2921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Selling ALGO for BTC or CAD on: October 26, 2021, 07:54:16 PM

Lists of exchanges where you can sell those Algo quickly for btc. If you find it hard to deal with someone, be safe on going with exchanges where you can buy and sell those coins easily.
Look also at the exchange you're about to use if they support withdrawals in CAD.
2922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in Bitcoin only? on: October 26, 2021, 06:55:09 PM
What else do you invest in?  Huh
It is good to diversify portfolio so I am looking for inspiration

What do you think?
Is there something interesting coming?
It's okay if you'll invest into bitcoin only. But if you want to diversify, do not do that much because it's not looking good if you're too diversified. One altcoin that you can choose to diversify is with Ethereum. Most diversified portfolios are owning Ethereum and that's their next coin to invest with their money. Since you're asking where to invest, I guess you should stay first in bitcoin and learn at least with other altcoins within a few weeks to study about them.

Yes, they believed they'd shatter the TS Magnus, but collapse is completely different, so they're still picking it, and the team trusted him with that hero. That's one of LGD's mistakes; they should've respect ban on Magnus, and I think it's a bad decision to display their awesome draft (lycan tiny) in the battle between team secret; perhaps team spirit already knows about this draft and is preparing for it. I checked Team Spirit's recent matches, notably in the Easter qualifiers, and they've managed to stay in the upper bracket, indicating that they're more than just a normal dota2 team.
They did become confident that they can beat Collapse's Magnus again. If I were their coach, I'll respect it and will ban it for the entire series. Although there really are heroes that can counter Magnus but it's still going to be different from most of the games if there's a comfort hero that has been banned. As I've read xinQs post in weibo since there's an issue that's rotating towards their coach, he said that even they'll ban Magnus, Team Spirit, all of them, have a large hero pool.
Have a large hero pool is always having that kind of advantage because opposing team will really be having that fucking hard time on which hero should be banned its true that if they do banned out Magnus

but still wont really be a guarantee that they would win up but i do agree that they should have banned it if they do based up on how this Collapse magnus did really play well and make other teams go home

then as a coach then i wont really be doubting on banning this one directly but well its their choice and its too late to whine now.
Collapse still has his Mars, but LGDs morale has suffered in recent games, and I believe that even if they don't use Magnus, they still have a chance to win. We can tell Team Spirit is quite confident in their matchup versus LGD. Yes, there's nothing we can do about it; they're world champions right now, and there's nothing we can do about it. Those who have bet on LGD and hoping them to be the TI10 champ make a huge loss right now because it's very unexpected.
In those weibo posts of the LGD members, they've said that Collapse and the rest of the Team Spirit has their many hero pools so that they couldn't just focused on the magnus ban. In twitter posts of Kpii and Chuan(former TI champ, IG), they have an easy counter to magnus and I think all of their minds are the same about the magnus ban. We as fans, think that it's going to be a respect ban that's best for them but on the minds of these experienced pro players, they have also a way to counter heroes and what made LGD lose at the game 5 was being tired and pressured.
2924  Economy / Economics / Re: Steam bans blockchain games on: October 25, 2021, 09:16:01 PM
steam made a good decision so that there are no more victims of p2e scams
Are you telling this in general so that Steam won't add those games that allows p2e on their platform? AFAIK, there's no scam P2E that has been there on Steam ever since the NFT of games has popped with the P2E's feature. And those people that are becoming a victim of p2e scams, they're the same as the victim of ICOs. They've been buying through hype and doesn't do that much research. There's a lot of p2e and they're not the only scams out there in the market and it's always the investors discretion to research before investing as their entry to p2e projects.
2925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange, is it safe and good to trade here? on: October 25, 2021, 10:47:17 AM
Just a piece of advice.
If you have a token listed there and you're wanting to sell, sell right away so that you won't be feeling that worry if it's good to trade there or not.
You'll always get to see the division of suggestion of telling you to stay away from that exchange and those that have good experience trading there.
2926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: 20K FTM for USDT/BTC on: October 25, 2021, 08:34:49 AM
Why sell almost half of its price if it has a large volume in many exchanges?
Because he's looking for someone to scam. Notice how quick he is to redirect people to send him a PM

Current price of FTM = $2.77
OP wants to sell his at $1.01. Unbelievable!

Like the old saying goes, "If the deal is too good to be true, it's probably a scam"
Yeah likely.

Not saying this is not a scam attempt (maybe it is, maybe it isn't) but I don't think he means to sell at 1.01$ but at 1.01.

Like with 1% profit for the buyer.
He says that he's selling and it may doesn't have a $ sign but usually marketplaces are like that and he's selling one for 1.01. While the current market price of FTM is $2.97.
Who's someone going to sell at losses if he's free and easy to sell that in many exchanges where the actual marketplace occurs for this coin.
2927  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Advanced Dice Game 🎲 Sportsbook 🏟️ Slots 🎰 on: October 25, 2021, 06:47:58 AM
I'm not surprised that some casinos doesn't want to have an inside exchanger. It's risky and takes efforts.

