3701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: January 25, 2021, 04:33:26 PM
I've thought about it myself actually: am I willing to lose something to win something really big (and it would have to be substantial enough to live out the rest of my life in comfort without worrying about family).

Heart attack? Let me win $1 billion and I'll say bring it on!
I am not willing to loose anything for money, i would rather live healthy with a limited amount of money than having billions and struggling to stay alive  Cheesy. I take care of my health and hence i would not worry too much about it as i work out often and if you are sitting idle and spending your life then the risk of fatal diseases increases.

I think that way too but still the bottom line is, You will need money to maintain healthy and sustain your daily needs to become healthy. Medicine, food and supplements ain't cheap at all so we all need money badly no matter how health conscious we are. We just need to manage properly our time and don't overwork on things that will earn such as job or even gambling same as this topic implying to us.
3702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Tether go into crisis like XRP? on: January 25, 2021, 03:50:01 PM
This SEC issue I think did not affect XRP much, the coin still got a decent volume on KuCoin right now if you see here: https://trade.kucoin.com/XRP-BTC and I doubt its value will go down in a landslide either, maybe as long as Ripple is fighting with SEC XRP's future won't be decided yet with this current issue.

I kinda like how exchanges like KuCoin and binance are still supporting XRP despite all these stumps, I think they know better than us who are only trading the coin. They put trust on the coin as if they don't know what will happen if things go down with SEC yknow, as long as these exchanges are still with XRP, I won't be selling my bags yet.

Because both Kucoin and Binance are outside the jurisdiction of US SEC that’s why they are not accepting US citizens to use and trade the exchange. Once SEC win against Ripple, Ripple itself will be the one to delist there token on all exchange since it will be illegal to trade Security token on exchange that is not compliant to SEC guidelines. I doubt that ripple will win against without paying the fines.

You should think logically.
3703  Economy / Economics / Re: What We Should Learn From Elon Musk Influence on: January 25, 2021, 02:16:24 PM
Simply Elon knows the future of BTC and his people tends to believe on what he was saying because he already prove a lot by building his Tesla and SpaceX company which is very futuristic. He is also the current richest person in the world so his words is very powerful even though sometimes he is just trolling.
3704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ❇️ BCH.GAMES ❇️ No KYC. Unlimited Free Faucets. Instant Cashouts.💰 on: January 25, 2021, 01:34:09 PM
But the crash game is very tempting to all players because if we do not know when we need to stop, we can crash and lose the money.

Just remember when you need to click the "Cash Out" button when you can see you can make a profit, so you do not lose the money.
not knowing when to stop defines gambling in general not only to a crash game and yes cashing out is the only way to combat this feeling before we run out of funds .

my impression on the gambling site is its name is bch game so i thought they only foccus on bch or bitcoincash but it turns out that they also accept many kinds of crypto thats noice because we know that there are haters of bch and there arent haters but they simply under estimate using bch as a medium for gambling

BCH community is still active and there are still many loyalist on that project no matter how shady that project. Having the exact BCH name for a domain is quite good for marketing because it was easy to memorize and BCH solid fan can easily attract to come and play on the website.

There crash game somehow a bit laggy on my end especially when refreshing the website. I'm playing on bustabit sometimes so I know the difference on speed on accessing crash game.
3705  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possible for a Billion max supply capped altcoin to reach $100? on: January 25, 2021, 01:01:13 PM
Theoretically yes but it's impossible to happened in actual because holders of that token will start to FOMO before it reach that price level. It's impossible too for a project to price there coin to 100$ for a billion supply during there ICO.

I said theoretically possible because a project can list the coin on DEX while they only sold a very small portion of the supply to the public giving them the total control of the price.
3706  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy, sell, HODL? on: January 25, 2021, 06:02:49 AM
Bitcoin is slowly breaking downtrend when you view the daily chart using MACD indicator. Most probably Bitcoin will make again another significant move such as pump since the price already correct. But its important to wait first for the confirmation of trend before you decide on your move so that you will not experience loss when fake out happened.
3707  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Official Thread] Duladices.com Dice and micro Earning on: January 24, 2021, 04:08:29 PM
This reminds me a lot of Freebitco.in too, the only thing is that you have to see the advertising to get some satoshis, have you thought of a faucet? It would be great if, as they already indicated, that they could launch a signature campaign. There are great managers very well qualified in the forum, I am sure they can achieve a lot of success.

