Study Claims: Over 60% of Top 100 Cryptocurrencies Have No Working Product

Study shows which currencies made the cut.  Do you agree with this list?  What others should be added?

Projects that made the cut are:
“0x Protocol, Ardor, Augur, Bancor, Bat, Bibox Token, Binance Coin, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitshares, Bytecoin, Decred, Ethereum, Golem, Huobi Token, Komodo, Kucoin Shares, Kyber network, Litecoin, Loom Network, Monero, Nano, Neo, Pivx, Polymath, Pundi X, Qtum, Ripple, Siacoin, Steem, Stellar, Tether, Wanchain, Waves, Zcash, and Zencash.”

https://news.bitcoin.com/over-60-of-top-100-cryptocurrencies-have-no-working-product-study-claims/
60% is just too low in my own opinion. How about to say 98% of them doesnt have working product? It would be more convincing on my ears but well even they do have product or not. We can always presume that
projects that really give some innovation can sustain for longer terms or years to come and those shitty projects will just die or fall off.It isnt really a big issue at all.
4522  Economy / Services / Re: Do you need t-shirt? We can start business With any currency on: September 11, 2018, 09:01:08 PM
I'm a little confused by this thread OP. Are you selling custom t-shirts for BTC (the design, creation or both?), or are you wishing to start a business & looking for a partner?
If you try to read it up carefully he do mention on those people who do wants to have a business where he would really act as a supplier of those t-shirts.
Making a deal or business with people online with less feedbacks wont really be that effective due to trust issues and further more for OP, could you post up some samples?

4524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: ****Signature Campaign SNOVIAN.SPACE**** on: September 07, 2018, 07:23:07 PM
Ok, I have completed this week's post task, so where is the spreadsheet? It seems that the popularity of your bounty campaign is not very high, should you consider raising the reward?
Is your reward sent directly to the Ethereum address?
The spreadsheet will be available next week, as for reward, it will be distributed to ETH wallets of the participants

Whats?  How about us ? How we can start posting if there's no confirmation and spreadsheet?  Did you guys send email for those who are accepted like on your YouTube bounties?
We need to see the activity for the first week to see if this qualifies and makes sense to us to partner with bounty hunters. If you are active within the first week there is a very high chance of approval. This is a pretty ordinary technique for companies and bounty hunters who value partnership from both sides.

So what you mean here is the applicants will wear your signature for free in a week? You required them to wear the signature before applications and now your telling them that theres no spreadsheet for that whole week?Wow this was the first time that ive seen this kind of strategy from the company to get a free advertisement lol 😂😂😂
This is totally unprofessional which they do need people to wear signature for a week and theres no assurance of such payment? What a new rule i have seen and this should really be reported.
4525  Economy / Marketplace / Re: John McAfee's Unhackable Bitfi Wallet Is Hacked Again on: September 06, 2018, 10:05:18 PM
Good for him, hes nothing but a hype artist. He was collecting payment to pump altcoins last year during the acrive phase of the bull market. He was paid by someone which the community assumes is Adam Guerbuez to pump Burst which made it look bad.

Exactly, he is not a type of person that we should take seriously. Initially he was a self proclaimed media/influencer. And then later it was unmasked that he is charging for his "coin of the day" tweet. Exorbitant in the 5 digit figure. I don't know why people are attracted to him and willing to pay him that much money. And to make matters worst, he said that his twitter account was hacked, LMAO.
Twitter hack is just an alibi and the truth he do really make some charges or fee when it comes on shilling out a particular coin or project which is really a shameful thing and
now he do even advertised that unhackable wallet and look at it now? What happen? It do have multiple instances about vulnerability which is really opposing on what he claims.
I dont know if people would still trust this man because ever since i didnt really tend to listed up on this dude's words.
4526  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-09-04] 111,000 Bitcoin Wallet Becomes Active After 4 Years of Dormancy on: September 04, 2018, 10:47:38 PM

Bitcoin is meant to not disclose owner identity of transactions when moving value. The fact that people are heavily speculating about who or what these funds belong to, perfectly points out that Bitcoin is working as it should. It's none of anyone's business to know who's behind what transaction.

