3741  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: April 21, 2017, 03:24:45 PM
If the money you have is not in use for a need, you better save it in the bank. for if you invest through online when you want to exchange it back you should see what prices are rising or are declining.
Bank is the safest play to store your money, also it will gain a little interest while you have a very comfortable feeling. I want to save but
I do not just want to save all my life, I will also invest because it is the only chance I can grow my money faster and my dream to become rich
will be realize.

Well investing value are greater compare when you save your at bank.
Let say if you invest on gold and sell on the next year , the value will greater than current value
compare with bank's interest that only able to made small profit although it's has past 1 year

Yah. banks are not meant for investing in the first place if you don't have a million. we can say for now that banks are somewhat necessary in our

lives, you might not he able to expect a big profit but it is the safest way or storing our money, almost all online payment system is connected to them

and the most important one it can help you in your financial problem. If you wanna try investing pick a different choice.
3742  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: April 20, 2017, 11:49:27 PM
It is trading your bitcoin into goods or services. Trading into other products, it is more profitable I think. You must have good sales talk, know how to trade and know your products better to make others trade to your products. It's risky sometimes because you don't know what will gonna happen if you will earn more or having more profitable.

It's my first time hearing that kind of trade on bitcoins. how do we profit from that? Have you tried it yourself? i have heard trading goods to goods

using fiat? is it the same from that. Altcoin to bitcoin and bitcoin to fiat are the only ones i know. they are tested profitable to do online. i don't know if

that method of yours also does.
3743  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best platform for day to day trading? on: April 20, 2017, 11:34:20 PM
In day trading. the platform that has the highest volume is the best choice and that is poloniex but if you're planing to be a whale on low market cap

altcoins you can use either bittrex or yobit for that because poloniex is very picky on the coins that will be put in their exchange.
3744  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I educate myself on bitcoin for investing? on: April 20, 2017, 09:51:40 PM
I myself did some research before going into trading, what I did was I watched a lot of youtubers who educate you on what to do and what are the commonly mistakes newbies do when trading. I highly doubt there are books available for that since technology is widely used rather than going to libraries. And now I'm here at bitcointalk too learn more about it.

lol. haven't you heard of the word e-book? it is basically a book in a digital form. you might not be able to find book in a paperback on libraries but

there are tons of ebooks on the web. for example is this which you can get for free https://www.scribd.com/document/222803792/A-Beginner-s-Guide-to-Altcoin-Day-Trading

and this one is available both in paperback and digital form https://www.amazon.com/Bitcoin-Trading-Investing-Beginners-crypto-currency-ebook/dp/B00TQ0J12S.

you shouldn't limit your resources, don't search only on youtube. use google.
3745  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best trading site now? on: April 20, 2017, 09:23:19 PM
I like Bitfinex for margin trading lending, poloniex for daytrade on BTC and other high volume alts  and cryptopia for small ammount shitcoin trade.

I don't recommend using bitfinex. they have major problems every year. a few months ago they got hacked and now banks blocked their deposits. they

are one of the most popular yet they have a bad service. i advise op to use either poloniex or bittrex whos the most secure and stable exchange as of

now, they are basically the same but the volume is much bigger on poloniex.
3746  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: April 20, 2017, 08:27:50 PM
I don't think both of them can be compared, as paypal is a service - a mediator which transacts on your behalf through your bank account, card or loaded funds where Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency - a currency itself. Still, Bitcoin has more chances of getting accepted and used widespread as its fee is least compared to any services online or offline for monetary transfers whether domestic or international.

Yah it is but they are both an alternative payment system online thats why you can't help it if people started comparing them.

what do you mean bitcoin has more chances of getting accepted when paypal has long been accepted and is used and recognized worldwide?

paypal has gained a lot on its past years and despite the bad feedbacks many company has still and counting are using it. bitcoin will take more time

to become equal or surpassed paypal. but i do agree that bitcoin has solved some flaws of paypal

3747  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: can I make 100$ in 2-3 month without a base money? on: April 20, 2017, 07:49:33 PM
If I have 0$ at the moment can I make 100$ in 2 or 3 months? How?
What if I deposited 20$ .. Can I make them 100$ in less time?

When the first time I know bitcoin, I don't have the money. but I can make money of bitcoin without having money.
in the end I was able to make $100/week. so I am also sure you can do it. many ways to get bitcoin and that is already available in this forum. good luck Smiley
You are just new and you earn $100 per week? Do you mind if you share what are your ways? i want to learn from your tips, sounds good because we dont need amount of money to start.

$100 dollars weekly is a nice amount, I don't think he will share this method with us...  Cheesy

If he does, probably it won't work anymore as many people would start doing the same thing and the method would become dryed. That is why it's better each one find your own method to make profit, something few people know only, so the profit is higher.

Yah i also feel that way. people won't easily share their ways of earning. aside from that there is also a possibility that his method is a very risky

thing or maybe its just a bluff. sometimes its better to follow the usual ways or create your own way of earning.

