Am I the only one who noticed that the mention and quote notification by piggy/maggiordomo is not working anymore?
If you read the very first sentence in the OP, you should know.

Kaya nga nagkaroon na ng mga alternative kagay nung dalawang nabanggit ko na.

Sorry but I wasn't expecting you not to read before commenting.
3662  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If capitalism is so great why are angolos so broke, and have low birth rates? on: December 30, 2019, 05:35:51 AM
have low birth rates,
People in third world countries (poor) = no job.
No job = more time for sex.
More time for sex = higher birth rates.

People in first world countries like americans & brits = more jobs.
More jobs = less time for sex, more time for career.
Less time for sex, more time for career = lower birth rates.

and depend on labour from abroad.
What type of job/s are you referring to here?
3663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Bleeding on: December 30, 2019, 05:16:25 AM
Altcoin is not increasing for so many days. New money is not coming in market.
How the market looks today

Most altcoins are going up now so does that mean that new money is being poured into the market? It's hard to tell. Traders could just be buying back their "favorite" altcoins.

So Always invest in good Top 30 Altcoins for being Safe.
Investing in top 30 does not guarantee safety. Even they can go down in an instant once bitcoin drags them down. It will, however, reduce the risk of losing more because you can get out faster compared to coins with lover trading volume.

3664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin makes a new statement. What do you think about this? on: December 29, 2019, 06:36:24 AM
I've heard about sharding before but do we have the source of this new statement he made?
Can we know where is this statement came from?
Can you share us the official statement though?
You don't have to look further, just visit Vitalik's twitter account https://twitter.com/VitalikButerin/status/1210035542852882435

Bull Walk muna sa 2020  Grin

Base sa mga nakaraang halving, it took a while bago umangat ang presyo ni bitcoin. Meron din nagsasabi about the 4-year cycle ni BTC from the last ATH. Yan din sa tingin ko yung basis ni mjglqw nung binanggit niya ang 2021 or 2022.

3666  Economy / Services / Re: Yobit.net signature campaign on: December 29, 2019, 05:15:24 AM
The bottom line is that if you want the bot to count all your posts for the current day, try making them after 9:00 PM the day before and early in the day this day
It doesn't make any sense. I posted 5 posts yesterday after 9 pm and before today 9 pm,only 3 posts counted.
In my experience, posts as early as 7PM forum time (Dec. 29 for example) will be counted on the Yobit's dashboard as new posts for Dec. 30. If you want all five posts to be counted on Dec. 29, complete the max by 6PM forum time (making allowance to be safe).

edit:
~
try again with the timeline is 7pm of the forum.
Looks like I am not the only one.
3667  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New experience about posting behaviour on: December 29, 2019, 04:05:46 AM
I cannot find the post but I think it was yahoo who also said something similar. He also mentioned that it is rare to get participants who does 40-50 posts a week when the minimum is just 20-25. Some signature participants here complain about campaigns being short-lived but they don't really do their best in promoting the company that is paying them like adding extra post/s for more exposure.
3668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GAINS DISCUSSION OFFICIAL THREAD FOR CRYPTO UPDATE AND NEWS on: December 29, 2019, 03:26:05 AM
FOR MODERATOR: Please help me to make this thread clean and neat. Hopefully if possible this thread could be pinned on this section. Thank you so much for youre kind consideration.

You can lock this topic and create a self-moderated thread. Just link them to the new one before you lock it. I don't know if the mods would entertain the idea of pinning your post. Altcoin Magazine has been providing crypto-related updates since last year but they're thread hasn't been pinned yet.
3669  Economy / Services / Re: Roobet.com Creative Competition | .15 BTC in prizes! on: December 28, 2019, 01:04:38 PM
Closing the submission almost 9 hours before it's supposed to end, that's very professional of roobet. Could it be that they've selected winners already?
3670  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Roadway from zero to hero (with 21 topics) on: December 28, 2019, 11:31:53 AM
You've created some quality topics.

I wish that my wish will become true in next 5 months.
wish that I will be a Hero member before the bitcoin halving, around 9 more months to go.
Make that before January 31, 2020.

You've finally crossed that 400 merit mark. Reaching the 500th will be much faster. Congrats on becoming a Hero by January 31, 2020.

3672  Economy / Services / Re: Yobit.net signature campaign on: December 28, 2019, 10:57:54 AM
I thought this campaign was over. How can I get back into the company now? I thought that if the signature is changed then this will be displayed on the panel in the personal account. I didn't realize until three days later that the signature had been changed. I'm confused Huh Huh Huh
There were atleast two users who I know removed their cryptotalk signature when the investbox/x10 was introduced but they were able to rejoin when the signature was changed to yobit airdrop/700 yodollars. Some users were unlucky and got kicked out although they were active. We can only speculate that yobit decided to kick everyone not wearing the latest correct signature two days after it was posted. There's no getting back once your yobit account was disabled for inactivity like what acroman08 said.

