Buy-wall at: 0.00046020 FTC: 108648.41373315 BTC: 50.00000000
Sell-wall at: 0.00052000 FTC:73983.59303114 BTC: 38.47146838
What does this mean? First I believed the sellorder would be pulled and somebody would try to pump this. But that's not the case. Some sense would make, if there was the sellorder first and somebody else built up the buywall against it, maybe to prevent panic-dumps. The buyorder is untouched... still 50 BTC. The Sellorder is now at 22.8 BTC - some bought into it. It might be a battle between two big holders Or maybe it's just one person trying to f with your mind. Or stabilize the price. Or exist at .0052 then pull the buy wall. Or make 10% in the spread. It's impossible to know, but it's probably not what you think. lol, very nice post.

We need to re-design the Qt. 8 Categories, with tabs 1) Overview + basic stats are what the user first sees, 2) Wallet , tabs here are send/receive and history and Assets Page (for colored coins and contracts) 3) Communication :- mesages and irc 4) Network status : Banknodes , stats engine , etc 5) Utilities :- block browser (gonna expand this one) , mining etc + (minimal highly pruned decentralized forum) 6) Crytpo 3.0 :- bidding , ratings , voting etc 7) Open slot for on chain exchange + banking +bn hosting stuff Help/options / dev contact details Thoughts ? I don't see a need for an irc. A one to one chat with balloons UI like mobile texts is what the general population is more used to. could be used for support or something like that. but I doubt group chatrooms would ever used. design wise: I don't have the wallet running right now but I liked the previous one where it had no border around the qt.. it felt more modern and minimalistic - the trend right with all apps specially those from microsoft. Would love to see corporate looking color scheme with not so many warm colors. Corporate i mean in the sense of the banking niche formal design cues not their crooked ways of course.

Funny to see all the discussion about the amount of coins, as if this is what is going to really determined FACTOM's actual market value. There is no way to determine this right now until the tech starts being used by countries, companies or private individuals.
Don't forget the "supply" in supply and demand. In order for "demand" to grow then we need to wait for the tech to be adopted and more widely used. No rocket science there You all notice this thread was not listed under Altcoin Announcements right? That's a reason for a lack of attention of the Crypto-Community I believe. Started in early November, just 48 sites. There is some potential ;-) Some one from the community who is aware of everything going on with FCT should post an alternate ANN on the Altcoin ann section.... No reason why it shouldn't be there.......... it's dead in this corner of the forums

had the same idea please figure out a way for a non ICO. Like a premine in escrow... i'd be ok with that. Then we're like minded and you must have some good ideas which might help us too. Obviously should we raise the 10 BTC minimum, that would give us the funding necessary to really take this project and gradually grow it. One of the main challenges will be to get some of the freelancers who don't know about crypto involved in such a platform and for that we'll hopefully make a really intuitive and attractive video as part of the marketing plan to state some clear advantages to using our platform over others. Secondly, online marketing is really going to make the difference when it comes to getting users on board. Much of the time, people who think about starting up a business tend not take account of the marketing costs which are hugely important. I'm a freelancer, I see the potential. The target demographic are people who are at least one step above the general population in regards to knowing their way around computers and the internet. I think it is a great idea but* same ol same ol. Not judging you but this place is tainted with scams - don't even blink or you're screwed. ICO is the red flag here, one could say it is a guaranteed scam in this day and age unless you give out your credentials and attach your name to it, even so it would still be high risk. I know there needs to be funding, so that's why I suggest the premine in escrow alternative, releasing funds for infrastructure transparently on a case by case basis.

1) optimize internal miner 2) optimize databases 3) create new database for bank math calculations 4) learn boost serialization 5) write ratings code 6) complete vanity port 7) multi-bn code multi- mining key logic 9) json for bids 10) write code for fiat bidding 11) figure out misplaced transactions 12) expand trust engine for new data 13) write rpc functions for all new code 14) debug IBTP 15) debug Escrow 16) figure out micro-page hosting 17) figure out bankDB and connection to client 18) figure out dynamic loading/unloading of wallets (no need for restart) 19) colored coins 20) write banking specific support code 21) write insurance specific support code 22) create third type of address 23) root out DS code 24) improve raw data extraction 25) create better map management 26) Fix messaging GUI 27) speed up sync and make db build a separate module off the top of my head this is just what need to be done over the next two months for the core wallet, this doesn't even begin to touch on :- Android wallet, Bitcreditj , PyBitcredit , ngcccbase-bcr , or multi-bcr and electrum. I'd be happy to vote YES on releasing eventual funds from the bidding system to pay for a code monkey to help you out while you concentrate on the code you consider requires your undivided attention at any given time. props to you and the guys helping out. nice thing going here......

