4621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: YoBit withdrawal still pending? on: May 27, 2018, 04:18:18 PM
Is it normal for a pending withdrawal to be a 0 confirmation after 3 days? Losing money because my withdrawal is still pending and no answer to my tickets. Contacted a moderator/admin in the chat and he told the technical team will get to it. What do I do now, wait it out or is there another way to contact them?
Even if you do find out another way but still you would really end up on waiting because everything should really need to be fixed for that withdrawal to go through and you are lucky that someones do answer you in the chat because Yobit is known to be horrible when it comes to support matters when you do face issues or problems. Just pray and hope that it wont took so long for them to resolve or else your money will be pending for a long period of time.
4622  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hitbtc death? on: May 27, 2018, 03:28:50 PM
Hitbtc is low volume now, and mostly bots trading, makes it really sad.

What do you mean low volume, they are amongst the top 10 trading platforms with at least $300M per 24 hours. I don't know about the bots though, because I haven't use any on my trading, plus I did trade on HitBTC and was able to withdraw without any issues. So I can't judge them unfairly.

But the good news is that there are a lot of trading platforms out there, good options if you are not happy with HitBTC then we can register on others and see it your self. I even traded on Livecoin before, which has a volume of around  $30K today. So there's always that risk, it just up to us how to mitigate and used our common sense.

I dont know why these people do proclaim things which isnt true and without any proofs yet as a trader we do know the current standing of hitbtc when it comes to volume and overall ranking in the market.Where we can definitely say that this isnt dying and as you said there are lots of options of exchanger if we dont like a particular exchange its just really a matter of users preference in the end.
4623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is IDEX exchange legit? on: May 26, 2018, 09:29:42 PM
IDEX is one of the legit exchanges and I used it twice for selling my tokens. I would say it's like EtherDelta and Forkdelta the interface is quit intimidating for first timers.
I do agree that if you are first timer on using up these decentralized erc20 exchanges you would really be confused on their interface but somehow they do really have guidelines which would really be suggested anytime to read up before using up the exchange.
Yes IDEX exchange is legit.  idex support a lot of 20token REC.  you can buy sell token on idex.  Sometimes idex is also often unpredictable.
What unpredictable? Its always been unpredictable when it comes to prices just like on other typical popular exchangers too the difference on here is that this is a decentralized ones but rest assured this is legit.
4624  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading vs. Buy and Hold on: May 26, 2018, 09:17:43 PM
Yes, long-term investment gives you a better chance of not losing money than intraday trading.
When it comes to risk then you are correct simply holding for long term would really somehow give you the chance to make profits without worrying too much on the price on daily basis since you are holding for longer time then you are expecting profits for more months or years but there are people who do loves to risk out and do short trades which is indeed can make you money more than or compared on just holding it up.
4625  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-25]Sberbank Attempts to Launch Russia’s First Initial Coin Offering on: May 26, 2018, 08:00:18 PM
To be honest, I did not expect such a decision from Sberbank of Russia. Until that time, Russian banks were categorically against the introduction of any crypto currency in any form. Even advocated the introduction of criminal liability for the use of crypto currency as a means of payment. It seems that the crypto currency will develop in Russia. If this one of the most popular banks in Russia enters their tokens, then other banks will follow its example.
I really dont consider for a coin to be called a "Cryptocurrency" when government do make their own tokens this wont really be far to be considered to be e-cash or e-fiat. All centralized things cant be called as crypto.
Countries which do accept and do create their own coin i would really not be surprised for other countries to go with the trend as well when they do saw other countries is doing it already.
4626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Argentinian Bank is going to use Bitcoin For Cross-Border Transactions on: May 26, 2018, 07:00:41 PM
There are a lot of options for doing this and I'm not sure Bitcoin is the best suited, but as long as it meets their needs I'm in favor of it. Seems like something like ripple is designed for precisely this type of thing.
Same thoughts and views which it is somehow impossible for bitcoin to be adopted in terms of this kind of use which i do rather believe centralized coins would be considered to be adopted or to be applied or implemented but still a good news to everybody yet this adoption is a positive one and might be an eye opener for some countries and might make the same move later on.
4627  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How long does it take for an ICO to be profitable? on: May 26, 2018, 05:52:23 PM
How long does it take for an ICO to be profitable?

