I don't think that and i see some people spreading FUD to make people panic and selling their coins for a low price or trying to get more fall in price so someone or a group can buy more cheap bitcoin until the price will not have a bill run this year and they make a nice profit. I think that is impossible to happen because people is bitcoin lover and want anonymous. If you put up a bitcoin bank you need to gather personal data from the people who wants to use your bank and beside there are so many online wallet where they can store their bitcoin which is like a bank. Bittrex is still feasible I think even though there are some negative responses about it, I have been using it for a long time and have no problems there, even some coins I have stored there for a long time are still safe, I am comfortable using bittrex so far, but with some exchanges you mentioned I think it is the recommended one because everything has good security and users also feel comfortable using it.

The only reason why I think they say trading is unhealthy is because when I tried to day trade, I was so worried about the price I cant even stand up from my work station to prepare for my meal. I thought in day trading every minute, every second counts. I thought If a miss a good opportunity I might not get another good one. But that was before, today I think it is more unhealthy if you panic. Just chill and relax, it will give you more time to think of your next move rather than panic and sell out of frustration.
