecoin (but this is unlikely as other exchanges like Binance or Kucoin pay much lower interests on USDT) or from Nexo themselves. Maybe they are cross-financing this somehow with some other product they are offering (like issueing Nexo tokens or trading profits). Maybe Nexo is putting your money even on different platforms like Vires to earn even higher profits and only pay the customers parts of that.
There are many ways to earn in the DeFi space. Like if you take Pancakeswap for instance. You can put your money in pools or farms there to earn APYs of up to 400%. Of course those are pools of volatile currencies, but this can be very profitable for some time anyway. I find it totally plausbile that there are people borrowing stablecoins on Vires (or other platforms), paying 30% interest for them and investing them into such high yield pools. Of course another question is how long are such high yields sustainable. So far it seems to work, but nobody knows how long this can go on.

Nobody wil be able to tell you what is the safest investment between Vires, other Waves products, Nexo or Blockfi. Any of those platforms might or might not exist in a couple of years from now. None of them are "classical" banks with funds protected by goverment regulation.

One advantage of the Waves platform is that creating an account is not subject to any KYC. For instance, I read today that Blockfi apparently had a leak of customer data (https://coingape.com/just-in-blockfi-data-breach/). I don't think something like this is even possible for Waves wallets. You would lose maximum your email address here (but this might also be impossible as the data is likely not stored in a centralized manner).

As you point out, one difference between Nexo/Blockfi and Waves is that Waves updates their APYs constantly (most products for every single block/minute), so the APYs are fluctuating much stronger here. Bremen vs Darmstadt is the top game obviously. For both teams very important, it's kind of a "6 points game" as both teams are now with the same number of points and for the sake of not making it too close of a race for advancing to the first league both can't afford to lose here.

Im Vergleich von vor 9 Tagen gingen die supply/borrows nach oben (und damit auch die Rewards). Die borrow Zinsen sind ja recht hoch, aber trotzdem scheint da eine hohe Nachfrage zu bestehen. Vielleicht setzen ein paar Wale auf steigende BTC/Waves/Crypto Kurse?

Solten dort jetzt die anderen Stablecoins (BUSD & DAI) kommen und ähnlich populär werden wie USDT und USDC dann könnte der Preis durchaus noch ein gutes Stück nach oben gehen

Why do you think it can rise that much with such high token inflation? The Fully diluted MC is at $13bn which would place it above SHIB. I currently see them as very similar coins, based entirely on the web3/meme hype. I don't see any real purpose in them other then creating an artifical hype and I don't think I will invest in any of them in the short term.

The war will definitely affect the markets in the short term, but whether it will have a long lasting effect on the crypto markets in the long run is a different story. Of course an escalation with NATO or other countries involved would be very bad, but I don't see significant long term effects based on the ongoing war.
(I am talking about BTC/crypto only. Stocks, bonds or commodities might be affected in a completely different way and I don't think we are even seeing the beginning of the longer running effects here)
