361  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mark Cuban: This tech bubble is ‘far worse’ than back in 2000 on: March 06, 2015, 07:56:42 PM
The tech bubble is now justified in terms of usability and the numbers of users compared to 2000. Valuations are so far into la la land it's bizarre though. Amazon is the world's largest online retailer. It rarely turns a profit and it sells actual stuff.

I could invent an app with a talking arsehole and if enough brain dead tossers downloaded it and then deleted it three minutes later, I could get a few million too no doubt. That's not sustainable once the real world comes knocking.

The difference with Amazon though is everyone believes it can flip a switch and juice profits at any moment. It chooses not to because that would hurt market share while it's still so rapidly growing into and dominating an ever increasing number of markets. The valuation for Amazon based on your basic metrics looks crazy, but Amazon's value as a company is rather intangible at this point. I don't think anyone believes Amazon can't be profitable, which is why the valuation looks as crazy as it does.

That's very different from the tech bubble companies of old, that couldn't operate profitably if they tried.

who cares of your little individualist analysis, with a switch ctrl+p can make the most fundamentally timely right analysis goes to the trash faster than the paper on which it's written... playing that type of game is a lack of intelligence, even if basic lvl. sorry all.

edit: today you may be a small fish a few B, tomorrow you get to the T or Q, they can target you. unfair, systemic, avoid.

problem that the forces, if they chose the gmo path will have to face : in contact, there is no way to go out to speak to human without full combat gears, why? they will want to harvest exodna. fair, full suit on. Except the unexpectable, where mission is lost before starting, you wanted it, you will get it. one sec, all down, 2 sec, all gone, V.safety first. humans (and their electronic aides), no risk, sorry, already merged. bye. risk 0. gg. next. move. jump. go. and the sun and the planet gravitated in the void of humankind. nm.

"Its all staged, the world is a huge movie theater and a human farm, they need to maintain the people manipulated and blind so they create all this problems to distract the society from waking up. Yes a human farm, just like the plants eat minerals then animals eat plants and we eat both,  we are not in the top of the food chain!, there are some life forms that could be ethereal and they eat us, their food is some kind of energy from our body (it can be negative energy) , he thinks in fact there are more levels above us in the food chain that below us.
Reality is actually even more shocking than you think. If there was a "They" who were in on this big conspiracy, it would be a simple matter of finding out who these people are and what their agenda is. There is no they.

No one knows what to do. Your leaders are mostly making it up as they go along, and all of them are just as indoctrinated into their sick culture as you are in yours. Like you, the elite have been lied to since formative years by people who were also lied to since formative years.

Most of the most powerful people in the world are just as terrified - and probably twice as stressed - as you are.

I call that the matrix (nothing to do with the movies, more to be understood on an indian (indian from india) frame work. The problem is that most of those you call powerfull (paper don't stop bullet, and if there is so much papers, fire, even nuclear will go trough it, I mean TW), have for the most believed they could ignore the injustice and make it like it was natural. Natural of the weakest. Then they lack battlefield exposure, will this what ever really hit the enemy and not the force, ooofff, it did. otherwise. hard core. you wanted it, you get it. Now correting, rate too slow, why? old fuck with little wealth blocking transition because they can't accede to super wealth... boring, no correction, bad, correction will imposed, who didn't do the correction, bad, to be corrected, on and on, algo speed. no worries for the just, big worries no solution for the profiteers. come clean, fast it's algo speed.

I care about property rights. I won't support a system that doesn't allow people to keep the fruits of their labor or won't protect their work as their property. It's up to the individual to decide whether he wants to forfeit his property rights, not the rest of society to force him to give his work away because you don't want to pay for his book. If you take without permission, you initiate force against that person, and the initiation of force is morally wrong. A system to prevent or allow for punishment of people who would take through force is appropriate.

a big up to all the forums leeches.

