3721  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why you don't need to HODL or trade Bitcoin on: April 01, 2021, 07:55:02 PM
do not really understand your purpose in making this topic...
I am a Bitcoin holder and trader and there are many reasons I do both. So far I have never lost in doing both so your advice is not suitable for me 'lol'.
All things that you can read up on a forum or public place wouldnt be always applicable nor precise for everybody so you could really expect that it wont really be working for you
but working on his so its just a matter of choice if you do follow or not.If this doesnt really make any sense then so be it and better ignore but there are actually people who
do welcome out those kind of ideas which isnt really a bad thing since we do have freedom on expressing our own ways even though it isnt really that appealing to others.
If HODL doesnt work or not that much interesting to you then you can trade but if not then i dont know any options left. Lol
3722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins having an ICO next are to be good? on: April 01, 2021, 06:26:08 PM
Hey guys. What do you think will be the next good Altcoin which is going to have an ICO? For example Polkadot which had its ICO few months ago. I missed it and dont want to miss next good coins ICO (no FOMO). There are many lists with a bunch of coins. But dont know which are maybe going to be good or are worth to buy. What do ypu think?
we cannot accurately determine which ico coins can be used as an option. but I have a little advice, namely coins that have been registered on the exchange that can minimize the risk of loss, because we don't want to bet our money on a coin that doesn't have that potential to be very detrimental
Not a guarantee because even if its listed on an exchange it doesnt mean that it wont get delisted due to lack of volume or liquidity thats why you cant really get rid of the risk with
this investment. No one can ever really able to spot out on which one will really succeed because if that thing do really happens then most of us would really be on the wealthy side
or to those people who get involved with crypto are mostly on that situation but we know that  thing do only exist on our dreams. When you do deal with ICo investments
then always mind of on making up research in depth and due to lots of rubbish projects in the market which is the sole reason on making this thing even more harder.
3723  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing only for the rich? Think again on: March 31, 2021, 11:24:13 PM
Crypto delivered the investing to the common joe more than anything. I've never seen people be so riled about investing whether it be crypto or stocks before bitcoin's blowout story last Dec. 2017. So yeah, bitcoin literally turned the investment world upside down, both for the good, and for the worse as well.
Its just a matter on how those common joe's do really take part on the market and what are their possible actions to take because we know that each one of us does have different takings
or perceptions once we do able to know neither on a typical market or on crypto.Investing isnt only for the rich but we cant deny that they do always have the advantage but doesnt mean
that you would really be stopped on making some step or move on where rich people are doing. You can do it but on the minimal side of thing.
Dont just think but you do need to act.
3724  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have a relatives who ask advise to invest, what should I do? on: March 31, 2021, 10:26:58 PM
It is good that your relative is eager in regards to investing, I mean you could name bitcoin as the coin that your relative to invest because it is safer and is proven to grow exponentially. I don't think that your relative isn't FOMOing because the earlier that he/she can get in the market, the better but you have to advice him/her that it doesn't guarantee to go up and the growth that your relative should wait is the long-term investment.
I very much agree with this advice, I think that first of all you should recommend Bitcoin and at the same time tell you the difference between investment and market speculation, Bitcoin is the safe asset but it has a huge volatility index, which at any time the price goes up or down, you have to wait as long as it takes until you make a profit.