Will make a very simple, even childish example, why I wouldn't implement an exchanger if I would be a casino owner  Grin

Two players came. Player A made a deposit of 0.01 btc, player B made a deposit of 0.01 btc, and both decided to exchange it to xrp for playing. At that time price I (casino) credited to their balances, let's say, 500 xrp each.

Player A had a nice run, made his balance to 3000 xrp and now wants to withdraw it. Where the heck I should get these from, if there weren't any xrp deposited? How much of each coin should I hold "just in case"?
While player B didn't win or lose much, and now wants to exchange his same 500 xrp back to btc and withdraw it. Problem is - prices changed, and now it's worth not 0.01 btc, but 0.012 btc. So I didn't earn from him any, but still need to pay extra from my own pocket?

Ofc sometimes it works in otherwise direction, but still - risk is too big.
Actually there's no risk with the casinos who will have an exchanger. The risk only comes if they're the one who's going to have their own exchange inside their casino but many of the casinos that has their own exchange insides are just integration of a 3rd party service.
They just have to connect their customers with an exchanger which is the 3rd party and it will do the job for those customers that want to exchange their deposits.
2928  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 24, 2021, 11:19:05 PM
We did saw a quick price increase from bitcoin within the range today that has made it reached $66k. And it has also made a quick dump so both ways and possibilities are very available.
This is bitcoin that we get to see each day being very volatile and that's why the hope of seeing it @ $100k is always possible and giving it a timeline for December, whether it will or not on that month, we're always patient for it to be seen at that price.
Well, the all-time high didn't last long, that's for sure, and it was actually expected that it would fall shortly after. There's a slight possibility that Bitcoin will surpass $70,000 before 2022, but I'm not that positive about any further price increase within the year, it looks too much.
It's always like that, whenever bitcoin reaches new all-time high, it's not staying there for long. But that's okay as long as we get to see it and have it there, that only gives us more hope that we're likely to see higher price eventually. ATHs after ATHs as the very usual thing that will have in our minds.
So if you're longing to see those 6 digits in the future, we'll get to see them if you'll remain patient and will eventually wait for it. Just don't panic if there are FUDs being sent to the market.
2929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Going for the Underdog or Not? on: October 24, 2021, 10:15:18 PM
I would never go for a bet before evaluating all the information available.
Having said that, the underdog bet is something I love and would never miss an opportunity to back the underdog and that can be applied to all sports events including UFC. When it comes to the underdog it all boils down to the information you have and what you expect to see out of your favorite fighters. You also need to know who you have to beat. The bigger the names, the harder the challenge for the underdog.
Yep, you just don't go with underdog just because of the odds. If you're playing YOLO that's much likely but if you still want to have some higher chance of betting with the underdog then you need to gather information needed if there's a chance that the underdog can win.
I do agree about having your information and it's like verifying first before betting since we're not all have that unlimited bankroll to bet as usual with the underdogs.
2930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: 20K FTM for USDT/BTC on: October 24, 2021, 09:17:41 PM
Why sell almost half of its price if it has a large volume in many exchanges? You can easily sell that with the exchanges that are on this list of its markets.
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/fantom/markets/
You trade on any of those exchanges for that coin at its market price and you'll take more profit than the selling price you've set on this thread. It's easy, safer and fast.
2931  Economy / Speculation / Re: New All Time High Baby! - $66,974.77 on: October 23, 2021, 11:55:49 PM
We are into a small correction right now but I believe after this correction we can now continue going up and there’s still a higher chance that we can reach that $70k mark this Month so keep monitoring. We will end 2021 with a great price, though there’s still a chance for Bitcoin to go down especially if many will take profit just to spend for their holiday season.
This correction is way better to be seen as soon as possible so what's happening is essential and needed for bitcoin to move to the next price ceiling.
I do have a big hope that 2021 will be ending great just like 2020 and that's the reason why I'm firmly holding and looking forward to have a better year next year. But if it doesn't happen, no need to rush and will remain to be a firm holder.

