3601  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is bitcoin plunging? What is the reason for this? on: June 28, 2021, 11:10:31 PM
It's so sad to see that there are newbies that always think of bitcoin's end whenever a correction comes. I think it's important for you guys to be aware of what you're investing with your hard-earned money before you deal with the market and buy your own bitcoin for your stash.
Having no knowledge or the background what happened in the past will make you feel bad when bitcoin plunges. It won't be dead and it won't just come by a surprise.
3602  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will bitcoin be worth in 2030? BTC price prediction on: June 28, 2021, 10:34:19 PM
We've got less than 9 years until 2030 and that year will hit 2 halving. $1M is really possible and that's a high speculation and we're all hoping that it's going to be reached.
That's one of the dreams that the community have. But they're all right that 1 btc will remain as 1 btc regardless of the value it has in fiat. I guess by that time it's also interesting to know that fiat might be in high inflation by that time.
3603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In theory there is still another China ban waiting to be launched. on: June 28, 2021, 09:37:09 PM
That news of banning bitcoin from time to time in China and releases that news is just getting exhausted and becomes unimportant already.
We shouldn't be worried anymore if they shutdown their entire country and those news are just becoming FUD to bring worry to you.
Expect that they won't stop reporting that news of banning whether it's the ICOs, bitcoin, NFT, Defi, etc.
3604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Two brothers have disappeared with $3.6 billion worth of Bitcoin on: June 27, 2021, 10:35:57 PM
It's really a bad news to those who are victims of this tragedy and also a serious warming and experience to those who are curious to invest into crypto currency market to take mindful precautions so as to be safe in pursuing financial freedom
And do not believe in such promises that will them wealthy in just a short span of time. The topic is a Ponzi scheme and those brothers ran already with the money. Sorry for those who have been left by the scammers but they will learn from this happening.

If you have greed, that's the end result.  Losing money for those who have a greedy nature is a form of punishment for them.  Many people fall into such scams because they think they will be rich in just a few years, but they forget that they will be poor if the fraudsters walk away with their money.  Therefore, be careful when doing business in the world of coins.
Very true, they think that these scam investments will turn themselves into a rich guy overnight because they're gullible.
3605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is GDildo the next Shiba or Safemoon? on: June 27, 2021, 06:06:17 PM
I have to take closer to the monitor to read exactly what's the name of this coin and yeah, a surprise, another pump and dump altcoin. Yeah, you can have speculation that it can be the next both of those or any of those.
But it's just another pump and dump token and listing to coinmarketcap isn't the ideal criteria to be said that a project is a good one. You take your verdict if it's going to be huge or not.
3606  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency a Good Investment? on: June 27, 2021, 05:15:15 PM
Seriously the risk is very high in investing in Cryptocurrency which I believe in any business there is always risk attached to it but if you can really take the risk then you will definitely make it.
And it will become higher if you invest in unknown coins and those that are newly made meme coins. This technique has become popular because there were those people that have made a lot of money from it. But I don't think that it's still a good strategy yet there are those that still follow what has happened in the past with those successful investors who bought those types of coins.

Investing in Cryptocurrency is a very good idea which I believe if you can buy and hold any coin listed above I believe in the next few months you will definitely be in good profit.
Buy bitcoin and you'll for sure have that.
3607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 27, 2021, 12:03:31 PM
Man , team Empire were so close to go to TI after so man years and at some point they had 2-1 but Team Spirit came back and won with 3-2. I'm really sad for this young player who is 16 years old and had to carry an entire team for so many games but I'm also glad that I know he has a bright future into Dota Esports.
Team Spirit is strong and they've improved over time with their participation in the past tournaments they've been qualified. Team Empire has the potential, I also miss those moments that there's Team Empire to TI. Depressed Kid is a good player, he's very aspiring and after TI, I think there will be an improved Depressed Kid that we're going to see. Soon, Team Empire is going to be one of the powerhouse again in their region. Congrats to Team Spirit.
3608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 26, 2021, 07:01:49 PM
In the EEU Qualifiers for TI Navi just got eliminated by Team Empire, so we will definitely not see Navi in this years TI. It's pretty sad when one of the most established and well known Teams don't even make it to the biggest tournament. AS Monaco Gambit is also already out with a very bad performance they lost their first match in the upper bracket against Hellraisers and then they also lost in their lower bracket match against Fantastic Five, a team that i never heard of before. Team Spirit looked very strong so far in this tournament and they probably deserve it to go to the TI as they have by far the most DPC points of all participants.
Honestly, I thought that Na'Vi is the one that will be qualified on this region. They're strong in terms of the roster with 3 former VP players, one of the best hard support, and one of the best carry on their region. I've eyed them that shall win this slot but a surprise that Team Empire lost them. Well I guess, we're going to see it's either Team Spirit that shall take this slot, they've been consistent in all of the tournaments that they've joined. HR is strong too. We'll see.