In the same way, you should let him know that if he investigates, he may have the option of learning some investment schemes well, one of the best books that I recommend for those looking for investment information are those by Warren Buffett, which are fully applicable to the market of the cryptocurrencies. .
When you do talk about being safe asset then its 100% that you can make profits which isnt the case even if we do stick out with Bitcoin. We can still have the tendency for losing money
but if we do talk about long term then most likely we will really be on profits because we have seen on how bitcoin do really progress out when it comes to future years.
When one of your relatives do ask out about to investment then better always give them warning that they cant make profit on a short time basis and always consider
the risk behind crypto investment. There are no assurance that you could really make out some profits or wont experience any losses.
3725  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold on: March 31, 2021, 09:25:28 PM
There is not one person on this forum or probably in the entire crypto-space who trades perfectly & sells at the top every time. I think it’s always important to never sell all your stash. That way if/when the price goes up you always have some left. At the end of the day any decent profit is good & better than anything you get in fiat banks now due to their awfully low interest rates.
I doubt that people would be selling out on partially behavior because when taking off profits then most of the time it would be a full scale or all in type of selling and then
consider on buying back if there's some opportunity.People cant really just accept or do easily regret when the time they do saw the price had shoot up even more after selling
out their coins but it doesnt really matter actually or such an issue because as long you do make out profits then thats the most important.
People are really just not really making themselves on being contented on what they had gained.
3726  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Tried futures trading for the first time on: March 31, 2021, 08:19:29 PM
Okay so I have decided to make some small risks by putting an amount that I can afford to lose in futures trading. Right now, I am choosing the ETH/USDT pairing and I declared it short 5x with 30% stop loss. Still learning the ropes of futures trading since I am not totally contented with just copy trading only. I did gained with copy trading, but I would like to learn how to self-gain it myself with my own decisions in futures trading.

I am not gonna close my trade yet until I’m finally into profit or it reaches the SL amount, coz’ right now it’s still at a loss. I would definitely try futures trading everyday than just spot trading, at least this could add up to my learning especially some TAs, etc.
Just do the things that you do have in mind.No one could really stop you on doing that and if you do seem that futures trading is much better than spot or options then its your choice.
Its your money and its none others business to mind off on what are the things that you must do.Thing here is that futures is really a risky one but if you do know on making
analysis rather than making on blind trades then it would be a worthy thing to consider. More risky but really very rewarding if you do got it right.
Good luck brother into your future trading career or path. Just be patience and dont let your emotion do control you out.
3727  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the official uses of bitcoin other then trading? on: March 31, 2021, 07:30:10 PM
Bitcoin is like a gold, it can be a store of value, a safe haven to secure you financially in the near future.

It is a modern gold where its price increases in the market, its price is volatile and can't be manipulated easily by other people.

People chose to trade bitcoin because they want to make money with it as soon as possible depending on the market situation.

But some are just holding it because they are 100% loyal and believing on its potential to make reasonable increase in its price in the long run.
- Well, if the price of bitcoin can fall slowly or slowly rise then move in a small range, I can consider it as gold, becoming a store of value but unfortunately, our hearts will not be secure with bitcoin's pulse, instead of being slow and not moving like gold, bitcoin is just trying to speed up and decelerate very quickly to create surprises, storing value with bitcoin is relatively intimidating and risky for this reason. The most optimistic thing is still buying and selling then exchanging for altcoins to get more bitcoin
Movement doesnt signify or can be treated for it to be compared with gold.We know that it isnt really that on the way on treating up things but people do really love to connect the dots
if they do saw that it something that has some similarities but honestly they are just totally different. There are even people whom do talk about bitcoin replacing gold? Are they serious?
They dont know on what their talking about. They do better just study out some economics or financial subjects for them at least to have some idea on what are the words that theyve been saying.
When it comes to official uses of bitcoin then its clearly on what stated by its creator itself that this is a payment system P2p without any intermediaries.
3728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Big chance to buy BNB coin with cheap price. CLICK HERE!!! on: March 30, 2021, 10:55:05 PM
This is a really big news that we heard from BNB and this was the opportunity to those holder of BNB.
It was too late for to buy some BNB I did not expect these was gonna have some surprises coming in this month of April.
I hope after the burning of BNB some altcoins also we be going through into a high price again its only few of them that I saw for now.

Im bit late too with the news because usually when it comes to burning events then expect that there would really be a spike in price if the demand wont really be changing up.
I have a bit of BNB but not really that much but still a better deal since i have bought them when it was still cheap. The wrong thing here is that i havent accumulate
further on and focus with bitcoin and other top altcoins.

For those who can risk up on the current price then i wont say it is recommendable because we dont know on what would happen next
but basing off with Binance current popularity then theres no doubt to that but not would be an assurance.
3729  Economy / Economics / Re: How will financial crisis affect crypto? on: March 30, 2021, 09:58:35 PM
It looks like the downtrend on the financial system is inevitable. How do you think this will affect crypto? People used to refer to gold in the past, will they move to crypto this time instead?
I kinda think, that the upcoming crisis actually gives crypto a chance.