Theres no specific time on where your investment on ICO would be profitable since not all the time where coins do hit exchangers do guaranteed it would hit up higher than the ICO price since there are cases where it do drops lesser than on the sale which would end up for its investors to be on loss and would wait up for the price to recover. As an investor you should really not expect anytime to profit and this is always part of the risk.
4628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My trade history in day trading - What do you think? on: May 26, 2018, 04:50:52 PM
- What do you think about this result? I know that it is a very small amount of money, but I want to elevate it to an entire btc (lol)\
As long you are making profits on your own trading ways then you are definitely doing fine since not all people can easily make profits with trading.

- Should I change the Exchange that I'm using?
Any exchange would be used doesnt matter since it doesnt affect on how for you to be profitable,it always matter with your skills.

- Would it be a good idea to keep updating my balance history to everyone watch? I will not withdraw any amount of money til I get 5 btcs in that shit..
I think that Would be cool to make it live using the exchanges APIs, but I don't know how to do this :d

I know that you are getting pumped up but always remember on the risk and stay on the path and dont get greedy when you are profiting.
4629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: What do we excpect from the future? on: May 24, 2018, 11:35:43 PM
After reading almost more than a half of it with excitement, I realized that it is a promotional article of a project but not a economical discussion.  Grin
I guess this thread, after a few adjustments, belongs to Marketplace (Altcoin) section if it is about a project not involving Bitcoin.
Get used to it yet there are lots of similar post which do make some interesting topic title and introductions but mostly they do end up on promoting a potential project. It isnt really bad but sometimes it do really stop our excitement when we do try to look for an interesting topic. Its not bad to have promotional ads yet this is a forum after all.The thing here if you dont like to read up the entire article then its better to jump or skips directly on the last sentences. Grin
4630  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are the alternatives for Bitcointalk? on: May 24, 2018, 11:00:27 PM
Several forums similar to Bitcointalk have existed, but none had succeeded. I'm not sure about the correct url, but it is for the altcoins. In that it has got the same form as our bitcointalk.org, such as the ranking, merit, badges, etc. Even some bounty campaigns too were running.

That is really great mate. If there is option to earn money with the other forum newbies who is looking to earn the tokens via bounty will be looking to earn the bitcoin and ethereum if there is option for campaigning there bro.