That is also what I notice here maybe they want to follow what freebitco.in  do here but it's so early to invest on signature campaign yet since provably the owner of this site doesn't get any profit yet and if he have money to spend on better to use it on contest or other types of promotion.

But if he have a lot of budget to run a signature campaign well this will be a good start for their introduction on this forum.

Casino seems low budget even for there operating cost alone. I believe this dice site was owned by a single individual alone with tight budget(No offense intended to the owner) since the max budget was 20$ only. Imagine the owner paying 50$atleast on every participants weekly for a marketing here in the forum.

Investing on attractive ANN thread here will be a good move to fire up there exposure here.
3708  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: January 24, 2021, 01:39:35 PM
Can’t believe Mcgregor lost to be honest, I have to admit I’m disappointed. He should probably retire & stick to it now, he’s lost 2 of his last 3 fights. There’s nowhere for him to go now, his time as number 1 is over. Khabib shouldn’t bother coming out of retirement, there’s nothing to tempt him (on a sporting note).

This is unfortunate lost to him and many expect that he will win on this fight but turns out that the unexpected event came and he hit on the canvass so bad, And I believe Mcgregor is not done yet he have a big match coming after this and for sure he will not retire since he can still bag millions of dollars for that fight.

I'm still looking on the Khabib possible match up since its still quite entertaining to watch that fight.

Khabib will surely not return to the octagon after his announcement since its a promise to his mom after his dad death. Besides that, He already choke most of the current prominent UFC fighter so he has nothing to prove anymore.

About conor lose. He change his original training team since he is full of pride. He is only good on spicing up the pre fight show but always choke during the actual fight.
3709  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live games & Slots!| on: January 24, 2021, 12:41:59 PM
Duelbits twitter account also suspended? This is the second time I have seen a casino's twitter account suspended https://twitter.com/Duelbits
Yesterday the Twitter Roo *** was suspended it's kind of weird why casino twitter accounts get suspended

I think twitter starting to censored all crypto gambling related accounts on there platform just like medium did before. So far only few accounts has been take down and still many crypto casino twitter account is still active like stake twitter.

I'm sure they will retrieve it once they comply to there violation in case they really have.
3710  Economy / Gambling / Re: New gambling site on: January 24, 2021, 11:15:51 AM
Referrer
User loses a game - 0.25% of net loss in credits
User wins a game - 0.25% of net win in credits
<snip>
For the referrer only?
Is that 0.25% cash back for every bet a user will do? Like on slots? Is it applicable to all of the games available on the site? It's a nice cashback tho but not much. Is there any bonuses the site offers?

It's for the referrer only, Cash back on every win is too good to be true if this offer on the player itself. Although 0.25% is not that big but still offering it in every of player is  crazy.

I'm more concern about the license of this casino since they are offering a whooping 5% for 3K plus deposit no string attach.
3711  Economy / Collectibles / Re: RFC — current market for peeled Casascius on: January 22, 2021, 05:26:39 PM
Requesting links to recent auction/sale threads of peeled Casascius coins. Thinking about offering a couple but the forum search still sucks and I’m not up to date on the scene anymore   Grin

I don't see any peeled Cas coin being sold lately but as far as I remember. People tends to buy brass coin for 200 to 250$ and silver is way higher than that, Not sure about the exact price but the physical coin value itself does not change in fiat.

Most the transaction of peeled cas coin is via PM because there is no define value for it so usually buyer make offer in private.

Some peeled cas coin thread:

3712  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IDO is going to replace IEO? on: January 22, 2021, 04:08:55 PM
Yea I've heard about IDO and also few projects that raised good amount of money using the fundraising strategy, but isn't it too early to start talking about replacing IEO? Even MakerDao fundraising is doing way better than IDO since 2020 and yet it doesn't take over IEO

Volume and user in Centralized Exchange is much greater than DEX so IDO can't surpass IEO since most user still trust CEX. There are major disadvantage right now on using DEX like transaction fee and speed that's why its full potential can't be showcase to the public. IDO is just a result of hype of DeFi, this will stop once the problem in TPS can't be solve.
3713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I kept receiving strange TRC10 tokens in my Trust Wallet, should i be worried? on: January 22, 2021, 02:31:50 PM
Hey guys, for the past 4 days now I have been receiving strange TRC10 tokens in a Trust Wallet where I kept my Tron-based USDT and TRX, about 5 of them now. Is it something I should be worried about? Please I need a response if I need to transfer out my funds and create a new wallet to store them.

