My theory is that Satoshi Nakamoto may be a group of people and Craig Wright has been chosen to represent Satoshi as a single individual. Another one is that Satoshi Nakamoto is actually dead and Craig is trying to get all the credit for the invention of Bitcoin for himself. Something very strange is going on with this story and honestly I am taking everything with a big bag of salt now lol.

It doesn't matter if Craig Wright is Satoshi Nakamoto or whoever is behind that alias. All that matters to me is Bitcoin to continue working as intended and that's it. Does it matter who invented fiat or PayPal or Skrill or any other digital money processing system? I think not.

Hmm this actually makes sense now because Craig Wright mentioned that some people have helped him with the development of Bitcoin so if Dave Kleiman was the lead developer it should be outed to the public. Craig is trying to keep it a secret or he is trying to get all the credit for himself. Whatever it is I hope we will know the truth soo enough.

Well I think no one is perfect and everyone has done mistakes in their lifes so we are just nit picking on Craig Wright at the moment out of spite. I think we should wait to see if he could move those coveted coins and if he fails we can declare him a stupid impostor once and for all.

I have looked into different Bitcoin debit/prepaid debit cards but I decided to not get one now and wait a bit more because the fees are relatively high and makes no sense to use this instead of my normal debit card that I already have. But if the fees get decreased in the future I will probably get one as well.

If Satoshi would do an AMA, I would ask him/her what he/she is planning to do with his/her Bitcoins and if he/she has any investments in fiat or gold other than Bitcoin itself. I think this would be one of the most popular AMA's on Reddit ever

That is really bad and I don't condone online extortions but I think the police won't catch these criminals because $600 is too small of a sum for them to initiate any serious investigation. Maybe if some Bitcoin vigilantes help you track the transaction back to the criminals you could possibly locate their whereabouts but this is a really difficult task to do.

It will be interesting to see how much more mass adoption Bitcoin will get in Japan now that they acknowledge it to be a legitimate digital currency. Do you guys know if the Japanese users will pay tax on Bitcoin or it will be tax-free?

I think I have read about a Bitcoiner from the Netherlands who had a chip implanted in his hand so he would be able to spend from his Bitcoin stash by waving his hand above NFC devices lol. But this thing can't be concealed because you will light up every time you are near a scanner I think your best bet is to put your private keys in a location not known by anyone even the police and keep them there. Human long-term memory is not reliable and you could lose your coins. Unless you are an elephant

He will be left alone as nobody believes he is the real Satoshi. Yeah you hit the nail on the head with this one mate Now that everyone is convinced Craig Wright is a fake we all can cool down a bit and stop talking about him because we are just pointing the attention of everyone back at him in this way. Just let the poor guy work and have a happy life

Damn I am tempted to go buy a local paper newspaper today to see if the editors have already written a piece on Craig Wright being the real Satoshi Nakamoto I think it doesn't matter any more what motives Craig has to fake this story because this is free publicity for Bitcoin on a global scale.
I guess people want to know who Satoshi Nakamoto is because everyone wants to know what he/she will do with that 1 million Bitcoins. Satoshi can pretty much crash the whole market if he/she decides to cash out and be done with Bitcoin. In reality Satoshi Nakamoto can act as a God and I think for now Satoshi is keeping a low profile but what will happen if he/she gets fed up with all the bullshit going on within the Bitcoin community?

The entire BTC is shady. the black market who is 90% from BTC, to miners and exchangers. almost everything is shady when it's about Bitcoin lol yet over 200,000 legitimate business accept bitcoin. you might aswell call FIAT shady because of the street drug deals in detroit and the prostitution on the red-light district. along with all the fiat money laundering in HSBC bank. aswell as the bribes and blackmails of government officials. not only that but the banker bailouts and banker bonuses while simultaneously making millions of people homeless in fact, you cannot buy almost anything with BTC because BTC was not made as a currency. it's VERY hard to be understand of the normal people. 200.000 biz on paper. in reality are not even half... Mate Bitcoin is not rocket science to understand. It can be both a currency and an investment vehicle but most people use it only as a long-term storage of value because they are satisfied with their fiat or don't want to spend from their Bitcoin stash because of a possible price rise. How do you define normal people? You don't need to be a computer scientist or a financial expert to use Bitcoin. Anyone can get into Bitcoin if they want to use it it's not that hard to comprehend at all.

Gavin looks so enthusiastic when he is talking about Craig maybe he doesn't believe himself that Craig is a scammer but people are so gullible nowadays. At least Gavin admitted that only time will tell whether he is wrong or right so I think we need to lay our pitchforks for a while and wait for the story to unfold further.

Wow guys the impossible happened Leicester City became champions in the end. There were a lot of skeptics around December saying that Leicester couldn't maintain that quality of play and they will drop points but they proved everyone wrong. I don't think we will see another newly promoted team do the same in the Premier league any time soon.
Wow I just skimmed through both articles and it looks like Craig Wright copy pasted and rewrote a little bit that article but to be sure I ran it through a plagiarism checker and that guy JP Richardson's article came up in the report. I think it's 100% safe to say that Craig plagiarized from that guy.
I think Craig Wright botched up his play big time. If he was the real Satoshi Nakamoto he wouldn't have needed the approval of any Bitcoin expert because he could have provided public proof accessible by the whole Bitcoin community and should not have tried to seek the authority of other people. If Bitcoin is decentralized by design Satoshi doesn't need to employ centralization to get verified in the first place.
Well what was the point of all this fake Satoshi stuff once again? Is Craig Wright looking to bring the price up or down? What is he going to gain for himself by claiming to be the real Satoshi and can he be prosecuted for submitting misleading information? I guess free publicity for Bitcoin is not a bad thing after all as this news has been broadcasted around the world to a lot of people.

We need more than one bitcoin movie for all this stuff which happened 2008-2016 I don't know if it's just me but Craig reminds me a lot of Charlie Sheen I wonder what is Crag's personality in real life when he is not in the spotlight. He strikes me as a person who can do immoral things for personal gain though. By the way Wikipedia already altered their page on him to include that he is the real person behind the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