If a member has a newbie rank here in the forum it doesn't mean that he's also a newbie in the crypto world.
3748  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BIT.AC :: MULTICURRENCY WALLET :: BUILT-IN INSTANT EXCHANGE :: Affiliate Program on: April 19, 2017, 07:30:26 PM
- I see the site is now very good but we need to look at the issue fee when making the transaction, I expect it will be lower than the current price. The low transaction costs will give us more opportunities to compete with other sites and I think the web needs to announce some good strategies for future development, that will make the site become popular and create trust for site users. Incessant development and improvement will make the website last longer

Yah. soon there will be more competitors thats why improvement is a vital thing. i have also used other multi currency wallets and what i like about

bit.ac more than them is they have monero in their coins list and by reading replies here in the thread i can guess that their support is active which is

big plus. my suggestions for now is for bit.ac to add more altcoins, ios wallet and lower their transaction fee.
3749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I have 0.5 BTC how to make money in Investment. on: April 19, 2017, 07:10:54 PM
i don't recommend putting all your money on one basket. and the worse is there no stable sites to invest. if you don't have time you can invest on some

stable altcoins like ETH, XMR and DASH these ones have proved themselves to be good for a long time investment but i will advise you to be cautious if

you want to keep them for years. my recommended time span is 5-8 months.
3750  Other / Off-topic / Re: Smartphones are vital to bitcoin growth on: April 19, 2017, 06:36:42 PM
More and more people are using smartphones thanks to budget friendly mid-rangers, almost anyone can now afford to buy a smartphone.

Mobile payment is becoming more common and it is an opportunity to acquaint people more into using bitcoin . Mobile payment will eventually replace credit cards or at least will make them less mainstream. An example  of this is Apple Pay. Bitcoin smartphone wallet  apps are to use when you have a transaction, you just scan a qr code and the transaction is done though will take some time to be confirmed.

Smartphones as you said, are becoming more like a one of the common goods, most of people have bought it because they are not so expensive nowadays.

But people may use also just regular wallets like blockchain.info or other web wallets, you can login on them through browser at mobile.
Not really! many people keep their bitcoin in their smart phones, me the one of them because you will feel safe and can check it every time you want to see and have other benefit like you can see avarange price so you when must sell bitcoin atto exchanger.

smartphones is one of the mediums we used but since there are many mediums this topic is very subjective. i use smartphones to store bitcoins but

its not my main wallet because i don't feel that "safe" thing on it. i'm the type that switch phones not because my current phone is old or theres a

new one released that i like but because i lost it. yah for convenience it is great but desktops are more secured.
3751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: top internet mystery: bitcoin on: April 19, 2017, 06:01:02 PM
It is quite funny to see a picture of some random japanese man as satoshi nakamoto in the video here https://youtu.be/moj5IMAXo8s?t=505

Don't know why they have placed that picture and who actually is that man  Grin

Its for the sake of the video. in most situations on youtube when you are just talking and literally have no raw video. you compile a tons of related pictures

to make it visually attractive for the viewers. its so dull if you only have your voice and some text. you might want to watch the video again and see on the

first part of intoducing bitcoin the narrator said "number one who created bitcoin" and when the random japanese man appeared the narrator said again

that "satoshi nakamoto is certainly a pseudonym so who is this mysterious creator". there are also other parts where the video emphasizes that the creator

is unknown.
3752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: April 19, 2017, 12:13:28 AM
lol. what's up with this question? earning bitcoins or fiat are the same. what others said are the ways you can easily found so there are also ways like

that on earning fiat but stop thinking that these are the only ways because you can always create one yourself. something unique. something you are

the only one or a few number of people use. conclusion is there there are indefinite ways so you don't need to get bound to the usual ways.
3753  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if all nations of the world started to use bitcoin on: April 18, 2017, 11:52:45 PM
If it covers 70% and above of our population then those unrealistic prices might stand a chance to come true. the certain thing is we can see a huge

increase on bitcoins price. those people on the goverment will eat their words so they will accept it but i agree that it will take some process but wont

be too long. i believe that those volatility thing that they talk about why they can't accept it is just a big excuse because if most of us will use it.

worrying about that is useless since it will not be lower like what they think.
3754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does any bank accept Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2017, 10:58:26 PM
Quote from: lovesybitz link=topic=1288238.msg186 22812#msg18622812 date=1492424352
I highly doubt there would be a bank for bitcoins because the whole point of btc is for it to be anonymous and that bank will totally destroy that ideal.
Indeed,  you are right! All banks are centralized or regulated industry while bitcoin is not centralized. although bitcoin for some other banks butcoin for them is a threat to their business. But the reality is not, instead bitcoin is very open type of source to any business.

I don't think there is any bank at a moment that is accepting bitcoins and even I don't see it happening even in future as bitcoin is a competitor to the banks so I don't think that banks will ever stand in support of bitcoins or will start accepting it.
To be honest, bitcoins in banks as a payment is possible just like in Japan that they already accepted bitcoin to their country and that means that there is a possibility for bitcoin to be accepted in banks as another type of payment, If a country or government accept bitcoin then its authorities will follow from its decisions.
I don’t think things are that easy the fact a payment method becomes accepted does not mean that  a bank needs to adopt it, they may choose not to do it, with lame excuses like saying that criminals use bitcoin and that they refuse to accept it or something like that.