Many people also think the same as what you say, financial crisis wont affect bitcoin negatively but it will give bitcoin an opportunity. But there are also some people who thinks the opposite by saying that the next financial crisis will be a devastation of bitcoin. So it depends on what we believe, no matter what will happen to bitcoin but as long as we trust in bitcoin then just keep on holding and supporting it.

Bitcoin was built to withstand the financial crisis and inflation, those are the major reasons why bitcoin was invested. Bitcoin was invented as a digital store of value (just like Gold) and a payment system. And currently, bitcoin is becoming more and more a digital store of value, a lot of people are now considering bitcoin as gold 2.0 or even better. Because with bitcoin people have total control over their own assets, bitcoin is lightweight, digital, fast, secure, and decentralized, unlike Gold which is heavy, physical, slow in terms of movement, insecure, and very centralized.
Really love to do make out some comparison between Bitcoin and Gold? Why we cant just accept that these things are totally different in any aspect and leave it as it should be?
Its not really that something relevant on why people do still continuing with this kind of issue. When it comes to financial crisis then we are really suffering as of this moment
due to this pandemic and other factors which had been known but we wont really come into that certain extent and also crypto market
isnt really that much off affected on whats happening on outside world. It might not be that sure or precise but we have seen on how it do reacts.
3730  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Crypto.com charging more than their listed fees ... (SCAM??) on: March 30, 2021, 07:28:12 PM
I just used Crypto.com to transfer some BTC to my wallet .. their fee shown on the app is 0.0004 BTC to send to my wallet address. I charged 0.00115736 BTC as per shown in my Trezor account - 3 times the amount.  Not impressed.  Contacted Crypto.com but of course they did not reply.

You arent the only ones having those fee complaints.

Better not to use it further more. There are other sites or platforms which are more worth than this one.
3731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump just after a new listing? on: March 29, 2021, 11:59:16 PM
I have friends who have a lot of $AME, they sell some of it below the ICO price on Bithumb global and then they still hold their $AME. This shows that there are still some people who have not sold it so when it's listed on a new exchange $AME is difficult to pump.
Some do hold because they dont have any other choice when they do neither believe on the project or just simply like to break even or recover because you wont really be losing anything as long you dont sell.
People do have different takings when it comes to their investment, some wont sell and simply hold even it do takes forever but still having the hopes of that recovery but some arent really that
hoping and do treat those coins as dead or totally shit. When it gets listed on a new exchange then tendency or probability of pumps could really happen.
3732  Economy / Speculation / Re: The reasons why Bitcoin price drops recently on: March 29, 2021, 10:56:15 PM
Just like others, I see nothing special why the Bitcoin price drop a little but just a correction and there's nothing to worry about it. You should know that the market doesn't forever go up there will be some down as well and I think that is what the markets healthy. Expect that after reaching a new ATH or pump as investors you will take that opportunity to make a profit causing supply to increase. Then buy it again, hold it and the price will surge once again, basically, it's all just a cycle.
Is this really needed for us to make or say up some words anytime that bitcoin would make some price drop? Why we cant just accept that this is a normal movement of this market?
This wont be called a market if we wont be seeing price ups and downs. Its just really too tiring to read up something like these threads anytime theres a dip.Whats the reason?
No one really knows because there are lots of factors or viable reason which can really cause for the price to move neither go up or down.
So as a trader or investor then its understandable to do your best to ride off with these waves for you to make money.
3733  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A quick thought on how to help/save bitcoin. on: March 29, 2021, 09:29:07 PM
Just a thought, We have all witnessed how just a tweet from a top individual in society can influence the price of bitcoin. We have also seen many people tweet about something so much, it becomes a trend and something popular that almost everyone hears about. This has got me thinking; if we all collectively pick a day or a period of time and all agree to tweet, post and create a trend about bitcoin that will last a while on twitter or any other social media platform, will this help the current price of bitcoin get to a higher ATH?

