One does not really need to be a full time traders before he will succeed in trading,all that is very important is having time to follow up charts,read constantly about trading,making frequent research on trading,and know of the different strategies to be used in trading.
I know full time traders have all the time to study,learn and read about what they are doing,but for part timers,it's not like that because they have limited time to focus on the trading.But when ever they have their leizure,it is required that one needs to learn more about trading.
IMO crypto trading is a full-time job, you cant do that with a 9 to 5 job. In other words, you cant take crypto trading as a part-time job. Crypto trading is a mixture of your knowledge, Technical analysis (FA, TA, Charts, etc), and your luck, I insist the former plays the key role. It's also a reality that the majority of traders end up in loss. Day Trading Bitcoin: Why 95% of Traders Lose Money and Fail. So before you jump into it, study all aspects of trading. A full time job? I would not even call it a 10 minutes a day job. If all youre doing is staring at charts, then at some point you are going to disappoint yourself by FOMOing into or out of a trade. Thats all what staring at charts all day does to you. If you want to make a profit, you need only daily, weekly and monthly charts. And you definitely do not need to stare at them all day or keep updating your trading strategy every 15 minutes. But then again, I used to do that when I started trading. Big mistake. Never again. |

Please answer some questions about the Electrum
Look, here the program, when creating a new wallet, gave me 12 unique words.
In the future, if I enter 11 words, and I sort through 12 words manually, will I be able to get to another wallet?
Or will some kind of protection work and I can't just go further?

Those "12 words" that you have are for accessing your wallet, in case you cannot access it normally by your regular way. DO NOT show anyone these 12 words... If you do, you then that person will be able to steal your bitcoin. As the previous poster mentioned, a single word can easily be found out by a hacking method called "brute force". Thats when a computer program randomly tries different words (all the words of a dictionary) until they find the right word and can access the wallet. Also do not store those words on a device that has internet access. The best thing you could do is memorise the words and never tell anyone. |

I think if one is financially stable, then that does not necessarily mean that one has a lot of money or investments. I believe financial stability relies on two things first and foremost: 1. You have income sources which are secured and cannot be taken away from you. 2. You have a money deposit (wallet) which cannot be frozen or taken away from you. Number 2 is definitely reached if you are your own bank. Aka you own crypto in your own crypto wallet. The first one still needs to be developed a little bit but in the future I think most of our income will be crypto based, therefore nobody will be able to take it away from you. As far as being rich goes.... I don't care about being rich. If you have a lot of money, you aren't rich, you're just a collector.  No single human in this world needs billions of dollars. In fact, thats the kind of greed that could end the world. People shouldn't have that kind of power.... |

I don't believe you can really protect yourself from inflation fully. You can try investing your money but during inflation you still have to buy things. And if you want to buy things you have to use the inflated currencies that by law you have to use. But then again, the issue comes from those currencies themselves. The government can't stop printing money Thats why Bitcoin is not only deflationary but also will destroy the corrupt fiat system, taking all the unjust spending power and hidden tax thievery away from the governments. |

Ich bin gespannt ob bzw. wann es in Deutschland möglich sein wird diese Dinge mittels Bitcoin zu bestreiten. Vermutlich erst wenn es gefühlt alle anderen Länder dieser Welt bereits eingeführt haben. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs lassen sich hingegen bereits heute einfach mittels Bitcoin bezahlen. Egal ob man nun Gutscheinanbieter wie Bitrefill oder Coinsbee nutzt oder doch auf eine Kryptokreditkarte zurückgreift. Durch die Vielzahl den Anbieter kann man einige Services sogar mit einander vergleichen und das für sich passende Angebot wählen. Wenn ich daran denke, dass vor einigen Jahren doch alles deutlich komplizierter war, bin ich wirklich gespannt wo wir in ein paar Jahren stehen.
Deutschland hinkt um Jahre anderen Ländern immer hinterher. Also erwarten würde ich erstmal nichts. Schau dir doch mal die Glasfaser Geschichte an. Endlich fangen wir damit an, Glasfasernetze auszubauen wobei andere Länder wie Südkorea schon seit Jahren das geilste Internet haben dank deren Glasfaserausbau. Aber neeeeiiin.... Unsere lieben Politiker mussten unbedingt auf Kupferdraht bestehen. Reinste Geldverschwendung wegen Technologie-Analphabeten. Genau die gleiche Geschichte vor ein paar Jahren mit Kernkraftwerken. Toll, und jetzt? Jetzt kaufen wir unseren Strom aus anderen Ländern, die sowieso mit Kohlekraft- und Kernkraftwerke produzieren..... Tja. Hauptsache wir sehenuns als Naturschützer! Bald kommen die Fusionskraftwerke... Hoffe unsere Politiker haben dazugelernt....  Edit: So ich mach das Thread jetzt zu. |