Its really none of our business on whose the one who do own those bitcoins.Even just thinking up those millions of dollars being moved out into exchanger do already give me some worries about verification due to
big amount. Its really none of our business on what are the things he would do since its his bitcoin by the way. We can speculate as many as we can but we wont really know the truth behind it.Just be amazed on how that certain person accumulate that much which will somehow interest me.
4527  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Bitcoin Wallet Blockchain Says It’s Adding 50k Users Per Day on: August 30, 2018, 08:21:33 PM
50K daily is 350K in one week and 1.500K in one month. I highly believe most of them are current/active or old users of blockchain.info
Interest in crypto was huge when price hit 20K usd, now everything is in silent so can't imagine 50K new customer daily. It's not a shot at coinbase too but a bold line that their wallet attracts new people in crypto.
This is what i believed too where those daily sign ups wont really be totally came from new users which i do even believe that this is came from old users
which do plan to create new wallets.Interest on new people into this bear market wont really give any possibilities to reach out those hits.
4528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop on: August 25, 2018, 08:15:02 PM
Although I do not do airdrops but I know that they are also very good ways to make profit as long as you join good and reasonable projects because some of them give reasonable rewards and they are growing well in the crypto market.
On most cases or if we do talk generally airdrops isnt a good way to make profit most of the time unless if you do hit the right project then you might get some amounts but wont really be that big since we do know airdrops do only give a small amount of tokens to the public on each user.

Airdrop is just like a Giveaway for success of ICO
That easy way to earn coin with easy simple
But too much airdrop coin too cheap
Its always been part of the marketing strategy to increase projects existence and awareness and yes this is the easy way to earn tokens but most of the time these airdrops do only give out a full load of shit tokens.
4529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Frustrations: Losing Streak on: August 20, 2018, 09:42:11 PM
When i have losing  in my sport betting than i am taking some break to refresh my brain and mind.it is not any obligation for me to bet if i feel it is obligation to me than it is signal to stop
This is the correct mindset which you shouldnt force out yourself or do like its an obligation for you to bet more if you do lose which means it would really be always an ideal thing for you  to stop rather than forcing yourself to cope up those loses once again. This is the common mistake of most gamblers. Losing streak is normal if we arent lucky enough but we should only spend the money that we can afford to lose in the first place.

4531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dota 2 - The international 2018 on: August 15, 2018, 08:23:39 PM
EG are the only team so far to have gone 2-0 in their first qualifier. As I said, I really like their roster, with Arteezy, s4 and Fly being favorite players of mine. I suppose I can start liking them again now that Fear has left - I hated him and ppd.

Secret are currently being beaten by Serenity - who are they?
Check on here https://www.gosugamers.net/dota2/teams/23622-team-serenity. The team compose of Chinese members i do only know 1 of them and the rest is just new into my eyes but all of them do really have that good plays and when you see their win rate this team would be a strong contender.
4532  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I have good ideas, but cant code on: August 13, 2018, 02:39:04 PM
I have had many great ideas like new system for lottery (fair for players, with a confirmed jackpot, will not increase or decrease, always the same) and dota 2 and other game wagering (firstblood did it first but i came up with the idea before i knew what firstblood was) but i can not code and i dont have any money at all to pay for coders and such to make my ideas come to fruition, what should i do?
This is the hard part is on where you do have that nice idea but you do lack on resources or funds to hire coders or just simply you dont have the skills to code. Just like what others propose on here. Learn up to code gradually or just make an outline regarding into your ideas and might get some attention from possible investors which would definitely draft out your idea but the question is, would it be just great to be considered?
4533  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Not Declaring Bitcoin Income on: August 10, 2018, 09:19:14 PM
Bitcoin is very trackable. But the thing is how do you decide whom to track? There is no good automated way to do it. Bitcoin is out of the purview of any country really, and should be treated that way. I wrote some about it here.

If you convert Bitcoin to fiat, pay income tax on it if your country has income tax. Simple.

Bitcoin ATM's bring up some legality concerns. Technically you are selling them for fiat, so you should also pay taxes like it's income instead of like it's a bank.

I'm in the United States. That's how it is here, as well as pretty much anywhere. It's just a question, is there income tax?

