1xbit is rated on the review site with 95/100. Is this a joke? They are obviously fighting with many scam claims, many of which have been proven quite extensively as far as I understand it. So I cannot take a review website seriously which obviously does not take it's research seriously. The best reviews can be found on Bitcointalk, written by senior, trusted members. So I cannot see myself using your review website

Chipotle Mexican Grill is indeed a large fast food franchise chain which can bring in quite a nice value raising source for Bitcoin and crypto. Although if they provided some tiny incentives for paying with Bitcoin then I'm sure that value would triple at the very least.
Can't say that I ever heard of Chipotle Mexican Grill outside of the united states so internationally I doubt this news will have a much larger effect.

Perhaps Proof of Stake will be an important, much needed change. But the reason behind doing this is obviously driven by green reasons (which I support - we need to save our planet and ourselves).
However the underlying problem of people's greed and our reliance on fossil fuels is the real issue. Everything else is a temporary fix.
What we really need is a way to obtain sufficient clean electricity. Once we have that, mining becomes a non-issue.

It could be on basketball, boxing or horse racing, or any kind of sport, after being in a particular sport for many years can you see or tell if a fight or event is fixed, there are upsets but in the back of our mind, there's a possibility that the match or game is fixed.
There is indeed a possibility that any match or game is fixed. Just because the tiny unrealistic possibility exists does not merit any realistic concern of having it fixed. I mean, everyone wants to know if a match is fixed. But who is going to tell anyone the truth? And furthermore it's a huge risk to take, the larger the match is. Now some tiny, underground shady match might definitely be fixed. But you should be able to listen to your gut..

recently I've come across some information for an upcoming soccer match and I'd like to place a big bet of 50-100k, how easy would it be for me to take out a loan and how long would it take? has anyone else done something like this? feel free to message me or comment below I very much are in doubt over whether or not someone would give you such a large loan just to gamble it all on a bet. How reliable do you think your information is going to be? Not really a smart idea, I would advise against it. And even if you did go through with it, how do you convince anyone to loan you money for gambling unless you have large collateral?

This is the reason, or at least one of the many reasons to never trust politics, politicians or other business crooks, who hide their real intentions behind a poisonous smile. None of them care about morality in the slightest. Don't be fooled.
India is just doing the same as EU has been doing since the EU even came into existence. Chipping away at morality for the sake of money and power...

Interesting concept for a gambling bot could be perhaps making one very hidden and impossible to detect? I don't have much (or any) experience with gambling bots but as I understand it, the ones you are proposing to us is a bot that's supposed to simulate? You could use them as marketing tools to increase website traffic by giving users the chance to simulate a bet.

I have yet to experience the promised amazing web 3 gambling service. In my own thoughts it would seem that OP will not be able to deliver on his promises if we see or hear nothing from him soon... I can't tell if this is a scam or not just by looking at the non-online website...
Hoping to be proven wrong though... I would love to see web3 implemented into crash.
I predict web3 will have a huge future. But it's still very new.

How about UEFA Nations League ??
UEFA Nations League is maybe one of the worst and most boring international competitions in the world that nobody watches, and for me it's even harder to bet on those matches. Season in domestic leagues just finished, we have world cup coming and now players have to waste time on this Comparing apples to oranges really, there is a big difference between domestic and international. You are measuring the popularity with a crooked ruler, I would say. Of course your domestic sport will always be more watch-worthy to you for national and social reasons. You will not find the same interest in international sports unless your nation is at the time, very involved.

100x? As in 10000%? I have yet to make such an amazing investment, however it seems to me that any investment that could go to 100x in 99.99% of all cases does not go to 100x. Rather to 0.01x if you're unlucky. Its too much risk involved so maybe thats why I have never really seen even one of my altcoins in my portfolio go to 100x but thats only because I go for low risk high reward coins only. Those usually are not new but have been established for a longer time period.

As far as I can tell the right time for alts, depending on which altcoins you mean, can vary but usually follows the same pathway that Bitcoin and Ethereum goes. Usually Bitcoin is the leader of the market trends, whether up or going down.
I said depending on which alts because alts which only now are coming on the market and have not made many listings yet are still uncoupled from Bitcoin, unless their profit scheme is dependent on Bitcoin for some reason.
I do not really recommend investing when everything is in the red though. Either way.