Well, it was Christmas and the campaign lets people go away for 1 month (unless something like this happens). It’s not like everybody treats this as their job and live out with if (imagine dinning with out family and excusing them to check Yobit’s bitcointalk campaign, lol).
I object to your thoughts. Take a look at the quote below. How long is your Christmas? You have at least 2 days to update the news and correct your signature, it's not too difficult for you to spend 15 minutes a day checking for updates from the work you're doing unless you don't want. It has been 4 days since the signature was updated and you don't have any time to check out the campaign you're doing  Cheesy I don't mean to accuse anyone, but obviously you can do better if you want, just 15 minutes is enough for all.
I'm with Tryninja here. I could have been in a similar situation had my trip not been cancelled. There are people who go on vacation and not have access to internet for days.
3673  Local / Pamilihan / Re: No use here, a group of people discuss every day and they don’t do anything. on: December 28, 2019, 08:51:25 AM
No use here, a group of people discuss every day and they don’t do anything.

It took you a while to realize that nobody wants to risk their security for someone they don't even know huh?

In your terms, it's like if you are saying that if I get caught, I am on my own.
Note: We will ensure the security of the account through our methods. I also hope that you can protect yourself. If you can do it, come up with your operation plan and talk about how you plan to do it. In terms of profit, we will guarantee your profit. We will not do business without profit on either side because it cannot last.
3674  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Pangkalahatang-Ideya sa mga Browser. Alin ang dapat na gamitin? on: December 28, 2019, 08:28:39 AM
chrome ang pinaka safe, wag kalang mag install ng extensions, most secure "kuno" extensions are scam.
Paanong pinaka-safe?

3675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Dash] Dash prepares to release its Dash Evolution features on testnet on: December 28, 2019, 03:17:48 AM
Dash Evolution will introduce blockchain usernames, where users can simply create an username for themselves that will be stored on the Dash blockchain and can then make payments to other users by adding them to a friends list and sending payments to their usernames. The whole awkward dealing with long Dash public addresses will be over, it will just be interactions from one user to another and their usernames can be used across Dash different platforms (Mobile Android / Ios apps / Windows / Linux / MAC / Internet).
This is going to be convenient and that's what most people want today. Stellar introduced a similar system before but payments are done thru emails if I am not mistaken. Can we also create usernames on exchange wallets?

This is a time where Dash will slowly transform from just a (payment-focussed) cryptocurrency to a crypto platform, where developers and merchants can test and implement all kinds of decentralized services for Dash and have their data output stored on the Dash blockchain. All the while maintaining a strong focus on payments and making Dash more accessible to mainstream users.
Is this Dash's version of Ethereum's DEFI?
3676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Under supervision, do you think that anonymous coins have a future? on: December 28, 2019, 03:01:38 AM

TThanks for sharing,Do you know Monero's TPS? It is difficult to reach the current transaction scale of BTC, so it may be difficult to popularize on a large scale.
I haven't used it so I can only rely on information I see on the internet. It's definitely faster than bitcoin.

How long does it take to send a transaction?

Block time is one minute. On average it will only take a one minute a transaction to first appear in the block chain; however, exchanges usually will require at least 18 confirmations (blocks) before adding funds to your account, and the standard wallet requires tbd confirmations before considering received coins to be available for use.

A time of 10-20 minutes is generally the longest length of time you should consider waiting if your transaction isn’t confirmed in a couple of minutes.

Some article says it's even faster than ethereum or litecoin. I think TPS is the least concern of someone who want to make anonymous payments. I also don't think monero will be as popular as other mainstream coins like bitcoin or ethereum but there will always be a strong demand for it and that will increase as regulation tightens.
3677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs on: December 27, 2019, 11:49:51 AM
~
Does that mean that you have to dump it right away? Since it is going to lose the value as time goes by or it is because a lot of people are dumping it right away? Or both affects it.
Dump it. Regardless if the project is legit or not, the dumping will still happen. It is like a race between bounty hunters and early investors as to who gets to sell their tokens first Grin If in case you believe that the project has potential for long term, you can always wait and buy again at a much cheaper price. Few new projects usually takes a long time before the price can recover (most don't survive).

3678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Dash] Dash prepares to release its Dash Evolution features on testnet on: December 27, 2019, 11:38:34 AM
How does this Dash Evolution helps common Dash users? When I say common, I mean those users who are not knowledgeable on the technical aspects.

Nice to see you post a Dash update again.
3679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEOs on: December 27, 2019, 11:33:16 AM
If you are a bounty hunter, it doesn't matter whether it's ICO or IEO. You have to act quickly if you want to have a "good experience" because it will be dumped in no time. But if you are unlucky and the team decided to postpone the distribution or lock the tokens, you have no choice but to wait until you are able to sell. By that time, the price is probably down by 99% from IEO price  Grin

We've seen a similar pattern already. ICOs and IEOs both boomed at the start but the hype was only temporary. In the end, both forms of token sale were unable to stop shitty new projects and price drops.