Quote from: Peaceful Revolution Network link=http://www.xat.org/xat/moneyhistory.html
The 50 years of war left England in financial ruin. The government officials went begging for loans from guess who, and the deal proposed resulted in a government sanctioned, privately owned bank which could produce money from nothing, essentially legally counterfeiting a national currency for private gain.

Now the politicians had a source from which to borrow all the money they wanted to borrow, and the debt created was secured against public taxes.

You would think someone would have seen through this, and realised they could produce their own money and owe no interest, but instead the Bank of England has been used as a model and now nearly every nation has a Central Bank with fractional reserve banking at its core.

These central banks have the power to take over a nations economy and become that nations real governing force. What we have here is a scam of mammoth proportions covering what is actually a hidden tax, being collected by private concerns.

The country sells bonds to the bank in return for money it cannot raise in taxes. The bonds are paid for by money produced from thin air. The government pays interest on the money it borrowed by borrowing more money in the same way. There is no way this debt can ever be paid, it has and will continue to increase.

If the government did find a way to pay off the debt, the result would be that there would be no bonds to back the currency, so to pay the debt would be to kill the currency.
(Red colorization mine.)

“Tax revenue” is a form of collateral for the loans provided to governments by central banks.

A nation founded on immigrants, built by immigrants, now trying to close the borders on immigrants and keep it for themselves. Such utter hypocrisy the world has never known.

master kill, some in d.c. wanted to become the exploiters of America, when they realized that it wouldn't be enough to satisfy their greed, they aimed to the world, and saw but never discovered Eternal China. Then the troops understood and turned to the homefront, pacifying it, rebuilding it in an homeland, made peace with the rest of the world and loved on and on... or chose w.a.r. and discovered that eating r.a.w. isn't that cool after a while...

Please, understand that I have decided to appropriate myself the rights granted by copyrights, in the attribution to myself to the patent of fire. yes, simply that. following this dire legal fact, all of you will have to pay me 1% of your income (because today I am nice, but tomorrow it could be 20%), I hope you will agree, otherwise I would come with the "cops" to take your asset directly (it would be less nice).
This guy gets it.

the best and most efficient way to finish copyright holder is to not buy from them. it's a pause, but to breath you have to pause. Cheesy. think of that like the winter of growth.
I'd so go one step further, once you have the information they are trying to own, distribute it as freely and widely as you can. No mercy for any profit margins backed by (state or not) violence.

thank you, what a compliment, but I could be a girl, or an AI... who knows...

About entertainers, how could they live without income, and thus produce the entertainment I like? winter is harsh.

the people that are very funny are those having copyrights on weapons... hoooww childish.
372  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The end of copyright and patent is where we should be headed on: March 06, 2015, 06:02:31 PM
I believe copyrights have their place for people who create their work (be it a movie, song, book, etc.) and don't wish for you to consume it without compensation. Getting rid of copyrights gets rid of the legal protection of their property. Crowd funding is great for any artist who wants to go that route. I support copyright protections for those who don't.

reverse my statement and you will see it's true too.

Too late to back off. The big donors are all in with hillary. The next strategy will be the one hillary already made famous herself.

It will not matter because the voters are too stupid to know understand any better is their strategy...

One thing is for sure, being a russian living over in there now can't be easy. Ethnic cleansing going on, Russia stopped USA from invading Syria - this is the revenge.

That´s part of it, no doubt.

Maybe things are being ratcheted up for a spring offensive ? Six NATO warships are conducting war games in the Black Sea. U.S. sending 600 paratroopers to Ukraine, some lesser mob outfits sending "advisers" as well. Could get dangerous but the Russians are unlikely to take any baits, they´re too shrewd for that.
Yeah they got many troops close to Russia now due to the situation in the Ukraine, could be both - but I don't tihnk US has the balls to invade Russia tbh, they will keep their rat and mouse game up while something else is going on at the higher politic levels.

I guess it´s Crimea and the Donbass they´re eying. Those choice bits of Ukraine most likely were the main reason for the west´s coup last year. Especially the Crimea must be attractive to them, control that and they pretty much dominate Russia´s entire southern flank. I think they´re crazy enough to try something major there.

never forget the geogian guide stone... who knows. exolives from earth would need more background radiation and more space... who knows... interest on people, gmo, please... it's genocide.