Oh wow that is going to either really suck or be a massive improvement for the gambling world. With a Digital ID they can perhaps deal better with keeping out gambling addicts and children who are just curious to try gambling. I guess gambling addicted children can also fall into that category.
Since its coming out of Denmark we can expect they will at least somewhat respect human rights in matters of privacy.
I doubt that Denmark is trying to pull a fast one over their own citizens. They have too much of a good track record to do that. So lets see what happens!
If this sucks then no worries as this was only in Denmark but if this was an improvement then sorry because again this was only for Denmark . With something like this, they can keep out under age people that will try to gamble but for addicts, no I don't think they will stop them but they will actually like it more because that gives them income. They don't have the right to monitor the personal health of the gambler unless maybe if the gambler is the one that consults on them saying that he has a problem in gambling. They can then help the gambler with some financial and then close his account for a certain period of time until he is ready again. Oh they are coming out of Denmark? That really shows confidence when it comes to convincing investors of their moral standings, with it being EU and a very stable country. But then again not everyone who comes out of Denmark is the right person for the job. What do you think of their team members? Can they get the job done? Do they seem like they have a lot of potential? Because thats really one of the most important parts of evaluating whether the digital ID will be a flop or something that actually works.

The moving story about the bitcoin emergency last night has helped me, last night my wife gave birth to my first child at 02:45 at one of the nearest clinics about 500 meters from my house and at that time I didn't have any cash, which I actually had prepared for ATM birth fees. because the ATM is far from my place and I immediately took my wife to the clinic and all I thought about was my wife's safety, and at that time I was confused about the delivery fee because I didn't have cash and if I went to the ATM it was very far and also my wife no one to accompany and provide support during childbirth. and after my wife and first child survived, the doctor took off his robe he wore a t-shirt with a small bitcoin image and spontaneously I asked if the doctor was involved with bitcoin and he said yes. And then I rubbed my chest and I said can I pay all the birth fees in bitcoin and I ended up paying in bitcoin about 0.007 or about $210.
sorry if my words are not good and also incomplete because this is my first experience paying using bitcoin by accident and it doesn't mean the clinic accepts payments using bitcoin but coincidentally the owner and he himself is a doctor and happens to be involved with bitcoin.
and my son's name: Muhammad Alvan Khaleed (male) and born on June 2, 2022 at 02:45.
And it's also my first time to create a Thread because of the unexpected and unforgettable experience
That is indeed a very heartwarming story which reinforces one's beliefs and hopes in not only humanity but also in the future adoption of Bitcoin as the worlds money instead of fiat. That being said, I think that if the delivery fees were so urgent would they have done the delivery without upfront payment? I hope that is not the case. That would be very cruel towards your wife or any wife, for that matter. Anyway, I liked your Bitcoin story. Congrats on becoming a parent! Merit to you

According to this article, the Dutch Gambling Authority have awarded 4000€ to students for two Gambling Related thesis. Leonard Delank, a master’s student at the University of Groningen and Newcastle University, wrote a paper on loot boxes; items that feature in many video games and offer players a random reward. In his thesis, Delank drew on the theories of 18th century German philosopher Immanuel Kant, who argued that people have a moral obligation to do the right thing. Ultimately, he came to the conclusion that loot boxes are not ethical. For his paper, the KSA awarded Delank €2,500 I think in the paper there were few points that were really interesting, most of the times physicians do categorize the gambling addiction into mental disorder but some might accidentally compare it to the OCD. Whereas it claimed how the gamblers who are addicted are 'too uncertain' therefore should be treated seperate from the OCD patients. Apparently the mentality lied in being sensitive to rewards, overconfidence, overestimation as well. I think it's a wise article and should be taken as a reference when any medical help is being provided to gamblers and at the same time gamblers should also take a note and understand the psychology better. Would you ever consider doing your research in Gambling? https://www.gamblinginsider.com/news/16389/ksa-awards-4000-to-students-for-gambling-theses So a student could put in months or maybe years of his time into an "academic gambling" effort for a chance to win an award for best gambling related thesis? Sounds like a great gambling opportunity Personally I come from a physics background so I guess I could take a look at the mathmatical aspect for a thesis in gambling but I am sure a mathematician write it 2x faster than me. But the mental disorder paper does sound somewhat interesting.

