Decentralization has nothing to do with name changes. Every company/project is free to change their as part of their rebranding for whatever reason they may think of.

Legit centralized exchanges won't ask you for money before you can withdraw. There's no such thing as "deposit to prevent abuse". It's deposit so they can abuse you.

The case of the Dengvaxia mess here in the Philippines will be different from Sputnik V because the public is now aware and more cautious. IIRC, the former hasn't completed testing phase yet (still in phase 2) but the previous administration hid that fact and proceeded with the mass vaccination. Not Ledger's fault but good on them on trying to figure out what happened. My initial thought was he bought a tampered HW from a scammer but he says phrase was reset a week before. We can't be sure if that resetting was true though.   

What do you mean? If you say it's a vulnerability in erc-20 code, then I doubt it. Nobody can just take tokens away from someone's hardware wallet.

This is Gold. Where did you find this? This is the first time I've seen someone really breakdown DC's dirty boxing and it made me appreciate his versatility even more. I agree that he will rely on his wrestling more than his boxing for the third fight and will probably win by submission.
