381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who of you still mines "Bitcoin" on: December 17, 2018, 08:00:11 AM
how decentral and safe is bitcoin now then if now only the big boys in iceland and china mine it?
Mining can be done by anyone, the people from the countries can able to mine bitcoins for now with profits but it doesn't mean they have the control of all the bitcoin miners.

The decentralized can be broken when they reach 51% but as per the statistics the current percentage reach is 18% still long way to go.
382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The key reason for gambling on: December 16, 2018, 05:17:34 PM
Simple reason for me to gamble is try my luck and make some money,I know we can't make money in long term ut still trying the luck and make some billions one day in my life. Cheesy
383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs are not dead, just maturing in a positive way. on: December 16, 2018, 03:28:38 PM
ICOs are not dead but most of the investors lost their interest to invest on ICOs which is very bad thing for ICO market and it will be very hard to regain the same position even when the bull run begins but yes it will eliminate the hit and run investors here after and will induce the people to invest on long term will be a goof thing for the crypto market future.
384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Can I earn 1 bitcoin in 1 year through bounties ?? on: December 16, 2018, 01:13:36 PM
Now is a very difficult time for bounty hunters. In 2017, you might have earned 1 Bitcoin, but this year it will be a penny. I advise you to look for a job or to engage in trade.

Unfortunately, you are right. Now, it is almost impossible. Yes, you can earn something, but this award will be not so great as it used to be in 2017. Suppose, even if you deal with several Bounties, you can't earn 1 BTC.
The poor bounty management is ine of the reason why the bounty got too much ineffective these days, that is why we can rarely see the good paying bounties and signature campaigns. As the bounty participants we all need to ignore the shit bounties and avoid causing the spam here will make the bounties to go better.
385  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Importance of having a proper campaign manager on: December 16, 2018, 01:10:16 PM
But I wouldn't be surprised if ICO markets will revive if new bitcoin bull run will begin.
Definitely the bull run will also increase the number of signature campaigns running since most of the ICOs were paused and postponed their sales for now so they will be relaunching their campaigns soon when the market gets healthier to collect some funds at early stages.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will it take for another billion dollar crypto? on: December 16, 2018, 08:19:11 AM
How long will it take for another billion dollar crypto? Markets are crashing but will there be enough pump for a new billion dollar crypto coin?
New billion dollar may not arise in this situation you just have to hope the price of bitcoin will be goes to Million or Billion on someday. If you are saying about the cap values then yes it is also hard to reach until the prices of cryptos reaches new all time high.Hopefully the prices will bump so just keep holding the coins as much as you can with the capital amount which is affordable for you to lose.
387  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Indian Government panel finally submits crypto report on 12/11 on: December 15, 2018, 10:01:18 PM
I don't see any negative news about crypto currencies in India but RBI still have the restrictions for withdrawals and deposits on exchanges, for their statement they suggested to create new law for crypro currency regulation then why we need to consider this as ban they might implement taxation system for it right?
388  Economy / Economics / Re: welcome bulls , Bye bears on: December 15, 2018, 06:18:40 PM
What made you think that the next year will be bullish?

Still there are lot of predictions says we are still in the recovery phase and the first quarter of 2019 may bring positivity to the crypto market but there is no such thing will happen like happened in 2017.
389  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Importance of having a proper campaign manager on: December 15, 2018, 06:05:46 PM
The signature campaigns are getting deteriorate day by day,so we don't need any more new campaign managers and the current best managers are very free at their management services for now.
Not really. The signature campaigns are still going on in full swing and there is a lack of good managers especially in the AltCoin signature campaigns. Those campaigns aren't considered as good but they posters their still affect the forum's quality standards and hence, they need to be controlled by the good campaign managers.
Don't say not really, its just happening these days.No ICO based signature campaign is running most of them were gambling related bitcoin signature campaigns that is why people choosing bounties where managers have no rules for posting they just need quantity of advertisement.

Maybe the bounty signature campaign also have restrictions for number of participants can join this make the managers to control spams if they want too.But we can't have any rule like you mentioned.
The rule is simple: Forum should have their own set of dedicated campaign managers who are allowed to manage a campaign. Any rank below Hero member should be restricted from managing campaigns.
390  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Importance of having a proper campaign manager on: December 15, 2018, 01:44:48 PM
The signature campaigns are getting deteriorate day by day,so we don't need any more new campaign managers and the current best managers are very free at their management services for now.

We just need the managers who can completely avoid spams but most of the bounty managers allows that to happens so having new one will make the conditions more worse.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto debit card for FIAT payments - would you use one? on: December 15, 2018, 10:05:56 AM
Hello,
I'm here to explore the demand for crypto debit card.

The basics behind it is actually very simple:
1. You own some crypto funds on your account on an exchange (crypto/FIAT markets) that has partnered with a debit card provider. You'd have to identify yourself (pass KYC).
2. You get the card. It is a basic mastercard  debit card for FIAT payments. No magic.
3. When you use it, it automatically exchanges your crypto to FIAT based on the amount you're spending. You would even be able prioritize the order in which your crypto is to be exchanged the first, the second, etc.

So, would you use one?
If yes, would such service motivate you enough to open an account on the exchange that is not (yet) one of the TOP ones?

