2881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Squid game is a scam? on: November 04, 2021, 09:55:03 PM
I read some news that the squid game is a scam and many crypto investors that is now suffering for their loss.
3 million U.S Dollar are being stealed from investors. But binance are now doing some action like tracking some informations about the scammers and they will hand those information to authority. Is there any possibility that they can track the scammers there are a lot of scam project before, but they are not being funish by authority and they are still free is it possible that the squid game scammers will go to prison this time?
Binance has the resources to do what is right. And if they do that for the victims then that's a relief for those who are badly affected  by this token.
They can track it if they can and pay as much as they can. But to have an accuracy in tracking those cons, we don't know if they actually can. Somehow, there could be a little hope in doing that but who knows if they really will.
2882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETHEREUM: THE RAPID FLUCTUATIONS IN GAS FEES on: November 03, 2021, 11:50:27 PM
Choose other chain if you're going to transact with ethereum and erc20 tokens. It's not looking like the gas fee will be calmer soon that's why if you're about to send and there's a way to exchange it on another coin for transaction, then do convert.
This is only good if your funds are at the exchanges but if not, you have no option but to bear with the fees and pay for it if your transaction is needed to be done as soon as possible.
2883  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In which ICO to invest ? on: November 03, 2021, 10:44:14 PM
Hi everyone

we hear less about ICOs than a few years ago. I Know that several website exist where we can find information about the next ICO, but who is going to invest in some of them in the following weeks ? Which one and why ?

thanks Smiley

They're not attractive anymore. If you're asking for someone who's going to invest on it then you'll get shilled by the projects that they're going to support or working with.
But I get your point of knowing if there are still plenty of them that are good to invest with your money. The next ICOs might be the NFTs that are going to work with play to earn and that's might be their next target for crowd sale.

People look closely .... This site was created to spread their referral codes for all of the casinos that are listed on their site. They do not care what sites are listed...as long as they can make money from it. (even scam sites)

I hope this is not going to be one of those sites that are going to spam this forum with multiple threads ...doing more or less the same thing. (spamming their website to get people to click on those links)  Roll Eyes
I think there has been the same sites before but the twist is that they're giving some reviews about that casino and putting the link on that review that they create.
As long as the review is honest, that will catch the attention of their readers but on this website it's different. They're just linking their referral code using a link shortener which I don't really like when someone shares that type of link.
2885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy 13th Anniversary Bitcoin Whitepaper on: November 02, 2021, 09:35:06 AM
I've checked on Twitter yesterday and it's the top trending on my wall with the tag #satoshi. The trending is related to the Bitcoin whitepaper. Well, happy 13th anniv to bitcoin's whitepaper. But I think there are still people that are very misinformed about satoshi, I sadly saw some people as I hover on those tweets that they really think that it's CSW who's the real satoshi since they're bringing up the issue about him and 1M btc. I just feel that I have to share it here and feel bad for those misinformed folks.

I don't like the notification below.

The same concern for me, I don't like this message that popped up. What information are you going to send to the users that are helpful? promos?
And upon reading the first question on the FAQ, this makes me disappointed because you're requiring users to verify not only with phone numbers but also with a passport or it's for another level of account for that verification to happen?
2887  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambling increase due to the pandemic, stats, UK on: November 01, 2021, 10:45:19 PM
In other words, this shows that the European region, especially in the UK, is really a gambling-populated country even prior to the pandemic. Obviously, while everyone is lurking at home, we can notice that gambling activity there will increase its numbers whatever the category.
Yep, while the majority of the people not just in the UK are staying at home. There has to be an activity that they have to do to just bear with the sets of lock down and staying at home.
For those that preferred to have fun while staying at home, there are a lot of stats that showed that since last year, gambling has increased. It's not surprising while majority of the workforce have remained at home, there's still money to many of them that they can spend with through online casinos.
2888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you spend your Bitcoin? on: November 01, 2021, 09:46:54 PM
I don't spend the bitcoin I hold on to anything. My target is to sell dollars again and keep USDT when Bitcoin reaches one million dollars
This is a long way to go. You won't sell even if you see bitcoin reaches $100k-$500k? Those prices are already good to sell and you can still keep a lot from your holdings by just not selling all of it.