Japan accepting bitcoin is just a start. all speculators and researchers will be watching bitcoin closely. if by any chance its unable to meet their

desired results. it can always fluke. since this is just starting point. the changes are still not that huge but hopefully as it go on and proved to be

successful we can actually see some changes. read the report of nomura research institute. it says bank acts and other laws may needed to be

changed if we want to adopt this technology
3755  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Online Shop that accepts BTC on: April 17, 2017, 06:58:49 PM
I don't know whether there is any online shop that accepts btc or not but I generally shop from purse.io as that is the site that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment and it also offers you great discount if you purchase goods using bitcoins.

I heard a few online shops who do accept bitcoin but sadly i forgot their names because i prefer using online shops with a good reputation. op can just

convert his bitcoin to USD or use purse.io like what you've said. I think this matter is already solved because it not a hard question so op should lock

this thread and confirm if it is or not.
3756  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Escrow service recemmendation on: April 17, 2017, 06:43:58 PM
a recommendation is not that necessary because you can see the feedbacks of people in a escrow from their trust rating, but a list of escrows is and it

can be found in just a simple search here. this whole thing will depend on what kind of transaction will you be doing and your budget. if you want

escrows without a fee then your options narrowed. you can find the details on their ann thread. the guy above me already provided the list.
3757  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you have an idea to invest your bitcoin in offline business? on: April 17, 2017, 06:30:26 PM
yes, now I'm trying to collect bitcoin to build a tavern or cafe, because at this time, shop or cafe is very much demand. so, I would probably make one shop or café favored by many people using bitcoin. Well, maybe it's the only shop in my place that will accept bitcoin as a means of exchange.

That's great to hear mate. I'm just wondering how much btc to have to save in order for you to build a café? I'm asking because I also want to put one, and gauging myself on how much I will need. Currently, my partner and I was able to raise 2 btc which I think is still not enough though.

Yah. its still not enough. If you want to put one the expenses of building it depends on what kind of cafe do you want. i honestly like cafe's and

seriously there are a big competition going around them because every owners has this unique ideas. in my country cafes full of cats or dogs are

popular. there's this one that i'd like to go to but sadly its too far from my place, so its basically just an innovated library to improve your productivity.

there's a wifi, books, charging outlets, folding bed etc. What i'm saying is your concept has to be unique and attractive. you can base it to some

successfull cafes but you have to come up with a better version not just a copy paste.
3758  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: April 17, 2017, 06:01:11 PM
Normally. if you have a huge capital theres a high chance of gaining huge profit and on the contrary if you have a small capital you can't expect huge

profit from that unless your business runned a long time ago and has gain the popularity. then again, this is a very subjective matter because some

people prefer gambling and some prefer dating sites. as for me i'm not fond of dating sites because  i think that people are not really there for love but

for something else and it can also be a start of something illegal unlike gambling unless the owner will start it. To put things short if you will be doing

the same thing that other dating sites do forget it.
3759  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: April 17, 2017, 04:56:42 PM
We encourage the local businesses to accept BTC by promoting the advantages of this currency, like for example; in the future we don't need cash as currency instead of cash we buy any things they want using online market. And we need a currency as trade for some goods and it is the BTC.,

This is going to give them advantage in the future if they are going to try to adopt bitcoin for their business. And it's better to say too that this type of currency is very unique to others because the value of it is getting higher and higher as the day goes on. Since they are businessmen, when they here about profit, they will get interested to it.

Its a unique currency but the fact is not many people are aware about bitcoins yet so I don't think that they will be using bitcoins to make a payment as to do that they also need to have bitcoins in their wallet and merchants will accept bitcoins only if its an profitable for them.

If the businessman is just for the uniqueness, technology and other way of paying his goods and services, then he will grab and adopt bitcoin. But if that businessman have a close mind and he really don't understand what bitcoin is, he will going to ignore it even you will show him, how bitcoin is a very good help for his business.

Pardon me but from what i know most businessman puts heir business first than technology. and most of them determines that bitcoin cannot boost

their sales because there are only a few number of people who knows it. some business man thinks it can like what the japansese has done. So what

I'm trying to say is.... this whole thing is subjective. our situation is not that good right now but we are improving. hoping that one day we can make

at least 50% of the population a bitcoin user then it will be easy for merchants to accept it.
3760  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: April 17, 2017, 03:40:39 PM
The news is very exciting, since seemingly, people try to understand and use Bitcoin in their lives. Slowly, but surely. If Bitcoin becomes a part of our lifestyle, we would see that value of Bitcoin will increase and people want to try to reach it.
In addition, people should understand that currencies which acknowledged and used legally should transform into technological innovations like Bitcoin to make our lives more easy.

Yah that's true but the main problem is how will it be a part of their lives if they don't know it? the same also goes for the restaurant owners.

most people discovers bitcoin as of now is through their peers and by searching or stumbling on it in the web. you can start by telling it to your peers

and hopefully they will also the do the same. The fastest way is through television and through the popular media but sadly it never happened and we

can't always depend on that. Uhm. if bitcoin is acknowledged worldwide then restaurants and other popular companies won't hesitate to use it.