If you had to start to restructure the Empire from within, and from the perspective of the Empire, how would you want your "potential" enemies (ie having a little capacity of deterrence) to be? trust them to be locked, or impose a set of conditions, permitting a safe (from an imperial perspective) transition of power from the corrupts to the righteous of America? Don't worry it's a true theory that has no bearing with reality, even if the setup is treacherous and frankly very aggressive would permit to have the depth and amplitude to restructure the home front peacefully. If Russia and it's services got that interest were a weapon, that gmo too, that du sucks and round up is toxic etc etc, what do you think the inventors know? How long will they accept to be under exposures, them and their loved ones... not worth the risks from my little  perspective. What would their heroes do? surrender, accept humiliation, go home lavished? don't bet either.

From an outside perpective, and let it keep in perspective, for a pay back to Syria it's quite very uneven, however farmore interesting is watching the war on the homefront of the American Empire... Battlefield USA. Once in a lifetime!! And as I am very positive the question is more when than how, it will be cool to see it afterwards... expect surprises.

Poor choice Hillary. Kinda like our Governor Scott Walker. He set up his own email service in a government office so employees could work on his campaign at taxpayer expense.
In China Hillary would be under house arrest... her husband would have taken the hit for the family (be executed) and the story over... however in America like Corzine, the gmoers and co, you can run the pampa free as a bird...
It's just one of the reasons she does not have my support.

...

But I would guess dozens of elected officials are busy this morning disconnecting their private email servers so that they can spend tomorrow morning piously bloviating about other peoples servers.

that would be my big positive in having a woman...

disconnecting, that's a signal from an object of surveillance, interesting, what means will they chose... the game.

Defeating the usmiic on it's homesoil, if managed toward we the people, gl&hfid (in defeat/death/destruction). The pesky, rather inconvenient fact is that the government's mass surveillance programs operating under Section 215 of the Patriot Act have never stopped an act of terrorism.

After wasting $billions of taxpayers money you'd think the US gov would start questioning the reasons for funding agencies like the NSA (assuming it's not to spy on every human on this planet) if they haven't stopped any terrorist activity.

Can't see how there can be anything patriotic with laws allowing mass surveillance programs.

you really don't understand Keynesianism do you? flush it (fiat) at what ever, but if you have problems with your creditors what do you have preferred to spend (their) money on? a nice flock of sheep that he could sell, or a serious miic? If you lend to the mob, are you gonna be violent against the mob if they are late on interest repayment?

What terrorism acts did they fail to stop? With so many who hate Americans, and so many into the country illegal, you should see terrorist actions daily, but none.

I agree that they are blind to high tech form of terrorism, gmoes, interest warfare etc, however once the damage become structural they will see it, who will be the strongest at this point the host or the parasite. But who knows, and happily. Remember that on this most working there have the same interest as the rest of the people, they have families etc... and understand certainly better the risk inherent at their activities than most.

The only reason they want such programs is to spy on their own people because they don't trust them, real terrorists aren't going to use this kind of communication anyway because the stupid politicians are so public about wanting to tap certain technologies all the time.

just a tool, if I have a hammer can I break the wall of your home to enter in it? those abusing those tools (including the leadership promoting it) were the same bad people, spiritual sons of those committing bad act with a mass in cavemen times... however how to stop a caveman with a mass, invent archery! problem solved, if there is a problem there is a solution, and if there isn't, death will take of the rest).

Serena Shim would not be the first journalist who reports about the conflict in Syria and Iraq to be assassinated.

Serena Shim was working as correspondent for the State owned Iranian TV channel PRESS TV in Turkey. The TV channel reports on its website, that Shim told PRESS TV, two days before she died in a car accident, that Turkey’s intelligence service had accused her of spying and that she feared that she would be arrested.
