4381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHAT HAPPENED WHILE I WAS GONE? on: October 22, 2019, 09:21:32 PM
I was gone for almost a year, wow. I just checked now. Did not notice how time flew that fast.
Too many things happened in a year, though you already experience the peak and lows of cryptocurrencies since 2018 many alts declined in prices. Old bounties have'nt listed due to regulations or simply its a project not being pushed by the developer, the exist of STO and IEO after too many ICO's failed. Try to get news on tokens you are holding if their team is still alive or if you can trade them till now.
Wag din talaga masyadong papasilaw sa mga inooffer nila, may mga commentan minsan sa mga trending pages like script of they earned an BTC amount or in $ in trading thru the help of their coach and post some links,  then comments follow na halata naman scripted untilmay mga magcomment na HOW and we don't know if they got a victim. Madaming mahihikayat sa facebook since ang iba naman dun ay hindi pala research kapag nascam na or nakuha na identity saka lang mgreresearch.
4383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: With this possibly upcoming crisis in mind... on: October 22, 2019, 12:52:38 PM

Stablecoins is good for the hodlers and huge investors since it will protect their money from volatility, USDT is stable yet still risky. If you can’t find Bitcoin as an stable coin then it will be hard to look for other cryptocurrency to hold for. If there’s a new stable coin that can assure you profit, then choose that coin.
Holding stable coins does not guarantee profit but it guarantees a less risky investment since it's not volatile that also means no probable profit. It's good only if we want to take a break for trading bitcoin but still want it to be still in exchange for less transactions fees. The only risk it can be is when the one operating it plans to pulled it out in exchanges.
4384  Economy / Economics / Re: What are some not so obvious things that damage a country's economy? on: October 22, 2019, 12:18:37 PM

Correct, government has so many projects which are redundant or not really needed.Like a road being replaced eve that road  still looks new and  being used. They are doing this because of projects. When there a project, there is a budget, a money going out from government coffers, and lastly there is a commission or kickback.

Like road widening in a provincial land which barely cars passed by, that causes houses to be demolish? Why not in urban place. It is like shotgun project just to have government project as well to have a commission. The economic progress of the country will depend on governments project to lessen the problem not to add a problem. There should be solution first in existing problems so they can move forward to another plan, but they tend to escape it and do other project to mislead the project. The use of government fund should be address to solve economic issues.
4385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges Tokens on: October 22, 2019, 10:46:52 AM
Market capacity is really needed to build strength from the tokens or coins. Usually, exchanges give discounts when making transactions using exchange coins, so that it increases its functionality. In addition, the strategy used by Binance in IEO, through the BNB holding system can be emulated because it is effective enough to increase demand, so BNB prices rise several times.
This is why exchanges creatres their own coins so they can still earn more in their platform at the same time gain supporters that can help their platform to attract more investors. So no popular exchanges will ever list other exchange token since it will seems like their promoting also that exchange. To be able to gain price in trading the company should do some development or updates like what BNB do.
4386  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Airdrop or Bounty on: October 22, 2019, 06:14:50 AM
I always wanted to dive into the world of prize hunters but my knowledge of gifts is not enough to enter the bitcointalk contest or do I have to play Airdrop? Because airdrop tasks are easier than gifts? please tell me friend

It's easier because it offer no value at all, from my experience out of over 50 airdrops I've participated only 6 or 8 has value and it's not even the amount you've expected, the most I've got was $20 and I have to wait 5 months to get it, I almost forget that I have these airdrops I just saw it's value in my wallet glad that I've dumped all of it and move on, now I'm out of these airdrop thing.

Since airdrop is a easy task that we only get cents or lucky enough if it can buy some candies, it's fine since the market is down and it will be hard to companies to provide big airdriops when they can't even gain any amount at this moment. Before airdrops are quite a good giveaway since it's still high in value that we didn't expect since its just consider a freebie or a gift done by just registering, now due to number of scam projects and market downtrend it's not longer effective to join one that will risk our identity or nformation too knowing it is no longer have any value.
4387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO projects with very good rating on: October 21, 2019, 11:21:11 AM
Do you mean it is  fake rating ?
Yes mostly are, this rating can change at any time. I have encountered a few projects that were rated as 5 stars but after the project failed to meet up their softcap or proven as a scam project, the rating went back to 3 or 2 stars. Some raters on rating websites are charging for money if your project wants to get rated as a good project, not only that you can request the context that will be posted on review too.
Some rating sites are simply own by a bounty hunter, I don't know yet the owner of ICO rating but most rating sites are paid or only few people give rates and we wonder if they really do check it or find some analysis that will determine certain factors. Better do our own research so we will not regret in the end. I only used ICO rating before for checking of new projects to search if they have bounties, but now I don't visit the site anymore.
4388  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Friendly City on: October 21, 2019, 08:52:55 AM
Great job. But how come no Asia city made the list? South Korea is pro bitcoin, Singapore is there, Malaysia, Cyrus these nations have a friendly cryptocurrency framework and home to some major exchanges.
Since there are few merchants or ATM machines that placed in Asia yet. The basis in ranking base on the thread is measured by the prevalence of Bitcoin ATMs in those cities as well number of merchants. And in my country Philippines it can still be count by hands or some merchants might be not listed yet or registered their business as accepting cryptocurrencies, maybe in other part of Asia too. I think South Korea and Singapore will soon be on the list, maybe in their next survey or research.
4389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would ICO scene succeed if it was organized like crowdfunding not investing? on: October 21, 2019, 06:29:52 AM

If you give a dollar on a street to someone begging, you usually don't follow him later and check what he bought in a store - liquor or food. Yeah, you are dissapointed probably if you see him drunk next day but you simply don't give him more money.