I would agree this is a dip and I think it’s always needed in markets like this to clear out excess leverage. The pigs always need to get slaughtered. I’m not on this 2022 will be a great year for crypto train though. There are always houses of cards built that come crumbling down after gigantic gains and I think that’s what we’re about to see. I think if the next couple months bring you life changing opportunities, you would be wise to take advantage.
Definitely true, if there are opportunities that will come at the end of this year or by next year, it's too great to ignore it. Let's make wise decisions and this is about selling. Let's all sell at the prices that we're comfortable and feeling great without any regret. While this dip is happening, we're sure that it will eventually recover and will get back from where it is. We've known how bitcoin is always like that, it won't disappoint us mostly if you've been in the market all over these years.
2932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does FTM worth to invest? on: October 23, 2021, 10:54:40 PM
There's a lot of positive comments about this project but it's still you that shall buy it or not. If you rely on others comments for buying such projects.
That's not enough for you to buy. You still need to make your own assessment before buying a project that you want to have as part of your portfolio.
2933  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is it safe to use Binance on VPN on: October 23, 2021, 07:46:26 PM
I am using SurfShark VPN for about 4 month now and its work fine to open any site including Binance because in my country itself some internet service provider banned binance.com because regullation issue

and it safe but usually you will be logout if you changing IP frequently but its complete fine
I've never used a VPN accessing Binance but if this is fine on your end, I would still not advise it for others to try it. I guess that's the counterpart of using a VPN.
It has to make your account logout due to not recognizing the IP you've used upon accessing. It seems that there's no harm in doing and using so but it's still your concern OP if you'll give it a try or not.
2934  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: October 23, 2021, 06:41:22 PM
We will see if it will. I'm excited to see it goes $100k in December but also I'm good if it didn't. In short period of time, bitcoin has proven that it can increase as much as it can and that usually happens while we're sleeping.  Grin
That's what happens to me when the market goes bullishly as I'm sleeping most of the time and don't see it actually happen. Everyone is optimistic about bitcoin $100k not only in December but to be stable and reaching that price soon.
I also believe that the price of bitcoin will reach the price of $100k in December. that means, the price of bitcoin in october - november should hit a price of $80k to $85k, so a $15k price push in december might be really easy to happen.
The thing that needs to be asked is, are we really ready to welcome that time? I also think that I don't want to be so hopeful with a $100k price in december, but I've now set some things up for a $100k price tag for bitcoin.
We did saw a quick price increase from bitcoin within the range today that has made it reached $66k. And it has also made a quick dump so both ways and possibilities are very available.

All of them have large pool of heroes and that's their strength and with what they've been doing, it's been effective to them. Their run was one of the best because during group stages, they're at the bottom and they're about to be eliminated but they did well on rising through the playoffs and won against with those strong teams including those teams that has TI champ winners including PSG.LGD who has TI champs too.
LGD didnt really able to able win TI ever since but they have able to get that runner up position which that recent ti10 on where most people do believe that LGD would got it this time but they do failed up.

Team spirit was the dark horse on this competition and never one in a million chance that people had been anticipating for this team to win considering that there are lots of teams which are more better
and known to be previous champs which we didnt really expect that they had able to pull this off on this year.
Yeah, LGD has always been that close. Always the 2nd for these past TIs but that's it and as they're always close, who knows if they're going to be the next TI champ.
I agree about TS, they've never been expected to win the TI and their performance before the playoffs is too dull and that's why we mostly thought that it's going to be either Team Secret or LGD in the finals.
They do always fell short and i did expect that Elephant would really make out some good moment or a good run considering that there are other former LGD members on that team including Somnus.

Dont know on what happened on why they hadnt considered including Ame but instead kicked or leaved on LGD which its almost that they do get the championship of this year.

Trying to look back on first day of the tournament is that Team spirit does have 0-4 where no one had expected to have some cinderalla story.
Yeah they do. It's always the hardest feeling that when they're the favorites and close to their TI dream but fell short because there's another team that has built their cinderella story.
Elephant was also the best team and considered that shall rise to the top but they've been eliminated that early. Well, the chinese teams will go back stronger next TI and that's for sure but are we going to see a two-peat for TS?

2938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin flash crashes to $8200 at Binance.us on: October 22, 2021, 07:54:37 PM
What a lucky and poor guy, the seller and buyer. I think that alone is someone who placed order to sell his bitcoin that lack of zero at the end and entered it badly resulting to that crash for a while. To the person who have bought and saw it quickly, well, it's the sellers fault and there's no responsibility for him to return it but if he's too kind enough then how he's going to return it because many will start to acclaim that they're the one who did the mistake.
2939  Economy / Speculation / Re: New all time high record | $66,000 on: October 21, 2021, 11:41:48 PM
bitcoin fell back at $63k in a few hours,
It fell to $62k as I've seen it.

this is a very volatile market.
It's always been volatile and that's why when we see it pop and go up, I'm always expecting it to correct afterward. But that's normal and we'll see it again to pump.

bitcoin fell by $ 3k and slightly made investors panic sell for fear the market will continue to correct. but it's only momentary and will surely return to normal bitcoin price. because bitcoin includes a fast recovery phase.
Coming from under $60k, the price can be said to still be in a good run. People who are worrying about it have to take their profits so that they won't worry if it falls a bit.