Disclaimer: I'm a business owner in a position to offer such service. Knowing your opinion would help me a lot. So, thanks in advance!
When we are converting crypto every time then this may results in the increase of fee because withdrawal fee on the exchange is high so it won't be suitable for every transaction otherwise I am not against KYC or using crypto cards anywhere.
392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do you think the best way to gain when you trading? on: December 15, 2018, 07:46:44 AM
Using the basics of technical analysis will allow the trader to avoid many mistakes. In a falling market, I would not advise beginners to trade. You could lose capital.
As you said preventing ourselves from losses is the first way to make money from the trading, entering into bear market for trading is not advisable but they can use the sideway to make decent money when they understand the market well.
393  Economy / Economics / Re: Is It Possible that The Moslem Countries Can Accept The CryptoCurrencies System? on: December 14, 2018, 07:14:58 PM
Moslem countries are going to used bitcoin and others cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology if it can be centralized.  Remember that most of the Moslem countries have no democracy and because of this the citizens are not completely free from the governmts.  Cryptocurrencies is about freedom and that is what most of the Moslem leaders will not like.  Country like Saudi arabia and Iran has king that may not want the system that they don't have control over and that is why they may not want blockchain technology or cryptocurrencies system.
If you are from western countries then there is no wonder that you have this opinion about muslim countries in your mind. But kind ruling countries are not like they are treating us like a slave which can be seen in histotric films, but it is more liberal country then ruled by political party if the kind if much good person,I don't think king is opposing this technology but the media will be portraying something like that.
394  Economy / Economics / Re: Is It Possible that The Moslem Countries Can Accept The CryptoCurrencies System? on: December 14, 2018, 05:43:53 PM
This has been discussed many times already I think, yes it can be accepted by anyone if they want since it is not against anything in sharia as far as I know.To be more precise even the current fiat money system is against by sharia since it is controlled by banks but bitcoin is not controlled by anyone and still act as medium for transaction.
395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2019 on: December 14, 2018, 03:24:02 PM
Over time and technological advances in the digital era, many people have been very interested in investing some of their money in the world of cryptocurrency such as Ethereum / (Altcoins). What are your plans for next year, and will you participate in the ICO?
Thank you.
Thinking about them really made me feel now because it is very hard to find the legit ICOs and even that the success rate is very low so don't waste money and time on investing on ICOs for now until the market gets recovery but investing on ethereum maybe right since the prices are low so good to grab some coins now.
396  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance traders are making more money than other traders on: December 14, 2018, 01:51:31 PM
I just published a study which explores how Binance traders are making more money than traders on other exchanges.

https://blog.shrimpy.io/blog/exchange-liquidity-a-comparative-study

I'm happy to answer any questions about the study.
The trading platforms won't give any big profits to you so we can't say the traders from the exchange are making more profits than others. The one who can buy and sell at the riht time will make more profits and one who can predict that before it happens are more lucky.
397  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some unique advantages of online gambling ? on: December 14, 2018, 12:10:49 PM
For me anonymity and convenience are the main benefits of online betting. Your funds are safe this way and you should not travel anywhere and you can play anytime from your home, you need only internet.

Anonymity will be the first thing that I need to play gambling because I don't want other people to know I am playing gambling Grin
Or they can see me play the games only without thinking that I am playing a gambling game. Don't forget to install VPN to hide your connection so you can feel safe when you play the games. Sometimes, I am playing the games in the cafe with my friends while we are finished discussing something.
That is a good thing we can get from on;line crypto but when you want to hide your info from any site you should use the better VPN not all the VPN are doing the hiding work.only those who don't leak your DNS to your ISP will hide all info and sneak through any sites.
398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some unique advantages of online gambling ? on: December 11, 2018, 12:13:35 PM
I don't really think it has another advantage except that you can play from the comfort of your home , doing what you like without being bothered from other people around you, from the smoke of cigarettes and alcohol which are heavily used in a landline casino and drinks are even offered for free sometimes to make you keep playing in a landline casino.

Online gambling for me has only this advantage compared to landline casinos.
The other advantage that you left to mention that minimum betting amount,in many online gambling sites even one or few satoshi can be bets as bet amount but in casino even if they have very low bet amount we won't do that because it will be a prestige problem. Grin
399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which wallet do you use for storing ERC-20 token? on: December 11, 2018, 10:38:19 AM
Which wallet do you use for storing your ERC-20 token?

I personally like MEW because it's very easy to use. Some people like Trezor or Ledger but personally I have no problems by using MEW  Smiley
In MEW you have complete access to your private keys.

I always choose MEW to store ERC-20 Token because this wallet will support all of Token. Trezor and Ledger are best for famous crypto like BTC, ETH, EOS, XRP, BCH. So that if you only need to store Token from ICO projects, MEW e-wallet is highly recommended because of the high security.
As I mentioned early MEW is not highly secured when compared to hardware wallets and it is not only to store coins we can also add erc20 tokens into it.

If you still using MEW make sure the safety precautions are followed by you before entering into your MEW.

Ofcourse majority of us use MyEtherWallet because this is the most famous and popular wallet backed by ethereum.though i also used trezor for security purposes i am always having a second opton for plan B so incase MEW fails atleast i have another one to safekeeping my ERC20 /tokens
If you are already having a hardware wallet then it should be your priority over MEW since hardware wallets are not hackable but MEW can be hacked through phishing and close sites so you have to use HW for all the storage purpose and use MEW as secondary option like receiving tokens from airdrop and bounty programs.
