381  Economy / Gambling / Re: Will rogue cop Chris Dorner be apprehended by law enforcement by March 1? on: February 12, 2013, 03:06:31 AM
Apprehended is a poor choice for betting language in this case. Considering how they've reacted to random people who happen to be driving a truck, I'm guessing he will not ever be "apprehended."

Holy shit. It's like a steroid abusing version of Dank!

You may have a brain tumor. Go see a doctor.

I use these indicators:
http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/mtgoxUSD#rg30zig6-hourztgSzbgBzm1g10zm2g25zi1gMACDzi2gRSIzi3gSStochzi4gOBVzv

More like a pimple (please notice that my indicators reflect past dips)
Did they predict past dips, though?
385  Economy / Speculation / Re: so... how long till we pass the old high of 32? on: February 09, 2013, 07:24:58 PM
i think we'll see a correction before crossing 32$. IMO the rise is too fast.
a scenario like in mid-august 2012 looks quite possible.

Agree, but wasn't that mini-crash triggered by something like the Bitfloor hack?
What do you mean by "something like?"
It definitely wasn't triggered by the Bitfloor hack...that didn't significantly change the price.
386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: February 08, 2013, 10:24:06 PM
i use to actually try to give thoughtful advice, for a time it was good, but now I have no idea where the price is going ( It should have gone down but it went UP Huh )...
You STILL don't have an idea of where the price is going?
387  Other / Politics & Society / Re: There is a man who has declared war against the Los Angeles Police Departmen on: February 08, 2013, 08:46:29 PM
If you were planning to send this guy a birthday card, you better do it now. This guy will be dead soon. He knows what he's doing and is not going to give up.
To bad no one in California has the right to defend themselves against a nut like him. In Cali. you must rely on the police for protection. Roll Eyes
The most hilarious thing is that he's arguing for stricter gun control at the same time he's railing about how corrupt the LAPD is. He may be a crazy murderous sonofabitch, but the LAPD is making themselves look just as bad by declaring war on pickup trucks. No one to root for here.

No the original madman manifesto made no mention of gun control, bill cosby or lamenting missing 'shark week' on TV. Somebody added some bullshit and then put it up on pastebin claiming its the 'uncensored version' and of course all retard media ran with it.
Do you have a source for the original? I completely believe you, just curious to see what WAS in it.

They shot up ANOTHER truck with no connection to this guy...more "tragic mistaken identity":

390  Economy / Economics / Re: Higher price. More people should sell. on: February 08, 2013, 05:09:30 PM
Its about supply and demand.
Right now the supply is there, but the demand isn't.
The demand (for the supply that "is there") is clearly there, or the price wouldn't be going up.

If you're saying we're nowhere near the ceiling for that demand, I completely agree.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Higher price. More people should sell. on: February 08, 2013, 04:46:54 AM
I'm not selling because I don't need to buy anything. It's this revolutionary concept called "saving." I know, I know.

"Saving" with Bitcoin is probably a very stupid thing to do.
I disagree. Saving with fiat, however, definitely would be.

393  Economy / Speculation / Re: When are you going to cash out? on: February 07, 2013, 10:53:18 PM
- one does not simply cash out of bitcoin

Haha, THANK YOU. Saving this one.
394  Economy / Speculation / Re: Yet another analyst :) on: February 07, 2013, 08:26:12 PM
Bulls need good push to break this up. Looks like consolidating around.

Either 32 from here or 15.

So, either up or down? Wow, keep that incredible insight coming.
395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you really belive that you won't be able to buy at 20$ again? on: February 07, 2013, 08:23:19 PM
Buy now or get left behind!!  Roll Eyes
Yep. We'll be back under 5$ in no time.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
396  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Announcement] Avalon ASIC Batch #1 Ships on: February 07, 2013, 05:56:02 PM
The difficulty has been higher than this before, without the help of ASICs. It's probably mostly due to the rise in price motivating people to fire up GPU rigs again.

397  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Davide Accusing Me of Stealing his hosting money on: February 06, 2013, 06:42:25 AM
I was being ironic. The sense of the post was: I run business on the web from the age of 15, but of course I'm a pedophile. Now, pedophile gets caught from the police, correct? I'm much older than 15 and have no problems with the law, and I pay my taxes. So how can I be a pedophile? It was a term made up to discredit me from the conversation and hey, it wokrked.
It seems like your English may be causing you some problems. From your posts it sounds like you are brazenly admitting to being a pedophile and hosting child pornography. If this is not the case, you should state that clearly. Skip the sarcasm (not irony).
398  Economy / Lending / Re: 4 Btc loan on: February 05, 2013, 02:06:23 AM
To be truthful Im not very comfortable giving my information to a random company on the internet.
Just imagine how not very comfortable people are giving their money to a random person on the internet!

BitMe.com accepts cash deposits through Chase.
400  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: The bASIC Refund Tracking Thread on: February 03, 2013, 03:08:31 PM
My bitcoin bASIC order ended up in address 19Ysizrie7XAGcqSTzhCTsMTuUaFU1hCEa.  Several bitcoin bASIC refunds came from that address.  As of now, 2/3/2013, that address is empty.  I still haven't been paid.  Perhaps there are no bitcoins left for bASIC to refund with.
So more evidence that the BTC payments were NOT converted to USD and thus you guys should be getting 100% of the BTC you paid into this failure, regardless of exchange rate.