If ICOs was organized more like that, I think it would be much more healthy environment.
Donations like in charity just budget what ever they have to provide needy and sometimes unable to give what they really plan due to short of budget. If it will be like a donation, how can a project plan and execute their project? They need  a budget to be able to start their project and that's why investors are needed. They will need a detailed timeline how they propose the project outcomes. It will be more bothersome to investors since we can't react anytime since we just give and the favor is always in the developer as if they are capable to just do anything or do nothing at all.
4390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Projects and Bounty . Way forward?? on: October 21, 2019, 03:33:36 AM
There is not much a bounty hunter can do but to make sure the project they are going to join and promote is legitimate. Join only legitimate projects who aim to have their product running and dedicated to developing the product. Do not join a bounty just because of the manager, the number of posts needed and how huge the bounty pool is.
Joining campaigns that already live their product is the key due to the fact that they already proven their aim for launching the ICO or IEO is to develop it more, plus they might already have companies that supports them, they will not risk their name simply to scam or not paid their bounty hunters since they know their is already companies who will be affected if they do so.

4392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Litecoin dips really low in price, I am buying a LOT! on: October 20, 2019, 02:26:07 AM
I was able to sell my LTC those days since I regretted not selling or cashing out some of my alts and BTC in 2017 ATH. I already learned my lesson on setting realistic amount only. But LTC is no doubt a good investment that can wait anytime since it's price never falls too low, I'll try to buy LTC one of this days again.
4393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it help bitcoin if we shift funds to it ? on: October 19, 2019, 11:13:43 PM
It will not help a lot. Even we shift our funds, some whales might consider buying more alts that time since it's cheaper, and I doubt if many will really buy back BTC when we do that, some might just waiting for us to sell their holdings. This is why whales manipulate the market, they do it without many people known it as if it just a playtime for them to buy it for them at discounted price again.
4394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Investors always turn to reduce or deny bounty hunters their payments on: October 19, 2019, 02:02:07 PM
Some uses those lines if theirs only few participants that are joining, so they can decrease the amount allocated for certain campaigns like social media, content or signatures. Some didn't reach certain numbers that needs to be transfer in other campaign types and some add rules , so it's their safest line whenever they wanted to change rules since they put it for their first launch.
4395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet - Trustworthy? on: October 18, 2019, 02:22:13 PM
Trust wallet is trustworthy but, I would suggest you instead of buying a phone buy a hardware wallet you it is trustworthy and safe too.
There are many possibilities that phone will be lost, it will be hack or will result in crash of system. The more trusted wallet is hardware wallet since you have the full control, only use other small transactions or not hold coins too long in a wallet or exchange, will never when will they plan to abandon their system.
4396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the Faith of Casino business owners? on: October 18, 2019, 07:18:04 AM
I think if they know if their casino is illegal in their country, they must ready for something like that. In my country, gambling is prohibited and whoever play and caught, go in jail. I think they just need to follow the rules from the country.
Online gambling is not easy to detect by the government, they continue to operate or partners in other country that are allowed to operate gambling businesses usually business minded people knows what to do in scenarios that they are ban. There are tons of gambling sites now. I wonder if its ban in their country too.
4397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run / wishful think ? on: October 18, 2019, 06:18:56 AM
Then what we call last 2017 bull run? A wishful think that happened? I think it's not. Investors and Traders have their indicators that can decide them when to buy or sell like economic issues and new in cryptos here. I know bullrun will happen again soon, it may take a longer time since many regulation and scam or failed projects ruined it's name that getting new investors are too hard to do now. But soon it can be resolve that can cause another bull run.
4398  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Cryptocurrencies at Financial Planning on: October 18, 2019, 03:40:17 AM
Igo mo lang bro, buti nga ngayon may VUL na tayo na tinatawag sa investment plus life insurance na sya sa pagkakaalam ko at madaming mga institution na din ang nag ooffer nyan dati kasi sa pagkakaalam ko walang investment hihintayin mo lang mag mature yung investment mo, ngayon once na kumuha ka ng life insurance naka invest ka na din at isa sa maganda dito is maliit lang monthly mo for 5 years mas maganda kasi habang bata pa magkaroon na ng VUL kasi maliit pa ang huhulugan mo by january kukuha ako 2k per month for 5 years.
If 2k for 5 years, hanggang ilang taon coverage nun? Mura na yang 2k per month since yung iba 10 to 15 years to pay. May plan din ako this December kaso namamahalan pako.

4400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earning crypto on games - are you serious? on: October 17, 2019, 02:30:20 PM
Casino games should not be consider as earning unlike in trading, sine it's mostly about our luck and we can't do it often. It's like risking since there are no indicators that can help us identify whether there's a chance to get the reward, that combinations or whom among those in race will win. Some are really lucky enough in gambling but even them for sure didn't play often unless they are already addicted in it.