We dont need hype on where those so called analyst or popular people or influencers in the net do say up some words about bitcoin with just basing with mere speculation or just opinion.
It cant really be denied that this market is really highly reactive when it comes to news and sentiments thats why when such things been popped out in the market then majority do mostly
include these into their analysis for some possible price shift or whatsoever.Sometimes it doesnt really make any effect at all which it really make even more unpredictable.
We dont need hype as i said earlier, what we do need is actual recognition and adoption if we do really aim for more possible ATH's in the future.
3734  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is this bull run going to be over? on: March 29, 2021, 07:56:26 PM
If it was like the last one, it seemed to have about 6 or 7 cycles bull correction bull etc.

You are talking about the bull market when will over. But I am saying the bullish market is not started yet completely. Yes, it’s right the BTC move was insane indeed, but the altcoins bull run is still pending. Anytime this can start. Provably when the btc dominance will be lower than 60% and persistently goes below to 50%.

So, that means I am not waiting for the ending of bulls run because I am waiting for the actual bull run.

Arent these movements considered to be a bull run? The difference here on this current situation is that Bitcoin and only other top alts does really have significant move and the rest are still not making any move.
What are the levels whom you do consider to be a bull run? We are already here and i do rather believe that we are something near on the peak price which its not bad to consider on selling out some stashes at the
moment and making out some buybacks when the market would make out some correction.Dont rush up for this good bull run to finish because as of this moment, lots had been waiting out for such breakout
in 60k price resistance and if it does fail then its nice to see that it do keeps trying to do so.
3735  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing only for the rich? Think again on: March 29, 2021, 05:36:57 PM
Investment aren't only for the rich but there are certain assets that requires a  minimum amount to be able to buy in and get a share on their company which may be the reason behind the myth of " Only the rich can invest in the best business" but there are loopholes to be able to get a share from these companies such as pooling of funds.

But not all investments on big companies can provide a huge profit as most of the higher profitable investment came from the brand new companies. They may be higher risks but the reward behind it is worth it.

Your progress from having a huge investment fund may be faster but it doesn't mean that having low funds to start on won't be fast also as there are ways and timing where you can expedite your investment faster. More research, knowledge and being able to keep up to the market news and opportunities will help you boost your way on profiting.
We can really tell the difference between those people who had bigger and deeper pockets than to those who do have just that minimum deposit or investment that they could possibly produce.
There are indeed probabilities or chances that you can still make money out of those small capital but it would be definitely be a big challenge or would really be needing that extra effort
than to those who had bigger bankrolls or capitals because a slight movement in the price would really be a considerable profit gain for them but of course to think that theyve
been risking a lot higher compared to yours then its understandable. Its just the difference on the intensity of the fund that had been put out.
3736  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit My Full Time Job to Trade Cryptos Full Time on: March 29, 2021, 04:47:33 PM
It's a risky decision but if what you're doing is working smoothly so far why not?

There are some good arbitrage opportunities on DeFi space and Decentralized exchanges but you mentioned you do arbitrage trade on centralized exchanges too, arbitrage does not work out well on centralized exchanges and I'm interested to know how could you buy and send coins/tokens from one exchange to another exchange and sell there and be able to withdraw with profit, there are huge amount of fake volume on many exchanges and even if the exchange you're trading on has true volume, how can you be sure that the price is not going to pump/dump against your wish when your coin/token is received in that exchange wallet, Good luck and I hope the strategy that you're using works out in the long-term as well.

Considering all those factors it's really tough to find those potential project to use for arbitrage trading.