It seems that since the first of November 2021, my account is now prohibited from trading. I thought about switching to kucoin but I have also heard of unjust account freezing going on over there. So I think I am just going to withdraw funds from all exchanges, and trade using defi dex's. Although I do not have much experience with trading on DEX's. How are the fees for BSC? Is trading expensive for BSC? Myetherwallet wants to swap at astronomically unfair prices. So each swap I would pay a hundred dollars to trade 20k from busd to bnb for example. There has to be a better way to trade without giving your information to exchanges. |

So wie ich es sehe, besteht unsere immer kleiner werdende finanzielle Freiheit noch bei Defi und Bargeld. Aber gut, ich werde das Ganze einfach wie ein Autoverkauf behandeln: Ich lege einen Kaufvertrag aus und basta. Obwohl rechtlich gesehen wäre ich beim Autoverkauf mit einem mündlichen Vertrag genauso gut aufgehoben.

Die Antwort darauf ist wirklich simple: Die Miete, Rundfunkgebühr, Krankenversicherung usw. kann man nicht mit Bitcoin bezahlen. Naja... Noch nicht. Bei mir lege ich immer daher eine minimale Summe aufs Konto für Fixkosten. Der Rest wird gebitcoint was das Zeug hält. |

USDT is a strong stable token. Probably even the strongest (as in the most adopted). But if the ERC20 blockchain does not keep up and Vitalik Buterin keeps getting distracted by shiny objects, I think that we will need a stablecoin or stabletoken (not the same thing. A coin has its own native blockchain, a token does not). The problem is scalability and gas fees. Whats the point of sending 5 usdt to a friendo if it costs you 50 bucks to send it? At this point you would be better off with a semi-decentralised blockchain like binance smart chain. At least BUSD only costs pennies to send. But I think we will see an evolution in stablecoins soon. First was the age of ICOs then STOs then Defi and soon maybe even a new generation of stablecoins. Lets just wait and see. As far as trust goes, USDT has proven itself time and time again that it can be trusted. And nobody is going to bring down USDT. At least not any regulators.... |

Whether Bitcoin adoption by the banks is a good or bad thing is still too early to tell, if you ask me. But I don't see it as good or bad. I see it as another "Blockbuster" trying to desperately keep up with the new age because they know they will be left behind, otherwise.  So really, banks don't have much of a choice. If they want to make money in the future, they will need to accept blockchain and start praying to Satoshi. Personally, I would rather see the bankers becoming more and more desperate as they understand what is happening. To their horror, bankers are becoming slowly but surely redundant as they struggle against the tide... I doubt we will even have bankers in the future. |

The only website you need is coinmarketcap. I already see scammers commenting here, trying to lure you into scam sites. Coinmarketcap is the only true data mine where you can find truthful information on every coin, the liquidity, tradeability, market cap and so on.. of that coin. They even do, as far as I know, their own due dilligence when listing new tokens/coins. So its one of the safest places, if not the very safest. Dont believe any analysis here, especially coming from newbie/Jr. accounts. We have a trust system that weeds out the scummy scammers and dishonest people. Red trust or newbie = stay away! Also, do not tell anyone your seed phrase, your private key, any passwords or anything that might give someone access to your coins, no matter how safe you feel. |

Wow, scheiße.  Es tut mir wirklich vom Herzen leid, dass dir so etwas passieren musste. Und ich hoffe der Scammer bekommt was er verdient und nochmal das Zehnfache davon!  Heutzutage kann man sich ja nichtmal einen einfachen Miner kaufen, oder sich auf eine unbekannte Seite trauen, ohne gleich das Schlimmste zu riskieren. Das Zeitalter des Blockchains ist für solche verdammten Scammer ein wahres Golden Age. Gibt es vielleicht etwas was wir machen könnten? Vielleicht wenn die aufgespürten Hacker Adressen bei den Exchanges gemeldet werden, könnten die ein paar Konten einfrieren sobald coins von da auftauchen? |