Although I manage money by selling unique coins when I need money a lot of the time, I do not sell Bitcoin.
But how long your 'unique' coins will last if you keep selling them and all you've got left is bitcoin? Are you also going to sell by that time even it didn't reach $1M at the moment?
2889  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: will shiba inu coin beat bitcoin ? on: November 01, 2021, 04:29:39 PM
will shiba inu coin beat bitcoin or eth ? will  it take a top 5 spot ?
About beating bitcoin, it's a wish of everyone who invested heavily to shiba inu that will never happen. Come on guys, be serious about your question.
How many questions have been said about beating bitcoin with their invested altcoins? Let's say that it can make at the top 5 spot if the hype continues.
But beating bitcoin, never.

Assuming this account was created just for him/her to simply ask this silly question, there are currently so many fanboys of these memecoins and I find it impossible not to see stuff like this in the forum. SHIB will never amount to Bitcoin, value-wise, everything, so I don't think asking such a question would enlighten nor clarify things because it's a subject/topic that doesn't need to be asked, unless you are simply spamming/trolling.
It is a fact that they have to accept that there's no amount of altcoin that will have a par with bitcoin. It's been too many years and people are still hopeful about their investments that will surpass bitcoin.
And for coins like this, there's no real way for them to have a bitcoin beat. All they think is that they'll go as high as bitcoin can and they'll be rich through it. They don't want to accept realities.
2890  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin metrics “INSANELY BULLISH”! Can the King go to 200K or more this cycle? on: November 01, 2021, 02:40:15 PM
I'm enjoying the ride and will be more optimistic if the market goes to the way that we don't like to but has to happen which is the bear market.
Yeah bear market is inevitable as the same bulls are the core factors to trigger it; profit booking must be the first reason for bearish trend. So, regardless of how much positive we are while bullish trend, we tend to act to exit which is basic human nature to protect the profits. So, how intensively being bullish right now may not be insignificant when people psychologically getting ready to exit; this is the reason round numbers are acting like strongest support or resistance levels.
It's like folding and expanding and it has to happen because we've been used to the market. We're aware of what's next and which is which. Took some profits already and I'm happy that even it's not the peak, it's already good on my end that I have to do it so that I don't miss taking profits if the wheel doesn't go along with what we want and that's the continuous bull run. But good things comes to an end and with a cycle just like the market for bitcoin.
2891  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Has your bank or credit card told you they will stop you buying crypto? on: October 31, 2021, 09:59:22 PM
Luckily I didn't have similar problems! I was buying/selling locally, I never used any banks for that, cash rulez sometimes! So they can bait me! I don't like banks, and I have a very bad opinion about banks, but I still use them, my salary goes through them, I am waiting for that day to delete them completely from my life!
Good for you. I'm loyal to my bank and in fact I've got many accounts on them for different purposes. But lately, they just disabled and no longer support deposits to crypto related services even they're not exchanges, they would just decline upon knowing that it's crypto related. That's why I can no longer deposit to exchanges in fiat with my bank. But when I withdraw from exchanges to my bank account, they're just ignoring it. Sounds crazy but that's how they act if it's about deposits.