It's need a lot of time and good system to anticipate which coin will move and what percentages is your possible profits. Risky as it is, since you mentioned those fake volumes and those bots that mostly been used inside exchange. One mistake and everything will ruined the process but a successful trade means a good value to your investment.
When it comes to arbitrage betting then this isnt something that can really be done so easily by someone  because these kind of situation or opportunities doesnt really come too often
because platforms could really have those tight gaps when it comes to live market price and doesnt really have too much a wide space of opportunity for you to make that guaranteed profit.
It doesnt matter whether you do get profits on arbitrage or simply with those typical buy and sell behavior then whats the most important is that you would able to make profits
in the end of the day. Sustaining yourself or quitting up your job just because you do decide to go full time with trade is a risky one but if you do find out to be profitable
then why would hesitate?
3737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you in panic whenever there is a big drop in price? on: March 28, 2021, 11:42:51 PM
It all depends on Bitcoin, if Bitcoin shows bearish chart maybe I will be panic and selling my Altcoins that I bought. I don't care how much money I lose, I can enter Altcoins again when the price is dip. I couldn't hold Altcoins for so long if Bitcoin was already bearish.
Wont really be a nice idea unless if you do accumulate altcoin and tend to make some cut loss then this would be a typical action but not really that suggested because we do have
always the chance for recovery rather than on selling then better accumulate more when the price is cheap or bargain. Its no denial that when bitcoin market tends to be bearish
then altcoins do usually follow which people do really make this as a common indication when it comes to trend change where they do make out some analysis out of it.
3738  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin get back to 60K this week? on: March 28, 2021, 10:44:39 PM
60K or 50K?
In the last 3 weeks, the bitcoin price has reached the $60,000 mark twice. It's possible for the bitcoin price to breach the $60,000 mark once more before the end of the month of March. Many crypto market analysts were saying the bitcoin price could reach $75,000 to $80,000 before the end of the month of April 2021. The bitcoin price will get a massive boost from the Covid-19 intervention funds by the American government know as "Covid-19 Stimulus Package" up to $1.9 trillion-dollars.

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/03/07/us/politics/whats-in-the-stimulus-bill.html
Not really that a fan on following those analysts calls when it comes to price predictions or possible movement. When there's a breach then we cant determine if it can sustain or
would just basically be rejected off and we would be playing around below 60k price point which is the thing currently happening as of this moment.Playing around 53k-60k price
is something we can consider on consolidation mode. There are not possible big movements on next month to come but we know that there would be sudden
fundamentals or news that pops out from nowhere which would eventually spark out the entire market and can really possibly able to move the market.
3739  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19, Lockdown and repercussions on: March 28, 2021, 09:51:18 PM
I'd like to discuss the financial and the mental repercussions of the pandemic plus, how do you cope with the Lockdown yourself?
Our country experienced a lockdown, and now I guess we'll experience it again as the COVID-19 cases per day are massively increasing. The only thing I'm doing during lockdown is to study and earn more knowledge in different aspects as it might help me to grow. It's kinda hard but I won't stay and chill at home during lockdown while everyone is struggling because this is the right time to develop ourselves in terms of physical, mental, and emotional because we need to be strong in order to survive the pandemic.
As if we do have some choice? Rather than on sitting and just waiting for some aid then its better to make yourself efficient even on the times like these. It might be hard but
its not impossible.Everything could really have their own solution and making yourself way more productive even on the convenience of your own home could still be done.
It is just on someones on how they do deal up with the problem and finding the possible solutions that could really help them out to survive this hard times.
Lock downs would be most likely be on domino effect specially now that the cases is gradually rising once again.People should at least mind when it comes to
discipline or following health protocols because this would really be a never ending problem if we do continue to behave like this.
3740  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Efforts of holding wasted on: March 28, 2021, 08:57:36 PM
People be like
Don't always sell all the coins and tokens you own because they can rise in future but I've hold so many coins since 2018 and only very few gives me 50$ to 70$  Grin today, isn't this laughable??

I be like
It's always wise to hold only very popular coins for future sake like the period we are in presently, not all altcoins will pump and give you a thousand dollar gain or more, if I've spent my time to gather top altcoins I would be in happy mood right now
Just because you have seen that other people had gained too much on their altcoin portfolio doesnt mean that you would be earning the same if you do held some alts.
It will be varying on what coins you've been holding and this is where personal selection would really be different to each other since not all people would
have the same view or perception into those projects that they do encounter on.It just turns out that other peoples selection is a good one compared to yours
and thats why they do make out some nasty profits on just simply holding because of that.So i can say that it is a bit needing some mix of luck
into these kind of circumstances.