It's normal to a wallet with own blockchain like TRX, ETH, Waves, EOS and many blockchain project. It's easy to create new token smart contract there and usually they are doing airdrop to all wallet that contains the native token of that particular blockchain. There is nothing to worry about this airdrops, Just don't put your paraphrase on scam phishing app.
3714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Japan Support XRP on: January 22, 2021, 10:28:22 AM
The title is a bit misleading. A single person (Makoto) does not not represent Japan in general. It is his personal opinion and decision regarding his support to XRP and not Japan. I believe he is just trying to shill XRP despite the issue XRP facing right now. This kind of news is not a big deal anymore.
3715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I wanna buy or take over coins which are listed on Probit. on: January 18, 2021, 10:32:01 PM
It's more appropriate to post this thread on altcoin marketplace and not on altcoin discussion. Move your topic here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0 before mods delete your thread.

What rate you are buying the coin? Is it same rate as price on probit? You can simply create account there and buy tokens without undergoing KYC if that is your only reason for avoiding.
3716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are people still buying XRP? on: January 18, 2021, 10:01:02 PM
If each people need to keep atleast 20xrp in wallet, then huge amount of xrp will be freezed and they easily stoke investors money forever.i already sold my xrp after those SEC & Delisting issue but lots of people are getting interested on it cause they think, they could earn some percent of profit by taking such kind of risk.and that's true cause xrp already raised around 35% from its last drop around 0.22$

The reason why XRP recovers is because they are countering it with shill post that XRP really don't have any charges from SEC to hype again XRP holders.I can't find anymore the exact article but it was published on news platform and this article is been circulating on social media since last week.

Soon this coin will be totally dead once SEC force them to halt trading due to Security Token issue just like Airfox and Paragon.
3717  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DID I GOT SCAMMED? on: January 18, 2021, 09:27:55 PM
Thanks for your reply,

Could you please suggest what's the best way of finding the original profile?

is there any way to run picture recognition on Instagram or something like that?

Thanks!

There's no chance to find the real profile of the scammer if you just him on the social media because he is just using dummy account with fake follower in the social media. Social media like Instagram or Facebook will not gonna give you any info about the user details incase you request about the user profile.

If you know how to hack social media account like brute forcing the account, That is the only way I know to get any clue about the real profile of the scammer.
3718  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: txfee.org neat bitcoin fees estimator and tx checker on: January 18, 2021, 08:56:44 PM
thanks,

I will add many features in it like client-side wallet, transaction accelerator, exchange, etc in the same theme.

any idea what is this theme called?

well it uses some calculation to estimate the transaction fee, it is accurate (i.e. more accurate than bitcoinfees.earn.com, since they show last 24 hours results).

Maybe add some basic Faqs on your website just like the formula or source of the suggested fee result since your website estimated fee is far different on default fee computation of wallets like electrum.

Question, Is the suggested fee calculations on your website updating real time?
3719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will the SEC lawsuit against Ripple last? on: January 18, 2021, 08:31:13 PM
Until further notice probably, who cares anyway? SEC won't be able to f**k XRP up I believe, also XRP is the first top project that SEC will go after, I don't know why people panicked because of SEC, XRP is not a top altcoin project for nothing sake, it's not that weak

There's a lot of project that been attacked by SEC for launching an illegal token sale just like EOS, TON and many. Maybe you are not updated that many project has file bankruptcy because they were force to pay the settlement for the same charges that XRP facing right now.

You can check this article for sample article about SEC action against other project: https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2018-264
3720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check if there's any BCH left in my address on: January 18, 2021, 08:06:17 PM
OK, so I'm in the process of sending my coins to a newly created address in the new wallet. Is there a command to check if the address is in the wallet, to be 150% sure that I won't be sending the money to an address I don't own?

listaddressgroupings outputs nothing

The only thing to check if you properly the right address is to double check or more the address you will gonna send the BTC. You can check on the blockchain website the pending transaction on your new address once you successfully transfer funds.