I have came across many forum and places to earn the money but none of forum will be able to various option to earn the money like doing in this forum mate. You please share the link of the forum you mentioned here.
I also check many forums but in very short period I have no forum like this even too much spam but still we have many opportunities for newbies for good and technical knowledge and as become Sr Member they have good chance for have good amount of money I sure many are doing full time now here on this forum
Spam is inevitable into this forum considering on the traffic instances are high and quite common but you do have some point inspite on having those flaws of this forum but still this is the best place to learn up about crypto.Just take a look only into valuable informations rather than on seeing on spam and useless ones.I cant think any similar bitcoin forum which do have the same popularity as this one.
4631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trust you trading experience and don't panic on: May 24, 2018, 09:29:44 PM
The hardest part is controlling the emotions, making the decision to hold or CL. this requires experience and emotional control.
and panic is the biggest enemy of a trader, forget your token and relax in trading. Wink
If you cannot control your emotions, then i think trading will not work out for you.Trading is all about profit so you should know the best things to do especially if you are facing tough times in trading.Panic selling will make you lose in most of the times but there are times also that it will create a positive result than just holding your coins throughout the year. The desicion is all yours that's why you have to be flexible and cautious all the time.
I must say that that having a good control over your emotions is the very first step towards making of some good earning whether you are there in the world of trading or busy in doing any other investment or business. If you are not having this quality within your personality, then there is nothing good which you can expect to have and that you will hardly be able to have something better.
When it comes to investment and even on just normal activities on life.Emotion control will really have a big effect on the things we are engage on because if we can able to control this thing and we do really have that patience. Then we can calmly do things that we must supposed to do into these unexpected circumstances specially on trading where we do engage on volatile price and we are talking and risking our money on here, calm mind and proper preparation and back up is needed.
4632  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coins with price lower price has more chances to moon? on: May 24, 2018, 07:57:57 PM
but it must really be a good coins. otherwise you have to wait a hundred years until he goes to the moon. Look at Dogecoin and Mooncoin. People have been waiting since 2013 and nothing happens . universa and sonm have a chance they'll be worth a lot later.
This should always took into consideration where not all coins having low price do have the chance to go to the moon where it would always depend on how good the coin is.Not just basically or carelessly buying out coins without any basis and same as being said you would really end up on holding for lots of years and you wont even be sure if it would rise up its price or just totally on a stable state or worse it would dumped to death.
4633  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you follow trading advice from crypto influencers? on: May 24, 2018, 07:29:54 PM
I think that the cryptocurrency market us unique, because many investors don't understand blockchain technology.  So they rely upon experts on YouTube, Twitter, and Telegram for information, analysis, and advice.  As a result, we have the phenomenon of crypto influencers.  Some are reputable, like Carter Thomas of Coin Mastery, but others are not.  What's your opinion on Crypto influencers?  Are they good for this market and the cryptocurrency movement?  Do you take advice from them?  And who's good to follow?
Its good to hear analysis from other people sometimes but self analysis and research is still best way to survive in this kind of ecosystem. We know in crypto world a lot of self proclaim experts emerge strong some are reputable but a lot are fakes and just creating hypes over crypto that they are into. So its better to have self analysis than following someones tactics.
Preferred this thing all the time where i dont really trust up any advice in the internet if i do then i would always try to research to have back up analysis if those things being proclaimed is possible. If it does then i might followed it up but depending on case to case basis. Self analysis would always be ideal because if you do make mistakes you wont really too much on regret and easily moved on but if you do base on others analysis and you failed up then you might even more stressed out yourself.
4634  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What do you miss? as a service. on: May 21, 2018, 10:42:51 PM
There are literally hundreds of ideas that aren't taken yet. I don't know why you think that we have all the services that we need. We won't have even 10% of what we need!
Some examples:
Stores. Stores with anything and everything. We can't buy books, jewelry, cars. There are some places around the world that sell locally, but there are none that would serve clients worldwide.
Travel agencies that accept Bitcoin would be nice. Especially if you'd be able to book a whole trip including the hotels and meals in one place.

There are really still lots of ideas which haven't been taken and same as you said and mentioned above but we do know the restriction or adoption rate why it is still impossible to make such one. Due to laws and other factors will really able to block such creation.Good to see services which crypto can be applied aside from traditional things being used by fiat and as crypto user you would really see and feel the convenience that it gives.
Yes, i agree because most of the establishments are following the rules while some factors that could really affect their business. That's why they have to manage a way to be able to make their business or company works. Everything is set by a rules and a law so you will be able to work legally if you are following the laws. We might not get the whole package of services that we want but there will be someone that could give us the services that we want to.
This is actually the hard part thats why some business owners who do have plans didnt proceed to do such thing because of limitations or laws which is really hassle when you try to comply. Therefore, before making any plans always consider or check out if your place or country isnt too strict when it comes to new things specially in the involvement of crypto. Its always accompanied which such regulation and we know government would really impose that one.
4635  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade for money or emotional satisfaction? on: May 21, 2018, 09:05:08 PM
First, you can not be satisfied emotionally when you are trading cryptocurrency. Second, trading imply that you are carrying out economic activities and that suggest you are looking for financial gain. Trader in essence trade for money!
Definitely true which i cant even see a connection why emotional satisfaction is being connected into trading since we do know on what we are aiming for if we do talk about trading crypto or any related things. We do this for money and thats signifies financial satisfaction and if you do seek out for emotional we can anytime to have relation with other people where emotion will really be relevant. Main reason why we do trade is to make MONEY. Period
4636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward? on: May 21, 2018, 08:07:07 PM
Many ICOs have realized that Bounty hunters always sell their coins immediately they give it out to their wallets especially when they are on exchanges. What are the reasons why they sell it out and what should bounty hunters do when they are given the tokens.

