many alts going down with this btc rise. viacoin sadly too. hopefully the trend turns with new releases and maybe btc ending bullish run.
It is a cyclical thing, so we will lose some. It is not as if your money is safer in other coins, so I'll stick with VIA. With the strong performance of the last week, we have attracted many new fans, so the next rise will be much higher ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Brace yourselves for a period of declining prices. It is just a cyclical thing. Let´s support VIA by at least supporting the lower levels with buy orders and let´s hope it does not even get there.

When I see dev like this. I invest I have 4k and I'm starting to worry I should buy more. I've already more than doubled. I hope that is 4k bitcoin, because otherwise it is too little ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Romano, great job on Electrum integration! Hope you see how much we appreciate it and the value of the coin increases. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

A slow steady riser is a rarity these days. It sounds like an interesting project with a lot of supporters. Will follow.

1$ is my immediate target estimate , I have history of exact predictions
selling NOTHING zero (like PIVX)
what is the practical application of this coin? It will have tons of awesome tech but how and by whom will it be used? I am not that knowledgeable about these things. Can it be mined or can one stake it in wallets? Are there masternodes?is there a way enrich your viacoin holdings? It can be mined & merged mined with Litecoin. So you can mine Litecoins & Viacoins at the same time. With the Litecoin rally upward, it was a good decision to merge mine with Litecoin.

had some compiler error while trying to set up a remote masternode on a ubuntu.
anyone ran into this before?
/usr/local/include/boost/variant/get.hpp:178:5: error: invalid application of ‘sizeof’ to incomplete type ‘boost::STATIC_ASSERTION_FAILURE<false>’ BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT_MSG( ^ makefile.unix:213: recipe for target 'obj/rpcrawtransaction.o' failed
i know i've seen this before somewhere, but never kept records how to fix it.
thanks.
p.s. that 168k dump...ouch...seems like a pump and dump exit, or the WHALE playing...
This always happens - it is probably an impatient trader that needs quick BTC I was able to buy back the coins I sold for 9000 at 4000, so I'm a happy camper due to that trader ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Thanks, I will never be able to show my parents the work I do. They will probably assume you're doing illegal things on your computer with all the money coming in. Good luck with explaining that it all comes from the blockchain. :-D

I was expecting a flash pump on DGB like XBC, but a steady increase like DCR is even better.
Steady is better indeed. I bought so many dgb during its fall, my heart would not survive the thrill of a pump. :-D DGB is clearly at the top of the list of the coins that least fell back from their highs. It's only 10% off its recent high of over a 180% gain, and still in a clear uptrend. Not bad at all. The majority of the pumps have falling back at least 50% (most of yesterday's big green is today's big red). But hey, that was still a very solid wave of "across the board" buying even if they have fallen back. Crypto is close to going primetime, and the question now becomes: are you ready for primetime? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1165958.msg18383903#msg18383903Was expecting some spam of another coin behind the link but it is a topic about trading in general. Interesting post there. DGB has indeed been a stable riser. If you account in dollar value it was probably one of the most stable coins around. The rise of the last few days went slowly but surely. I think at least 60 should be in the not too distant future.

![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Nice run up on Polo just now.People beginning to see the potential in Via. Keep up the fantastic progress dev. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) It is too bad, I wanted it to stay secret longer to accumulate. ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) Still dirt cheap coins under 20k ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

20 BTC gets you 1 % of the entire coin supply. Not sure any active coin in the top 100 is so juicy.
Sounds like someone has been buying in amounts of 20 btc today... ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I like this coin. It looks pretty good by having both segwit and lightning network.
Always good to see more Legendary members joining ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Awesome Romano! I'm starting to suspect you're just some rampant autonomous new A.I. that is taking over the world by taking over the cryptospace. Only computers can be so productive 24/7/365 :-D
Warning: please don't post any paradoxes here as you might cause Roman to not compute and breakdown. :-p

Glad I got out in time.
Didn't know there was a way out. I still have a heavy USB stick that would get more valuable if I formatted it and removed the old heavycoin wallet.dat backup :-D

Is great to see a dev who reply quick and deliver what he promises, rare thing these days..
Bought a little at 8000, if it drops to 7000 i'll buy a little bit more.
My best wishes to the project
Strong support at 5k, so I expect it to rise again after bitcoin reaches a new peak soon.

Nice job, now it would be nice if BTCDrak refunded the 20 BTC he scammed from me (and many others much more) on XCH which was associated with Via.
Fuck BTCDrak! I hear he's out of Via but not sure where else to hate on him.
I bought VIA at 20-40k sat in 2014, and I was scammed by the Zynga integration hype, I lost 20 btc on viacoin, I hate BTCDrak too. Unless he refunds me. That sucks man. Does not really have to do with Romano though, so not fair to start being negative here. You might even have a chance to get your 20-40k back. ☺

So much progress and a nice price rise. I just noticed we also went from 1 ViacoinCore.0.13.2.1 node to 3! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FL7NYDOT.png&t=663&c=cqz8etnNr17hJg)

Will the amount you pay during the ICO be established in dollar, btc or GAME value of the moment of buying? Would somebody that invests a 100 dollar worth of GAME (eg 400 GAME) on day one get the same as somebody that invests 100 dollar worth (when it increased 10% in value, so 363 GAME) on the last day?
We are counting the value of investment based on the day they are invested. After much deliberation we believe this is the most fair decision. Sure, if your investment goes up in value, you will miss out on that opportunity. However, if your investment decreases, we offer a safety net. Originally we considered determining value based on the value at the end of the crowdsale, but we truly believe this is the more fair option. Okay, but do you mean based on the dollar value?