But The Na'Vi hype is unreal ...I mean I get it they have a huge fan base ( including me ( but lets be honest and admit that this team had its glory a long time ago. Today games were at some point in the favor of Na'vi but team Empire really has a strong background even since 2005 so no wonder Na'vi had a hard game. Now , Team Empire is playing with PuckChamp and it's 1-0 for Empire BO3.
The new Na'Vi is considerably strong to me and that's why I'm hype, I'm aware about Dendi being with Na'Vi but it's not what I'm talking about. It's with their new roster with those former VP players and their position 1 carry is one of the best in their region. But they've lost and it only shows that there are a lot of good teams not just in CIS but also in other regions.
Now: Watching game 5, the last match of EEU qualifiers. Whoever wins between Team Spirit and Team Empire goes to TI.
3609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you lend your cryptocurrencies? on: June 25, 2021, 11:20:04 PM
Lending of fiat is quite a risky move not to talk of lending cryptos, this is a super risky move for me. Cryptos is designed to anonymous and comes with a lot of privacy except in actual cases of a compromise but then, how can you lend something to someone you know not and take no asset for collateral in the process. Yes, those that do it might bank on the forum trust system and the value attached to an account but then, does it really ends with the forum to take such risk?
Well, I suppose they know how to do this but, its a too risky move for me and I'm not sure of taking my chances with lending anyone cryptos anytime soon, lol.
In P2P lending, it's just all about trust and we can see that there's a reputation built on the lending section and we know who are the trusted people. But they're also choosing who to lend if there's no collateral but if there's good collateral, they'll grant you for sure.
I don't lend or borrow too as I don't find myself fitting for that business but who knows if there's a possibility that you and I will also be there entering that business.
3610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your top picks to buy the dip? on: June 25, 2021, 10:14:43 PM
My top picks to buy is BTC, ETH, ARPA and ADA. Especially for ARPA, they gonna burnt coin in the end of this month and the team already develop VRF which is gonna very works for NFT future.
Never heard of ARPAN. I like the three other coins you've mentioned and it's only ADA that I still don't have. In the case of bitcoin, it had a dip again. Well, sometimes it's very usual to see the market bleed during upcoming weekends and that's what happened just now.
Just fill in your bags with more bitcoin as many as you can while you're seeing it under $40k.
3611  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc down trend are started ? on: June 25, 2021, 09:16:41 PM
Haven't we've seen bitcoin goes down trend for so many times and it hasn't recovered yet that we've been to the ATH. I think it's a good choice that you're looking to bitcoin if it's starting to go down because you'll have the opportunity to have it while it's going down and its price is cheap.
Whether you like it or not, if we see bitcoin goes down, it shall return and recover later on and that's why don't be scared if you happen to see bitcoin corrects again.

What do you define as a trend? A short time span of a week or a month? I think Bitcoin is still incredibly well on track to grow further. What we've seen this year so far was remarkable.
A week shall be enough for a trend but it can take effect until a month. You're right about bitcoin, it's always been like that. You see it pump and then you'll see it dump.
But whenever it's going to dump very hard, you're going to see it recover soon. That's how bitcoin resiliency is, as we're all knowing how it recovers quickly once it corrects.

It depends on the trend you want to look at. Your sentence doesn't make sense. If I want a short-term trend I look at shorter time intervals. If I want the long-term trend I look at longer time intervals. The long-term trend of Bitcoin is clearly positive, we came from around $8000 and went up to $65000, now we are at $35000. Overall a positive trend, but if we look at the short-term trend one could argue we lost almost 50% while the long-term trend guy might say we gained over 300%. Question of what you want to look at eventually.
And I'm long on bitcoin and the correction that just happened didn't made me panic. Although in the short term, you're right that it's a lot but I don't look at that percentage but instead making me feel better to see that it's got a better price since last year despite a huge correction, 50%, did really happened. So yeah, if you're into the long term, you're all positive and don't have to take all the trends as negative but your positioning is important as you look at the market.

3613  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which best Altcoins to buy & HODL for some months on: June 24, 2021, 09:03:58 PM
Now that altcoin market are at a lower rate, it's an opportunity to buy, but just choose the best and with potential altcoins. I think BNB and ETH is the best and sure that will increase it's value more in the future. I also tried buying a Dion coin, hoping that it will rise when market pump again. I also planning to buy XRP and LTC. Hoping I can get good returns from those altcoins.
The first two are always the altcoins that I've used to see from other people and those are also my investments that I currently have for altcoins.  But the third that you've mentioned, I don't think that I'll follow the same choice as yours because I only stick to those altcoins that does have a background and has a reputation in the market. And the last two, LTC is a good choice but XRP, it will depend on how you look with that coin. It's good as an alternative for a transfer but not for holding, IMO.
3614  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Cryptocurrency a Good Investment? on: June 24, 2021, 08:10:16 PM
For me, Yes! Many people get rich by investing in cryptocurrency and now even the millionaires and billionaires have invested in crypto which is the proof that investing in crypto is really good and profitable if you have knowledge about it.
But I wouldn't have that introduction to anyone who's wanting to invest in cryptocurrencies. He/she might believe that he can be a millionaire someday by just doing nothing. That's the mindset of what I've encountered in the past. I'm very optimistic with those talks that I did in real life and dealt with my friends and they seem to be disappointed when the market starts to correct just as what's happening today. I guess it's not enough to say that there really were those people that became rich through cryptocurrencies but let's also say that they took a big risk from reaching that point and it's not just all about being rich quickly.

3616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Whale hoards bitcoin, will the market run out of BTC to buy? on: June 24, 2021, 06:16:25 PM
That's possible. I remember during the very bullish time a few months ago that exchanges like eToro made an announcement that they're limiting their users the quantity for buying bitcoin. The reason is they don't have much supply left and that's really possible to happen in the future.
But I think these exchanges can adjust on it, if the whales are wanting to buy more bitcoins, they're also wanting it to be liquid but they'll only do that in profit.

3619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Monero so heavily undervalued? on: June 19, 2021, 11:08:20 PM
Monero is not an undervalued coin but rather it is an underestimated coin based on what it is.
I agree to the person who said that not everyone is into privacy coins and with the action of exchanges and FinCen into it makes people avoid it.
Yet, there are still a lot of people that likes it.