Yes mate. We have a different country that we live in but the same way on how the taxes can be collected from us. And i guess many countries does the same way as ours. We cannot use bitcoins in a lot of transactions everywhere, so what we need to do is to convert our bitcoins into fiat. In that way, we are all obligated to declare our income from bitcoin to our local currency. Therefore it is not true that bitcoin can destroy a country just because of thaxes issues.
Each country might have or not have that kind of law when it comes to bitcoin taxes but on normal cases we are really obliged to pay up taxes. How you would able to hide the transactions into your bank account when you do make conversions from btc to fiat? For sure you would got questioned specially when you earn big amounts but for smaller or reasonable ones then i dont think it would be a big issue.
For now we should cherish on not paying up taxes because sooner or later they would surely implement it.
4534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Should we believe the ICObench? on: August 08, 2018, 10:14:11 PM
Have you ever noticed that some ICOs refer on their score on ICObench during crowdsales. There are some experts that assess the ICO by follow criteria: Team, Vision and Product.

How useful is this score? Should we take it into consideration when performing a research on the ICO?
Searching up informations on ICO rating sites isnt bad but when the time comes where these rating sites are prone to buy reviews and can be paid up by project not only on ICObench but also on other review sites as well.
Therefore, i dont easily entrust any reviews came to them and rely it fully on my decision on which project should i invest in and as an investor always seek up justifiable informations not just rather basing on other reviews.

4536  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: August 07, 2018, 08:40:54 PM
You can ruin someone's life actually
You never know how addicted he will get

This is exactly what I thought.

You can introduce it to them, but you also should properly disclaim the dangers of gambling and what can come with it.
If I introduced someone to gambling and they became addicted and ruined their life, I would feel awful.

Truthfully OP, I think it is the wrong idea to try and convince people to enjoy gambling. Gambling can be fun, I'm sure it would be easy to convince them. But they do have the chance of ruining their life and blaming you for it, then you having to carry that weight with you...
You wont able to avoid the feeling of guilt when you do saw someone suffering because of the consequences he do able to get with gambling addiction and at first place you are the ones who do try to tell him about how gambling is enjoyable. You might not expect it but all people do have the chance to get addicted right away. You should remind him at first on the possible risk so that you wont really able to carry the weight when theres something happen to him.
4537  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Was coinmarketcap hacked? on: August 05, 2018, 10:33:36 PM
I noticed Coingecko went nuts too. It started moving coins up and down. Bcash went to number 13 on their list despite the actual numbers remaining static. Maybe they all have the same back end.
Probably!

I had missed out to see those numbers changed on CMC but this is not literally an incident which is connected to any hacks. This is just a glitch or error if CMC do made an update to their system.
For now i havent seen any differences when it comes to price. Why would people react too much?  Cheesy
4538  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-08-03] ICO Capital Raised in July Was Lowest Since June 2017 on: August 03, 2018, 10:27:07 PM
ICO Onasander is a scam

SFCapital.io - SCAM - fake team

BETLYCOIN - SCAM

Strix Global have a fake team!

Octaex.com SCAM

There are still many cases of scam ICOs, will come a time when people will no longer believe in these ICOs

Sooner or later it would really come to a point on where high percentage of projects do launch wont able to reach up even their minimum cap.
Investors would really be afraid and wont trust any of these projects anymore due to those scams and even on projects/tokens do have value but didnt
able to deliver on what they do promised out when they are still on early phase or simply a dead project.

I Need to Know, Can I Change "MyEtherWallet" Login Password? Am Think Someone Use My Wallet!
You might talking about that password you do created when you make a new MEW wallet but those password are only just on your json.file not literally a password for your wallet generally.
If someone do have access on your wallet then no doubt someone do possess up your privatekeys yet this is the most common way for you to access your wallet. For now you cant do anything but to transfer those token balances if you are still lucky.
4540  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When market is down A lot of traders become emotional:) What about you? on: July 31, 2018, 10:37:00 PM
Honestly, I'm starting to think that it's better to trade on Forex. Because in this market it is too difficult to make any forecasts, I think that until the cryptocurrency market is regulated, there would not be any stability.
Your decision but i would ask you this. How come traditional fiat currencies being stable? Stability means no movements and if you do engage yourself into forex you would able to make profits even on those small movements might not be on big spreads but a considerable thing to make money but comparing on potential profits with crypto we can see the difference. It might not be backed but the money making opportunity is here if you would decide to risk up.