Where is your source? Basically every second ICO have bounties so would be really hard to get real numbers.   I speculate that not even 50% of bounties gets sold in the first month.

Now think. Doing bounties takes time and if this guys are doing many then it take them all day. That si what they do. So of course they need to buy food and pay electricity to be able to do bounties in first place. It is normal they spend their salary for that or how they could survive.
50% not being sold? I dont think so, i would rather believe almost 98% will really be sold out once those coins would hit up on exchanges and as you said for a typical guy who do make bounties for living wont really have the doubts on selling his own token just to assure on that money the do made on such finishing the job on promoting them.Well its their own choice yet they do have the full control of their own tokens since they do make hard work for them to earn those tokens. If they sold out then its always been their choice.
4637  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help needed: Signature Campaign Budget on: May 21, 2018, 06:42:59 PM
This [1] should give you an idea about the current payout of the campaigns and also the budget (how long It's going to run, number of participant and payout per post): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

There is no minimum though, you can the least and still have members that will participant but the quality of the posts will be far from being good and that could negatively affect your advertised service.
Was supposed to give out the link but well it is already being mentioned which it would really be helpful in your part to look at on the current rates being used up by most companies who are running signature campaign. Budget allocation will really depend on what you desire, simple mathematics will really just be enough to make calculations and also consider the salary of the campaign manager on weekly basis if you do plan to hire one or you would handle for yourself.
4638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy Token When Bounty Hunters Sell They Coins on: May 21, 2018, 05:31:38 PM
Hello guys, I hope you all have a nice day. Wink
in this year a lot of ICO projects that make Bounty Campaign, When ICO successful and has been listed in the market, Most bounty hunter immediately sell all coins they have.
This causes the price of a token to fall even away from the ICO price.
Have you taken advantage of this moment, guys? I think its moment is a good time to buy a token with a cheap price. how about you?
very happy to hear your experience about that. Wink
I believe that there are lots of investors or traders who do keep an eye into this event and even myself do wait up to buy after all the dumpers had sold of their coins. This is already a normal thing when new coins hit on exchangers, hunter will normally dump it to secure profits or payout into their advertising to the project. Some might buyback on dip but mostly will really always after on accumulating Eth or Btc. When dump happens and the coin is reasonable to invest then i would really do such thing.
4639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much privacy coins are really needed? on: May 21, 2018, 05:08:08 PM
I made a table:

I thought that one of essential parts of crypto is privacy but it appears that people do not appreciate privacy as much as it seems, if you take all the transactions of Monero, Zcash, Bitcoin and Ethereum for 100%, then only 1.32% falls on Monero and Zcash, what is your thoughts on this?

This table doesnt really signify how coin is being used either on privacy matter or just on a typical transaction for a particular day.Lets say ETH do lead up on transaction volume but it doesnt mean that hes one of the best used when it comes to anonymity whereas theres no basis that people do make use of ETH do have that purpose. This is why i do really see this data to be valid because this is just simply showing on transaction volume and not really on how people do like anonymity or any other things attached to it.
4640  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-20] The ‘Flippening’ Of Bitcoin (BTC) Has Begun on: May 20, 2018, 11:10:31 PM
We cant really deny the possibilities that flippening would really happen yet we have seen already Eth dominance on last year on where it do almost reach out on Btc but somehow the pace didnt able to sustain on where it goes back as it should be. As of this moment ETH dominance cant really cope up with Btc which it does simply means support is still strong in the side of the King of Crypto but anything can really happen in a matter of time.