............ Sorry to hear that you lost with this too now but i certainly like that you are honest, since yes, reputation and trust is very important if you want to stay in the community. Well allow me not to sympathize with him. While apparently honest, he enables anyone to be a scammer. His clients CAN NOT code but they present themselves as talented people with legit intentions........... he knows all this and while he isn't doing anything illegal, it is highly immoral knowing that you provide the main tool for people to scam the noobs and some others in this forum. Oh come on! Its no different from a car sales man that sells a car to someone who then goes out and ram raids a shop. XUP on paper looked good, hence why I have some now, and I don't just leave my customers high and dry, I can develop the coin further for them if they so wish. Do you think PC world should credit check and police check potential computer buyers just in case they might hack someone ? I have also made other coins for people that are doing incredibly well and are listed on cryptsy, and trex with a high volume, its just unfortunate that in this instance the end users were idiots.... I don't know how a car salesman operate but I would like to believe they won't sell you a car if you can't drive and have no driver's license. Buyer took it out of the parking lot and run over a pedestrian.......... car salesman just laughs it off?? he sold him a car knowingly that the idiot can not drive

I see you are totally committed to your project and not just making false promises like the Scam devs from CBIT. Im buying some BSH to support you. I will risk here with no regret.
You can see all that from one single post eh?

I'm no coder or anything like it but I'd like to ask why you would take perhaps the most overused clone source for scam coins from the last couple of years as a base for your innovative coin? I'm talking about that zerocoin folder... Not fudding, just curious.

Your last 'test' build didn't crash a single time. This one does, not with a new fresh wallet.dat though.

I narrowed down the problem of the wallet on windows build to the transaction list from the main page. I need to receive an feedback from you guys that this is correct. This https://mega.nz/#!ahcSQLoL!a-bOx_RaWZxUwGqg_biNjOtq06SJnN9eOpVcHdFSZCM is a test wallet with transaction list update disabled. Windows 64bit only. Please open on various Windows versions and setups and see if he throw an error or not. ONLY FOR TESTING PURPOSE !!! Waiting for your feedback. thanks ! tried again and again...... and again.... I can not make it crash will let it run for a bit and then try to make it crash again and report back....

One strange thing i'd like users to confirm for me : bidtracker/final.dat is showing zero values only in windows ? While linux users have accurate numbers?
This is mine: LS18wropMM8VwT8YFiEZJE7LK8UdZVXXyE,0.000000 XyHvWG9iAhtmk31gMymsfdhuC1DQg1Sr8K,0.000000 XvwiNgZctKuiKCvnbFy2z3fBUqfWAyqNTb,0.000000 XmKJ7KmtrQr1E3dgvcbjbDVyZngRpH9aSg,0.000000
It's missing some addresses too, as seen here: My bid does show up in croutons dat though ... pretty cool My (linux) final.dat looks like this right now: 1NFPKQdfigWdfGwZmhSZKomvoUYvJWUqW9,100000.000000 1ASJQ7SE84sgQketS2kQCTQLV3DJesYnLh,4000000.000000 1PEWVhJaaLYuhT8Nor4gVjKn9rDiCWJJEk,1000000.000000 1KgKG9SWSTUCqaC7kmaBFL87EUCsE7ot38,100000.000000 1ASJQ7SE84sgQketS2kQCTQLV3DJesYnLh,1000000.000000 1FkwyC42xdHHw3QEVgUfJg8ihVUfbxKaJB,1200000.000000 LS18wropMM8VwT8YFiEZJE7LK8UdZVXXyE,1235.300000 XyHvWG9iAhtmk31gMymsfdhuC1DQg1Sr8K,10534.380000 XvwiNgZctKuiKCvnbFy2z3fBUqfWAyqNTb,105343.800000 XmKJ7KmtrQr1E3dgvcbjbDVyZngRpH9aSg,105343.800000

So the dev logs in to his tiane account every single day, reads the virus warnings etc and does not say a word?
I didn't have such problem in my vps but if I were new to the thread, I'd go with snipsnoop's warning and stay away from the wallet exe.