Ehrlich gesagt, sorge ich mich ob ich überhaupt auf mein Bank Konto einzahlen soll... Egal ob Bargeld oder von einer Börse aus...
Der Fakt dass mein Bankkonto willkürlich gesperrt werden könnte und nicht 100% unter meiner Kontrolle steht macht mir schon ein wenig Angst.
Wenn du Angst hast, dass dein Konto gekündigt wirst, was spricht dann dagegen ein weiteres ( günstiges/ggf. kostenloses) Konto bei einer kryptofreundlichen Bank wie der Fidor ( arbeitet z.B. mit Kraken zusammen) oder der DKB zu eröffnen? Sollte es hier dann zu Problemen kommen, ist das reguläres Bankkonto mit dem du dein Tagesgeschäft abwickelst nicht betroffen. Ganz allgemein sollte man sich aber auch immer vor Augen führen, dass die Banken Dienstleister sind. Wenn eine Bank dein Geld nicht möchte, wechselt man halt zu einer anderen. Viele Banken reagieren vorschnell und kündigen Konten wenn sie auch nur sehen, dass es um Kryptotransaktionen geht, weil sie einfach den Aufwand fürchten den die Geldwäscherichtlinien mit sich bringen. Einen solchen Vorfall sollte man nicht zu sehr auf sich beziehen, sondern einfach nur mal die Rezensionen der Geldinstitute durchsehen. Dort liest man hundertfach von gekündigten Konten. Vielfach trotz langjähriger Geschäftsbeziehung und im Zusammenhang mit Kleckerbeträgen. Und das Finanzamt interessiert sich nur für die Versteuerung deiner Kryptowährungen. Hier genügen in der Regel auch schon Transaktionshistorien. Hodlst du deine Coins beispielsweise länger als ein Jahr und verkaufst sie dann auf einer Börse gegen Euro, ist diese Transaktionshistorie bereits ausreichend um zu belegen, dass deine Coins steuerfrei sind. Streng genommen müsstest du steuerfreie Coins in Deutschland gar nicht angeben, sondern ggf. erst auf Nachfrage des Finanzamts die Steuerfreiheit der Coins belegen. Sollte es bei dir um größere Summen gehen, würde ich einfach mal ein kurzes Beratungsgespräch mit einem Steuerberater/Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht vereinbaren. Dies kostet dann zwar ein wenig aber anschließend bist du um ein vielfaches schlauer. Jetzt wo auch noch jede zentralisierte Börse sich von den Regulierungsvögeln bemächtigt fühlt, die Konten ihrer Kunden willkürlich einzufrieren ohne dass sie irgendwas von den Regierungen befürchten müssen, denke ich nicht dass die Banken da weniger arrogant sind. Kryptofreundlich ist ja gut und schön, aber trauen werde ich denen sowieso nicht. So wie ich es sehe, besteht unsere immer kleiner werdende finanzielle Freiheit noch bei Defi und Bargeld. Alright so I have been checking out 1inch and I must say, I am absolutely loving the interface. However, when I compare swaps with 1inch and myetherwallet (which uses 1inch as one of their swapping partners), I get two wildly different rates. Why exactly is this? Is someone trying to make a pretty penny by being a bit too greedy or is this something else? Seeing as 1inch is one of the rates provided by myetherwallet swaps, shouldn't this be almost the same rate? Is MEW getting a worse deal because 1inch wants to funnel the defi crowd towards their own website? If I were to go on pancakeswap, I would see a liquidity fee of about 7 busd. Still not that bad. Not as good as 1inch but still. I would love to know what everyone thinks of these practices, especially those who understand Defi much better than me. How can MEW possibly demand (secretly) over 80 BUSD on a swap on the bsc blockchain?  |

America: Yes let's pump billions more into electric cars, and at the same time let our roads and bridges crumble into disrepair. im wondering who is gonna pay for upgrading my electric service so that it can handle charging two EVs overnight to full charge. as my panel and service is already near capacity. as well as everyone else in the same boat. cuz waiting for a charge at some charging station miles away from home just aint gonna happen. That... Will be a problem. I will agree that it takes an insane amount of power to charge an electric car: My truck can charge at 2.2kw an hour which is about 6 miles of range per hour. A normal 30a 240 circuit can supply 6.6kw/hr or about 20 miles of charge per hour. That's pretty much common across all cars, be it my S10 truck or a Tesla. Now you can go to a charge station and do Chamedo type charging or what Tesla calls Supercharger but that's 50kw service and about 100 miles per hour of charge. And even that damages Leaf batteries and probably even Tesla batteries over time (slower charge lasts longer). The only other solution is a dump charger like a Tesla powerwall but man that will do a serious number on the pack. Gasoline has an energy density that is just out of this world. So does uranium, but people are huge pussies about anything radioactive. So we are looking for a way to get more energy out of sunshine and wind. As I see it, the biggest player on the board will be fusion energy. |
