If TrustLogics succeeds, the hiring industry will be a far more safer and convenient place compared to the way it was. TrustLogics gives the people a mediuim in order to fight the crisis regarding unemployment in an orderly way. It will succeed. I am very confident that this will surely happen. Because human as we are, we always want to make things easier be it going to other places from home to even brushing our teeth. That is why I am very sure about this project. Of course companies and jobseekers would want hiring and applying for jobs to become even more easier, safer or more secure for both sides. Needless to say, they give a great amount of convenience and sometimes opportunities to those who needed this platform. Yes correct, because as applicants you need to have a confidence to be able to prove yourself and trustlogics help them to show it by giving them a convenience way of applying process... Getting hired is just so easy for everyone who have done a validations process, and trustlogics will not let anyone to access your own personal data... It is easier for them to trust you. If he has a good service or job he can give a high rating of his / her customer. If you have a good rating received, then it is probable that you will earn a lot because many will take you for your service and trusted you. A man applying as floor manager in a restaurant will surely have a lower salary compared to a man applying as a office staff in a company. That will change as well if we change the setting as well. It doesnt mean that you have a good rating on the platform digital profile you get high salary too, it just means that you only have a better chance on getting hired on a better company. And in addition to that, a job seekers who has a good ratings is the one who hired immediately compare to those who are not. But a good thing is that all jobseekers will find a proper job in a good company. Well for me, the best thing really about the rating system is it separates or gives a great distinction between the hard workers or worthy workers. It gives the companies an insight on the type of level in either skill, experience or work ethics. And this will also be a good thing if done also in companies so both sides can know that what they are working for or paying for is really worth every penny. He's correct guys, rating system will not guarantee a good and higher salary for applicant it's still depends to the position they're applying... And when you request to validate your data using validators, it doesn't mean that you will able to get a job instantly because its also depends from the results of validations process... Yes indeed, validations process provide truth and honest review of someone's data and it will only help them to be verified faster and get hired when their profile is fit for the job and position... That's why very important to have clean records in your profile with your past jobs history... Trust logic gives more solution than what the economy really needed right now and because of the idea and a concept which helps to lessen the unemployment there is a place in which users need a verification for their personal data, specifically for education, past employment, criminal &drug information it will be suitable for the validators and notified of the request in order for the users to be verified and have a decent job.

Its a good chance for the independent service provider i guess. This way they will gather more people or service buyers for them to work for. Higher ratings higher chance on getting more work. More work , more profits for the independent service providers.
Ya. They will not need to pay recruitment agencies in this way because they can be hired through peers. They can work in their own prefered time, locations and job. I would love to be an independent service provider. I can be a freelancer accepting as much job as I want if I have a good trust ratings and a verified data. Who doesn’t want to be a freelancer? I like that kind of job too. You only have one boss, and you can work independently and freely. You know sometimes, doing it alone, let out the best in you, so those who prefer free lancer job, this is a nice opportunity. There are platforms that manufacture ratings and reviews for a pay and manipulate other company’s good ratings to destroy them so it is really difficult to trust what we see in the internet unless they are done manually by a person who is satisfied with their service. I agree with you Chikitita2004 that ratings are unreliable, and so with reviews based on my experience. Although, I am not speaking in general but it was so sad that something bad happened to me. I went to eat at a restaurant in which I am bragging about it with a friend because I told her that I have read good reviews and high ratings of that restaurant. I was so excited, because I really like to try different restaurants. But to my dismay, and without being exaggerated, oh know, I don’t know if there is something wrong with my tastebuds, but the food was the worse I tasted, so far that I didn’t even finished my food and go, and also, I was ashamed of my friend that I even recommended that restaurant to try because of the high ratings and good review that I made. I will not forget that experience. That is my same sentiments micahyahel10. I hope the companies, can conceptualize, specially TrustLogics a way where in the ratings and the reviews will be reliable. I guess it is good if you were planning to get out on your present job and apply on the other job while it is bad because it promotes laziness on the people. They will probably go active and get the rewards even though they are not working. Insight guys? I think what they are pertaining to the caption is that users are active on building their digital portfolio or profile. It is not like that jumping from jobs to another job from time to time. That was just a wild guess. Have you not imagined guys, what if a certain user or candidate is found out to have false datas in his portfolio and been proven by validators to be false or invented, will Trustlogics not do anything to teach the person a lesson? If the person will not be banned from the platform totally? I think he must be.
Well, that’s a good idea chikitita2004 but I think no need to ban them. They themselves will learn their lesson if the longer they stay in the platform and no one hires them. If they are falsifying their records, no need to worry. First, they will be found out by validators, second, if they wont request validation no one will hire them. That’s a very nice situation to look into. I think the Validators will put a remark in their profile, that the informations of the particular jobseeker are false. So every time a possible recruiter will check their profile,the remark is written there. So now, how can that jobseeker will possibly be hired. Waste of token. You can not fool, TrustLogics partnered Validators. Lol!   Funny right? That will be their lesson. It will be like tagging them with red  . This way recruiters will just pass them by and not hire them. Well your idea is also good so if other users see that there are other profiles with red marks they will be alarmed and will be very careful with what they are putting in their profile. actually, banning the candidate is a nice thing to do them but i think its not worth it. trustlogic should just put some marks like in negative trust or something on candidates who has false data anonymously so that the candidate will still be in their platform but not getting recruited or hired. |