prepare for some real hard correction like we used to , im bullish with you guys but for the current time , it must be a huge correction in the upcoming weeks for sure.
I'm also bullish but I'm aware that anything can be turned unexpectedly. But whatever happens, I'm enjoying the ride and will be more optimistic if the market goes to the way that we don't like to but has to happen which is the bear market. We haven't seen the peak of this bull run that we've been expecting to reach as high as $100k-$150k. And when it does, then the expectation of the bear market would really come to everyone and there are does that doubts it to happen, the peak of this cycle.
2894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The higher BTC goes, the bigger the risk/reward ratio and the less buyers enter on: October 31, 2021, 06:49:04 PM
Actually, I think that Bitcoin will become less volatile within time. It also can be connected with ETF launch. Gold had been also very volatile before ETF was  released, but now it is quite stable compared to crypto market and even stocks. What is more, Bitconi is being adopted more and more, and I think that it also will make Bitcoin more stable.
It might come to happen but when it's already too high and there's lesser much of the FUD by that time. The bad news/FUD are the ones that makes the market suffer and shows off how volatile it is. We have no problems when it goes higher and higher because we're all happy with that and it's making everyone not wanting to sell because we want to see the better of it and of a higher price. And when it becomes stable, this is the time that many will use it as is, as what satoshi has made it on its purpose.
2895  Economy / Economics / Re: What happened? on: October 30, 2021, 08:24:22 PM
There are investors that don't do research when they invest into the cryptos that they hold. They just buy it whenever they want to upon learning that those cryptos they've bought have been flying high. That's the start of the wrong decision of not learning to understand how the market first before investing. It happens most of the time and they can no longer pull back but upon experiencing the volatility of the market, they're learning it through experience.

I can personally attest to that. I have seen people actually buying Bitcoin (which is obviously the preferred crypto for many scammers) without even having a clue what a cryptocurrency is. They're told they'd have BIG profits (we're talking 1000's % a day) and they go in blind. Could never understand that specific breed of idiots.
They've turned into blind when they read those potential profits that they can make. But in reality, they don't need someone to invest for them but only themselves that can buy bitcoin for their own. These scammers never stops to target newbies and those that don't research. So, it's two things, those that do research can avoid scammers and as well as they can know what are the good coins to invest with their hard earned money.
2896  Economy / Economics / Re: What happened? on: October 30, 2021, 07:08:15 PM
@OP, you'll learn that the market is synchronized with bitcoin and taking it as your first investment is always the best idea ever. Just go along with the market and you'll learn a lot from it and don't stop asking question that confuses you to make you understand more about the market's volatility.
It's just your start upon asking what has happened and there are factors triggering the dips and pumps through good and bad news.
It's not that to ask if you don't understand something like the volatility but to understand what you are investing you should really know what are the pros and cons so that you won't be surprised if something ever happened to your investment. But worry not since this is just the normal movement of the market and if you look at the chart all over the years, Bitcoin isn't really dropping or depreciate but it's appreciating over the years. Although, it just takes time to get to this price, it's just you HODL your Bitcoin for long term investment.
2897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BITSLER.COM , Sent Over 300$ USD / Huobi: Heco-Peg USDTHECO Token To Bitsler.... on: October 30, 2021, 12:47:57 PM
This is possible and even you do this mistake into exchanges, there's a way for them to retrieve your fund that's sent wrongly. But you have to be soft on them and just as said by blankcode, ask them nicely. Because you're in the bad situation and you have to tell them what has happened and whatever is going to be said by them, you should accept that whole heartedly. Lately, if this mistake has been done in some exchanges, you'll hardly get a yes but in a casino, I haven't heard some success stories about it but maybe you'll be the first.
2898  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia doesn't wants its citizens earning with cryptos on: October 30, 2021, 10:58:47 AM
Just like China but at least they seem to be too vocal about it. But will they stop their citizens who are likely earning more with crypto? We don't know until they track all of them.
They've always been the same in the past that's more likely on the side of being negative to crypto and we can't blame them. But there's this statement from Putin that can't remove that there's an actual value for bitcoin.
2899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: cant sell $squid token.. is it scam? on: October 30, 2021, 09:28:36 AM
Op's first post is about this altcoin. And as you can see with most of the replies, it's likely a scam that just hyped through the Netflix series named after it.
It's just a matter of time and you'll see the developers of it will start to rug pull. There's no use case for this coin and just made because the sensation of the series is still fresh despite several weeks have happened already.
2900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice against plako or slot on: October 29, 2021, 11:58:45 PM
Too many choices to make if you want to gamble. You have various of games and be wiser in choosing which is the best for you. Dice is common and very easy to play that's why you'll see too many dice sites that are ramping the gambling community and building each of their reputations.
But mind you that it's a game of luck just as what everyone has been saying not just on this thread but also in other threads too. You go for dice, plinko or slot, always remember the quote: "only gamble what you can afford to lose"