I only widthdraw and transact with bitcoin and other altcoins if i really need some money. If i earn as well, it is my chance to get some portion of it and eat or buy some things for myself.
Shoping ang paying with Bitcoin is much easier than paying cash especially when you didn't bring any cash with you.
Well, I prefer hodling the Bitcoin until the perceived far far future when you can buy anything with it. Such a future is very close actually. You can already buy cars, plane tickets, hotel rooms for renting and amazon, steam and other coupons. So could you survive with nothing but using Bitcoin as a payment system and still lead an enjoyable life? Definitely. Those payment options will only become more and more as Bitcoin is adopted. But currently? Better to hodl.

The biggest problem with accepting BTC is, from my own subjective perspective, the fact that people cannot lose their Fiat mindset of having a piece of paper with a number which does not change, physically. They just look at their dollar and see a dollar. They do not see a reason to look at a chart of USD/EUR every 15 minutes. Because it is stable to them even though it is slowly losing value everytime the government decides that it needs something.
Bitcoin on the other hand is currently more of an investment into the future which is why the value of BTC is always so wild.

Interesting service idea. How do we know what profits and losses your service will definitely bring? Anyone can make a guess and having an entire team guessing is not really that much more impressive. Do you have an example for potential clients of how your service aka your predictions will have what they are actually paying for, which is not a prediction but a prediction with accurate results.
I doubt you can promise people that.

I have started watching old famous movies from different cultures and countries and I noticed every culture has their own original style of early film-making. So I decided to make a list of such movies. If you have a movie recommendation, please post it in this thread and I will add it to the list. However please post it in the format : [Title of movie (year) - plot:...] [Your own synopsis on the movie] [Optional: Video link to the full movie]Old Movies Worth Watching Kin-Dza-Dza! (1986) - plot: Two humans are trapped on an alien planet which was made almost uninhabitable as a result of selfish greed and a disregard for nature. I recommend watching this movie subtitled in its original audio. Full movie available on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYHv8eJrW2Y This movie was really one of a kind. It was its own artstyle, it showcases the damage and corruption done by the Soviet Union from the perspective of a visiting Foreigner. Here is a good explanatory video (Watch with translated subtitles): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWoo16-udZg Harakiri (1962) - plot: The grandfather of a samurai asks permission to voluntarily perform harakiri but stalls by first telling his sad story, which builds up to a vengeful ending. You really can feel the emotions of this movie as it imbues the complementary emotions of vengeful satisfaction and benevolent discontent. I recommend watching this movie subtitled in its original audio. Three Days of the Condor (1975) plot: A CIA office worker becomes the target for assassination and attempts to find out the reason. The experimental nature of early film-making in America is a sight to behold. Old Movies recommended by fellow Bitcointalkers: Recommended by Arriemoller : The Phantom Carriage or Körkarlen (1921) plot: Swedish Silent Horror Film, by and Starring Victor Sjöström. Full movie available on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ew6XUvvoK_oThe movie's film-styles have been widely copied by many modern films. Some examples of visual echoes in other works throughout the century : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZ1RTpikz8IThis is the english translated full version. (Bad quality and weird music added): https://youtu.be/ZvQzaSa_4Q0
Recommended by Lak93xy: Das Boot (1981) plot: A German U-boat stalks the frigid waters of the North Atlantic as its young crew experience the sheer terror and claustrophobic life of a submariner in World War II.It is shivering how they build up tension there. The pure horrific reality of what the people actually might have felt when boarding U-Boats back in 2nd WW. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082096/
Recommended by odolvlobo: Seven Samurai (1954) - plot: A village hires a group of samurai to defend them against raiding bandits. This movie is considered to be one of the greatest Japanese films. It was directed by Akira Kurosawa, considered to be one of the greatest directors. It has plenty of action, humor, and drama. The Magnificent Seven is a famous American remake of this movie set in the American West. Sunset Boulevard(1950) - plot: A struggling screenwriter stumbles upon the mansion of a forgotten silent movie idol and ultimately becomes her gigolo. The movie shows the events leading to his death. This is a dark creepy drama. It ends badly for everyone. I like this film because it does a great job of bringing out the complexities of the main characters, contrasting their eccentricities and delusions against the other characters. Dr. Strangelove (1964) - plot: A deranged American general initiates a nuclear attack against the Soviet Union. This is a very entertaining dark comedy about pathetic politics, bumbling bureaucracy, and a mixed-up military leading to the end of the world. The movie stars Peter Seller, who plays three different characters, George C. Scott, Slim Pickens, and Sterling Hayden. It is directed by Stanley Kubrick.
